Speaker 1 (00:06):
All right, dayly taking it to your Shavin Arden studio,
having some fun.
Speaker 2 (00:10):
We're acting up. First half of the hour.
Speaker 1 (00:13):
First half hour of the show, I yelled about how
Philly fans I'm worried about you, just watching that game
last night on April twenty ninth, had a fantastic birthday. Cupcakes, man, so.
Speaker 2 (00:28):
So a good. Cupcakes are so good? Oh yeah?
Speaker 1 (00:32):
Are you a cake guy or a cupcake guy? I'm
telling you I changed. I don't know when it happened
a couple of years ago. Skip the cake, give me
a cupcake.
Speaker 3 (00:40):
I do want to throw the Kevin from the Office
quote back out there of well, now they're making many
cupcakes which were already miniature versions of cakes. When does
it end there? So I do want to nip that
in the bun. With that said, I'm locking in cakes
as my answer.
Speaker 2 (00:52):
All right, cakes, that's good.
Speaker 1 (00:54):
I just I prefer the cupcakes because you get a
little assortment. Sure right, Sunday one last night and cookies
and cream won last night, like you Ellen, and we
cut them in a half, and now I am sample
and Sharon throw the candles in it.
Speaker 2 (01:10):
Everybody's a winner with cupcakes. Cake.
Speaker 1 (01:14):
I like good cake, especially when it's moist and fluffy
and you know warm when it comes O sure, but uh,
you know ice cream cake and ice.
Speaker 2 (01:22):
Cream ice cream can.
Speaker 3 (01:24):
I think there's higher highs and lower lowers with cakes
compared to cupcakes.
Speaker 2 (01:27):
I like that. That's a good point.
Speaker 1 (01:29):
Yeah, So Phillies fans again fills back in action tonight
and just take a look at the calendar and it's
not It has nothing to do with wins and losses.
Speaker 2 (01:37):
Has everything to do with your health.
Speaker 1 (01:39):
I really do believe that it's not healthy the way
that we are operating right now as as fans. So
just we gotta take a deep breath, exhil and and
for the most part, try and get behind this team
a little bit more and this early part of the season.
And if they lose the game, so what, Like, I
get it, it's frustrating. If you have money on the game,
(02:00):
it's a different story of Mace not talking to you, essentially.
If you have money in the game, that's a different world.
But the majority of people thirty eight thousand plus at
says As Bank Park last night, I don't think that,
you know, everybody had money on the Phillies.
Speaker 2 (02:12):
And maybe they did, maybe they didn't, but you know,
just for the.
Speaker 1 (02:16):
Kirkham coming in and I just thought, like, man, like,
it's beyond the playoff game. And it was April twenty ninth,
for the one hundred time today on the show with
that we did have NBA playoffs last night?
Speaker 2 (02:29):
Sure did.
Speaker 1 (02:29):
And I'll tell you what Detroit Pistons stand up.
Speaker 2 (02:32):
That's right, Shaban.
Speaker 1 (02:34):
Congratulations, nice work on that one, sir, and the Pistons
headed back to Detroit for a game six, which means
you cast over five and a half for the Pistons
and Nick series which you and Sam or sam Ostri
went head to head on. So a roaring round of
applause on a winning wager.
Speaker 3 (02:54):
Seeing I swear thank you, thank you, sir, And I
will once again point out like this very easily could
have been up several games ago. In fact, I could
have lost this over five and a half if it
was four to one Pistons right now, which was very
much on the table in this series. So I don't
feel the best about the way that it went down,
but ultimately a win is a win, and this Piston
team keeps on fighting.
Speaker 2 (03:12):
Man, Yeah they do. Are they sending it back to
MSG for a game seven though. Absolutely, Oh well absolutely,
he says. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (03:20):
The fact they haven't won a home game yet in
the series, I think like is destined for them to
win this one. They're not going to roll over. They're
going to continue competing. And I don't think there's been
enough acknowledgment about Jalen Bronson's ankle.
Speaker 1 (03:31):
Man.
Speaker 3 (03:31):
I think that's a real storyline. This is now two
games that he's been at worst limited by it. I
mean in both games he's had to leave the game
with that issue. That isn't something that just bounces back
with a day off that lingers. No, and that's why
they're cooked in that next round two. Yeah, I mean,
actually I don't want that excuse. They at full strength.
They're not beating that something now, they didn't all season long,
but against top three teams, Yeah, you would just hope
(03:55):
that maybe they could put something together and be some
sort of competitive but I'm not even seeing that.
Speaker 2 (04:00):
I think there's a decent chance they get swept.
Speaker 1 (04:03):
Boston is Boston, yes, right, Like you know, it's no
surprise even though Orlando won a game.
Speaker 3 (04:10):
Yeah, shout out to him, Orlando, I give credit. I
know they lost three to one, they impressed me in
the series, and we're gonna there will be a lot
of off season conversations. They certainly have pieces to move there.
But Orlando, like I feel better about them leaving this
playoffs than I did enter it.
Speaker 1 (04:25):
Yeah, you have to be you know, you have to
start with Boncaro and what he's been able to do,
and I think he averaged twenty nine in that series.
Speaker 2 (04:33):
I believe it's pretty darn good.
Speaker 1 (04:35):
You know, Orlando needs to find I think we discussed
it yesterday, right, If I'm not mistaken, we talked about
what they need to get and to improve for next year,
and I don't know if that's going to be something
that they can get.
Speaker 2 (04:47):
But I thought you said Fred Van Fleet type esque.
Speaker 3 (04:52):
Right, Yeah, guard play and shooting. Is that what they
really need to look at there? And to be honest, like,
I get there's a lot He's got a lot of
cult followers, this guy. But I'm pretty skeptical to Franz
Wagner outlook for me here. I think he's a pretty
flawed basketball player and I don't have much optimism that
the shooting improves. In fact, it's gotten worse throughout the
duration of his career. He was getting Ben Simmons treatment
in this series, and he's a below thirty percent three
(05:13):
point year. That just doesn't work in today's NBA if
you're gonna be a high volume ball handler. So I
think it would be wise to break them up. I
would be pretty surprised if Orlando does that this quickly,
because they seem pretty committed to him and have paid
the man. But if I was calling the shots that
I would give that some real thought.
Speaker 2 (05:28):
All right.
Speaker 1 (05:30):
From last night again, Detroit sends it to Detroit for
another game in that series, one o six to one
oh three. They covered the of course they were catching five,
so they won outright on that one. Bucks and Pacers
played a really good game. Pacers were eight point favorites,
went to overtime. ESPN, as ESPN often does, had a
(05:51):
stat it was like zero and sixteen hundred, you know
something on it was like one thousand, six hundred and
thirty nine times that this is happened that a team
was trailing by what were he trailing eleven or.
Speaker 2 (06:04):
Seven seven with thirty seven seconds so under.
Speaker 1 (06:06):
Forty seconds, trailing by seven in the final minute or overtime,
fourth quarter or overtime and to come back and win.
Speaker 2 (06:16):
It's never happen before until last night.
Speaker 3 (06:18):
Think about that crazy shout out doctor rivers Man added
to the added to the legacy.
Speaker 2 (06:22):
I get this isn't like Doc's fault like when you
watch that.
Speaker 3 (06:25):
It was a complete meltdown on the court from Gary
Trent most most trend.
Speaker 2 (06:29):
But I have a hard time blaming him too much.
Who becauld.
Speaker 3 (06:31):
He absolutely saved that team and I think he's had
like hit thirty seven the game before.
Speaker 2 (06:35):
Yeah, but turnovers.
Speaker 1 (06:37):
I think he only had the two turnovers and they
happened last night in the second half.
Speaker 2 (06:40):
Jeez jeez.
Speaker 3 (06:41):
But I mean that last one of it just going
right through his hands, like, come on, man, come on,
that's tough.
Speaker 2 (06:47):
That's an ald timer. It really was.
Speaker 1 (06:49):
But Haliburton, Yeah, he had something to say afterwards. Of course,
the old man getting on the court is catching a
lot of attention. But ultimately, the Pacers have been slept
on and now they move on and we do have
numbers up. I'm curious where you stand on this one.
For that next round matchup against the Cleveland Cavaliers. The
Pacers plus three fifty on DraftKings Sportsbook to win this series.
Speaker 2 (07:10):
Worth a little sprinkle in your mind. Yeah, I give
the Pacers a chance.
Speaker 3 (07:13):
And by the way, I'm sure me and sam Ostri
will be going head to head arguing over that this
is correct. And for everyone listening out there, I want
you to pay attention in this, this five o'clock hour
of sam Ostry talking for how I'm a skeptic and
alleged hater of the Knicks. He absolutely is this Pacers
team and Tyree's Haliburton there so I think there might
be a little role reversal, but this Pacers team is good, man,
(07:34):
And what impressed me the most about the series what
really stood out. You can have your fair doubts about
haliburtn as a one a guy, I get that for sure,
but they have a lot of dudes, the Andrew and Mharts,
the Aaron Nasmith. You go down the list of kind
of these guys that made their impact. Ben Mathrin has
had his standout moments and I'm a huge believer in him.
In the long haul, they have like a core around
a lot of young talent that matters. Now the Cavs
(07:55):
do as well. There is death, but I do think
you go piece by piece down this list. I'm not
gonna fight the tyres Alburn is better than Donovan Mitchell.
Speaker 2 (08:02):
I don't think he is.
Speaker 3 (08:03):
But when you go down their entire roster, did you
make a pretty convincing case that this Pacers roster is
more talented?
Speaker 1 (08:08):
Actually, money coming in on the Pacers at plus three fifty,
it's now down to plus three hundred.
Speaker 2 (08:12):
Well, Calves minus three ninety.
Speaker 1 (08:14):
Calves are incredible though, they're like, there's nothing fake, there's
nothing fraudulent from the Cavaliers season right Like they're as
good as advertised.
Speaker 3 (08:22):
Yeah, I don't throw them. I've seen Mark Henry Junior,
a guy who's thrown them this. I don't throw them
in that like Atlanta Hawks category. I have a very
good regular season team that doesn't have a chance. I
do think they have a chance. They're a good basketball
team for sure.
Speaker 1 (08:33):
Yeah, I think the Calves are, you know, just with
what they showed us throughout the course of this regular season,
get in the overall one, having some spots where they
would just battle back. They do have some playmakers. Mitchell's incredible,
you know, they could shoot it from outside.
Speaker 2 (08:50):
Have size.
Speaker 1 (08:51):
I just think it's going to be a really tough
spot for the Pacers to win that series. But at
plus three fifty in that three to one mark, I
wouldn't have an issue you wagering on it. Sure as
hell can't say take minus three ninety on the calves.
Speaker 2 (09:04):
We never do that. How many games is that series
going in your mind?
Speaker 3 (09:07):
I think six or seven to be perfectly honest that
I think this is going to be a battle, and
like Cleveland needs to be tested a little bit, like
we got to see what this is going to be
an actual test. I think we should look at as
that and the Pacers won't get their respect for the
same reasons people throw out that they've beat hurt teams
that you know, they haven't faced the team with their
fastball or their number one option without at full strength there.
But you gotta beat who's in front of you. And
(09:29):
I have sympathy for him for that, and they've done
exactly that that. They would be going back to the
Eastern Conference finals for the second consecutive year if they
find a way to win that series. It's not like
this is a one season fluke, So I don't know
it's going to be a fun series. I do think
these playoffs have been straight up awesome to this point,
and yeah, very excited what this is building to. It
does feel like everyone has sort of penciled in Celtics
Verus Calves is the Eastern Conference Finals, which I get,
(09:50):
but I wouldn't rule out this Pacers team just yet.
Speaker 1 (09:52):
All right, well, definitely the game one is something that
we need to pay attention to, and we'll see how
that one series plays out. But Game one on Sunday
seven and a half points spread, Calves are favored game
of course in Cleveland two twenty nine is your total
in that one, expecting a lot of points in that game.
The Pacers were able to take down the Cavaliers three
(10:14):
out of four times this regular season, including too late
in April. But take a look at some of the
starting lineups from the more or from the Cavaliers perspective,
and oh, by the way, the time of the year. Yeah,
April tenth and April thirteenth, you're not exactly getting the
best effort, as we all well know at this point
in time. All right, staying with last night again, the
(10:34):
game of the night and maybe the best series so far,
Denver and La Clippers Denver with that championship mentality, Russell
Westbrook coming out of nowhere and having himself a hell
of a night. Murray goes for forty plus. I think
Joker only had two points in the second half.
Speaker 3 (10:51):
Yeah, yeah, he didn't need to. It was the Jamal
Murray Show last night.
Speaker 2 (10:54):
It really was.
Speaker 3 (10:55):
And by the way, like I thought the Clippers defended
Jamal Murray pretty well, Like this was not anything Los
Angeles doing. He was hitting tough shot after tough shot.
I thought Chris Dunn was basically in his shirt for
stretches of that game, and it did not matter did
Jamal Murray was making that at all costs, and he
has those stretches.
Speaker 2 (11:10):
He's such a bizarre player because people are always.
Speaker 3 (11:12):
Gonna throw like the he's never been an All Star
and Jokic gets that tossed on his resume all the time.
But there's these games that you get from Jamal Murray
where you can.
Speaker 2 (11:20):
Go pound for pound. He can take on anyone, and
last night was definitely one of them. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (11:24):
He you know, we talk about bubble bubble Jamal, Yeah,
you know, it's like but still like even after the bubble,
like he had his games and with the playoff matchups,
like it just goes off, and he had a little
bit of a tough stretch and people were second guests
and whether or not he is the guy that he
once was. But obviously he showed us that he's still
(11:45):
capable of performing like that. So big time win by
the Denver Nuggets. Now that series shifts to the Clippers,
and the expectation is that one's going to go seven.
Speaker 2 (11:54):
Where are you at that one show? I don't know.
Speaker 3 (11:57):
To be honest, I've my concerns with this Clippers. Seeing
what I felt last night watching them, I had a
very familiar feeling. It felt like watching James Harden in
a Sixers uniform in Game six. He did not look
like he cared. He did have that disinterest in scoring
the ball. Kawhi and James Harden combined for eleven shot
attempts at halftime last night. James Harden was four of
those attempts. That's unacceptable. That just can't happen. And if
(12:18):
you're gonna get that version of him, which we've seen,
not just in a Sixers uniform, you can look around
James Harden's career.
Speaker 2 (12:24):
I do have some skepticism of this Clippers team.
Speaker 3 (12:26):
It felt like there was a desire that Denver possessed
that Los Angeles simply didn't. And for these same concerns
that we have about James Harden, I'm not going to
doubt the talent level of Kawhi Leonard either, but he's
not quite a guy who thrown in this category of
willing his team to victory or wearing his heart on
his sleeves by any means. So for the first time
last night, I was like, maybe we inflated this Clippers
team a little bit more than we should have.
Speaker 2 (12:47):
Yeah, man, right hand up in the air. I don't
as well.
Speaker 1 (12:51):
You know, I thought for sure that the Clippers would eventually,
you know, maybe Look, they won nineteen and they were
nineteen and.
Speaker 2 (12:59):
Two to close up the season something like that. Like,
I didn't think it was a fluke.
Speaker 3 (13:03):
Yeah, best, I believe offensive and defensive rating down the
final twenty games this season.
Speaker 1 (13:07):
Yeah, so I'm thinking, Okay, going to Denver, it's going
to be tough, But all in all, I could see
the Clippers finally getting over to Hump and winning the
series instead. And I don't know if it's fair to
say the Clippers are going to clip. It's floating around
in a timeline, but It is frustrating. And look, Denver
Nuggets have that championship mentality. Is there anything that we're
not seeing with the Denver Nuggets right now potentially for
(13:29):
a West run or do you think that this is
a tough series.
Speaker 2 (13:32):
They'll win this. They deserve their credit there, but that's
when it stops. Yeah, I do.
Speaker 3 (13:36):
I don't think they stack up well against Oklahoma City.
It's just the lack of depth that Denver has. It's again,
Jokic is terrific, Shamal Murray will have these games. But
like beyond that, there are the questions of how many
legitimate playoff players do you have in a real championship
contending rotation? How many of these guys fit that criteria?
There you have Christian Brown, you have obviously Michael Porter Junior,
who's been very up and down, Aaron Gordon who's been
(13:58):
terrific in spirits but pretty beat up man like. They
are fairly limited in their bodies there, And okay, see
as a team built to absolutely pounce upon that. So
as much as it's a great series and I do
think Denver ultimately is gonna win one of these next two,
I do have my doubts Kin to Olcahoma City.
Speaker 2 (14:13):
I don't think it happens. Yeah, it's tough.
Speaker 1 (14:15):
This is a tough series, right, Like, that's where you
have to factor in for these teams. If they can
make a run and get to a Western Conference finals
or an Eastern Conference finals or the NBA Finals, what
will they be? What's the impact If this is a
tough series that goes six.
Speaker 2 (14:31):
Or seven games.
Speaker 1 (14:32):
We're seeing it right now with the Knicks, and not
even if the Knicks were able to sweep the Pistons,
maybe we're saying something different five games. Maybe we're even
thinking something different against the Celtics. But now this is
going six, could eventually go seven. That's gonna be really
a tough hill for the Knicks to climbing and to
go compete against the Boston Celtics. Same thing on the
flip side, as far as there is over for the
(14:53):
Pistons for the record, not over, not over, And I'd
love to see it.
Speaker 2 (14:58):
I'd love to see it. I think we're all agreement
there anybody but New York and I still want to
fight this.
Speaker 3 (15:04):
I've obviously been mister Detroit Pistons, mister Anti Nixon. Yes,
I'm still fighting on the timeline, like how the Knicks
are such a clear tier above the Pistons, which I
just wholeheartedly push back on. You can't honestly tell me
you've watched these series and think there's a gap between.
Speaker 2 (15:18):
The Knicks and the Pistons.
Speaker 3 (15:19):
If anything, I would argue the Pistons have outplayed the
Knicks for the majority of this series. Now you're gonna
make the pushback that when it's clutch time, when it's
you know, the final moments, the Knicks have been better,
No doubt that's why they're winning the series there. But
I just think it's insane anyone arguing that, like, the
Knicks are comfortably better than the Pistons. This has been
as even of a basketball series as you can ask for.
Speaker 1 (15:39):
Yeah, I wouldn't argue that, like, the Pistons have played
much better than what I thought would be the case.
I didn't think that they were going to roll over
for the Knicks, but I thought the Knicks would flex
have their runs.
Speaker 2 (15:51):
Essentially.
Speaker 1 (15:52):
I thought it would be like what took place against
the Sixers last year. And you know, look, I know
the Sixers showed some fight understood, but all in all,
you know, Josh Hart isn't hitting those tough clutch threes that.
Speaker 2 (16:03):
He did against the Sixers, right, you.
Speaker 1 (16:05):
Know, not pulling down every rebound like it was, although
you have to be in the game to be able
to do that. Now, let's get some conversation on this
with with Thibbs what he did last night. And like,
I know, people want to freak out lose their mind
over a final minute. I get it, but there was
forty seven other minutes played. Like, let's focus on the
(16:26):
full game. If we're gonna start placing blame. If if
Josh Hart and Jalen Brunson didn't miss him a second
in that final minute, I still don't think they win
that game. Detroit was the better team last night. Yeah,
that's it. I agree, But did Bibbs do anything wrong?
In your mind? Does he have to call a time
out again? They were on defense?
Speaker 2 (16:46):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (16:46):
And then, by the way, for all my kid Cunningham
Jalen Brunson stuff, it's you know, there's something too having
to play offense defense when Jalen Brunson is on the
team there he isn't a good defender and he's he competitive,
he tries like it's not a lack of effort.
Speaker 2 (16:58):
Then he's a bulldog the guys.
Speaker 3 (16:59):
You know, six foot there, he has his limitations at
the point there.
Speaker 2 (17:03):
Did you see him jump in the air and he
got teed up? Yeah? I did see that. Like a baby.
I was.
Speaker 3 (17:10):
Like, wow, all right, me as well. But to your point,
I don't think that's why they lost this game. And
for I've had this debate in this Pistons Knick series
as well. The Knicks have the better coach? Are we sure?
Are we sure that Tom Thibodeau is the better coach,
because there's a lot that I would nitpick about this
series and this season, not just not getting your guys
back in the game.
Speaker 2 (17:28):
And by the way, if you don't want.
Speaker 3 (17:29):
To burn a time out, have Campaign take a foul,
man Like I'm pretty sure they weren't even the bonus
and if you were, throw Jalen Dern at the line.
Speaker 2 (17:36):
He's not a great free throw shooter.
Speaker 3 (17:37):
Like, if it's that important to get guys in the game,
you express that to your team and make that happen.
Speaker 2 (17:42):
Campaign can take a foul. There's no reason why he can't.
Speaker 3 (17:45):
So I don't want to hear the wanted to save
the time out excuse which I believe the video lean
on as well, and the other stuff like when questioning
him as a coach, this has been the most talented
roster certainly since he's been on the Knicks. Why are
you playing Jaylen Bronson at such a high usage rate?
Why have you had Karl Anthony Town shoot the fewest
amount of threes that he has in five six seasons
at this point. Why are there no sets ran from
(18:05):
Michal Bridges, who you traded five first round picks for?
These are questions that a coach should have to answer here.
So I like Tom Thibodeau. I don't mean to make
this a whole anti thing in general, but I do
think he's been incredibly underwhelming on the season and this
in the series specifically.
Speaker 1 (18:19):
Well that's fair. But if they do win last night,
then the series is over.
Speaker 3 (18:22):
But they didn't, and they're also once again one correct
referee call away from being down in the series.
Speaker 2 (18:29):
I'm not gonna argue that. I'm not gonna argue any
of it.
Speaker 1 (18:32):
I just think, Okay, Like again, this season ends with
the next losing next round, no matter what happened last night.
If they win last night, they're still losing to the
Boston Celtics in the next round, and for my money,
Thibs gets fired.
Speaker 2 (18:47):
Yeah, I think they have to, like you have to
do something.
Speaker 3 (18:50):
And Thibodeau, for all his credit, like he's a regular
season coach kind of he's a guy that'll get you there.
He's not a guy that gets you across the finish line.
Sort of the story of him, and that's tough to
ask for a coach. Like he wears on guys. He's
got a little Doug Collins in him, like the way
that he's you know.
Speaker 2 (19:05):
Hard old school mentality.
Speaker 3 (19:08):
I think they need like an offensive you know engineer
as a coach if you're going to actually maximize this roster.
And they've done all there all in for building this
specific roster. They don't really have alternatives for improving the team.
It's going to be a a coach to get more
out of them, which coaches can do for sure. That's
a hell of a gig, yeah, MSG high pressure, definitely
high pressure, but most you know, professional jobs come with
(19:29):
some sort of preuri. I mean, like there's a difference
between Phoenix and and Madison Square Art.
Speaker 2 (19:35):
But that is a.
Speaker 1 (19:35):
Damn good gig. And you're you're walking into a lot
of talent. Brunson's a stud I know he's flawed at sometimes,
but man, he's good player. Yeah, He's one of those
dudes that just doesn't back down. And I respect that
a lot. No, I don't. I didn't think big of
Josh Hart, and he proved me wrong to a point
last year. But it's like, all right, man, there's a
little too much Josh Hart for me. Joshark should be
(19:58):
come off the bench, good role player, that sort of
deal bridges overpaid, of course, but still good talent. Karl
Anthony Town's I've always been a fan of. I know
he's flawed to as well.
Speaker 2 (20:10):
They all have flawed. All these guys have flaws.
Speaker 3 (20:12):
Yeah, and I get like there's no perfect basketball player, obviously,
but like I think these guys can't shoot.
Speaker 1 (20:19):
Doesn't have to, sure, but he's also getting a little older.
I mean, Tyre's blew right by him.
Speaker 2 (20:25):
Yeah yeah, and I can't swat him. I thought for
sure he was gonna get it, but he wasn't even
near him. Well, Tyre's cut the angle. He did well
like he did did it? How you teach it? When
you get a step on a guy, you got a
shoulder in and cut him off. So they can't make
that exactly even.
Speaker 1 (20:39):
When he was under the basket, like Giannis couldn't couldn't
even get near him angle he was Tyre's laid it
in simp simple.
Speaker 2 (20:47):
By the books.
Speaker 3 (20:48):
He like, I give Albert a lot of a lot
of props for this series and last night so shot
to him. And then it is kind of a bummer
that that series is going to be overshadowed by all this,
you know, off off the court after events or whatever
you want to phrase it.
Speaker 1 (21:00):
Stupid by his old man, but you know that's what
happens when I'm sure he was feeling himself and I'm
sure he's a superstar out in Indiana, right, Like that's
where this is the issue with all of it, Like
John Morant's old man. I made the joke to Sam
earlier that like if twenty twenty five, if Alan Iverson
played in twenty twenty five, his old lady would be
(21:21):
an influencer. She'd have her own Instagram page. It would
be you know, she'd be front and center. People be
lining up to take pictures with her. To want to
tell you that, like you know that that's how it
would be. And I'm not trying to take a shot
at somebody that's proud and and standing up and being
a part of you know, their child and playing for
a professional team, No doubt, not at all. But there's
(21:44):
definitely lines, and I feel like we're crossing him more
and more, right like John Morant old man cross the
line last night.
Speaker 3 (21:52):
Cross several lines, I would say.
Speaker 2 (21:55):
But like where is the team? Where is like security?
Speaker 4 (21:58):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (21:58):
Security?
Speaker 1 (21:59):
Why are we letting people on the floor that aren't players?
Either you're a cheerleader, coach, or player, and that's it.
In the mascot is the only people that should be
allowed on the floor. You know, we lose our minds
of our college hoops. These are professionals. Let's go start
enforcing some of those rules, please. All right, we do
(22:20):
have two games tonight. We got to hit on both
of them. We'll fire up draftings, sportsbook, take a look
at some of the numbers that matter the most. We'll
talk about some props, we will talk about some three
point play, we will talk about some spreads.
Speaker 2 (22:32):
Some totals, some team totals, all things.
Speaker 1 (22:34):
Golden State Warriors and Houston Rockets seven thirty five four
point spread Houston favored there two oh four and all
things Minnesota Timinwolves and the LA Lakers. Lakers five and
a half point favorites, down from six and a half
earlier today at two to ZHO nine and a half.
Some money coming in on the te Wolves. Is that
the right move? Sean Benard, who'll answer that. On the
other sides, the Daily Ticket don't go anywhere. Plus we're
(22:57):
talking about Bill Belichick and that unbelievable that was handed
down to the Atlanta Falcons.
Speaker 2 (23:03):
Wow for a prank. Call more Daily Ticket.
Speaker 4 (23:06):
After this spring is in the air and it's time
to swing for the fences. Our MLB coverage is bringing
heat all season long.
Speaker 2 (23:14):
Everybody moves up ninety feet.
Speaker 4 (23:16):
Be sure to catch Luke Arcaney and Sean Brace on
the Daily Ticket. Only one place that covers all the action,
It's the Gambler.
