explore the subject of what iflife is working for you and for
us instead of against us or tous.
This has been a subject thathas come up so much with all the
changes that's happening rightnow in the world, and that

someone actually more than oneperson asked me to just talk
about it from my view, is I willalways talk about it from a
general perspective and notnecessarily a specific
perspective, unless I have anexample to give you.

So that's where I'm coming fromwith this off the cuff.
Does it cover any of ourspecific dynamics?
Absolutely, it probably coversall of them, because what's
happening throughout our worldit being 2025, is there's lots
of changes.
With change there comesdiscomfort, because sometimes

people aren't always comfortablewith that, but we'll get into
that more in just a few minutes.
People aren't alwayscomfortable with that, but we'll
get into that more in just afew minutes.
So in our podcast, before weget into it, I always like to
set the tone for our timetogether, because this is more
than just a podcast.
We know what we focus onexpands, so let's take a moment

to center ourselves, be fullypresent and listen with an open
heart and mind.
So, to start, let me ask youthis, given the title I don't
know that I gave you the titlebecause I don't know the title
right now, but what I do know isthat it is going to be how

we're looking at life and thelife changes.
Can you relate to this?
Can you relate that sometimesyou feel that life is working
for us and other times that it'snot or seems like it's not?

(03:28):
Because the reason why I wantedto do this is this specific
podcast is because I always feellike we don't know what's fully
going on except for well, evenuniversally, going on, but the

(03:50):
only thing that we can controlis us ourselves.
Agree, disagree.
My perspective that.
But our attitude of how we lookat things does change the way

(04:11):
that things will unfold, andthat's why it's so important
when I do the, the morningroutine and the evening routine
is that I'm setting myintentions, I'm setting my
energy, I'm prepaving my what Iwant things to be, and then I
also say or better, because whatI'm learning along the way,

doing a lot of researching andlistening to different teachers
along the way is that it's likesometimes our physical mind
can't always fully grasp on thehow to do things, but our
universal mind, higher mind,source, energy, mind, vortex,

(05:00):
mind, universal well-being,knows what we want, knows what
the flow is and will always bedirecting us that way and that,
with that in mind, I always feela little bit more like, yeah,

(05:23):
the universe has got my back, myback and sometimes and you can
probably relate to this maybesometimes, when we put out an

(05:49):
intention for something,sometimes so good feelings of
things that unfold as anopportunity and an option to
really balance out some stuff,and a lot of that stuff could be
your perspective, your point ofview, your beliefs, your
thoughts, your ideas, yourenergy, and that it seems like

(06:14):
there is like a bit of for aspecific word, in this case like
a little bit of contrast andchaos that happens.
So you choose something,contrast and chaos happens.
It goes into the unknown, don'tknow what's happening, but it's
not feeling good and all ofthis stuff needs to unravel so

(06:36):
it can be reclarified and thatat the end, when this all done
because you, being conscious andif you're not, you will be now
and aware that this is happeningthat you will know what is
happening You'll know, okay,this is all unfolding now.

(06:58):
This is an opportunity for mehere.
This is for me to get clearabout this.
This is all happening for me.
When it may seem to others thataren't aware or unconscious
about what's happening, thatthey can go into the poor me or
the unempowered energy of it'shappening to me, to understand

(07:23):
the difference.
And then, when you come out theother end, it's so much better
than you thought it was going tobe because, again, like I said
earlier, I tend to always say orthe highest best, the highest
good, or the universal best forme, at this time when I'm

(07:45):
putting out an intention or anenergy or a request to the
universe, whether it's a prayeror a statement or just an idea,
whatever it might be, I alwaysput something at the end Because
if in fact, that's true, thatmy physical mind cannot
understand the how-tos and whatneeds to happen, it can only

(08:08):
deal with what is happening inthe the moment.
The physical mind and brain,whether it's true or not but I'm
exploring this option but thenthe higher mind and the
universal mind and the, thevortex mind and and that bigger
part of who I am, which is alsomy inner guidance and my inner

(08:30):
being, knows what is best for meand is continually pushing me
towards that way.
You have to go through a littlebit of bumpy roads before you
get on the smooth road again.
That if I know that it's alwaysworking out for me, it's always
working out for me.
This is always working out forme, always working out for me.

(08:50):
It's always working out for me.
This is always working out forme Even in the middle of some of
this chaos and contrast, aslong as I'm keeping my intention
and I'm allowing things tounfold the way I want them to,
to the degree that I'm allowingit to happen.
So there's always this duality,sometimes like you can't ask

(09:12):
for, oh, I want a brand new car,and then all of a sudden go, oh
, but it's too expensive.
That's a plus and a minus, andthen it neutralizes.
So, with all these changes goingon in the world, with a
check-in to our audience, is itdo you feel that life is working

(09:34):
for us, that all thisrearranging and changing and
things as we knew it is nolonger, and and things may or
may not get better in certainsubjects but that the one thing
that you can control is that youfind your peace.

(09:59):
I find my peace, I find myalignment with who I am and what
I prefer and we've said it indifferent podcasts before and
that is that no one has controlof our thoughts and our ideas

(10:20):
and our ultimate choices.
For us, they can influence itin many different degrees and
many different ways, but at theend of the day, no one else has
your DNA, no one else has yourblood.
No one else has, I mean, unlessyou're sharing it, of course or
or your unique gift that youare and that even your

(10:45):
fingerprints.
You have to just understandjust how special and unique you
are, and so no one can have thatcontrol over you unless you
allow it.
And if they're, if they personplaces things have, that's okay,

(11:09):
because all it's saying is andif it doesn't feel good, then
all it's saying is time to do are-clarification, a
re-definition.
What do I want instead?
Preference around this.
So, if your attitude and beingopen to new ideas which is what

(11:33):
dynamic is being about, andbecause we're always becoming
something how about becoming?
Life is always for me andthings are always working out
for me and yes, it may not looklike it right in the second,
every second, but overall, thebig picture, it is working out

(11:54):
for me.
How about that?
Now I know I'll get somemessages Well, what about this?
What about that?
That's not working out for me,that's not what I wanted.
Okay, then I would say sorry,it's not working out for you,

(12:14):
but what is working out for youaround it might not be exactly
what you wanted, but you alsohave to understand that you
can't control others.
You can't control others lifepath either, and some really sad
things happen sometimes andsome really uncomfortable things
happen sometimes and somereally uncomfortable things
happen sometimes and some reallyunknown things happen, and it's

(12:40):
, what do you do with all ofthat you know where can you go
with that, where can you findthat peace?
And then asking the questionslike how is this affecting my,
my health and my wealth and myrelationships and my gratitude
and my well-being and myemotions and my beliefs, like

(13:02):
all of the different dynamicsthat were sort of the
fundamental dynamics that we'refocusing on.
Asking yourself those questions, okay, so that being some of
the next steps and writing themdown and getting them out of
your head and just looking atsome of your beliefs around all
of this, or the beliefs aroundthe situation that's happening

(13:26):
and going Okay, can I controlthis?
No, can I control myself?
Yes, I can.
Okay, can I control this?
No, can I control myself?
Yes, I can.
