and Caroline. This is Raley on the phone giving us
the scoop for the weekend. What do we need to expect?
It's a holiday weekend. What's going on?

Speaker 2 (00:08):
Hey? Everyone, and happy Memorial weekend. There's a lot of
fun things happening for you. All horror fans should head
to the Carolina Fear for Convention at the State Fairgrounds.
So it's happening all weekends. You're going to find everything
horror related from unique vendors, celebrity gifts, entertainment, and photo opportunity.

Speaker 1 (00:26):
Okay, that's fine. Everything happens at the fairgrounds.

Speaker 2 (00:29):
Yeah, sure does.

Speaker 1 (00:30):
Okay, what else is going on?

Speaker 2 (00:32):
Will we be happening at the convention center again all weekend?
And it's another top annual festival. It's an amazement and
this convention is a really fun way to celebrate the
Japanese visual culture.

Speaker 1 (00:46):
Every dresses up in costumes for that, right.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
Yeah, it's really fun to see. Drive around the street
from downtown you can see them all breathed up.

Speaker 1 (00:52):
Okay, very cool? All right, what else is gone on?

Speaker 3 (00:55):
If you want to go to Sugar High on Sunday
on Fable Street is the end the sugar rush. You've
got five hours of desserts like Italian ice donut be
these ice cream cupcakes, everything sugar. They'll be live music
and dancing to help balance out the carbs.

Speaker 1 (01:11):
Yeah, exactly. You can go and walk it off and
dance it off. There is there anything else we need
to check out?

Speaker 3 (01:17):
Big Top Circus Band will be on Saturday night at
downtown Kerry Park. They transport you back in time with
lively marches, screamers, cleaners, and other circus tunes from over
one hundred years ago, rarely heard today.
