"Consistency is what transforms average into excellence."
Today on The Culture Matters Podcast, we are continuing our series on the core values that drive Culture Matters as a company with our very own Jay Doran giving our listeners a peek behind the curtain. Our topic for this episode is consistency and how being consistent is something in life and in business that will either drive you to success or keep your business on a particular plateau. To be consistent is to provide comfort to your clients that when you say you are going to do something that they can take it to the bank that it will be done. Consistency is not just something to strive for, but something that you can and should be from the onset of any relationship. There are very few qualities that will instill trust, a willingness to take chances, and a desire to continue to work together like good, honest, consistent results. We strive for consistency every day and, as always, we hope you enjoy this episode of The Culture Matters Podcast.
