This week I discuss:

  • What the cycle of entrepreneurship looks and feels like
  • How to work in the cycle to generate income
  • When it is time to do some inner work
  • A good time to find support
  • Why "more" is not the answer

I am a serial entrepreneur and have learned this cycle well. My hope is that with this information, you can create your conscious business.

Speaker 1 (00:01):
, welcome to this week's episode
of Aligned and Soulful Success, and today I want to talk about
the cycle of entrepreneurshipand how to use that natural
cycle that occurs to create yoursuccess.

(00:21):
Okay?
And so this will be part of aseries on creating success as an
entrepreneur and me sharing moreof kind of that internal process
that I don't see shared often,right?
Usually it people share aboutthe marketing strategies and the

(00:43):
things that they do to createsuccess, but there isn't as much
about that internal process and,and then how to use that to move
you and accelerate your success.
And so, so starting with whenyou are, you know, about to

(01:03):
launch your business orlaunching your business, so most
likely if you have started abusiness or started your
entrepreneurial journey, oryou're in the stage of thinking
about and about to start yourbusiness, there is this part of
you that's excited.
You know, there's this visionthat you have, there's the

(01:24):
reason your why, why you arecreating your business.
Why did you decide to start abusiness?
Some people start a businessbecause they have a deep inner
calling, and those are thepeople that I usually work with,
right?
So they have a really deep senseof why knowing that they need to
take their work out into theworld and that it's important.

(01:49):
And if they don't, it's almostlike a loss of not fulfilling
their purpose and a loss to allthe people they're meant to
support and serve in whateverway they do that.
And so when you start yourbusiness, that first kind of
stage or the, that cycle ofentrepreneurship is that
excitement and mixed with thatexcitement.
There's a natural sense of maybesome fear, maybe some imposter

(02:17):
feeling of like, who am I tostart a business?
And you might hear from otherpeople, like, what?
Don't start a business.
You know, you have a great jobwork here.
It's more stable, right?
And so you will most likely hearfrom others that the naysayers,
the, those people that really, that they think they have your
best interest or heart.
They're not trying to harm you, right?

(02:38):
Intentionally, but they want youto stay safe.
So you're in this excitement, you have this vision, you're
ready to launch, you have somekind of feeling of being an
imposter.
Who am I gonna do this?
Maybe some overwhelm.
Okay?
So you start your business, youstart to market your business,
and that's the second part.
You actually launch.

(02:59):
You try strategies to marketyour business, and you may have
immediate results, success comeand generate income immediately,
or you may start to hit someroadblocks.
Okay?
So that's the second part of thecycle of entrepreneurship is
taking steps externally, marketing and then receiving the

(03:23):
results.
Okay?
And often what I've seen withclients is that they take some
steps and if they have immediatesuccess, they receive that
validation and they feel goodabout their business and they're
ready to continue.
If they take the initial stepsand they don't get the immediate

(03:43):
results that they expected, thenthey could be a tendency to
retreat and wonder if they madethe right decision.
Okay?
So the thing is, whether or notyou start to hit the, the blocks
there when you initially launch,or you have initial success with

(04:03):
your launch and move forward atone point in your
entrepreneurial journey, in thatcycle, you will hit challenges.
Okay?
The challenges are inevitable.
So when you hit the challengesin the beginning or later on,
then it's time to, uh, to reallycheck in and do some inner work.

(04:28):
Unfortunately, what most peopledo is look externally and
they're, they start to look for,oh, I need to learn more
marketing strategies.
Oh, look, this person is sayingthey can help me, um, do this
easily.
They have the secret formula tohelp me do this, so I'm gonna go
there and learn that strategy.

(04:50):
Um, or there's a tendency to addmore.
So thinking of like that morementality, especially for those
of you that tend to overwork, right?
There's this idea of like, okay,I am, you know, on social media
or I'm marketing in person, whatever you're doing, just
adding more of it.
I'm thinking that's thesolution, right?
That's a tendency to happen.

(05:12):
Um, and so, you know, thateither creating more looking
externally for some secretformula for a solution, right?
And so that's something thatpeople do also being, um, being
in this cycle of overwhelm ofdoing too many things, right?
And so this idea of like, I'mgonna try this and I'm gonna try

(05:32):
this from jumping from thing tothing, um, maybe even getting
more training.
And so I don't wanna, uh, juststep back from that a minute and
say, I do believe it's, it'sbeneficial to receive more
training, um, and making thatdecision from a place of

(05:52):
alignment and grounding andtrust and not from a place of
scarcity, and that I need thisotherwise, and that's going to
be the key to my business andsuccess.
Okay?

Speaker 2 (06:08):
So the doors are open for my program, hiding to
shining a program for soulfulentrepreneurs to create the
foundation for their purposefuland profitable business.
I am so excited to be able tooffer this.
So unlike a lot of groupcoaching programs, this is going

(06:28):
to be a small, intimate group.
I'm not going to have more thaneight people in this program,
and some of those slots arealready full when I'm recording
this, okay?
So I'm gonna tell you a littlebit about it.
If this is something that youcould be interested in, I have a
link in the show notes for youto be able to book a call with

(06:52):
me to discuss if it's a goodfit, okay?
I'm only having those calls tillthe end of the month, till March
30th, because the program startson April 3rd.
Okay?
So if something you'reinterested in, you're not sure,
just click on the link, book acall, and we will connect
individually.
Okay?
So this program is going to befor those who have a deep inner

(07:16):
calling to serve, but get stuckin the weeds of burning their
business, feel like they'reworking all the time and not
getting the results that theydesire.
They're confused or overwhelmedin their business.
If you're searching for what youthink is a secret sauce to a
purposeful business andprofitable business, and you're

(07:38):
not sure what that is, if you'reready to attract dream clients
in a way that matches yourstrengths, okay?
And if you want the coaching ata level where you receive
one-on-one individual support, then this program is for you.
Because I'll be having threesmall group coaching calls,

(07:59):
modules that you have, andtrainings and worksheets and
visualizations that you havelifetime access to.
And two, one-on-one coachingsessions with me all included in
the program.
And there is the opportunity toupgrade to more one-on-one
sessions if you like.
Okay?
So I would love to have you endthis program.

(08:23):
If it sounds like it's for you,all you have to do is book the
call.
We'll, we'll chat.
I'm looking forward toconnecting with those that this
resonates

Speaker 3 (08:34):
With.

Speaker 1 (08:37):
When you're in this mindset of searching, and then
you look for training as asolution, sometimes that is not
really what you need, okay?
And so that's part of the cycle.
So you, your excitement, youhave the vision, there's a fear,
there's like kind of like oflike that butterfly feeling,
right?
That people describe of thattype of fear that's different

(09:00):
than the fear of somethingyou're not supposed to do like
that, like a dark alley, right?
And then you start to go outthere, you market, you talk
about your business, you mayhave initial success or you have
some roadblocks, but either way,as you move forward, you're
going to hit some of thoseblocks, right?
And then what you do when youhit those blocks as part of the

(09:21):
cycle of entrepreneurship isgoing to be what determines your
continued success.
So if you go down those roadsof, oh, I need more training.
Oh, I need the secret formula.
Oh, I need this strategy.
Oh, I need this, and that'sgoing to lead me to my success,

(09:42):
that is a really long windingroad and can take a lot longer
to get you where you're going tobe.
On the other hand, this is thepoint when you hit those
challenges that it's key for youto step back and do the inner

(10:03):
work to see where thosesubconscious blocks are.
Where is that, that mindset anddeeper subconsciously that is
creating what I'm seeing outthere and how can I recognize
that and process that and feelthat and work through that so

(10:24):
that now I can consciouslychoose my next steps?
Okay?
So that doesn't mean you don'thave more training or you don't
do a different marketingstrategy or learn a marketing
strategy.
What I'm saying is before that, when you hit the roadblock is
when you do that inner work andcheck-in, and I will say through
the years, although that, um,I've worked through those blocks

(10:49):
myself, I found myself in thetaking more courses and doing
more things as kind of like, um,almost a sense of like, I need
me need, this is gonna be thekey.
And whenever I've stepped backand I've done the work, and
mainly through hiring my owncoach and receiving coaching,

(11:11):
I'm able to accelerate mygrowth.
I'm able to see my blocks thatoften.
It's difficult to see yourselfand see them much faster than I
w than I would see them if Iwere on my own.
Okay?
And so then by working with acoach that is not only focusing

(11:32):
on, you know, your marketingstrategies and teaching you kind
of like the marketing that theydid or how they run their
business or all those things, but also working on that inner
landscape of your, not just yourmindset, but the deep
subconscious blocks that come upthat's going to create the

(11:55):
foundation for you and to, andthat is gonna move you forward
through this cycle ofentrepreneurship.
That is what works, that's whatcreates longevity.
That is what MO will continue toaccelerate your growth and to
move you forward instead of thatlong winding road of like

(12:16):
searching constantly that Idescribed.
So this cycle, right?
Kind of, and the reason I'mcalling it a cycle, and I think
it is, it has been called that,is because you go through the
cycle, right?
So you start with theexcitement, you start to go out
there, you receive success, you've hit roadblocks, you
figure out what you need to donext, work through the inner

(12:38):
grant game, and then you go backto the excitement, right?
And to the motivation and youknow, you feel that excitement
again about your business.
And then you go out there andyou take, take what you've
learned and you implement, andthen you hit the roadblocks
again.
And that is some of the fun ofthe entrepreneurial journey

(12:58):
because you get to be in thisdeep sense of awareness.
And if you choose to be aconscious business owner, you're
conscious of all of this and youget to move past this.
And so through your business, you not only have the ability to
serve, you also have the abilityto generate income, and you have

(13:20):
the ability to grow as anindividual and as a person all
in one place, right?
All through this vehicle of yourentrepreneurial journey, right?
That's if you consciously chooseit, right?
You get to choose how you wannabe, um, do you want to be
conscious?
Do you want to, um, be clearabout your whole self, your true

(13:44):
self, right?
And what actually drives you andwhat creates the results?
Okay?
So using the cycle ofentrepreneurship to help you
navigate the challenges is keyto you moving forward, okay?
And hiring, uh, the right coachto help you through that is

(14:05):
going to move you through itmuch faster.
I know every time I have workedwith a coach, it has helped me
see things that I can't see.
It's helped me be able to create, um, the next level in my
business, right?
And it just, you just feel thesupport because you can be and

(14:26):
often feel alone on this journeytoo.
So I would love for you to havethe success on your
entrepreneurial journey and toreceive the support that you
need through that process.
Okay?
So, um, if you learn somethingfrom today's episode and you

(14:47):
have one key takeaway, I'd loveto hear from you.
Send me a message, my contactinformation is in the notes, and
let me know what did you learntoday?
What is one thing you learnedabout the cycle of
entrepreneurship and how we canhelp accelerate your success?
So I'm going to continue thisseries on success as an

(15:09):
entrepreneur through kind ofthat inner landscape.
And I'm excited to continue toshare this for the next few
weeks.
If you also would like something, um, some topic in this kind of
subtopic, let's say in this, then you, you're like, can you
talk about this for instance?

(15:29):
Then just send me a message too.
Let me know.
Can you talk about this?
This is something that I'mexperiencing and I'd love to
learn more about it.
So I am excited to continuethis.
Until next time, this is Kavitawith aligned and soulful
Success.
Take good care.
Bye.
