(00:00):
Hello, and welcome to what weare calling Gambler Sikos Night. There are
only two people at this station thatare as sick and twisted when it comes
to betting as myself, Joe Tanzyand Ryan Coyle, who we affectionately affectionately
know is Beef. The two ofus have been talking about this for about
what two or three weeks now, about getting together and talking some college hoops
(00:24):
and some NBA as well. Sowe are the self proclaimed Sickos Committee of
the Gambler and here to guide youfor the next thirty minutes. I'm what
to bet not only in the NBAwith the six Ers, Wizards, and
some other games tonight of college basketballas well. Ran. It's so good,
such a pleasure to finally have youin front of me on camera for
(00:45):
a show. This is going tobe lots of fun. Yeah, it's
always needed to kind of get someof these wild plays, these crazy games
that people don't even know sometimes areeven existing, and some of us like
you and I like to bet onthem just have some fun. So it's
gonna be fun too. I kindof hash this out, get some of
these plays out and hopefully give thelisteners some winners tonight. So let's start
(01:07):
with the Sixers and Wizard. We'llget to the really sick stuff in a
few minutes. But when it comesto the Sixers and Wizards, the big
story tonight is Kelly Ubray coming back. It sounds like he's gonna come off
the bench, but they're playing theWizards. Doesn't seem like it's be much
of a contest. Last time theyplayed, Sixers scored over one hundred and
forty points. What are you lookingat in this game? Yeah, as
(01:30):
you said, the big news iswith Ubray. I'm interested to see if
he's on kind of a minute restrictionin this one. But the big thing
with this game the first time aroundand b drop forty eight on the Wizards
in this one. But I'm lookingat my play. Am I gonna give
one of my plays for this oneright now? Absolutely? I like Tyrese
Maxi to go over twenty five anda half. I feel like he's a
(01:53):
guy by season's end, he's gonnabe consistently in that twenty seven to twenty
eight mark for a season average.I think that the numbers are going to
continue to grow. He's had twentyeight or more and four of his last
five games, and in the firsttime around these two teams went up,
he had twenty two points. Butas I said earlier, and Bead have
forty eight that night. So thisis a game where even if he bes
around that average that he's usually aroundthat thirty two point mark, I think
(02:16):
there's some room for Maxie to kindof exploit this super weak defensive backcourt for
the Washington Wizards and have a nicenight tonight. So I love exactly where
you are at, Maxi. Butthe one angle I'm going with him is
assists. With the Wizards, theygive up the most rebounds and assists per
(02:37):
game, and that it really hasto be a remarkable level of suck for
you to give up the most amountof rebounds and assists. I think they
might be closing in points per gameallowed as well. There's just nothing really
going right with the Washington Wizards. And again, like this, you want
your stars to come out and havea pretty decent game. And the one
(02:58):
thing I look at with some ofthese lines and they're a little bit of
justic because Ubray, we're not surewhat we're gonna see from him tonight,
and I wanted I was tempted.I wanted the potentially look at him,
But the two guys I look at, first Maxim for assist over six and
a half. I think we're gonnasee a lot of them be playing volleyball
with Daniel Gafford and the rest ofthe Wizards paint players, and then Tobias
Harris over five and a half rebounds. Again, this is a Wizard's team
(03:21):
that gives up a lot of reboundsper game, so you're gonna have a
lot of opportunities. And I mean, how many times have we seen Jordan
Poole just brick threes left and right? And look, Kuzma is a free
shooter and that can be pretty dangeroustoo, So I look, look,
Joelle is gonna get his, nodoubt about that. But I feel like
(03:43):
in this matchup, Tobias had fivein the last time they played, and
I think you're gonna see a lotmore here. The rotation is gonna be
a little interesting off the bench though, when it comes to actually what Ubray
can do, because the whole situationis still weird right with through Bray,
It's like, what exactly are wegetting from him? It still seems bizarre
(04:08):
that we don't have like a concreteanswer on what exactly happened with him.
Yeah, yeah, and as well. I mean, when he got injured,
he was arguably playing the best basketballof his NBA career. Now is
gonna be kind of interesting to see. He's been away for a few weeks,
but Toombs really solidified himself in thereas a starting option. Is he
comfortable taking more of a backseat role. I know he was averaging upwards of
(04:29):
seventeen eighteen points per game before hisinjury. Is he comfortable taking less shots,
maybe down around that twelve to thirteenpoints per game. They're certainly going
to be in an adjustment period potentially. But another play that kind of piggybacking
off of what you were talking aboutwith the Wizards giving up the most rebounds
and assists. I also really likeTyrese Maxi over thirty six and a half
pr eight to night. As hesaid, in the first matchup, he
(04:51):
had twenty two points eleven assists. He only had one rebound in that matchup,
so I would expect that number togo up a little bit. But
if he was able to take advantageof them giving up that many assists in
the first time, and if he'sable to just get that number up to
maybe twenty five twenty six points,I could easily see him getting six,
seven assists, four or five rebounds, and he's hitting that number easy.
(05:12):
Thirty six and a half seems likea bit of a disrespectful number, But
at the same time, with aten points spread, we could be looking
at a blowout in this game.Maybe some guys like Kelly Ubray get get
a little bit more run, toget some more conditioning and whatnot. But
MAXI, I think he's in fora big game. I think he's gonna
be able to take advantage of thisWizard's backcourt that is very, very poor
on the defensive end. Real quick, non good of betting question here,
(05:35):
would you rather have Ubray or Batumas your fifth guy in the starting lineup
right now? I like Batum.I like Ubray kind of coming off the
bench. I think Batum is morethat solidified noses role type when when things
are going wrong in the offense, you can turn into a guy like Ubra
to come off the bench and maybebe that spark plug type guy get you
ten twelve points in a bunch.A refined version of PJ Tucker. Yeah,
(05:58):
I guess, I guess I haveto do it. I put it
PJ. Tucker's numbers recently. Ithink it's like seven h trade games he's
he's had a zero in the pointcolumn. So pretty pretty great move there
by Maury to get off that contract, and but Toombs seem to fit in
very well. I was skeptical aboutit at first. I see Patoom,
I see Marcus Morris, and Isee exactly what I what I thought of
PJ. Tucker, and I'm like, oh no, here we go.
(06:19):
We're not gonna get much production out. But it seems like it's working well,
and I'm very interested to see howit ends up working with with Kelly
Ubre in the mix as well, because look, you're you're right, he
was playing some of the best basketballof his career. He's got a lot
of bets too, because he wasgoing over in his points and threes pretty
easily. So I'll be interested tosee how that that plays out, also
(06:40):
from a betting perspective, how thelines kind of even out with him.
But I think for tonight, Ithink if you're looking at six ers,
it's probably some of the core guysbecause we're not sure exactly. And look,
Uber hasn't been on the court closeto a month. Yeah, that's
something that the sharpness may take aminute or two to get back to.
That. We'll get back to someNBA bets towards the end of the show.
But the real reason the two ofus are here, the real reason
(07:03):
we call ourselves the Gambler Secos,is college basketball. And I look,
I met Ryan first time at oneof our Thursday night football watch parties,
and you're like Bettnam Mississippi Valley Statein college basketball or whatever it was.
You're a man after my own heartwhen it comes to college basketball. Not
(07:24):
as good of a slate as lastnight, But that's why we're here.
That's why we're here to dig intothe weeds of college basketball and as some
players, we agree on as well. But the big game tonight is the
Shaka Smart Bowl Texas at Marquette. The line is eight points in favor of
the Golden Eagles. It's a veryinteresting kind of matchup for me because Marquette
(07:44):
coming off a lost to Wisconsin. They lost to Purdue in between a win
over Southern University, which doesn't carrymuch weight when it comes to this breakdown.
And Texas outside of their loss toConnecticut, really haven't played anybody,
not so much of it of aschedule. But when you play it,
go in the Big twelve. Look, I get it, if you're gonna
(08:05):
play a soft non con So whatdo you expect from this game when it
comes to is the spread right? Is this the bounce back spot for Marquette?
What how do you see Texas Marquettegoing? And so Marquette was actually
my national title team at the beginningof the year. That big win over
Kansas made me feel good, andthen they had a tough loss to Purdue.
(08:28):
But when you look inside Agadaro,he was in foul trouble that game.
Obviously, that allows Zachiati to exploitthem. In the Marquette Wisconsin game,
the final score was eleven. Wisconsinwas up big, Marquette made a
run, came back. They mighteven even tied it at one point.
I forget it if they exactly tiedit or not, but they were within
a couple points and then Wisconsin kindof pulled away at the end. But
we're seeing this Wisconsin team is avery good team. Beat up on Michigan
(08:52):
State last night, who I thinkhas been the biggest disappointment in college basketball
season, but still never an easything to do. I think this is
a perfect spot for a bounce backhere. You look at Texas. They're
twelfth in the country six and one, but they started the year in the
top twenty five. They're one ofthose teams that is benefiting from their preseason
ranking right now because all right, well, if they keep winning, you
can't really move them down. Idon't think this is a very good basketball
(09:13):
team compared to last year. Ithought that team was a lot better.
As you said, they're only lostbeing that Yukon game. They lost that
game by ten, but they haven'tbeat anyone. They only beat Louisville by
one. They needed a clutch shotfor Max Asmis down the stretch. I
think there's a Marquette team that isin for a bounce back, and they
seem to really love playing for theircoach, and they know how things kind
of ended there at Texas for Shakasmart. I think this is one of those
(09:35):
revenge spots. You have Marquette athome in this one too. That's historically
a pretty tough place to go intoand play, So I think Marquette has
a good shot in this one.I was able to on Draft Kings.
They have a fifty percent boost inthis game, so I just moved the
line down to six. I gotthat at minus one fifteen there with that
fifty percent boost to kind of makeit back to normal odds. So I
(09:56):
do like Marquette and this one.The eight and a half, I think
it might be done. A sevenhalf on some markets right now is a
little bit of a high number. But I do like Marquette to win this
game. I think this is oneof those matchups where they can expose Texas
and maybe prove that they're not reallyworthy of being a top fifteen team at
the stage of the season. SeeThis guard matchup fascinates me because you have
two veteran guards in Tyree Hunter andMax Asmis from Texas who have been around
(10:20):
the block. Asmis specifically, nowwe have to see him at the power
five level instead of hoping to seehim on a stream at Oral Roberts twice
a year and in conference play.I think this is a big test for
Texas. I think this game meansmore to the Longhorns in the national perspective
than it does Marquette. And againthis guard matchup. I mean, it's
(10:43):
going to be really, really funto watch. I think Texas is up
for it. Look, I knowthe defense, their numbers are skewed because
of who they played, but Ithink they can hang I really do.
And I think in a game likethis, I know it's not in a
tournament game, but it's a tournamentlevel style game and a veteran guard play
(11:03):
goes a long way for me.So I'm gonna take Texas with the eight
hope they can can hang around.I used my fifty percent boost just on
straight on the spread to get toplus money. I think it's gonna be
a fun game. I think itwill live up to the billing of game
the night. Moving on, nowwe're in the weeds and you and I
actually were in agreement on a fewof these games. And there's one thing
(11:24):
I hate doing when I bet,and I found myself doing it a little
more at the start of this collegebasketball season. That's betting unders. I'm
not really a big unders guy.If I see a game that I think
is is gonna go under, kindof avoid it. And I think some
of these lines end up being sosharp by the end of the season where
it's you kind of stay away. But I think there's a few of them
(11:46):
tonight, and one we're in agreementon Penn State Maryland hoof. I mean,
good luck trying to watch this game. If you do look Maryland,
their performance Cain is Fillingova a fewweeks ago was still ingrained and memory forty
points just just an atrocious, atrociousoffensive basketball game. It's more offensive than
offensive. And then they reel offthree straight wins, cool whatever, and
(12:11):
then put up fifty three points ina loss to Indiana last week. It's
just not good enough. It reallyisn't. And the KEMPALM numbers are just
staggering with both of these teams.I think Penn State still trying to figure
their way around things as well, with Mike Rhodes as head coach. Both
of these teams three point percentage onKEMPOM. Maryland's three fifty nine. That's
(12:33):
not good. You know how manyteams there are in Division one. I
think there's what three hundred and sixtythree five. Yeah, that's bad,
that's very bottom. And Penn Stateis two hundred and ninety second. And
if you know Mike Rhodes from fromwhere he comes from, a VC,
you guy, use the defense more. I think this because this is going
to be a rock fight. Thisfeels weird to still say big ten battle.
(12:54):
Maryland will always be an acc teamto me regardless of what this is.
But I just there's no way thisgame is getting to one hundred and
forty points, like even if ineverybody makes their shots here, nothing nothing
about this game speaks to game inthe seventies. So I'm on the under
one forty and a half and Ithink you are as well. Yeah,
(13:16):
I really like this one. Iactually got it at one thirty nine and
a half around lunchtime today. I'ma big trends guy. I like to
follow some trends and I also Ikeep a close eye on coaches going to
new spots, like you were sayingwith Mike Rhodes going from VCU to Penn
State, they were a very defensiveheavy team with him there. When you
look at Kevin Willard his time atSeaton Hall, they were never really a
(13:39):
high scoring bunch either, and he'scarried that over to Maryland. Maryland is
six and two in favor of theunder this season and dating back to last
year. In their first year underKevin Willard. They were twenty three and
twelve in favor of the under,so it's a team that over a pretty
large sample size. Now they're twentynine and fourteen in favor of the under
with Kevin Willard at Maryland. Sothat's a play that you should be kind
(14:01):
of marking on your phone. Ihave like an alert like check every morning
if Maryland's playing, because it lookslike they're going to be having a lot
of unders this year. A teamthat has really no outside shooting whatsoever,
like you were saying three hundred andfifty nine and Kent Palm. There's a
team that is going to struggle andthey've been widely considered one of the five
to ten biggest disappointments so far intheir early season. Are they able to
(14:24):
control the tempo at home tonight andkeep it a little bit lower scoring as
well. I think it's going tobe something to watch and something that they
try to do. Speak I'm rithere with you speaking of VCU Wolf.
Goodness, gracious. I don't knowif you saw who they lost to over
the weekend, but they only putup sixty points at home against Norfolk State.
(14:45):
This kind of goes to the trendof VCU, they're not really they
don't associate even back to when Shakawas the head coach, they don't associate
as an offensive fireworks team. Istill think Havoc, that's the first what
I associate with VCUS. Havoc.Ryan Odam now the head coach there,
who is at UNBC. I believewhen they upset Virginia. They played Memphis
(15:07):
tonight. Look, VCU, theoffensive numbers aren't great. Last three game,
last three losses. They've lost threeof their last four, with a
win against Penn State being the onlything in the middle of anything positive that
they're in that stretch. And allthose games, all three of those games
were in the sixties. Both teamsMaryland Sorry Maryland VCU in the low sixties
(15:30):
their opponent's high sixties. Look,Memphis is is very clearly the better team.
But in this matchup, I justdon't see VCU scoring a ton of
points. If Memphis is ahead inthis game is in Richmond, So I
feel like this VCU is going tokind of drag Memphis down to their style
of play. I got the totalat under one forty four and a half.
(15:50):
This is a game where I thinkVCU kind of drags Memphis down and
Memphis has to find a way towin in a dogfight, and can they
do it. I think it wouldbe a nice little test. I don't
know if it'll resonate nationally, butI think when we look back in March
and say, oh, that's anice win, I think they'll have that
as well. And then one moreunder look. I watched Arizona State play
(16:11):
Thanksgiving weekend about one am against BYUin Las Vegas, and their offense was
just atrocious. And that's the onlything that's stuck in my mind with the
Sun Devil, since their offensive numberskind of suggest that not in the top
two hundred and three point two pointor even free throw percentage on kempon three
metrics, that you really don't wantto be that low in three on nine
(16:34):
and three point three fifty five infree throw. That's really concerning if you're
trying to put away a home gameand win a defensive battle in this contest
with SMU, it's late at night. I feel like this game is is
going to trend toward the under It'sgoing to be pretty ugly. I just
don't trust Arizona State's offense against adecent opponent. But they they played two
(16:59):
three games against KEMPOM Top one hundredone is seventy one to fifty six,
loss to Mississippi State seventy seven toforty nine, loss to BYU, both
on neutral courts, and then theybeat San Francisco on Sunday seventy two to
sixty one. No, do thosegames get remotely close to this total of
one forty three. I feel likeif they feel like an under team until
they can prove they can score aton of points in a big game.
(17:21):
So three hundreds for me, PennState, Maryland at this VCU and SMU
ASU. There's a money line pickthat both of us are on. I'll
let you break it down because Iknow you're the true sicco. I want
this kind of initiation with me.Give me your true sicco. I know
you're on ball State tonight. Yep. Yeah, so I had ball State.
I actually got it earlier this morning, minus one and a half.
(17:41):
I don't love this. Last timeI checked, Detroit flipped to a minus
one favorite. But this hasn't wonthis season, by the way, Yeah,
exactly, That's That's why I'm goingwith it. Ball State four and
two against the spread this season. They have a couple games against non Division
one opponents where there wasn't a line. That's why they only have, you
know, six games eligible against thespread. But Detroit Mercy and a straight
(18:02):
up this year two and six againstthe spread. And if you know anything
about Detroit Mercy from their past, they ran and they lived and died with
with Antoine Davis. I believe youfinished second all timing in college basketball history
and scoring. He's not there anymore. So this is a team that is
just starting to kind of adjust tolife without a guy that's gonna shoot the
ball thirty to thirty five times eachnight. Just not a really good collection
(18:26):
of talent. I won't sit hereand lie and say that I've watched a
lot of Detroit Mercy game, butjust knowing from the past few years,
having tuned into them, this isnot a team that is very talented outside
of Davis, and he's no longerthere. So it might be a trap
line where it's like, oh,why is this six and two ball state
team an underdog at Detroit Mercy. But again, this is just one of
those games. Why not bet it? Why not take a flyer? On
(18:48):
it and take a chance. Eighton the year, two and six against
the spread. I'll take my chanceswith that any day. Yeah, I
saw that too. And look,I know it's a road game in ball
State ish to two on the roadthis season, but when you're really struggling
on offense in the way that DetroitMercy is, and look, defensively,
they haven't been good either. Lookat what they've done throughout the season,
(19:10):
giving up eighty plus points three times, seventy plus points six times. The
only time their defense has played remotelygood was in their two league games against
Oakland and Cleveland State, and theystill lost those games, both of them
by double digits. All of theirdefensive metrics are in the bottom third.
It's not just the offense that's slacking, it's the defense that's slacking. And
that one stood out to me aswell. I think there's one game,
(19:33):
also involving a Horizon League team thatyou and I are on a few different
sides on Toledo and Oakland. Toledoone of the faster paced teams in the
country. Oakland already has one bigwin. I believe it was over Xavier
if I'm correct. Yeah, Xavierthey've also beat in Detroit Mercy. But
this is a Toledo team that lovesto push the pace. Look, they've
(19:55):
lost four in a row, buteven in those games, they've gotten over
seventy in all of those games. They've conceded seventy five in all of those
games as well. And in fact, in six of their seven games,
the opponents scored seventy five and they'veat least scored seventy. This is an
over team. Toledo is a funteam to watch if you get into mid
major college basketball, and I thinkthey're gonna push the pace, needing a
win basically here to kind of geteverything back on Jackvia for conference play.
(20:19):
So I'm on the Toledo Oakland overone forty nine. I know you have
a side in this game. Yeah, just to quick chime in on Toledo,
Like you said, they were ateam over these past few years.
Is a Friday night MAC games oncecollege basketball really gets in the league play.
They were always them in Kent State. Those are two fun teams to
watch. They'd like to get upand down. I actually went with Oakland
(20:40):
money line in this one. Itwas minus one fifteen. They were minus
one that was minus one oh eight, so I said, you know,
just let's go with it straight uphere minus one fifteen. Oakland is the
fourth best team though in college basketballthis year against the spread to start the
year, they're eight and one,so this is a pretty good squad that
has been dominating the books to startoff the year. They're coming off their
(21:00):
first loss against the spread this seasonthough, in lost to Indiana Purdue Fort
Wayne, so I'm looking for abounce back here from Oakland. They're a
battle tested team. They've played abunch of major conference teams so far.
They've played Illinois, Ohio State,Xavier, and Drake who last year was
in the tournament and potentially could begoing back this year. So they've played
a tough schedule and like you saidto Gleedo might be in a little bit
(21:22):
of a down year this year.I believe only three and four to start
the season. So you get Oaklandat home in this one too. I
like them to win this game straightup and take that bet on the money
line. Two more for me,real quick, I'm on Bryant minus State
against Sienna. Bryant has been phenomenalthis season, even with Phil Martelly junior
taking over as interim and then actualhead coach. So I like them in
that game. I like South Carolinaas well plus eight and Halfkins Clemson rivalry
(21:45):
game. I think South Carolina isthe team that we're all sleeping on in
the SEC that comes like January, mid January. Oh, they're in the
standings. They're actually pretty decent lastyear, but the SEC is just so
crowded that they do get lost inthe shuffle a little bit. But those
are the two more online. Sothe whole eight pack here is Penn State,
(22:06):
Maryland under Memphis VCU under ball,State money line, Toledo Oakland over
Bryant minus State, Texas plus eight, South Carolina plus eight and a half,
and the Arizona State under beef. What else you got in the college
basketball slate tonight. Yeah, soI'm actually on the opposite side in that
South Carolina game. I taken Clemsonminus eight and a half. As you
mentioned, rivalry games, Soul couldbe a close one. Both teams come
(22:29):
in at seven and zero. Ithink South Carolina's records a little more inflated
though, due to a poor nonconference schedule. Their best win is over
probably Grand Canyon, who had anice win over San Diego State last night.
Maybe Virginia Tech, but Clemson ownswins over some potential tournament teams and
UAB Alabama and Pitt We got afuture NBA player in PJ Hall. Joe
Gerards fit in pretty well. Icould see a lot of people being surprised
(22:52):
and just seeing all right, SouthCarolina seven, and oh, why are
they an eight and a half pointunderdog. I'm gonna take that fall for
the bait. Seventy seven percent ofthe public on South Carolina as well.
So I really like Clemson. Ithink that they could be a real fighter
in the ACC for one of thosetop spots this here, so I'm going
to Clemson minus eight and a half. I'm also on Iona Hofstra over one
fifty and a half. This iswhy we have you on the program.
(23:17):
Iona is five and three in favorof the over this year. I've watched
them a couple times during feast weekeleven am tips. They will press you
ninety four feet the entire game,so you get some chances at some steal
some easy baskets, but then youlook also on the other end, there's
a chance for layups. So Ithink this one gets up and back in
a track meet. Hofstra scored sevenor more every game this season and has
(23:37):
scored eighty five in four games,so I think this is a game that
we see a lot of points. And then I had my one more play,
my dog of the Day. Igive this out on Twitter every day.
It's a or you know, mostdays, five or six days of
the week, but it's my dogof the day, which is underdog against
the spread. I've hit six ofmy last seven against the spread, four
(23:59):
out of my last seven straight up. So these are all plus money plays.
Tonight's play is tousand plus two anda half plus one twenty on the
money line against UMass. I alwayslike to take these teams where not a
big talent discrepancy and towsand's at homeas an underdog catching the points. I
love those spots. And it's asystem that I've kind of been looking at
over the past week where I've hadArkansas over Duke, Ole, Miss over
(24:22):
Memphis, Case State over Nova lastnight. So you're giving me points to
a team with pretty even talent, wise, I'm gonna take them at home.
I think this thousand team is goingto be one of the top teams
in the CIA this year. Somy picks are thousand plus two and a
half, Clemson minus eight and ahalf, ball State minus one and a
half, Oakland money line, IonaHofstra over one fifty and a half,
(24:44):
and then that Maryland Penn State underof one point thirty nine and a half.
This is why we have self proclaimedourselves as the Gambler Sickos. Now
there's a load of the NBA slatetonight, so on our way out.
Look, we already talked about ourSixers plays. Are there any other NBA
I'll get into to mind real quick. Look, one of the teams that
stands out to me so far thisseason is the Hawks and how much pace
they play out. The over under, I believe is what two forty three
(25:07):
tonight two forty two and a half. Now that's the highest on the schedule,
at least for tonight, because Tomorrow'sPacers bucks over is fifty four and
a half. It's incredible to seethose numbers. I love seeing points in
these types of games. Uh So, I think this is gonna be a
pretty free flowing type of basketball game. And if you were on DraftKings,
you have a risk free same gameparlay to use tonight on the NBA.
(25:32):
So here's what we're cooking up forthis game. Highest over on the board,
so look, I just gravitate tothat. So three pointers. We
have Bogdan Bogdanovic and Cameron Johnson bothover two and a half three pointers,
Spencer Dinwiddie over seven and a halfassists, and Trey Young. We're gonna
make that ten assists, make thatthe all the way nice round number,
(25:55):
and that gets you to plus sevento fifty. That is our at least
mind Draft Kings NBA same game parlayfor tonight. I think you're gonna see,
once again a pretty fast paced AtlantaHawks game, and you have the
two of the better shooters on eachside in Johnson and Bogdanovic. Trey Young
has been over ten assists in thislast three games. If there's gonna be
(26:17):
one primary passer on the nets,it's Spencing. Did we so didn't Witty
sa a nice little four legger there? Young? Tennissists, didn't Winny eight
assists, Johnson and Bogdanovich two anda half threes at plus seven fifty.
Yeah, my same game parlay Ihave cooked up for the NBA's and the
Nuggets Clippers game. We're going withthe Nuggets on the money line here.
(26:40):
They've won eight straight games against theClippers. Djokic over nine and a half
assists, that's a plus one hundred. He's had fourteen or more assists in
three straight games. And Jokic overtwenty nine and a half points as well.
Nuggets haven't played since Saturday night,so they're rested. I could see
him coming out giving a you know, forty fifteen and ten time game,
(27:00):
having a big outing, and theNuggets, as I said, won eight
straight games over the Clippers. Thisis a Clippers team still trying to figure
things out, arrested Nuggets squad cominginto this one. I like them to
get this one, and then ifwe're gonna call ourselves the siccos, I'm
going with the NBA sicco play ofthe night. I'm going with the Grizzlies.
I took them on the money lineat minus one thirty. They are
(27:21):
playing the Pistons tonight, arguably, which is the sickest of sick games in
the NBA. Yeah, the worsttwo teams probably in the NBA to start
the year. The Pistons have lostseventeen in a row, So play with
this one with some caution. Imight be giving it the kiss of death.
They might just be due for agame. But NBA favorites on the
year coming off a loss are sixteenand zero straight up in their next game.
(27:41):
So if you want to play atrend in this one, look at
the Grizzlies are straight up, youmight have to bite some juice. Take
it it at the minus one thirty. They are minus two for the spread,
But it might just be worth itto bite the juice and take them
straight up there on the money line. But we if we're calling ourselves as
siccos we had to throw that onein there, we might have to permanently
call us the stick because at leastyou and me, Yeah, we're gonna
(28:03):
be doing this a lot more onWeek Bets with with Sean Bernard mixing in
with the NBA as well. Butyeah, if this might have to stick,
because it really is that the sickestof sickos. And you have the
two guys that will bet on ballState basketball at the candler, the two
of us right here on screen. But that's it for tonight. Enjoy all
(28:25):
the basketball, plenty of it,plenty of the NBA plenty of college hoops
as well, and hopefully we've blessedyou with plenty of winners across both slates.
IF Ryan Coyle, I am JoeTansey. Thank you guys for tuning
