This episode is a little everywhere... I have had a lot on my mind recently and have needed to sit back and evaluate where I was putting my energy and if that energy output was helping me reach my goals. 

I talk about setting new goals and how to set yourself up to reach those goals, self love and overcoming the feeling of "not being enough", and finally informed consent and being YOUR OWN advocate in life and in health.
