about to rest its case in SeanDiddy Combs' federal sex

trafficking and racketeeringconspiracy trial.
Prosecutors called to the StanCombs' former girlfriend's
assistants, recording artists,stylists, hotel workers and
federal agents to testify aboutcrimes theyege Combs and a small
trusted inner circleorchestrated, executed and

covered up, including sextrafficking, arson, bribery,
kidnapping, illicit drug use,physical abuse.
That's six predicated acts ofRICO.
Remember, they only need two.
Most, if not some, of thewitnesses were former Combs

employees and they were givenimmunity in exchange for their
honest testimony.

$10.
I couldn't have said it nobetter than they said.
There was a model and a singer,cassie Ventura, and an
influencer model who testifiedunder the pseudonym Jane, and

they're trying to say that thosewere consensual sex acts.
This week, this week, thedefense will call forward its
own witnesses and help castfurther doubt on the
government's claims.
Here are Combs' charges and keytestimony and evidence
prosecutors have used to supporteach allegation tracking sean

Sean diddy combs has faced morethan 70 sexual assault lawsuits

Anyway, prosecutors allegeCombs used his employees for
racketeering conspiracy.

build the case for their mostsprawling charge against Combs

The prosecution alleges thatCombs protected and was
protected and aided by staffersand conspired to commit and
cover up crimes such as sextrafficking, kidnapping, arson
and bribery.
Four predicated acts of RICOevidence presented.

Prosecutors have suggested thatCombs' chief of staff,
christina Corm, and his head ofsecurity, d-rock, were heavily
involved in this allegedenterprise.
Neither Corm or Butler havebeen publicly charged with any
crime, although they areco-conspirators in a sealed

document.
Former personal assistants saidthey would stock hotel rooms
with lubricant, with snacks,illicit drugs for the freak-offs
which the government arguedrequired, trafficking women who
couldn't and didn't consent tothese acts and paying male
escorts to have sex.

Some of Combs' former employeessaid they witnessed Combs abuse
his girlfriends, several saidCombs would get violent with
them.
One former Combs staffer,capricorn Clark, said she was
kidnapped by her boss twice, notonce, but twice, remember.

Capricorn Clark said that shewas kidnapped and forced to go
to Cuddy House and was kidnappedto take a fucking lie detector
test.
Clark alleged that in 2011,combs showed up at her home, mad
as hell, brandishing a gun, andorder her to accompany him to
the home of actor and musicianKid Cudi.

When they arrived, clark saidCombs and his security staff
were broken to the home.
Kid Cudi, who briefedrelationship with Cassie,
enraged Combs.
Kid Cudi testified andcorroborated details about the
break-in, as well as a separateincident a couple weeks later,

when Combs allegedly attemptedto blow up Kid Cudi's car.
Most of the ex-employees whotestify expressed admiration for
Combs, who they say inspiredthem and promised to advance
their careers, but it neverhappened.
But they also feared him andaccused Combs of using physical

force, intimidation and threatsto get his way.
This is the threats of physicalviolence part of the predicated
RICO Act.
Eddie Garcia, you remember him?
A security guard contractedwith the Intercontinental Hotel
in 2016, said Combs and hischief of staff contacted him to

secure hotel footage showingCombs brutally beating Cassie.
Garcia gave Combs a USB drivewith the footage from the hotel
camera in exchange for a hundredthousand dollars in cash, which
was split between garcia andhis manager.
That's bribery.

Could also be obstruction ofjustice, more predicated rico
acts.
They only need two of these.
If the jury buys into two ofthese, there's like six to eight
of them listed.
If the jury buys into only two,he looking at 25 years to life.

Now the defense did push back atthese allegations by attempting
to distance Combs from some ofthe alleged crimes.
They attempted to chip away atthese witnesses, their
credibility, questioning theirrecollection of events and how
Combs may have influenced theirchoices.
Now let's get to some of thesexual stuff.

Cassie Ventura and Jane weresex trafficked by force, fraud
or coercion.
That is alleged by theprosecution.
The government sex traffickingcharges against Combs, which
carry sentences between 15 yearsand life in prison.
The actual sex trafficking partare the lowest part of this

trial.
Combs' former girlfriends bothwomen described the freak-offs
as hotel nights, king nights.
They described them in graphicdetail.
The women testified that combscoerced them into freak offs,
which typically involve takingdrugs to keep them compliant.
That's an important part in thedistributed.

When you distribute drugs, ifyou are using it to keep people
compliant or to cloud theirjudgment, that's illegal and
that's a crime.
He dictated how the sex actswould go and they didn't have
much of a choice.

According to the prosecution,they talked about how Diddy
would love Obama.
Jane, who dated Combs from 2021to 2024, said she felt
obligated.
Combs also accused oftransportation to engage in

prostitution for hiring maleescorts.
Now, just the fact of himhiring and flying in male
escorts for freak offs, that'sanother crime.
You don't think they provedthat he did that?
This relates to the sextrafficking count.

Combs also faces two counts ofthe transportation to engage in
prosecution, which each carry a10-year maximum sentence.
Is there anybody out here thatdoesn't think that it was proven
that he flew in sex workers toparticipate in these, in these

maximum apiece.
See, when you look at it likethis, you understand how cooked
he really is.
