dirty. This is your got a professor and
talking to you about a couple ofthings today.

Now what I want to talk to you about, most importantly though,

is why we came here today is to talk about the sexy seduction. 2
day hotel takeover. Yes, two whole days, whole
takeover, all the hotel. So Friday night, March 21st.
So the events going to be March 21st and 22nd.
It's going to be here in Minnesota, Twin Cities area.

March 21st is going to be the first night, Friday night.
Now, let me just tell you, let me stop there.
Let me stop there. Why?
It's called sexy seduction. Normally you see our events and
you'll see like there's always atitle, Halloween, Mardi Gras,
the White Party, etcetera. This one's called sexy seduction
'cause my wife, you know what mywife hates what some people,

some people like this, but my wife hates having to get a theme
ready all the time. When we first started doing
parties back in 2008, it was just white chocolate presents
hotel takeover. So when we would do that, that
meant come out and our tag was and we still put it in some of
the events was come out and dress white chocolate sexy and

that simply meant come dressed to impress.
That meant girls wear your frequent dress, come out with
them heels that hurt your feet. But you know, turn heads and
dudes don't come out looking like you just got done working
on the railroad all the live long day.
Come out, put a clean shirt on some nice shoes.
You know what I mean? Come out dressed and impressed

like you want to get some. So that's what we want to get
back to. My wife was like, we never do
that no more. So let's just have a party where
people don't got to worry about a theme.
Nothing like that. Come out and what you feel good
in. So that's what you're going to
wear. So before you even ask, just
listen to the podcast and I put it out there in the 1st 2
minutes. What you're going to wear is
what you feel best in. Now Friday night's going to be

more of a meet and greet style in the bar area.
So that's a that's a good time for, if you're new, come out to
that and meet some people. That's where you can get a
little chance to talk to them. It's going to be loud, still new
music, but just not music and dancing as not as many people.
So Friday night's a good time for that.
I would say new people. That's good because Saturday is
a totally different vibe. It's a total.

I know my Co host here hate the word vibe but.
I do, I absolutely hate it. It's a.
Totally different deal. I will keep it going.
Totally different deal on Saturday night.
And that's when you're going to want to, like I said, wear those
freaking dresses and all those good things there.
Because on Saturday, that's whenthere's going to be dancing.
There's going to be different things going on, Photo OPS, all

that cash bars. The 360.
Not for this one. Not for this one.
But. There will be the three 60s are
fun, but not for this one. We're going to say that one
you'll you'll see that one the. Photographer will be back at the
the. Photographer will be back so
there will be some photos. Escapes.
Yep, he will be back. Get you some good photos back

there. And like I was saying, there's
cash bar. So it's not BYOB like some
places that you might have gone to.
And also remember this at our events and make sure you read
this on the details on our events.
At 10:30, there's a lingerie change.
And what that means is you're going to come down in your

outfit that we just talked about.
But at 10:30, this is your chance to wear all that lingerie
you've been buying for all thoseyears for Valentine's Day and
never got nowhere to wear it to.Now this dolls cracking up.
You know I'm right. Everybody got a whole lingerie,
George, Their husbands, they never seen that shit look.
It's true. Well, you know, you go to Sheen

and you just do like a mass order of like different colors
and then half of it days in a bag.
So this is the perfect time to bring all that out and, you
know, look. You can have all the lingerie
from the years that we've been doing this.
I could open up a goddamn lingerie store.
I swear to you I could open up alingerie store.
As the producer, I can't stop. But also to mention that if you

I got a funny exchange table story at the last event.
I was sitting up at the front desk with with Chuck at the
front desk there where people coming in and the exchange table

was right to the right. So somebody walked up and asked
me what it was. And she was like, you know, can
we just take it? And I was like, yeah, take
whatever you want. And she grabbed two things and
left. Later that night, I don't know
if you Remember Me talking aboutbeing on this Panther skin rugs
up there. I'm laying on the ground and
somebody drops it on top of my head and go remember this.

And I was like, oh shit. From the exchange table.
So the exchange, not only did itmake it back, it got new life
and had a good time. So the exchange.
See. Perfect.
See, that was a great exchange table advertisement right there.
That was a. Good one.
So Miss Doll, Speaking of this, that's a great one that actually

happened. Great one, Miss Doll.
What I want you to do though is can you cue the ladies in and
the dudes? Because we're just going to be
real quick with the dudes. But can you cue the ladies in on
some tips for a lingerie change or clothing?
Clothing wise, like he said, anything sexy, so like a sexy

dress that you have heels. Light up shoes have now become
one of the biggest things I think actually wandering around.
Those are freaking awesome. So the light up shoes and you
know, keep your feet nice and happy so that you can keep
dancing. Lingerie wise, once again, like
I said, if you have a whole drawer full of things, bring it

with you. I do, I do, and like I said it,
various colors. I have a whole nother order
coming too by the way. It's just so everyone swear.
And as a note, she doesn't keep it on for long.
Very rarely, it's not for the. Listeners, they're looking for
this lingerie they're looking tosee.
It yeah, they need. Yeah, but they also want to see
Miss Dull running around naked. OK, I don't usually run around

the entirety of the hotel. My room, Yes.

She was like, wait a minute, I'mjust not running around ass out
all night. Don't pin me like that.

But with her ass, I guarantee you that the lingerie is showing
that ass off too. It is, but I'm not like, you

know, fully butt naked. All right, just again.
Good note. We we got it, Miss Doll, you're
not that type of. Person.
I see it a lot, but yeah. You will.
You will see it to bring all thelingerie that you want and
change into it as often as you wish.

Yes ladies, you can see people and don't feel like, oh, you got
to choose. I see people and they'll make a
point to come up to me all night, like, oh, what outfit
changes this? And I, I try to remember, but I
can't. It's like a little game that
they want me to play, but. There's threes and fours, but
you have to do it with it, you know?
Oh my God everybody but what outfit changes this make sure.
You bring someone who doesn't doan outfit change very often. 2

might be my top but I've seen others that go like 6-7.
No, Oh, that's not uncommon. There's one I know somebody who
purposely tries to beat her record like every time she
comes, like how many outfits canshe get in from pool party time
to the end. So, and that's not before we

let's rewind a little bit duringthe day.
Let me just give you a little bit of logistics.
So if the hotel is sold out, we will have an overflow hotel for
the sake I'm talking about sexy seduction party.
We'll have an overflow hotel which is right down the street.
But if it is sold out, just knowthat you are still able to come

to all the activities. There's a pool party during the
day that starts at 2:00. You can start checking in early
in the daytime. There's pre parties or room
crawls that start around 5:00. So even if you're not staying at
the hotel or if you do not have a hotel, you don't have to have
a hotel to come to these events,but you can still come to the
activities during the day as long as you get a wrist bag.
(09:23):
So just wanted to make sure I let everybody know that.
OK, now back to Miss Doll and Nakedness in Lingerie.
Yeah. I always suggest wear comfy
shoes. Yes there will be a lot of
ladies running around in high heels and stuff which is great.
It makes the outfit look fantastic.
But after dancing for an hour orso in heels, most of the time

tables are scattered with shoes.Put them back on for the after
party, you know what I mean? There's that, there's that.
Or just do what I did last time I'd run around in socks like
that was what I did see. You can do that the.
Professor likes his heels though.
He likes seeing the girls running around and eating.
And I'm a thaw dude, so I like it to go together.
You can't really wear like slippers and thighs.

You could, but. I mean, we've seen it.
Oh hell yeah. Seen a little lot I can think of
like 5 off the top of my head that do it all the time.
Now let me ask you this Miss doll, what do you personally
like to see guys in for the lingerie change?
Nice shirts, some have like button UPS, others don't wear

them at all. So you're talking about.
Waiting for the, for the for theactual clothing for guys.
Even in lingerie. Just rock the button up and
T-shirt and no. Panties up.
Hey, you know just kidding. Mesh mesh shorts is a number one
thing. Recently you see a lot of guys
running around on the mesh shorts I.

Always got some mesh shorts on. Jeez, I.
Got mesh shorts on. I don't know, just regular
underwear. That's been a thing the I'm
going to. Tell you that she's putting all
you guys with horrible legs and no asses in a lot of
compromising positions. I'm going to tell you what I
wear. Y'all?
I'm wearing lounge pants, pajamapants, and some.

Slippers. I look like I'm going to get the
morning there. Are others, they wear jeans too,
all right? They just take their shirt off
and they wear jeans. You can do that.
I get it, but there's people like me who ain't going to just
be walking around all buffed out, you know what I mean?
I still got compete out here so for those guys.
Professor, I think it's time foryou to bust out the Hugh Huffner
jacket again. I, I look, I saved that for

special occasions, but for the guys you can wear robes, lounge
pants, pajama pants, or for the other guys that are not me, you
put on those mesh shorts and thongs and all that stuff.
I just want to put that disclaimer out there.
There was some guys getting nervous wasn't going to come.
Yeah, I ain't wearing that ever.You've never seen.
My mesh. Shorts wasn't putting that on.

They're going to be hiding in their rooms.
I did once at HITO once my, my wife talked me into wearing
this. They were like boy type shorts
and there was this shirt like a tight shirt.
I called it my bi curious shirt.It was tight.
I was like listen, you can see everything on me on that one.
I was like I I tested it 'cause I was a HITO and no one knew me

there, but that was. The that was the key point.
No one. Really, I was like I was
advertising. Look, that was the only time I
ever wear something real tight to any part of it.
So guys know it's OK if you got it deflaunted, use what you got,
but if you don't, you'll be cooltoo.

So what else do we got? OK, we talked about the attire
the activities are going throughout the day after party.
So and the room crawls. Yeah, room crawls going from
5:00 to 7:00. So what that is, let me go into
a little bit of that. We have someone that sets those
up and they're just people that like to volunteer.
You know, a lot of people are going to have people over to

their rooms beforehand anyway, so you're more than welcome to
open up your doors and welcome people and how you see fit.
But there will be some people who post and on CND on the wall
and you'll see a listing on the actual party and the day out
there'll be rooms listed of where these room call rooms are.
And these are just designated rooms that people are saying
come over, have a drink with us,play a game.
(13:26):
Last time, last party, there wasnaked Jenga going on in one of
the rooms and then another one had a will of death.
They were spinning and you know you get a shot or you the.
Dildo ring tos. Dildo ring toss with a lot going
on that was. A popular one.
I did play that game. See, somebody was bringing in,
(13:48):
they wheeled in two dollies fullof shit.
It was like, what is this? It was like Plinko or some shit.
It was putting shit together in a room for people to play.
Now, you don't have to go to this extreme, but I'm just
telling you the shit that you will see at the room crawls.
So come to that. Like I said, you don't need a
room. You don't have to be on the
actual main hotel part. You can get overflow.
(14:09):
You can still participate, but the after party, the after party
is going to be from 1:00 to 3:00and you will, anybody can go to
it. You can go in there, there'll be
drinks in there, games going on.There'll be some areas where you
can play. Just watch for any designated
signs or anything or watch for any place that the hosts after
(14:30):
party hosts our security tell you you can or cannot do.
But that goes on from 1:00 to 3:00 and then you are free.
Like I said, we have the whole hotel, so you're free to explore
it and go wherever you like. That's why we do it for y'all,
that's why we take over the whole thing, so we do not have
to worry about any major problems.
What happens at the pool party hosted by Eye Candy Midwest?
(14:52):
So that's in the daytime on Saturday.
So if you've never been to an event, so people usually check
in on Friday. If you're saying both nights, a
lot of people like this time thehotel will be sold out for both
nights. So if you are staying for both
nights, Friday people usually check in after work, you know,
you'll people got to travel. So you'll see people coming in
(15:13):
at 5:00 to 7:00. That event starts at 9:00 and
then goes until 1 and then the next day the events will start
around 2:00 and icandy Midwest. So you know our icandy events,
they host a pool party during the day and that's just a way
for you to come down music, playing games, be some
giveaways, things like that. So good time, good time.
(15:35):
I don't particularly go into those, but you won't ever see me
at the pool party. This caused my fear of public
pools. But it is a good time.
There's a lot of people. It's hot in there.
It's always hot in there becauseyeah, it's one people are and
it's a. Total, and it's a smaller space.
(15:56):
So they don't have to wear a top, so less clothing.
There's always titties out in there.
That's what the pool's for, whether it's there.
I tested that theory at Mardi Gras.
I watched cause 'cause the cowboy decided to take my top
upstairs and put it in the room and so I had to walk from the
pool back to the room without a top on.

It's been a long time. You know, been a long time
coming, you know, and one thing that I will say is, you know, if

we want to keep this thing going, we're going to need Max
participation. So everybody that has been to an
eye candy event, we're going to need you to come out and show
your support. And if you haven't been to an
eye candy event, this is. The this.
Is the great first one to attendso.
What can I expect, Prince? If you've never been to a hotel
takeover, what are the give us some of the details for this

hotel takeover? What?
What happened? All right, so at this one here,
you know we're going to have a full slate during the day of
what's going to be going on. We're going to start with a pool
party that's going to be rammed from 2:00 to 4:00.
PM Yeah. Don't be shut up for the for the
after party here at the pool. So what can you?
(20:17):
What can you? Wear.
So I mean, so is it topless? What you need a suit?
What's the deal? Yeah, so at the pool party, you
know, only thing that you have to cover.
That's what I was. Is bottom always bottom?
If you feel comfortable. If you feel comfortable going
topless, feel free to go topless.

If you prefer to wear something up top, that's your prerogative.
You do what you feel good in, but everybody must wear bottoms.
All right, so then we got the room crawl that's going to be
rammed from 5:00 to 7:00. So there's not a specific dress
for the room crawl. This is really just, you know, a

pre party before the main event that will have different guests
putting on their room so they'llhave drinks and games and
whatnot so that there, you know,come as you like.
You know, you can get dressed upfor the main event like you're
already ready to go or you can stop by and with whatever you're

chilling them before this the. Hotel is sold out, but you don't
have to be at the hotel to participate in any of these
things. I just wanted to let everybody
know that. Yes, Yeah, no, so that's a,
that's a great point because that has been an ongoing
question of people thinking thatthey cannot attend the event
because they do not have a room at the main hotel.
(21:41):
And that's simply not true. You are more than welcome to
come, just as any other event. You just don't have a a room at
the hotel. You are welcome to come.
Please come. You can bring your bags,
anything you want to change overdrinks, any type of personal bag
you have. There will be a room and space
to store that stuff. Yeah.

So we have a, we have a community room, a few locations
in which people can put their stuff.
So if that's one of your concerns is not having a room at
the main hotel, where am I goingto put my things?
Don't worry about it. We do have areas for you to
store your things. So yeah, just come out ready to

have a good time and then we're going to we move into the main
event. That's the thing that
everybody's waiting for now. Like we mentioned early, it's
going to be a globe party. So the main thing and what you
need to wear. Let me guess.
Anything that glows. Anything that glows.

Anything that glows under those black.
Lights, yeah, that could be lingerie.
That could be lingerie style too.
Some people just wear like glow fishnet body stockings or stuff
like that. So don't think you could wear a
dress early on or you could wearlingerie.
It doesn't matter, just glow. I'm pretty.
Sure those most people just wearlingerie you you just start and.

get back to the room, get yourself changed, and then make
your way back to the main event to finish up the rest of the
night, which will roll right into the after party.

Now it'll be two rooms hosting the after party.

The pool area will also be open during that time.
So if after party is not really your scene or you're just
looking to wind down or whatever, you can still hang out
in the pool area that'll be openfrom about 1:00.

So the main event part, you wantto tell them a little bit about
what to expect at the main eventat this place because some of
the people might have came to eye candy before at our other
location. I won't say old location because
we'll still be doing stuff there, but they've come to that.
But what should they expect at this one?

So it's going to be pretty much one and the same, you know it's
going to be dancing. Drinking it sound like you was
going to say something else right after that dancing,
drinking, gangling and. No, but frankly not offended for
you. So that you you, the unique
(25:18):
thing about this one here is it is be wild be so.
I don't hear nobody complain about no drink.
Don't have to worry about don't have to worry about buying
another drink. So, you know, you bring whatever
you want to drink, but there do have a bar beer.
Wine and some other special stuff they'll have there so
(25:39):
there is a bar. If you don't bring anything,
don't panic. Just the.
Bar has no heart. Liquor, don't panic, you still
get a buzz. So we got beer, seltzers and
wine. So, yeah, so we got, you know,
we got the DJ coming in for those of you that were at the
the last I Can be event. It will be the same DJ that did

New Year's for us, which was a anice switch up.
It won't be. It won't be that one that we
got. When we first took, when we
first revamped. Now we're going to.
Talk about who's going to talk about that when.
We have first actually. It went away and when we changed
over to the people who ran it, we had a DJ that came in.
It wasn't the regular DJ. It was a last minute fill in and

this DJ came with a phone, right?
So you know, anybody thinks theycould DJ now it came with a
phone and midway through the thesong would just start like
crackling or cut off and we'd belike, why is that going on DJ?
And they said because the Wi-Fi went out and was like, you don't
got to set playlist. The hard job.
Nothing like nothing. It's Wi-Fi radio.
I was like, Oh my God. So we apologize for that and we
(26:47):
learn from our mistakes. Look.
Hey, all you can do is is you know, grow from experiences and
we grew from from that experience it.
Was hilarious. Not at the time.
I was pissed. No, it was horrendous.
I think it's funny now. Hilarious, no?
Laughable now, so. Never, never.

She'll never be back, so don't worry about that.
We'll never see her again. Not that I can now.
A couple of things I want to addjust from the couple's next door
perspective is that we will be giving away some cool trips, you
know, some cool prizes, full on trips down to Minneapolis where
we're going to take care of the stay for the weekend, the party,

the event, the drinks, everything.
It's a whole long trip that you can come.
So if Minneapolis would have sunshine, this would be really
hot. But it's going to be a good trip
if you like to party, it's goingto be to one of our larger
events, whether it be Mardi Grasor Halloween.
But look out for that. And we do also have some travel

'cause my wife, you know what mywife hates what some people,

some people like this, but my wife hates having to get a theme
ready all the time. When we first started doing
parties back in 2008, it was just white chocolate presents
hotel takeover. So when we would do that, that
meant come out and our tag was and we still put it in some of
the events was come out and dress white chocolate sexy and

that simply meant come dressed to impress.
That meant girls wear your frequent dress, come out with
them heels that hurt your feet. But you know, turn heads and
dudes don't come out looking like you just got done working
on the railroad all the live long day.
Come out, put a clean shirt on some nice shoes.
You know what I mean? Come out dressed and impressed

like you want to get some. So that's what we want to get
back to. My wife was like, we never do
that no more. So let's just have a party where
people don't got to worry about a theme.
Nothing like that. Come out and what you feel good
in. So that's what you're going to
wear. So before you even ask, just

So if the hotel is sold out, we will have an overflow hotel for
the sake I'm talking about sexy seduction party.
We'll have an overflow hotel which is right down the street.
But if it is sold out, just knowthat you are still able to come

to all the activities. There's a pool party during the
day that starts at 2:00. You can start checking in early
in the daytime. There's pre parties or room
crawls that start around 5:00. So even if you're not staying at
the hotel or if you do not have a hotel, you don't have to have
a hotel to come to these events,but you can still come to the
activities during the day as long as you get a wrist bag.

So just wanted to make sure I let everybody know that.

Yeah. I always suggest wear comfy
shoes. Yes there will be a lot of
ladies running around in high heels and stuff which is great.

They were spinning and you know you get a shot or you the.

actual main hotel part. You can get overflow.

You can still participate, but the after party, the after party
is going to be from 1:00 to 3:00and you will, anybody can go to
it. You can go in there, there'll be
drinks in there, games going on.There'll be some areas where you
can play. Just watch for any designated
signs or anything or watch for any place that the hosts after

party hosts our security tell you you can or cannot do.
But that goes on from 1:00 to 3:00 and then you are free.
Like I said, we have the whole hotel, so you're free to explore
it and go wherever you like. That's why we do it for y'all,
that's why we take over the whole thing, so we do not have
to worry about any major problems.
What happens at the pool party hosted by Eye Candy Midwest?

So that's in the daytime on Saturday.
So if you've never been to an event, so people usually check
in on Friday. If you're saying both nights, a
lot of people like this time thehotel will be sold out for both
nights. So if you are staying for both
nights, Friday people usually check in after work, you know,
you'll people got to travel. So you'll see people coming in

at 5:00 to 7:00. That event starts at 9:00 and
then goes until 1 and then the next day the events will start
around 2:00 and icandy Midwest. So you know our icandy events,
they host a pool party during the day and that's just a way
for you to come down music, playing games, be some
giveaways, things like that. So good time, good time.

I don't particularly go into those, but you won't ever see me
at the pool party. This caused my fear of public
pools. But it is a good time.
There's a lot of people. It's hot in there.
