our chest and and it's it's therapy, right, That's what we do on
a Monday, and we haven't hadto do it quite often, and that's
a beautiful thing. Last time wehad to do it was because, uh,
the New York Jets a little flukythis one. Maybe you gotta look

yourself in the mirror a little bitdeeper and uh and make some changes.
Of course, with the addition ofShaquille Leonard that came down around two forty
five afternoon. Uh so that isobviously going to put a big smile on
all of our faces. And I'msure there's this guy as well. He's
dialed in on all things birds inPhiladelphia sports and he joins us Curtsey of
the folks over there at mal Chevy. It's our good friend Dontevenicola. Of

course, he is the general salesmanager from mal Chevy. And a good
afternoon, Dante. We haven't talkedtoo many times after a loss. How
you feeling today? I'm disappointed indownshowing to be honest with you, that
Eagles game hurt yesterday? Yeah,did we got our butts beat in?
Man? We got it stun,definitely stun. What happened was what was
the big deal? Like? Wasit a fluke that we were able to

limit them in the first two drivesand then all of a sudden they go
on seven straight drives with a touchdown? Like what happened yesterday? What was
the turning point in your mind?I mean, we just I mean everything,
we just got our butts kicked.I mean, you know, if
you look at the one touchdown thatSamuel scored at the linebacker just just deep
like he was going through a turnstile. He just didn't wrap them up.
If he wraps them up, thenit's not a touchdown. So you know,

but listen, if you would havesaid they were going to be three
and one after this four game stretch, I think we all would have signed
up for it. So you gotto look ahead and hopefully, you know,
when we played in the NFC Championship, they remember this game and they
and they come in and they're notprepared. You know, That's kind of
where I'm at. I don't knowwhy. I'm not like hell been last
time. I was frustrated, Iwas upset, But in the big picture,

I went through the path of theChiefs and the Bills and the Cowboys,
and you know, look, therewere a lot of games that could
have win either way. But that'slife in the NFL. They found a
way to win those games. Yesterdaynot so much. And the forty nine
ers, in my opinion, wantedthat game just a tad bit more.
Not making excuses for the Eagles becauseyou can't play like that at home,
but the forty nine ers clearly wantedthat game a little bit more than the

Eagles. Well, there's two thingsthat stand out to me. The first
thing that stands out to me isdid we abandon the running game again?
Again? We abandoned the running gameAnd the fact that they're converting third downs
and we can't stop the run.We just cannot stop the run and we
cannot stop the third and long.Yeah, we're one of the worst.
Two areas that need to be addressed. I think we might be the worst

on third down. I think theJets are better than us on third down.
On the defensive side of the ball, I have to look those numbers
up. And I remember hearing somethingjust last night that was just like what,
we're at the bottom of third downson defense, You've got to get
off the field. Ye, youunderstand why they play so soft on third
down. I mean it's almost likethere's no pressure. Very odd. Hey,
look, party looked like Joe Montanayesterday. Did he ever touchdowns?

Yeah? He was on point andlook, it was just a matter of
you know, the snowball collecting andjust like a complete avalanche. So everything
was just happening at the end.But I think you nailed that. A
better linebacker play. Hopefully Leonard canadd to that. We need to get
him in a mixed asap because thisis Dallas, and I just want to
end on this one. Dante.How are you feeling about this game in

Dallas? Me? I feel prettyconfident. I do. I don't care
about the point spread. I thinkthis team can answer and go down there
and come away with the victory.Where do you stand, Well, what
is the point spread? Was three? It's now the three and a half
in some places. Dallas favorite.Well, listen, I think myself,
along with every single sports fan inPhiladelphia, we go down the schedule.
We always take one win one longfrom Dallas, don't we. We always

do that. So if they loseto Dallas, it's not the end of
the world. I had them goingone and one against Dallas. The Philadelphia
sports fans are going to be suicidalbecause they lost two in a row to
two good teams. Yep, youknow this, that and the other thing.
But listen, let's get it outof the way. Let's identify where
we're bad, and let's just improveand go forward. I mean, I
have all the confidence in Jalen Hurtsbecause he's on a mission. Everybody's got

to have the same focus as JalenHurts. Spoken like a true team leader
over there, Dante, That's whatexactly you're doing over there at mal Chevy,
spoken like a true team leader.Yeah, you got to pick up
your your your guys when they're down. You got to identify. Listen,
they won the close games this year. They won games they shouldn't have won.
So you know, do we tradea win for yesterday for a loss

that they should have lost, youknow, earlier in the season. Yeah,
I'm still not afraid. I mean, everybody's going to say they're going
to lose the home to the numberone seed, they're going to lose the
home tiel advantage, all that otherstuff. I don't think there. They
had the toughest schedule in the NFLthis year and you're ten and two.
I think we all would have signedup for that in the beginning of the
year for that, oh, withouta doubt, right, yeah, no,

no offens. But about that,yeah, there's definitely no question in
my mind that if you would tellme back in August when when we're going
down to List like, hey,guess what, you'll be ten and two.
And even if they do go downto lose in Dallas, which I'm
not saying they will, you'd beten and three. I think we'd all
sign up for that. But look, hey, look, I know you
got a lot going on over thereat the dealership. Always great to get

it. I hope they spin thedice, and I hope I give them
