The courtroom drama intensifies as we witness a rare victory for Diddy's defense team. What started as damning testimony from Brianna—who claimed Diddy dangled her over a 17th-floor balcony and threatened her life—crumbled under meticulous cross-examination by attorney Westmoreland. As inconsistencies mounted in Brianna's recollection of events, we saw firsthand how seemingly minor contradictions can snowball into serious credibility issues for witnesses in high-profile cases.

But don't mistake one difficult day for the prosecution as a turning point in this trial. The bombshell revelation that a new Jane Doe witness, discovered on a "freak-off" video during the raid on Diddy's properties, has been flown in from overseas and is expected to testify for five days suggests we're about to hear potentially devastating testimony. Could this witness be the previously mentioned "minor victim" referenced in earlier court filings? The prosecution appears to be strategically working from the outer circle of Diddy's enterprise inward, saving the most damaging witnesses—Christina, D-Rock, Ruben, and others from Diddy's inner circle—for later in the proceedings.

Throughout this coverage, I've encountered shocking misconceptions about RICO charges. Let me be crystal clear: RICO statutes were specifically designed for cases exactly like this—targeting organization leaders who orchestrate criminal enterprises while keeping their own hands clean. The prosecution doesn't need video of Diddy at every crime scene; they need to establish he directed, approved, or benefited from the pattern of activities conducted through his enterprise. As we've seen from testimony about hotel bribery attempts, drug distribution, intimidation tactics, and coordinated cover-ups, the RICO case appears increasingly solid, even as witness credibility varies day by day.

The courage of survivors speaking out deserves our recognition, and I'm humbled by the community we've built together following this case. Your insights, perspectives, and support make this coverage possible. As we prepare for what could be explosive testimony in the coming days, remember that justice often progresses inconsistently—but the truth eventually emerges through the collective weight of evidence and testimony, not through any single witness or statement.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Wake up, wake up, it's the Flow Show no Filter.
Happy Thirsty Thursday Got mywater.
We got to talk about the boyDiddy.
He got a small victoryyesterday.
We're going to talk about thatand a whole bunch more, but

(00:20):
first let me cover my ass.
No Diddy.
The thoughts, views and opinionsshared on the Flow Show no
Filter are for educational andentertainment purposes only.
I am not a professional, I amjust good.

(00:41):
Let's go.
What's up?
What's up?
What's up, what's up?
Rachel in the building.
Shannon who else we got?
We got everybody in thebuilding.
Joanne Kobe wants to know.
Melody we all here.
We got a lot to talk about.

(01:02):
Oh my God, yesterday was thefirst day, in my opinion, that
it was a disaster for theprosecution.
Not to worry, because let mejust get straight to the point.
This isn't one of the mostimportant witnesses.
Baina is her name.
I'm just going to call herBaina.
She was the one who alleged shewas dangled from a balcony.

(01:26):
She's not one of the mostimportant witnesses but, however
, she had a very rough time onthe witness stand yesterday.
We got to talk about it.
As I always tell you, I don'tpaint narratives.
I call it how I see it.
I can't paint, every witnessain't going to be a great
witness, every witness ain'tgoing to be perfect or whatever,

(01:49):
and honestly, yesterday was abad day for the prosecution and
that same witness will be on thestand starting off today, so
hopefully she has a better timetoday, but we're going to talk
about that Also talk about.
I'm going to try to get to someof the comments.

(02:10):
A lot of people responded to mequestioning when I was asking
you guys to give me some insighton Mia because I was.
I couldn't believe so manypeople, especially women, didn't
start not believing her sexualassault allegations against
Diddy.
A lot of y'all chimed in.

(02:30):
I appreciated it and added someinsight to it.
So if I have some time today, Iwant to read some people's
reply because I think it's veryinformative for not only me but
for everybody watching andeverybody who enjoys the show.
Yeah, I'll be back in New Yorkand I'm glad Patricia said she
missed me in New York.

(02:50):
I will be back in New York onthe 22nd and I will be there for
at least a week for all theDiddy VIP customers and for all
the podcast listeners.
Just so you know.
I will be there on the 22nd,I'll be there for a week and
then, depending on how long thetrial is, I will be back at

(03:11):
least one more time after the22nd.
I'll be there for the actualverdict, but if this trial goes
a little bit longer, then I'llprobably be there at least two
or three more times.
So I will be back in New Yorkon the probably be there at
least two or three more times.
So I will be back in New Yorkon the 22nd or the week of the
22nd, depending on the scheduleof court.
But I really enjoyed it.

(03:32):
It actually felt like school.
Now I was one of those people.
It was hard for me to sit stillin class and so I ain't gonna
lie, sitting still in thatcourtroom is not the easiest
thing for me, because I'm intothe witness testimony and all
that.
But all the extras and thesidebars and the time when you

(03:54):
just sitting there and nothing'sgoing on, you know my ADHD goes
crazy.
So sitting actually in thecourtroom is like takes me back
to my school days when I hadants in my pants.
As my granny would say, Ialways had ants in my pants.
I didn't like to sit still, butI will be back like and share
and we're going to talk aboutthat and before we get into

(04:16):
Diddy, if y'all was on the showyesterday, I'll leave nothing
unaddressed.
I told y'all, if you were there, I got a crazy message.
I told y'all, if you were there, I had got a crazy message and
it is something serious and it'sbeing addressed.
It's pertaining to my family,but everything's OK.

(04:36):
Nobody's in, you know, nobody'son deathbed or anything like
that, so it's going to be allright.
But I definitely have somethings to address in my personal
life, in my personal family, people that need me and I will
be there for them, and that'sall I'm going to say about that.

(04:56):
But I just don't want y'all toworry.
There's nothing to worry about.
It's something that can behandled and is being handled.
So I appreciate everybodyasking me about it, but I ain I
ain't gonna never leave y'all inthe dark.
I just wanted to let y'all knowthat Before we start today,
appreciate the prayers, buteverything is all good.
Everybody is living andbreathing and healthy.

(05:18):
So let me just tell you thatEverybody is living and
breathing and healthy, andthat's all you can ask for.
So everything's okay.
Let's get into today's show andI'll try to have a final thought
on everything at the end of theshow if we have time.
So let's get right into it.
Flow community Appreciateeverybody asking and, like I

(05:40):
said, I always let y'all knowwhat's going on as much as I can
.
I don't want to put too muchpeople business out there.
But hey, let's get into thisshow today.
So yesterday, let's just talkabout the testimony.
I'm not going to get into howit went left.
Let's start from the beginning, because the testimony actually

(06:02):
started out with a bang.
Uh, she was detailing how shewas alleged that diddy when I
say she, I mean baina wasdetailing how she was held over
a balcony by diddy.
Uh, when I after he was in afit of rage and popped up over
to the apartment, he said hethreatened to unalive her and

(06:26):
held her over a balcony.
I'm taking this from Musicacrime article.
It says did he try to updatewitnesses?
He held her over a 17th floorbalcony and threatened to
unalive her.
Over a 17-floor balcony andthreatened to unalive her.

(06:48):
Appreciate it C-Tuck.
Yeah, everything's all good,y'all.
But y'all know I'mstraightforward about everything
.
That's why I just told y'all Ijust got a crazy text.
I don't have nothing to hide.
I always want to keep y'allinformed as much as I can,
because I do know y'all care,just like I care about y'all,
and so I don't want to leavey'all in the dark.
But we good.
So, brianna, I'm going to callher Brianna.

(07:09):
I just don't like it.
I don't even like saying Baina.
For some reason I'm going tocall her Brianna, that's her
name.
She's a friend of Diddy'sex-girlfriend Cassie, and said
that Diddy held her by herarmpits over a balcony.
Brianna said her feet werehanging in the air for about 10
to 15 seconds before Diddy threwher onto the furniture.

(07:32):
She said the attack left herwith bruises and neck pain and
caused night terrors.
Photos of her injuries wereshown to the jury.
Brianna also said Diddy oncethreatened her at the beach.
She said he got close to herface and told her I am the devil

(07:57):
and I could unalive you.
Good morning Angie.
She also said she saw Diddythrow a knife at Cassie once and
saw Cassie with black eyesseveral times.
She admitted that both she andCassie often took drugs like

(08:18):
ecstasy, cocaine, ketamine.
The defense used this point toquestion her memory and
credibility.
So before we get into the nextexpert, I'm going to talk.
So she had detailed a lot ofthe drug use.
She detailed a lot of what wenton, according to her, dealing
with Diddy a lot of violence, alot of threats and originally in

(08:40):
her testimony it was like wow, diddy is getting sunk even more.
In her testimony it was likewow, diddy is getting sunk even
more.
And then came the crossexamination Now.
First let me preface this bysaying for Westmoreland, the
attorney, to be a prior victim Ibelieve she had a sexual

(09:04):
assault case or something thatshe went through I will be
honest and say I was surprisedthat she took this case.
I was surprised that she's ableto really question, interrogate
for lack of better words, wordsfemale witnesses or female

(09:26):
victims in this way.
But it's her job, she is anattorney.
So you know it is what it is.
I'm just saying I I was, I wasshocked at that.
But, that being said, she isgood at her job and this ain't
the first time you hear me saythis.
If you recall prior episodeswhen she cross-examined Dawn

(09:53):
from Danity Kane, I told y'allthen I said, damn, that was the
best cross-examination byanybody on Diddy's defense team
the entire time.
Everybody who tunes into theflow show don't filter every day
.
Y'all remember me saying thatand damn it.

(10:16):
She came back and made it twofor two.
She crossed up Breonna on somany details.
I felt bad for Brianna, meaninglike I felt like she wanted to
get off that stand just becauseit was hot, that hot water was

(10:38):
getting hotter and hotter andWes Moreland was not letting up.
And Wes Moreland was notletting up.
She basically got it to thepoint where I felt like Breonna
kind of shut down.
I felt like after Breonna kindof got crossed up in a couple of

(10:59):
you know, she didn't rememberone minute.
She kind of said it was a partyat the apartment, but then on
another uh statement she said itwas just her, her girlfriend
and cassie.
Um, she said she couldn'tremember what you know if she

(11:21):
was smoking a cigarette orsmoking a blunt or there were
just so many details thatwhatever the reason for not
remembering doesn't matter, because all that matter is how
the jury looking at this.
And it could be a thousand goodexcuses or bad excuses why she

(11:42):
didn't remember and she had hermemory lost and couldn't
remember this and that.
But at the end of the day, theonly thing that matters is how
that looks to the jury and ifyou are about to convict a man
for life, 15 years, 20 years,whatever.
You have to do that in goodfaith and knowing that you're

(12:07):
using credible information.
I feel like the way the crosswent yesterday and she's not
even done, she has another.
I think Westmoreland says she'sgot another hour or so today.
Which court starts at 11 today.
Y'all, not 930, just to lety'all know, those who kind of
keep up with the transcripts itstarts at 11 o'clock today, not

(12:31):
9 or 9.30 like it normally does.
I felt like she wanted to, likeWestmoreland really poured it
on and I felt like I could tellBreonna kind of had got to the
point where she just startedsaying she didn't know, just

(12:52):
because I could tell she waseither frustrated or maybe
nervous.
Once she kind of said a couplethings that were inconsistent
and it got to the point wherethis is the point when I put
this in my notes to go over withy'all this is the point where I
believe she really had shutdown and it had really got to

(13:16):
her, the cross-examination thatreally got to her.
She said Westmoreland said toBreonna Cassie would pay for the
drugs and you would go buy them, correct?
Breonna said yes.
Westmoreland said Did you meetthe government On May 25th and

(13:40):
June 2nd, june 3rd and June 4th.
Breonna said yeah, that's notlong ago.
And Westmoreland said well, yeah, that's actually today.
And then Brianna said I'm notgood with dates.
Then she went on to say thebalcony incident Didn't you tell

(14:04):
the government there was aparty in the apartment?
Brianna said I don't rememberthat.
Westmoreland said you told thegovernment your girlfriend was
in the bathroom, not that youtook her in there.
Then Brianna disregarded thatand said my ex or that and said

(14:28):
my ex.
And so we can make a lot ofreasons why she forgot and we
can say that her girlfriendbeing in the bathroom versus her
taking her in the bathroom aresmall things.
But, as I pointed out yesterdayon my social media as a witness
in a court of law, this isserious business.
This is victims who are tryingto get.
This is serious business.
You know, this is victims whoare trying to get.
These are victims that aretrying to get justice involved

(14:52):
in this case and there's a manwho is fighting for his freedom,
diddy.
So it's very serious.
So when you have a bunch ofinconsistencies and you start
saying you don't remember this, you don't remember that, start
saying you don't remember this, you don't remember that Now
every little thing that you mayhave said differently starts to

(15:13):
get picked apart.
It's always go back to mycontracting days.
I told you, you know, I didrenovations, I contracted and
flipped houses and I took homesand gutted them and took them
from looking like crap tolooking like the Taj Mahal.
But one thing I always tell myworkers is you have to be
thorough on every single part ofit.

(15:35):
Because this is what happensyou do a renovation for a
customer, right?
You do a renovation for acustomer, right.
Let's say you don't put on.
Maybe you don't screw on one ofthe doorknobs all the way tight
.
Like you said, everybody makesure you hit that like button.

(15:55):
We should have 60 likes at thispoint.
Good morning, kathy.
But if you say you don't screw, you do a beautiful job, but you
don't screw a doorknob on, goodenough, and a customer that
you're flipping that house ordoing that renovation for sees
that doorknob.

(16:17):
Now that they've seen thatshabby work on that doorknob and
seen that seem like somebodywas rushing, oh, now they want
to pick apart every part.
Now they're looking at thepaint extra hard.
Now they're looking at thefloors extra hard.
Now they're pointing out everylittle thing, all because of one
glaring thing, and that's whathappened yesterday.
She has so many inconsistenciesthat were kind of major.

(16:41):
You know, one minute saying itwas a big party and the next
minute it was nobody but acouple people just chilling.
That's a big discrepancy.
And so once you have too manyof those, now something as small
as you didn't say, you walkedyour girlfriend into the
bathroom.

(17:01):
You said she just happened tobe in the bathroom.
That seems small, but once youhave all them other
inconsistencies, it just getsamplified and that's kind of
what we saw yesterday.
Hopefully she has time toregroup since they ended it and

(17:24):
she can gather herself, collecther thoughts kind of, maybe even
go over her testimony with herlawyer, refresh herself and make
sure she comes into court todayfully.
This is Angie.
Hey, angie.
Hopefully she can come in witha full stomach, eat some good

(17:47):
food.
Hopefully she gets well rested, able to brush up on a few of
her details.
And one thing about life wecould get knocked down, but we
always had an opportunity to getback up.
But we always had anopportunity to get back up.
And so, as bad as her testimonywent yesterday, she does have a

(18:15):
chance today to regroup andcome back from it, and so that's
what we'll be waiting on to see.
But, like I said, in all honesty, she is not one of the most,
she's not of the importantwitnesses.
Um, in this case, as far as tothe case, everybody is important
, everybody who is a victimshould be taken seriously.
But as far as the prosecutionproving their case uh, for itty

(18:41):
bitty ditty she is not one ofthe top people that really, that
this case hinges on.
So I hope she doesn't go intoday feeling any pressure.
Just relax, brush up on thefacts and go in there and tell
the truth and go about yourbusiness.
You know, go about yourbusiness.

(19:09):
And so after her, after Brianna, there was an expert who
testified about the video andgood morning Tracy Testified
about the video and the goodmorning Tracy testified about
the video and the I don't wantto technical aspect.

(19:32):
This is a forensic video expertnamed Frank Piazza.
Now, this part of the testimony, this is the part that if I was
in the courtroom it would havebeen hard for me to stay glued
in, because this was kind oflike the you know this was about
video and confirming that stuffwasn't manipulated or whatever.

(19:55):
It was kind of like ah, but youhave to cross T's and dot I's
and I understand that.
So what Frank Piazza said is heconfirmed that a video showing
Diddy attacking Cassie in LosAngeles Hotel in 2016 had not
been altered.
Now, for me that was likesomething that it was kind of

(20:16):
like a better word, butimportant, to say the least,
because they needed to make surethat the jury knows that the
video was not altered, becauseif the jury felt like the video
was altered, some, if not mostof them, or all of them, might

(20:38):
have thrown that out.
So he confirmed that the videowas not altered.
That video showed diddy kickingand dragging cassie near an
elevator prosecute.
Prosecutors say she was tryingto leave and was forced back to
a freak-off.
10 sex videos involving cassiewere also submitted into

(21:03):
evidence.
This is something I didn't know.
We knew there was extra videofootage, but I didn't know how
much.
So it's 10 sex videos involvingCassie that are submitted into
evidence.
Into evidence, hey, australia.

(21:33):
They were recovered from alaptop under the name Frank
Black, one of Diddy's aliasesthat has been exposed as being
one of his aliases.
These videos are sealed andonly the jury can view them.
So that was also news.
But I think the biggest news ofthis week, and perhaps the most

(21:54):
important news of this week, isabout another accuser that they
are calling Jane.
Jane is expected to testifynext.
So, according to this articleand according to what I've been

(22:14):
told from people in the court, jane is expected to testify
after Breonna finishes, isexpected to testify after
Brianna finishes and get thisy'all.

(22:37):
Her testimony is expected tolast five days.
This is some Cassie level, exactly Good.
Thank you, pitiful.
That was my next comment, butjust to give you all the
information, this new Jane Doewas subpoenaed after they saw
her in a freak-off video thatthey recovered during the raid.

(22:58):
She has been flown in fromoverseas and they say her flight
actually leaves today, today,so they have to get her in
immediately, and so it's goingto be interesting to see her.
Her child, her thing issupposed to last days.
So I don't.
I'm really exactly still hellmonth.
I don't think she's going tomake her flight.

(23:21):
She's supposed to fly out today, but given that they said her
testimony is going to make herflight, she's supposed to fly
out today, but given that theysaid her testimony is going to
last several days.
I don't see her making thatflight.
I almost can guarantee she'snot going to make that flight
because they're not going tostart a testimony and not finish
it, because that will fuck thewhole trial up.
So imagine what she's going tosay If they're about to have her

(23:47):
on the stand for anywhere up tofive days.
Imagine the things she knows.
Hey, greetings new eyes.
Yeah, people want to hear fromChristina.
You got to remember Christinais probably one of the most
damaging witnesses, uh, fordiddy.

(24:11):
So christina and d-rock and allof those names who were part of
diddy's inner circle, we'regoing to hear them pretty much
like we expect to hear from them, kind of last.
Like I explained to y'all theother day, the prosecution is

(24:34):
working their way up the ladder.
They're starting with thepeople who are farthest away
from Diddy as far as hisenterprise.
They're starting with thepeople who are more outside of
the inner circle, outside of thecircle, and they're working
their way back into the peoplewho are closer to the circle,

(24:54):
because those are the mostdamaging people.
And the most damaging people inmy opinion, are Christina,
corham, d-rock, who's part ofsecurity and part of just
Diddy's right-hand man, ruben,security, roger Bonds security
and Uncle Pauly.

(25:15):
I believe those are the oneswho actually are going to put
the nail in the coffin.
They know everything becausethey actually carried out these
acts.
Ruben actually went in thehouse, in Cuddy's house, with
Diddy.

(25:35):
D-rock actually called allkinds of witnesses on Diddy's
behalf trying to get their storystraight.
When Cassie first dropped thelawsuit, christina Corum was the
quarterback that did everythingfor Diddy.
She knows it all.

(25:58):
So don't expect those to beanytime soon, soon, but just
know they are coming Now.
Another thing that hit the fanyesterday is something that I
had already said.
I've been saying to y'all fromthe beginning, but now, since
everybody's talking about it oryou know it's been put online,

(26:20):
let me speak about it.
But if you've been followingthis show, you know I said this
already.
It's the latest news they aresaying Attorney Simone points
out Diddy is called sealeddefendant one, implying that
there are more defendants.
She speculates on who's whoDiddy sealed conspiring

(26:43):
co-defendants are, and thenthey're looking at some
paperwork that was actuallyfiled October 11th stating that
he was defendant number one.
Let me address that.
If you've been following thisshow, I've told you for the

(27:04):
people that were saying therecan't be a one-man Rico and I
told you it's not a one-man Rico, as the indictment reads.
If they're co-conspirators,then of course they're

(27:29):
co-defendants.
That wasn't news to me.
That's something that I've beentelling y'all and screaming
from the beginning.
Like I told y'all, I'm not aprofessional, I am just good.
Here's attorney Simone and Ilove you know, shout out to her,

(27:49):
but she, she's an attorney andshe's saying something yesterday
that I've said months ago, theminute the indictment came out
and spelled out that there wereother co-conspirators who helped
the defendant.
What?
Who is going to be aco-conspirator for somebody with

(28:11):
a rico charge and not getcharged?
That was no news to me.
You've been listening to myepisode.
I've said from the beginningthat was my frustration with
everybody who kept saying thiscan't be a Rico charge.
I never heard of a one man Rico.
That's because it's not a oneman Rico.

(28:36):
Do y'all think that Diddy'sdefense, the prosecution, the
judge, the DA, the judge, the DA, everyone involved didn't
realize that you can't have aRICO with one man?

(28:58):
Come on y'all, I ain't going tolie.
I ain't going to lie.
I ain't going to lie.
I've never, I've always.
I'm not going to go into a longstory about me, but let me tell
you this I have been given thatgift to read tea leaves and

(29:22):
understand them to the pointwhere I didn't.
I thought everybody caught allthis stuff.
I'm'm saying I always thoughteverybody picked up on all this
stuff, so I would never say allof this stuff.
When my career started to takeoff is when I started breaking
it down from two plus two equalsfour, all the way up to the
complicated stuff, because Irealized not everybody picks up

(29:45):
on everything like that, and I'mjust being straight honest with
y'all.
So once I start breaking itdown from the elementary level
of stuff all the way up to themore complicated, that is when
my stuff took off.
And so even up until this Diddytrial, I still didn't realize

(30:07):
why so many people tell me thatI'm good at this, or they enjoy
my content or they enjoy mybreakdowns.
It took this trial for me toactually realize how advanced I
am in understanding what's goingon.
I'm being totally honest withy'all Because some of the things

(30:34):
that people are saying I'msaying to myself you can't be
serious.
You actually don't know.
And it's not the not knowing,it's stuff I don't know.
It's nothing wrong with notknowing, but not even

(30:55):
researching to find out is whatI have a problem with Some of
this stupid stuff.
People are saying like I toldyou.
Somebody said they think theprosecution has proven
racketeering but they haven'tproved Rico.
Somebody said Diddy offering$100,000 to get that hotel

(31:20):
footage is not bribery, butactually the hotel blackmailing
Diddy.
I don't know how to take thatand these are real statements
and people really believe thiswhen they say it.
It baffles me.

(31:41):
It baffles me.
How can it be blackmail whennobody offered Diddy?

(32:06):
The only person in this entireequation that had motive to make
sure that hotel footage neverseen the light of day was Diddy.
So for somebody to spin it andsay that's not bribery offering
$100,000 after the hotel peopletold you the only way you could
get that footage is through apolice subpoena.
And you offer $100,000 cash andyou mean to tell me there are
people that don't know that isconsidered bribery.

(32:29):
Is that why I'm blowing up?
Is that why so many people lovemy content?
Because I just have commonsense.
I don't even want to be theonly one of the few people, or
just me and my community.
I don't even want me and mycommunity to be the only people,

(32:50):
or some of the only people thatrealize some of these obvious
facts.
It scares me to know that welive in a world where people are
this misinformed.
This is the realest shit I'veever said on this podcast, as

(33:13):
far as coming from me and I'mnot joking, I'm not exaggerating
, I'm not trying to be funny.
I am actually scared that welive in a society that is this
misinformed.
And not only that, this contentin not even researching and at

(33:39):
least finding out what the realanswer is.
It don't take no effort to typein a few sentences and the
fucking internet will tell youexactly.
You can go to Google.
Google has finally caught upwith AI y'all.
You can go to Google and say inthe Diddy trial you can type

(34:06):
this in in the Diddy trial, thehotel footage that shows him
assaulting Cassie.
He paid a hotel worker $100,000for it after the hotel worker
told him he needed a subpoenafor it.
Is that bribery?

(34:27):
Google will tell you an AIanswer and tell you yes, this is
bribery because of X, y, z.
It will give you all the laws, the sections, the code and
everything.
But we live in a world where, instead of typing a few

(34:48):
sentences where you can get theactual information from people
prefer to use that time to typea few ignorant sentences in
comment sections.
It's really sad and, like Angiesaid, and I don't like it.
I have compassion for peoplemeaning it really makes me sad.

(35:16):
It doesn't make me angry whenpeople don't know what the hell
they talking about.
It makes me sad because I'mlike damn, we live in a world
where we have all thisinformation at them, at our
fingertips, and we don't, wedon't even bother to use it, but
we'll use those same fingers totype bullshit in comment

(35:36):
sections.
Someone said the sex traffickingisn't Rico, because and this is
multiple people said thisbecause Diddy didn't make money
off of Making money has nothingto do with Rico or not.

(36:02):
Do you understand if you coulddodge a Rico just because you
didn't make money?
How does that sound?
What crime absorbs you becauseyou didn't make money?
Making money does not determineIf you embezzle.

(36:29):
You embezzle, it doesn't matterif you made money or not.
If you money launder, you moneylaunder, doesn't matter if you
made money or not.
Gee, it take me back to the old60, not Gee, it make me.
It take me back to the old 60s.
Gee, whiz, it make me say gee, whiz, but it also makes me.

(36:58):
You know what else it makes medo, though.
It makes me appreciate the flowcommunity so much more, because
we are kind of in our ownbubble and I would think
everybody understood and hadcommon sense if it wasn't for me
being active on my social media, because everybody a part of

(37:21):
the flow community isintelligent.
They get it, they research, they understand, and that's how
I thought everybody was for themost part.
I mean, you know it's nevereverybody, but I thought 80, 90%
.
It's terrible y'all.
Now I understand why we have somany crimes.

(37:42):
Now I understand why we have somany crimes.
Now I understand why oursociety as a whole is just on
the fritz right now.
Exactly and didn't I say that?
Didn't I say that?

(38:07):
This person said everybodythinks of Rico like it's just a
crime boss movie.
And I said that.
If y'all remember, I said thatat the very beginning of this
trial.
I explained what Rico was, Iexplained where it came from and
I also explained why peopledon't understand it.
Because people are looking atRico like it's just some

(38:29):
gangster crime movie.
That's what they're expectingand they need footage of it.
They need footage of Diddyrunning around with pistols,
bussing caps in people's heads.
That's what they need tounderstand.
Rico, let me read something toyou concerning Rico.
I hope I didn't delete it, no,actually I know where it is.

(38:53):
Check this out Now.
This is going to put everythingin a nutshell let's see, let's
see, let's see, let's see, let'ssee.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,no, no.
I asked it to define.

(39:13):
I said can you defineconspiracy Rico, conspiracy Rico
?
It is not.
Even Diddy doesn't even have tobe seen committing any of these
crimes for him to be convictedof conspiracy, rico and anybody

(39:37):
that doesn't understand that, all you have to do is go to
Google and ask it.
Google has a new AI thing whereyou can ask it a question and
it will tell you the answer andalso give you articles and the
normal shit.
So when people say they don'thave no evidence that Diddy blew

(39:58):
up Kid Cudi's car, that he wason it, even though the cops say
they saw Diddy's license platedrive away from the scene, there
are still people saying theydon't have no evidence that
Diddy was involved.
They don't need evidence thatDiddy was involved.
That's why they just needevidence that Diddy made the
call.
They just need evidence thatDiddy told his employees to do

(40:22):
this or do that, to go overthere to call a kid to play any
role in it.
He don't need to be at thescene of the crime, he don't
need to be nowhere around.
But people don't understandthat y'all.
And it baffles me that peoplejust don't care to find out.

(40:45):
It's crazy, research, research.
But again, today, you know we'vebeen on a roller coaster ride.
Now Breonna may have got ithanded to her by Westmoreland.

(41:08):
We'll see how she bounces backtoday, but yesterday was so bad.
It's going to be tough.
But just like Diddy had a smallvictory, like Diddy had a small
victory, I think today we'regetting back to hell week, hell

(41:28):
month, hell trial, because thisaccuser was subpoenaed off of a
freak off tape and she's aboutto.
She's predicted to be on thestand for up to five days.

(41:51):
I think it's going to beanother testimony that's going
to have motherfuckers in tears.
And that itty bittyitty-dittywith the Tootsie Roll.
That Tootsie Roll is going toget even smaller than it already

(42:13):
is Because y'all know they saidit was itty-bitty-ditty Tootsie
Roll.
That Tootsie Roll is going toturn into a Milk Dud.
They're going to change so hisname is going to go from Tootsie
Roll Did turn into a Milk Dud.
They gonna change so his namegonna go from Tootsie Roll Diddy
to Milk Dud Diddy.
Y'all know how small the MilkDud is.
I ain't the only old fucker inthis life.

(42:34):
Y'all remember Milk Duds and Ibelieve this new freak off
victim, I believe they new freakoff victim I believe they're
going to detail how she wasincapacitated.
This is just me talking.
It's just me talking.
I ain't heard this nowhere.

(42:58):
Itty bitty mohawk ditty andTitsy Roll going to be wow.
Hey, steph, you could be right.
I'm glad you brought that up,because in the indictment when
the defense Was filing a motiontrying to get extended time,

(43:22):
they did say something about avictim being a minor, but there
was no details behind that.
So, steph, you could be right.
I don't know, but you could beright Because, if you remember I
spoke on that it was quite sometime ago, but it was.
A lot of stuff was redacted, meaning a lot of stuff was

(43:44):
blacked out in that motion thatthe defense filed when they were
trying to get extra time.
But one thing that was in thatmotion and this came from the
defense was that there was aminor victim.
I just don't know who thatminor victim was.
I don't know if we were goingto hear from that minor victim I

(44:07):
didn't get any information onthat but there is a chance that
this freak-off victim was aminor.
We shall see.
But for her to be someone whohas just been on a freak-off
tape that we haven't heard fromand for them to say she's going
to be on the stand for five daysand basically we can almost

(44:34):
assume she's not a girlfriend or, quote-unquote, one of Diddy's
girlfriends, I don't know, couldbe, but if she's not and she's
basically on there from being onfreak offs and she's going to
be on there five days, ain't notelling, ain't no telling, ain't

(44:59):
no telling what she's going tosay.
But me, I think she is going toTell him what she's going to
say.
But me, I think she is going to.
I think she is going to Talkabout how the drugs had her kind
of like in a, in a, in a stupor, you know, in a state of just

(45:23):
zombie mode.
I think she's probably going tospeak to how she was forced,
how she was intimidated.
I think her testimony is goingto be Cassie's on steroids when
it comes to the freak-offs.
It's just my opinion, but we'llget a prelude today Because if

(45:47):
court starts at 11.
They think they got about anhour on West with Westmoreland
with Brianna, so that's going totake it to 12 right there.
They may do Brianna, gostraight to a lunch break or
whatever and then come straightback.
She might be on at 1, 1.30 andall the way to probably 4.30.

(46:13):
So she's going to have about,in my opinion.
I think she's going to haveabout a three-hour testimony
today and they're probably goingto get into some heavy stuff.
They're probably going to wastemuch time We'll see, because I
know they got to build up anddevelop the witness first but I
guarantee they're going to getinto something heavy before

(46:35):
today's day closes out becausethey're going to want to leave a
lasting impression on the jury.
If you notice that every time,if they can leave at a great
point, the prosecution alwaystry to leave on a point.
That's going to leave a lastingimpression.
I think that we are in foranother emotional, triggering

(47:02):
testimony today.
Triggering testimony today.
I think we are definitely goingto get an emotional testimony.
Steven said Diddy can be chargedfor action.
Someone he employed did and hedidn't know anything about it,

(47:23):
as long as he benefited from it.
Yes, that's what I'm saying.
So many people don't understandthe evidence that they're
looking for.
They're looking for, likehardcore, seeing you on camera,
hands on.
It's just, that's it.
I don't know how many differentways you can say it, especially

(47:47):
when you're dealing withconspiracy.
Especially when you're dealingwith conspiracy.
Like I said, I have I havefriends who I feel like it was
unfair.
But the law is the law.
Just because you can keep yourhands clean, rico gets you

(48:08):
anyway.
That's what people need tounderstand.
Rico is designed for those whokeep their hands clean.
Rico is designed for peoplelike Diddy.
It's not designed for the pawnin the situation or the worker
in the situation.
Rico is designed for the boss, who doesn't get his hands dirty

(48:30):
and has everybody do everythingfor him so he doesn't get caught
red-handed.
That's who Rico is designed for.
So if you're looking forhardcore, tangible, hands-on
evidence, you don't understandRico.

(48:52):
But back to this freak-off.
She really can be.
It would really be.
It would turn this case on itshead if this freak-off victim
were to turn out to be the minorthat they were talking about in
that motion.
And I've heard that theprosecution has a trick or two

(49:17):
up their sleeve things that aregoing to come from left field.
This could be one of them.
If this free golf victim is aminor, holy crap.
This would be technically andfiguratively over and it would

(49:45):
change.
Even the most loudest Diddysupporter Will have to shut the
hell up If this freak off victimis a minor.
But if she's not a minor orwasn't a minor, the fact that
she was spotted on a freak offtape and subpoenaed way from

(50:08):
overseas and they think she'sgoing to be on trial that long,
for five days Trust me, there'sabout to be some heavy shit.
There's about to be some heavyMohawk.
He might have to get a newMohawk.
I'm glad to have some education.

(50:28):
That's why I told y'all man,I'm not bullshitting when I have
to read some of the shit that'sposted that's in the comments
on my social media pages.
I appreciate this.
This is why y'all don't neverhave to worry.
Like, for some reason, facebookisn't allowing me to stream on
YouTube and Facebook.
I don't know if they're goingthrough some changes or what,

(50:50):
but you will never have to worryabout me turning on this
microphone and being here at 730, because I get just as much out
of this as y'all do, becausewhen you have to hear this
madness and hear the stupid shitpeople say it's sad.
And so I need to come on hereand hear some educated people,

(51:13):
like Stephen Davis that actuallyknows what the hell is going on
, like Steph, like Angie, likeKobe Wanshanobi, like all of
y'all Melody, melissa, lily Ineed to hear this Because
without this it's depressing.
Social media is depressing tohear how people actually think.

(51:39):
And so every monday throughfriday, 7 30 am eastern standard
time, this is like a recharge.
This is like a chance for me tocome on here and talk to
like-minded people whounderstand what the hell is

(52:01):
going on and to let me knowthere is still hope in this
society that that is what I'mhere for, that is what I count
on.
So, again, I appreciateeverybody in the flow community.
I appreciate where we're takingthis.
I appreciate where y'all havetook me.

(52:21):
I couldn't walk around.
As I walked down new York, Iwas getting stopped left and
right, like, besides Diddy andhis family, I had to be the most
famous face in New York at thetrial.
It was humbling, but Iappreciate it, because it's just

(52:43):
the hard work that we all putin and we ain't doing nothing
but spitting facts and tellingtruths.
That's all we're doing, and soI'm just glad.
When people bet on me, it feelsgood that I can show them.
Y'all bet on the right person.
I'm exactly who y'all thought Iwas, from the moment y'all

(53:05):
started listening to me to themoment you started following me
on social media.
To everything you ever followedand listened to, I'm exactly
who you thought I was, and soopportunities like what happened
in New York for me to get myflowers it ain't even about me
for me to get my flowers, itain't even about me it makes me

(53:28):
feel good that the people whochose me and the people who ride
for me and the people whobelieve in me, everything's
confirmed when you see the loveand you see how many people are
affected and how many peoplecount on what we do every
morning at 7.30.
That is why you ain't never gotto worry about am I going to

(53:51):
show up?
I'm always showing up at 7.30because I know how many people
count on this.
I know I count on my podcastpeople and my people I listen to
, I count on them, and when theydon't post, I'm lost.

(54:11):
Talking to one of my goodfriends, shana, who knows I've
been listening to podcasts whenpeople wasn't even really
listening to podcasts.
I'd be asleep and it's justsomebody talking.
She'd be like you, alwayslisten to podcasts and now she

(54:39):
sees what I'm doing andeverything makes sense.
But the reason why I turn thismic on every day, y'all, and I
make sure I'm here and I'm hereon time is because I understand
people count on this communitythat we build to come together
and talk and help us get throughthis shit.
And I totally understand that, which is why I bust my ass and I
make sure rain, hell, sleep, fucked up, wi-fi, facebook,
messing up what I always telly'all no excuses, y'all no

(55:07):
excuses.
When you, when you turn, whenyou come to youtube at 7 30, if
it's monday, through friday andain't no weekend, my big ass
head and green bandana gonna beright here talking about the
thoughts, views and opinionsshared on the flow show.
No filter, boom.
Why?
Because I appreciate.
Why?
Because I appreciate y'allcommitting to this just as much
as I do.
So, anyway, let's get back toDiddy.

(55:28):
You know I always got to givey'all flowers.
Y'all always give me my flowers, but I'm always going to give
y'all yours too.
Witnesses really talked aboutthe drugs a lot and up until

(55:50):
this point.
I'm going to be honest, theRICO is hella strong.
The weakest part of this caseright now is the sex trafficking
case.
Right now is the sextrafficking.

(56:12):
And I only say that because, although I believe sex
trafficking is proven, Ihonestly, when you add up all
the testimonies and a little bitof muddy water here and there,
and consensual or not consensualand all that, I can honestly
see how a juror may be iffy onthe sex trafficking.
But I believe this witnesstoday, the freak off person

(56:40):
who's from overseas, I believethey are going to drive home the
sex trafficking charge, muchlike Capricorn Clark and various
snitches or whatever you wantto call them, that have detailed
all of this crimes, the hotelworker, the way they all drove

(57:04):
home Rico and when I was sayinghow Rico, I wasn't talking about
Puerto Rico, I talk about Ricoracketeering, the way they drove
that home.
My gut feeling tells me thisnext witness is about to drive

(57:27):
home the point of sextrafficking and if she does,
that will, to me, put everythingtogether and seal Diddy's fate.
People wonder why I'm going sohard and putting the truth out

(57:52):
there about this case, becauseDiddy's a fucking asshole, a
jerk and devil and he need help.
Diddy is one evil bastard andthis is just me speaking
candidly about Diddy, the sameway I would speak about an evil

(58:14):
bastard neighbor or evil anybody.
He has no regard for the nexthuman being.
I despise people like that.
I despise people that takeadvantage of people.

(58:37):
I despise people that bullypeople and I don't give a damn
who don't like it.
If you ain't noticed, like Itell people in the comments that
try to say man, you tearing, you tearing somebody down, you
tearing this man down.
I tell them thanks for tuningin to the motherfucking best,

(58:59):
because what you're saying isirrelevant, because I didn't
think about what you were sayingwhen I posted the shit and I
damn sure ain't thinking aboutwhat you're saying after it's
posted.
I done moved on.
I don't like people who dopeople like Diddy has done
people.

(59:19):
I don't give a fuck if you acelebrity or you a nobody If you
watch this case and if you justeliminate the technical aspect
and the charges and fuck all thelegalities.
Take away all the legalities, take away all the charges and

(59:42):
indictments and all that.
Just take that away.
This was an evil motherfuckerthat did a lot of evil to a lot
of people.
I don't want to hear no shitabout no legacy.
How the fuck we supposed toprotect the legacy that he
didn't protect his own damnlegacy, that he didn't protect

(01:00:06):
his own damn legacy.
Like I always say, diddy wouldhave been a different person if
he'd have grew up in my family, because we don't coddle you, we
don't make excuses for your ass.
If you an evil bastard, wedon't care.
If you a billionaire, you justan evil billionaire.

(01:00:26):
We don't care if you got 20platinum albums, you're just an
evil bastard with 20 platinumalbums.
And so that's another thingthat pisses me off.
And so that's another thingthat pisses me off that it to

(01:01:14):
get in this billion, as if theydon't count.
Where does that make sense?
How the hell can you tell us wetearing down a man that you've
seen on 4K beating, kicking andstomping a motherfucker, and he
was damn near 50 years old whenhe was doing that?

(01:01:35):
Get up out of my commentsection with that bullshit.
I don't give a damn commentsection with that bullshit.
I don't give a damn.
I would tell Diddy if you wereon my Diddy VIP list.
Let me tell you how real I am.
If you was on my Diddy VIP list, you'd see me within an earshot

(01:01:58):
, five feet away from the Combsfamily, every day.
I ain't ducking and hiding.
I ain't in no comment section.
I believe what I believe and Iwill tell a motherfucker to they
face and I will say it on myshow wherever I ain't hiding

(01:02:27):
because I believe in what I'mdoing.
And had I seen Diddy, I wouldtell his ass to his face.
I guarantee he wouldn't swingon me.
That was another thing peoplewere saying.
People were saying I was hey, thank you.

(01:02:48):
You, chris, I appreciate it.
This is my.
This is the conversation me andgranny had at the kitchen table
.
The only difference is I wasn'tallowed to cuss.
Then only granny could do thecuss.
So now that I'm grown and I gotmy own show, I can cuss.
But this is how granny taught.
This is how we talked at thekitchen table.
We loved people.
My granny helped everybody.

(01:03:08):
I would come over to mygranny's house.
You wouldn't know if you weregoing to see white people,
ethiopian people, trinidadpeople, mexican and Latino.
You didn't know who was goingto be sitting at granny's
kitchen table, that she wasgoing to be feeding and helping
and loving on.
We don't judge people and thatgo both ways.

(01:03:30):
See, just like we don't judgewho we help, we also don't judge
who the fuck we call out.
And when I went to New York Iwasn't ducking and hiding.
If anybody got a problem withwhat I'm saying, whether you,
the Combs family, whether youanybody, y'all knew where I was

(01:03:54):
and I was right there every dayfor anybody that wanted to
address whatever.
But let me say one thing, another thing.
People kept saying want toaddress whatever.
But let me say one thing, another thing people kept saying
everybody was saying everybodywas saying that I was way bigger
in person than they thought.
That was another thing peoplewere saying.
People kept saying people keptsaying like I didn't know you

(01:04:24):
were so fucking tall, or Ididn't know you was this big.
I tell the people I ain't nolittle dude, but I'm also not a
bully.
Y'all know me, I'm smiling.
I ain't trying to confrontpeople.
Did you see, if y'all watch myDiddy VIP coverage, when I was
filming Diddy Family, I didn'tyell out nothing, ignorant, I
didn't say nothing.
I'm not that type.

(01:04:44):
I'm not trying to bully nobody.
I'm not trying to everdisrespect nobody.
I'm not even trying to harassnobody.
I didn't even say nothing.
I just filmed them and let themcarry their weight, because, at
the end of the day, I havecompassion For them kids.
His son might have did this orthat, but just me, speaking from

(01:05:06):
what I know.
I have compassion for them,kids.
His son might have did this orthat, but just me, speaking from
what I know the one that looksjust like Diddy you can see it
all over his face it has weighedhim down the most.
What's his name?
Christian Combs, and so I'mnever anywhere to harass people.

(01:05:28):
At the end of the day, I stillsympathize with people and what
they're going through, despitewhether they made their own bed
and they got to sleep in itwhatever.
I still have sympathy because Iunderstand none of us are
perfect.
I'm not perfect, nobody'sperfect.

(01:05:49):
But one thing I am going to dois stand on business and I ain't
going to be nowhere high.
I couldn't wait to take my assto New York.
And guess what?
When you go in the courtroom, when you go to the cafeteria and
all that, we all in the sameplace.
We all in the same place.

(01:06:12):
So I could run into christiancombs and justin and whoever in
the cafeteria or I ran into Iactually did run into diddy's
attorneys.
You know, when you see this bigafro and this big-ass green
bandana and this Burberrybandana and my big-ass head, you
know me.
You know me when you see me,and I'm going to say this, it

(01:06:36):
was nothing but utmost respectfrom everybody involved in New
York.
Nobody heckled me, nobody evensaid a bad word, a loud word.
None of that.
It was head nods or just keepit moving, and that's how I like

(01:07:00):
it.
I told y'all before I ain'tworried about nobody.
I'm living in my purpose.
I'm doing what God put me onthis planet to do.
God gave me this platform andI'm doing what I'm supposed to
do.
Outside of that, I ain'tworried about nobody.

(01:07:21):
I will be right back in NewYork, front and center, with
respect, because, first andforemost, I respect everybody.
Like I said, I ain't one ofthem.
People filming the kids man.
It was people yelling, likethey was saying shit, like when
the kids and the mom would walkpast or getting into their

(01:07:43):
sprinter van.
It was people saying ain'tnothing like a ditty party is it
Like it was people yelling somecrazy shit.
See, I ain't one of those.
I'll say what I got to say onmy show.
I speak the truth and the facts.
That's it.
I'm not here to harass nobodyor looking for no clickbait
moment.
I ain't into none of that shit,but I ain't, but, I ain't, but

(01:08:08):
I ain't ducking and hiding atall.
So uh, uh, lily said and keepdoing it.
Flow.
We need integrity and that'swhat I'm always gonna be.
It was a few people that wasmad that I, that I, that I said
the prosecution witness gotdestroyed yesterday, but I had
to explain to them.
I'm not here to paint narrativesEvery day of this trial.

(01:08:31):
I'm going to tell you how itwent.
I'm not about to be up herepainting everything like
everything was perfect or everyday.
It just so happened.
For most of the time, theprosecution was wearing out the
defense, they were tearing theirass up, but yesterday and the
other day when Dawn got caughtup, those were two days where

(01:08:57):
the defense had a victory.
I got to tell you all that.
I'm not painting narratives.
If you're looking for anarrative or you're looking for
somebody who just pandered andgoing to just say one thing no
matter what the hell happened, don't tune in to me.
I will never do that, liketoday.
If the prosecution do theirthing, I'm going to tell y'all

(01:09:22):
the prosecution did they thing.
If the defense do they thing, today I'm going to tell y'all
the defense did they thing, that's it.
Y'all already know where Istand.
That's a whole separate thing.
Y'all already know I feel likehe's guilty and I feel like he's
an evil bastard.
Now that we got that out theway, I'm telling y'all exactly

(01:09:45):
what I see and, like I said, yesterday was a bad day To me.
That was the worst witnesstestimony for the prosecution by
far of this trial.
We'll see if she bounces back.

(01:10:07):
Let me check on the breakingnews because, like I told y'all
a lot of times, right when I'mabout to get off, some little
news breaks and I'll be likedamn, I wish I could have said
that and we could have talkedabout that on the podcast.
Let me check real quick ifthere's anything breaking that

(01:10:29):
needs to be talked about.
Not really, okay, yeah.
So today, 11 o'clock, it starts.
Exactly right, the defense hashad good days.
Exactly right, the defense hashad good days.
Exactly.
And, like I said, even though Isaw Mia and I believed

(01:10:54):
everything Mia said, I had to behonest and you know my job is
to lick my finger and see whichway the wind is blowing and kind
of get a feel of what's goingon.
So I'm not out of touch and asmuch as we don't want to, you
know, don't want to admit it forwhatever reason, the sexual

(01:11:17):
allegations towards Diddy kindof fell flat and y'all reasons
matter of fact.
I'm glad that segues to thisand y'all had great reasons.
Like I said, it is what it is.
We can't help.
You know how it lands.
We may understand, but we can't.

(01:11:39):
Nothing we can do as a whole.
But I did have somebody whowanted to touch on that and this
is Stephanie.
She says let me read I don'tknow.
Well, I guess you don't mindBecause you don't know what
Stephanie who, what Stephaniethis is.

(01:11:59):
But she says, matter of fact, Idon't think this is any, this
is not any of this Stephanie'sin this chat, just so y'all know
.
This is a whole nother person, whatever.
So anyway, she said hey, flo, this is concerning me.
And she said I don't know ifyou'll see this.
I saw it.
She says I don't know if you'llsee this, but I've been

(01:12:19):
following your podcast for quitesome time on Spotify.
As a matter of fact, y'all onSpotify, the little Mohawk
ditties have dropped myfive-star rating to like 4.8.
I'm five stars everywhere else,so I need anybody that listens
to this on Spotify to go floodover to Spotify, or even if you

(01:12:42):
don't listen to this on Spotify,to go flood over to Spotify.
Or even if you don't listen tothis on Spotify, go to Spotify
and flood me with five stars andget our rating back up to five
stars.
We can't let those littleMohawk ditties with their itty
bitty tootsie rolls knock medown to 4.8.
I got five stars on everyplatform and I've got a 4.8 on
Spotify.
I don't like that and I had afive-star for the longest, but

(01:13:06):
once this trial started, themlittle Mohawk ditties got a
little mad and brought me downto 4.8.
So anybody who can go toSpotify, give me five stars.
But let me get back to this.
She says I've been followingyou quite some time on Spotify.
I'm a huge fan and reallyappreciate your show.
I wanted to answer the questionyou posed today, which was
yesterday while talking aboutMia on Spotify, about why she

(01:13:29):
wouldn't say anything back toDiddy when he threatened her.
She says I had a good friend ina very similar situation where
her friend's boyfriend assaultedher.
She held that secret in shamefor many years.
About five years later, shefinally confided into me and I
asked her why she hadn't saidanything sooner, which I know is

(01:13:52):
an incredibly hard thing to aska survivor being one myself but
she told me that she was soscared that she would lose her
best friend and that the friendwould just think that she is
making it up because she cheatedwith her boyfriend, which is
what I think Mia was concernedabout, as well as retaliation if

(01:14:16):
she had made the statement toDiddy.
Thank you for sharing that.
I really appreciate that.
Another thing that I love aboutthis show is this is a bunch of
people who actually care, andwhen I pose a question or y'all
pose a question, we all kind ofcome together to help everybody

(01:14:38):
kind of understand.
And y'all know I've been doingthis with my platform from the
very, very beginning.
When y'all, if I come acrosssomething that I think that we
all need to hear, I'm going toread it, because what I've
always said this is the People'sPodcast, this is what it's all
about.

(01:14:58):
So thank you for sharing thatand that actually makes a lot of
sense and I hope it made a lotof sense to any of y'all out
there.
I think that was.
I really appreciate that.
The person who wrote that to meThanks a lot and I just, like I

(01:15:18):
said, I appreciate it because Ihave missed.
I didn't see any reason not tobelieve Mia.
But I started paying attentionto the kind of like the word
that was going around and, likeI said, a few attorneys or a few
women who have been speaking onthis trial, who have been more
than fair even they said theywere a little not believing

(01:15:42):
whatever.
So I was like you know what Igot to get my head out of the
sand on this one and kind of getsome clarity, because I may
have missed something.
I may have missed something andapparently I kind of did, but
not with that explanation andsome of the explanations that
you guys gave me and helped meunderstand a little better of

(01:16:07):
what happened.
So it makes sense.
I know that would be dope, wouldn't it, if I could podcast
live to trial.
Oh man, that would be awesome.
I would love to do it too, likein real time.
Like in real time.
That would be great if I coulddo that.

(01:16:28):
I wish, and you know, down theline when we get a trial, you
know that they actually havevideo for and we can cover like
that.
I look forward to being able tocover the trial kind of in real
time so I can tell y'all whatI'm thinking at that moment or

(01:16:49):
what's going on.
And I can talk to y'all duringthe sidebars, when it ain't shit
going on, because that is thetime where I get ants in my
pants, because I'm locked in.
When the testimonies are goingand the lawyers are going back
and forth, I'm totally locked in.
When they start doing thosesidebars and everybody just

(01:17:10):
standing around whispering, mymind starts floating and
wondering.
I start wanting to look outsideand stuff.
I'm going to read this too.
Love to all the survivors inthis chat.
She says I am one too.

(01:17:44):
This stuff can be realtriggering, but we need to start
speaking out so these predatorsgo down.
Great words, lily, and that'swhat I feel and that's why I
will take the time and readthese statements out loud,
because not only me, I feel likea lot of people need to hear
some of this stuff.
And another thing we don'trealize and this is including me
we don't realize how manysurvivors are out here and
persevering and pushing throughbecause nobody's running around
telling everybody hey, I'm asurvivor, I'm a survivor.
So you know, you'll see thevibe and everybody's so kind of

(01:18:06):
positive and happy and diligentand you don't even realize that
person is a survivor untilsomeone like Lily posts a
message to let you know she is asurvivor, know she is a

(01:18:28):
survivor.
So I think it's important thatwe speak out loud and we tell
these stories and we educateeveryone, Like some things I
didn't know or didn't realize, and so that is the whole purpose
of this podcast and it's beenthe purpose from the beginning,
and it's why I like a diversecommunity with people from every
walk of life, because this isthe best way for us to

(01:18:50):
understand each and everybodythat's around us.
It's by listening to people whohave been through this situation
, or listening to a woman whohas been through the same thing
this woman has been through, orlistening to a woman who has
been through the same thing thiswoman has been through, or
listening to a guy who has dealtwith guys or been in certain
positions.
We can learn from each other, and that's what I want to

(01:19:11):
continue for us to do.
I want us to continue to growand learn from each other and
continue to take down thesePredatorial bastards who think
they can just get away withanything and think it's funny,
and All the people who are inthe comments Defending them.

(01:19:32):
They need to be put on blast aswell and we need to know who
they are.
I like when they revealthemselves.
I like when you reveal yourselfas an ignorant piece of shit,
because we need to know that.
I need to know this piece ofshit's following me.
I won't judge you, but at leastI know who you are.

(01:20:02):
Yeah, they really talking abouthow she ripped, how they ripped
her um, how they ripped that uhripped, uh brianna apart on that
stand.
That is everywhere.
But I knew it.
When it happened I said, oh,this ain't a good one, this is
bad.
There's no way, there's no waythat I uh, no way I could have

(01:20:25):
got on that update I didyesterday on social media.
Ain't no way I could have goton that update and act like it
was all roses because that wasbad.
Good morning, melissa.
Somebody said we are sotraumatized.
This thing is acting up, soit's hard for me, hard for me to

(01:20:47):
oh and thank you for the um.
I think it was steph.
Thank you for the super sticker.
Uh, steph, I think that was youthat sent it.
I kind of missed.
Oh yeah, there it go, let meput that up there.
Let me represent, let me makesure how step Steph represent.
Steph got me eating good.
Yeah, I got a good lunch everyday.
Thank you for the super stickers.

(01:21:07):
I really, really appreciate it.
They add up.
They definitely add up and theygo towards a good cause Feed my
belly.
I like to eat good food and sothank you, thank you.
Thank you for the super sticker, steph, as always, and anybody
else.
Oh shoot, I missed another one.

(01:21:28):
Is this another one I missed?
I think I missed another one.
Let me make sure.
Okay, that's Steph.
Steph, you didn't send two, didyou?
Yeah, I seem like.
Okay, cindy, my bad Cindy, Ihad to go through it.
Thank you for the super sticker, cindy.
Cindy also gave me a $5 supersticker, cindy.

(01:21:49):
That goes to a good causefeeding my belly.
I greatly appreciate it.
Those who know me from beforeknow that I'm greedy.
They used to call me Greedy Flo, mr Told you.
So Greedy Flo, mr Told you.
So Greedy Flo, mr Told you.
So I got so many nicknames.
Somebody said Diddy abusedeveryone in his circle.

(01:22:10):
Sure, did.
That's what I don't like and Ican't believe you got bastards
standing up for this guy.
I'm not standing up for him atall Because, like I told you,
it's deeper than Diddy.
I'm not standing up for him atall Because, like I told you,
it's deeper than Diddy.
I need everybody who follows meto know that if you think you
can do any of this crap to anyof the women, children, anybody

(01:22:34):
around me, you know you're goingto have hell to pay.
It ain't no secret.
So I'm going to continue to beloud about the bullshit that
Diddy put everybody through.
And if you got a problem withit, I'm glad, because that means
you heard me, Because that'sall I care about.
I'm not on here to be makingfriends with people who want to

(01:22:56):
defend a bully, an evil ass, completely evil.
A bully, evil ass, completelyevil.
Everybody say love yourconvictions, with a shirt or
without a shirt.
Oh, that was another thing.
So people were talking aboutthat.

(01:23:17):
I was much bigger and taller inperson than they thought and so
many people were saying it wasso funny seeing me with a shirt
on.
Oh, no, lily, you don't have toapologize for the bad language.
It ain't no worse than mine, but people were saying it was

(01:23:41):
funny seeing me with a shirt on.
I agree it was funny y'allseeing me with a shirt on.
But the court wouldn't allow meto come in with no shirt on, and
so I made a joke and told y'allI filed a motion.
It was denied, so I had to puta hoodie on.
So it's only two things I like.
I like to be shirtless and Ilike hoodies.
So if I'm going to havesomething on, unless it's a

(01:24:20):
thousand degrees like it is inPuerto Rico, I am a hoodie fiend
.
I am a hoodie fiend.
I love hoodies.
I love hoodies.
Good morning.
Oh, hold on.
Who is that?
I think I seen another faithful.
I got it before we get out ofhere.
I got it.
I think I seen.
Was that?
Hey, yanni Rachel, I think Imissed one of my.
Oh, there we go.

(01:24:41):
Hey, suri.
I mean I got to give Suri someshine.
Everybody say good morning toSuri.
She is one of the longtime Flosupporters.
Fans just always had nothingbut kind words to say.
Everybody say good morning toSuri, y'all.
I miss Suri's comment.
I had to throw up there andgive her some shine.

(01:25:02):
She is a sweetheart and alwayssupports the movement and always
has nothing but kind things tosay.
And, like I've always said fromthe beginning, this is
absolutely the best communityonline anywhere on the planet,

(01:25:27):
online anywhere on the planet, and I look forward to sharing
things, sharing things in thefuture with y'all, like
different obstacles that I'mgoing to go through,
celebrations that I'm going togo through.
I told you I never thought Iwould have another child, but
maybe down the line I'll haveanother child.
I think I look forward tosharing all that with y'all and

(01:25:48):
just walking y'all through thisjourney that we started and
we're going to finish till itain't no more to do.
Steven says Flo, this case is aslam dunk and the heavy hitters
haven't touched the stand yet.
Yep, exactly, ceo record execs, the money men.
Yep, there'll be bunk beds inDiddy's cell if they don't throw

(01:26:10):
him under the bus, the bus, bus, all words I totally agree with
.
This is a slam dunk.

On Purpose with Jay Shetty

On Purpose with Jay Shetty

I’m Jay Shetty host of On Purpose the worlds #1 Mental Health podcast and I’m so grateful you found us. I started this podcast 5 years ago to invite you into conversations and workshops that are designed to help make you happier, healthier and more healed. I believe that when you (yes you) feel seen, heard and understood you’re able to deal with relationship struggles, work challenges and life’s ups and downs with more ease and grace. I interview experts, celebrities, thought leaders and athletes so that we can grow our mindset, build better habits and uncover a side of them we’ve never seen before. New episodes every Monday and Friday. Your support means the world to me and I don’t take it for granted — click the follow button and leave a review to help us spread the love with On Purpose. I can’t wait for you to listen to your first or 500th episode!
