Episode 4: How to Listen for the answers you seek with Libby Christenson

In this episode of The Empowered Journey of You, we talk to Libby Christenson, life coach, spiritual coach and business coach ( more titles the merrier as usual 🤣.) She talks about the ups and downs of her path toward healing her addiction to alcohol and drugs and going through a life altering surgery to heal an autoimmune disease.

Using these experiences, she now helps others (specifically coaches) crack open and embrace their secret dreams by uncovering unconscious blocks so they actually start to LIVE a life true to them...releasing shame and blame. 

We talk a lot about finding the answers we’re seeking in our lives through tapping into our bodies, learning how to listen to the “bigger thing” ( universe, god)  and the prime scenarios where the answers DROP into us. It’s  when we’re EMPTY… in a flow state.

We talk about becoming a boundary Jedi and she walks us through how to create a boundary

(Unfortunately it usually starts with feeling uncomfortable and guess who needs to take full responsibility for this boundary… you.)
