And welcome back to the demon inside.
So my soul to demons. You did.

(01:17):
When did you do that? Last night.
Last night. Hello, my demon insiders, and
welcome back to The Demon Inside.
I'm your host John Venom, and today we will be doing The Demon
Inside Matthew N Warren. Now for those of you that have

(01:39):
never heard of Matthew and Warren, and for good reason.
I couldn't find very much on him.
If it wasn't for the fact that Ifound his interrogation, I would
have never known about this case.
And the only reason, like I said, I found it was because
they had it as murderer sells his soul, which is pretty

(02:05):
explanatory, like you heard at the beginning.
But before we do that, let's do this.
Matthew Warren was 33 at the time, and this was on June 10th,
2014. And now he's 44.
So that was 10 years ago. And the only things that I could
find on Matthew was that he had served in the Army.

(02:28):
He was stationed at Fort Knox and Fort Hood and Fort Rucker
and all these three places are kind of like basic training and
tech school and things like thatfor his job.
And his job was actually, he wasan aviation operation
specialist. So he dealt with flight plans

(02:50):
and, and things of that matter. Now he was actually stationed in
Germany and I couldn't really get where in Germany, but he
acknowledges that in Germany he was stationed and he liked it.
And, and this is what's really weird is that he says that the
men were great or were good. He goes at the and the women, it

(03:15):
was a different story, but I'll play that a little bit later.
So anyway, let me go through this because most of this is
going to be his interrogation and I'll try to touch on
everything that I can. So Matthew was arrested for
killing a woman, and I'm going to go ahead and let him describe

(03:38):
what happened next. It was a female.
Yes. OK, how did you get her to come
into your house? I asked her if she could help me
with that with my air conditions.
Oh, OK, then what happened? And then went back in the

(04:05):
backroom there where the blood was on the floor, starts around
the neck. OK, what were you staying in the
neck with? The neck that was on the floor
there in the room. Can you describe the neck to me?
Black neck, 3 silver circles, about 6 feet.

(04:28):
So it's kind of like a black handle on it, yeah.
About how long is it you think? Probably about 6 feet 6,
probably 6 inches. 6 inches. OK, then what'd you do?
And I addressed it and proceed to rapper and and and air

(04:55):
mattress and and tarp. Oh, OK, What'd you do then?
Then I then I tied her, tied thetarp up around her and went down
the street and got a, a recycling, a recycling bin.

(05:22):
I mean it. It's OK, Just take your time.
Like one of those recycling trash cans.
Is that what you're trying to say?
OK, Why? Why did you go down the road and
get one? Because the one that it that I

(05:42):
that I used there the IT was toosmall.
I got that one from one down there, 1 across street over
there, right at the intersectionacross the.
T St. Is that T St. there kind of by

(06:06):
the bar? The the next the next
intersection across OK. So you said your can was too
small so you had to find a bigger one.
So you went and found a can, I guess that you thought was big
enough? And did you bring it back to

(06:27):
your house? Yes.
OK, what'd you do then? I took some some shower too,
because some. Lot of blood did.

(06:47):
When did you put her in the trash can?
Before you took a shower or after?
Before and after or before and then the struggle that that that
happened and then. Talking about a struggle?

(07:11):
When was the struggle? When you're talking about a
struggle, are you talking about when you were stabbing her?
Yes. How many times do you think you
stabbed her? 1815 OK.

(07:35):
Now, did you just stab her or did you like cut her up in
pieces or what'd you do? Stabbed her in the neck.
OK. So you didn't cut her up in any
pieces? No, OK.
Why did you do this to her? Did she say something or do
something to you that made you want to do this to her?

(08:02):
I mean, you're the only one who can tell me this, Matthew.
OK, She's not here, so I need you to tell me what happened,
OK? So I'm figure this out OK.
I sold myself. OK, to who?

(08:23):
Gangsta Boo. So this is interesting to me
because he says he sold his soulto Gangsta Boo.
Now for me, I was kind of like who the hell is Gangsta Boo?
And then I find out she was an actual person who was a rapper.

(08:44):
And I'm sorry to people that areinto the rap music and I really
don't listen to too much rap, but Gangsta Boo, her real name
was Lola Shantrio Mitchell and she did horrorcore music, now

(09:06):
horrorcore music. I started looking it up and it's
like hip hop based on horror theme and darkly transgressive
lyrical contents. So her style was very gruesome,
ghoulish, unsettling, and it inspired, it was inspired by

(09:31):
slasher films or splatter films. And Gangsta Boo supposedly came
to Matthew and wanted to buy hissoul.
Now, if a demon were to come to you as a demon, would you really
sell your soul by seeing it? Now, if you were to see a famous

(09:55):
rapper who came to you, would you sell your soul then?
Well, that's the question I imposed to you is if a famous
person came to you, the most famous person you can think of,
and asked you for your soul, would you say yes?

(10:18):
But let's continue. So let's go back to the question
I was asking you before. What?
What made you do this to this person?
Did do you understand what I'm asking you, Matthew?
Matthew, can you look at me? Let me ask you this.

(10:41):
Have you ever seen this person before?
No, no. OK, so she was just kind of
walking by your house. Yes.
So this reminds me of Robert Johnson and I don't know if any
of you remember or even know whoRobert Johnson is.

(11:03):
This was a jazz singer from backin the 20s, and this jazz singer
was best known for his guitar playing, but also for selling
his soul to demons on the crossroads.
And there's been so many different stories that have been
based on Robert Johnson. So if you haven't heard of

(11:27):
Robert Johnson, let me explain. Robert Johnson was a guitar
player who really wasn't that great.
And the story goes that he disappeared for a year and when
he came back he played the most fantastic music anybody had ever

(11:48):
heard. He was doing things with the
guitar nobody had ever done. So it was said that he had sold
his soul to gain musical influence over his guitar.
Now a lot of his songs are aboutselling his soul and about demon

(12:08):
dogs from hell coming after his soul and and his death and
things like that. So could it be possible that
Robert Johnson sold his soul to gain musical interest or gain
musical fame and fortune? Also Gangsta Boo, who's this
hard horror core musician? Why wouldn't she approach him as

(12:38):
she was a Satanist supposedly, and that's why she created these
rap songs and this music. It wasn't just a gimmick to some
people. To some people, she was actually
in a coat or a Satanic coat. So of course now the police,

(13:05):
they tried to bring it back to instead of selling your soul,
they try to bring it back to let's go to the case in which
case to do that, he starts bringing it back to giving him
questions that he can answer. So he's starting to ask him
questions about his time in Germany.
And it's really interesting whathe says.

(13:28):
But here's one thing before I continue on, if you guys ever
listen to the YouTube video and see the actual interrogation, I
actually cut it down a lot. I didn't cut down any of his
answers. I didn't cut down any of the
questions. All I did was there's a lot of
pauses in between. And so the first time I saw this

(13:53):
interview, I saw it on a different site and I couldn't
find that that site again anywhere.
And they were talking about thatif this guy, which he does say
later on that he had schizophrenia, that
schizophrenics tend to talk veryslowly.

(14:14):
So as he's talking on the interview, and I suggest you
guys look at the interview on YouTube, he's staring off like
if somebody else is talking to him.
And every time he brings up selling the soul or a demon or
things like that. And later on you'll see that the
police officer goes along with it, which is very interesting

(14:36):
because usually the police don't.
And, and I'll show you that, butit almost seems like the voices
that are talking to him are telling them not to answer.
And even at one point, there's apoint that I'll bring up where
it seems like the demon takes over for a split second.

(14:59):
But before that, let's get back to where he's talking about
Germany. We will be right back after a
word from our sponsors. And now it's time for the shout
out of the week. And this week we have a few.
So Angel and Bianca, thank you, guys.
I had you all in my car. Bianca was really interested in

(15:22):
it. Angel was kind of hesitant.
But here's your shout out. Johnny Isaac, I had him in my
car, I was driving him home and we had a really good talk about
this show. So hopefully you'll enjoy the
shout out. Debbie, I was cracking up

(15:42):
because I think Debbie actually got.
Dropped off at a. Different house because when I
was driving away, she would looklike she was waiting for me to
leave. But thank you for subscribing to
Debbie to my YouTube channel andwant some.
Thank you, Sir. I really do appreciate you
talking to me and letting me useyour name.

(16:03):
At first I thought it was Wanda and it's not.
It's wands. So here's to you guys.
Here's your all shout out. All right, let's get back to the
show. And.
Welcome back to the demon inside.
Now again, I just want to emphasize that his slow talking

(16:27):
really doesn't have anything to do with having schizophrenia.
Later on in the interview, whichI didn't place on here, I didn't
really want to put that on, but a friend of his says that he's
always talked slow like this even before our guests are after
the military. Now, the military didn't find

(16:49):
anything wrong with him other than he had medical because of
his shoulder, his hip and his arms.
And that's what they're going totalk about next.
What was the question? We were talking about why you
got discharged and you were telling me about your shoulder

(17:10):
and hip and knee problem and you're about to say something
else. You know, diagnosed with
schizophrenia this year later. OK.
And after you got out of the military?
Yes. OK.
What do you think caused that? Pardon me.

(17:33):
What do you think caused that? Marijuana or chemical
endowments, maybe. So you used to use some drugs?
When I was in high school, but. Do you still use drugs now?

(18:04):
Do you? Do you use any drugs now?
You smoke a little weed now or not?
No. Do you do any kind of illegal
drugs? No.
So he talks about how he got outof the service, and I'm assuming

(18:24):
that around that time, because Iassumed that he would have
joined the military when he was 18.
I mean, that's usually the age where people join the military.
And then I'm assuming either four or six years he was in
before he reached a medical discharge for his hip, his leg,

(18:45):
and his shoulder. Now a year after that, he was
reported that he had schizophrenia, According to him.
And I, like I said, I couldn't find any records of any of this.
And so schizophrenia from that point on which it would have
made him about 23 or 24 years old, he kept in check for

(19:11):
another 10 years. Now, this is where it gets very
interesting for me and for people that are into psychology,
because for those 10 years, knowing that he had
schizophrenia, was he taking pills for it?
Was he not? How did he control it?

(19:32):
Because he hadn't killed anybodyin this entire time that he was
schizophrenic. It wasn't until he sold his
soul. And I'm going to play that
because it's really interesting that the night before he killed
this lady, he sold his soul to demons.

(19:58):
Take a listen to this. Sold my soul to demons.
He did. When did you do that?
Last night. Last night.
So do you feel bad about that? I'm going to be in hell for

(20:20):
eternity. OK, Matthew, let me ask you
this. Do you feel bad at all about
what you did to that Lady? Of course not, she was just a
prostitute. OK, so that's that's what

(20:45):
prostitutes deserve. Is that what you think?
Can you answer me? Let me ask you this, Matthew.

(21:09):
What made you want to do that tothis prostitute?
She's just a prostitute, just like I am.
How are you a prostitute? Explain that to me, because I

(21:38):
don't understand that. Can you explain to me how you're
a prostitute? I didn't hear you.
What'd you say? What were you going to say,

(21:59):
Matthew? Is that your house where you
live? Is that your house where you
live, Matthew? Where this happened?

(22:25):
What's your address? Where you live, Matthew?
What's the matter? So my soul for eternity.
To who? Who'd you sell your soul to?

(22:50):
To a. To a What do you feel bad about
this, Matthew? Ambivalent.

(23:14):
Huh. Ambivalent.
OK. So like I said before, I believe
that at the point when he asked if you feel bad about this and
Matthew says of course not, she was just a prostitute.
I think that's when the demon took over for a second and

(23:35):
decided to proclaim what it wanted.
And because Matthew starts crying about everything more
about him losing his soul for aneternity.
And it's kind of weird because later on in the in the
interrogation, when the officer asked, do you feel bad about

(23:57):
this, he says ambivalent. And ambivalent means kind of
like confused about like, you know, yes, I do feel bad, but
no, I don't feel bad. I'm not sure.
And then when he brings up that he is a prostitute like she was.
Now keep in mind, she might not have been a prostitute.

(24:19):
We don't know why she was there.According to him, he
propositioned her like you said earlier.
But like I said, I couldn't findanything on her and I couldn't
find anything on him. So I don't know what that
relationship was. I don't know if she was just a
woman that was walking down the street and he decided to take

(24:42):
her life. But when he starts talking about
this demon and selling his soul.Would be all right.
Listen to this. I'm fine, OK.

(25:02):
Do you want to answer my question?
What? Was the question.
I can tell that this is bothering you.
OK. Can you tell me why you did
that? Had a blood lust.

(25:31):
OK. And when did that come about?
Well, I. Was selling my soul.
OK, how did it come about that you sold your soul?
Tell me about that. How did you do that or how were

(25:53):
you approached about that? Who approached you about selling
your soul? So now in the interview, he
makes no reference to Gangsta Boo.
He doesn't make any reference toselling a soda Demons.
He just pretty much closes up. And like I said, if you look at

(26:17):
the YouTube video, you'll see him staring off to the left side
as if he's looking at somebody and somebody's telling them not
to say anything. So at this time, the police
officer decides he's going to give it a break.
He goes outside and on the videothey show Matthew because this

(26:38):
whole time, this whole time withthe exception of two incidents
in there in the interview, he sits down and gets back up right
away. And the second time he sits down
and gets back up and he doesn't want to sit down.
He's standing on his feet through the whole interrogation.
And once the police officer leaves, they kind of Fast

(27:01):
forward through this part because it's he's there quite a
bit standing there. And then all of a sudden he gets
down on his knees as if he's praying.
And he's down on his knees and he's there for a little bit
until the police come in and thepolice officer asked him, well,
listen to it yourself. Hey, Matthew, what are you

(27:26):
doing? You OK?
Yes. Would you like me to bring you a
glass of water? Again.
You look thirsty. OK.
Can you have a seat in that chair for me that?
Wasn't. OK.
Can you at least do you want to stand back up?

(27:48):
OK. So this is pretty much the end
of the interview, and it kind oflike boggles my mind that he
says that he sowed his soul and that as soon as he sowed his
soul, he gained bloodlust. Now, we've heard bloodlust
before from a couple of these last few episodes.

(28:10):
Almond Presley was one of them, and there was a couple of
others. But the bloodlust is something
that I feel is kind of like the red surge and some of these
other vices that people have talked about.

(28:31):
So why didn't he get bloodlust if he was just schizophrenic?
Why did it happen after he sold his soul?
Why couldn't it? Why didn't it happen sooner?
Now remember I always talk aboutpeople that have disabilities,

(28:52):
psychiatric disabilities, psychological disabilities, that
they sometimes are demon possessed because it's easier
for the demon to get into somebody like that, that would
that has no control over what they see.

(29:13):
And this is a way for a demon toget inside of them because most
people will think that it's a fake since they are
schizophrenic. This guy the night before said
he sold his soul, he had bloodlust and he killed a woman

(29:36):
the very next day. So.
