I got the chance to do my first in-person interview with Jonathan Carroll while we were both in Costa Rica! Jonathan is an entrepreneur, spiritual and transformation coach, plant medicine and non plant medicine retreat host.

Jonathan’s own transformation began when he realized that was trading his health for wealth. He first started with creating some discipline with his physical health, and once he started feeling better and reaching physical goals, he understood that there was even more untapped potential in his life.  This led to him becoming a life coach and now hosting retreats with plant medicine and non plant medicine retreats alike!
