We got a lot to get into withthis diddy mess.
But first let me cover my ass.
No diddy.
The thoughts, views andopinions shared on the Flow Show
(00:22):
no filter are for educationaland entertainment purposes only.
I am not a professional, I amjust good.
Hello, hello, hello, hello.
Beautiful people who we got inthe building today.
(00:46):
What's up?
Angie, nicole, steph C-TuckMake sure you like the live as
you come in.
Like C-Tuck said, I appreciateeverybody.
I got a good lunch and dinnertoday, so we got a $50 gold for
Apple Pay and Cash App.
(01:08):
So you see the Apple Pay andCash App in the bottom of the
screen.
Let's see if we can get $50before the end of this show.
And I got some good lunch anddinner that I won today.
So I appreciate everybodycoming on in lunch and dinner
that I won today.
I appreciate everybody comingon in Help me reach the goal.
(01:30):
But this I don't know.
I'm a little worried about theDiddy case right now.
I'm a little worried, y'all.
So we're going to have to talk.
I'm glad y'all are here with metoday Because it's a few things
(01:51):
I'm a little confused about andwe need to talk about it.
They so the prosecution is aboutto end.
Prosecution is about to end, right, but we haven't heard and
(02:16):
we got a lot.
I got more information aboutthe juror that they're trying to
remove or is that juror removed?
I think it was juror number six.
Got more info about that.
Inner City Press the guy thatwas missing his back, and it was
what we expected or what wesuspected, I should say.
He had typed a transcript thatJane's child was a son, which
(02:43):
was something that was said inthe courtroom, but somehow he
got in a little trouble for that.
But he's back, so inner city isback.
Had to make sure I let y'allknow that, but I need to.
We got to figure out something.
We're going to talk about that.
(03:04):
We're going to go into jane'stestimony.
The.
The goal was obviously for theprosecution I mean for the
defense where they were tryingto paint her as a gold digger in
a way, and also just agirlfriend who wanted to spend
time with her boyfriend, not asex trafficking victim like the
(03:26):
prosecution is alleging.
So we got to get into that Also.
On a side note.
They say Diddy was visibly sickyesterday and coughing and
sneezing all over the place andburying his hand into the desk
and table.
(03:47):
So we'll see what that amountsto.
But uh, so diddy was sick.
And another side note, beforewe get into the actual media,
today's show I've been hearinguh, different people I think
tisa Tell said it, ticket TValso said it Something about
(04:07):
Diddy found a phone after theraid and the prosecution has,
and there were messages left onthat phone and somehow him
finding his phone could lead toobstruction of justice, because
it was one of the phones that hewas, I guess, supposed to turn
over to the authorities andsince he didn't, it's a form of
(04:31):
obstruction of justice.
He left voice notes or textmessages and voice notes on that
phone saying it's a lot of shiton this phone.
I didn't delete any of it and Ineed my lawyer.
I don't know.
I think we're going to get moreof an update on that today, but
they sent out.
(04:52):
They talked about who wascoming up next.
So they're supposed to befinished with Jane today.
They're finished their crossexamination with Jane today and
the prosecution is expected tocall Andre Lamez.
(05:14):
I don't know who that isJonathan Perez, which is Diddy's
assistant, then their firstsummary witness, miss Sankar,
something like that.
Now I'm wondering, and a lot ofpeople are wondering, where is
(05:36):
Christina Corham Like?
Where does she come up in thiscase?
Christina Korn, I thought, andthis blindsided me.
I thought Christina Korn wouldbe called by the prosecution,
(06:01):
since she's been named so manytimes.
Since she's been named so manytimes Now, unless she comes up
as a surprise witness for theprosecution next week, she's not
going to be on theprosecution's case and the
prosecution expects to befinished by Wednesday, no later
(06:25):
than Friday of next week.
So one of two things Eithershe's going to come last minute,
maybe they're working on animmunity deal, but I would have
thought that would have beencompleted already or she is
staying 10 toes down with Diddyand maybe the defense may be
(06:48):
actually calling Christina Korm,aka KK.
Also, I would have thought thesecurity would have been called,
but they weren't called eitherRuben, uncle Paulie or D-Rock,
(07:11):
and so I'm thinking maybe theyalso could be called by the
defense.
Maybe Diddy's solid team, hisinner circle maybe, are staying,
staying behind Diddy and maybebeing called by the defense.
I thought they would definitelybe called by the prosecution,
(07:33):
but they may have stood strongwith Diddy we shall see.
But I definitely was uhsurprised when I read the list
of who the prosecution expectsto be called or who they're
going to call next week.
(07:54):
And, like I said, we knowJonathan Perez is a strong
witness because he is Diddy'sassistant.
We have heard his name numeroustimes.
For example, jane listedJonathan as one of the people
who set up a lot of freak-offsand date nights, and y'all know
(08:18):
setting up the freak-offsentails the candles and the
astroglide and the baby oil andso on and so forth.
Jonathan was also, I believe,on that Utah trip that Jane
talked about.
When Diddy was on the trip witha girl who was, I guess, 19 or
(08:39):
20, pretty young, and she waspretty upset about it and, if
you remember, diddy askedJonathan to let Jane know that
did nothing go on or whatever.
Nothing happened.
Jonathan, I believe, was alsobrought up a couple of times in
Cassie's testimony.
(09:01):
So Jonathan is definitely partof the inner workings of Diddy's
empire and so I'm interested tosee what his testimony will
bring.
Like I said, I'm pretty shockedthat nobody called Christina
(09:28):
Corham yet and there's reallybeen no explanation.
So we're all waiting around.
But let's get into what's goingon with this juror.
Prosecutors say that this jurorwasn't honest and that's why
(09:48):
they want them removed, butDiddy's team says that's not the
real reason.
This article comes from PeopleMagazine and the title of the
article is Prosecutors Say aJuror Wasn't Honest.
Diddy's Team Says that's Notthe real reason.
They want him out.
There's been hella controversywith this juror being removed.
(10:12):
Now this article is saying thatthe prosecutor said he wasn't
honest, but rumors from insidethe courtroom is that this juror
has been snickering andnon-verbally communicating with
Diddy and has just been carryingthemselves in a way where red
(10:35):
flags have been raised.
So let's go on.
So let's go on.
(11:03):
It says Prose.
On wednesday, june 11th, thelead prosecutor, assistant us
attorney maureen comey, told usdistrict judge aaron sabramanian
sabramanian outside thepresence of the jury that it
appeared to be a lack of candorwith the court that raises
(11:24):
serious issues.
We did not want to do this, prosecutor Comey said, but we
were compelled to do that.
Now one of Combs' attorneys, alexandra Shapiro, said the
defense opposes removing thejuror and said the government's
(11:46):
attempt at doing so is a thinlyveiled effort to dismiss a Black
juror.
So now this is becoming we'regoing back to the racial
component.
Where we were a little whileago when Diddy and his legal
defense were saying that thiswhole case is racism and because
(12:10):
Diddy is the only black manthat they say have been brought
up on these type of charges, they said this trial has a
racial component.
Well, now we are back to thatbecause obviously now we find
out Something we didn't know, weknew juror number six was.
They were trying to remove him.
(12:31):
We didn't know juror number sixwas black.
Now obviously we know this is ablack juror.
Now Judge Subramanian has saidthat he would address the matter
by the end of the week, whichmeans today or tomorrow.
He's waiting on writtensubmissions from both sides.
(12:54):
Now the jury what is it?
Comprised of Twelve people, eight men and four women, which
were selected for the jury and ahalf dozen alternates.
The jurors range in age from 30years old to 74.
Their identities are known tothe judge and lawyers but won't
(13:18):
be made public.
Now, among the six alternates, two are women and four are men.
This is huge for a few reasons.
One reason removing a blackjuror is something that the
(13:43):
defense is strongly against, forobvious reasons.
I'm sure diddy may have feltthe connection with this juror
or whatever, because we, as weknow from court, like courtroom
uh drama and that him and thisjuror have made non-verbal
communication.
They don't tell us if this is awoman or a man.
(14:05):
Now we do know there are eightmen and four women on this jury,
but we don't know if this juroris a man or a female.
But we know one thing theprosecution is very adamant that
this juror needs to be removedand the defense is very adamant
(14:27):
that the jurors should stay and, citing that the prosecution is
just trying to get rid of ablack juror.
A lot of drama with this juror.
We're going to have to watchthis, see how this plays out.
The judge is going to make ahuge ruling on this situation.
(14:51):
Also, baller Alert even coveredit, saying drama in the
courtroom, prosecutors eyeing ajuror for dishonesty.
Now, did this juror lie on herjury form?
Could they have went to schoolwith Diddy and didn't say
nothing?
Or could they have some type ofclose ties with Diddy and
(15:14):
didn't say anything?
But something is going on.
Something is going on Now.
The prosecution initially raisedconcern about this juror in
private.
They had a sealed conversationand in this sealed conversation
(15:37):
they talked about their issues.
But it wasn't an open court.
Now the excitement around thejury integrity now shifts to
whether juror number six will bedismissed and what impact that
move might make in this trialwhen it comes to fairness and
public perception.
(15:57):
How will people take it when ablack juror is removed,
especially?
We don't know the reason.
So I'm hoping they give anexact reason whether they stay
or go, especially if they getremoved.
We want to know the exactreason so we're clear on what's
(16:20):
going on.
This is strange amongst all thestrange stuff that has happened
in this case.
It's been just one thing afteranother from inner city press
(16:42):
being removed for simplytranscribing what was going on
in the testimony.
He got in trouble for sayingsomething about jane and he used
the word son, but the thedefense or the prosecution I
forgot which one it one of themcalled her child her son.
(17:05):
So he was only saying what he.
You know he transcribing whatwas said in the courtroom.
So for him to get in trouble, that seems strange.
Another thing before we getinto Jane's testimony about the
Bottega bags and the Bon Clefjewelry and the $10,000 rent.
(17:28):
It's been a brutalcross-examination for her but
she's pretty much done today soit's almost over for her.
But another thing a couple ofwitnesses that I guess will not
be heard from.
Victim number three completely, was able to dodge a testimony.
Victim number three, who we allguess and pretty much the whole
(17:51):
world knows is Gina, especiallyfrom all the mentioning of Gina
in this court case.
She was able to dodge it.
She, she, she was supposed shewas one of the main victims Went
missing and as we near the endof the prosecution's case, she's
(18:15):
not testifying.
I don't know the rules on.
Well, I doubt she'll be calledby the defense because I'm sure
they wouldn't want theprosecution cross-examining her,
but at any rate she was able tododge testifying.
I don't know how that works.
I don't know if she'll havesome repercussions behind it,
(18:38):
but at any rate, doesn't appearshe will have to testify.
Appears she will have totestify.
Also, they had mentioned thatthe chef who experienced some
alleged assault was going totestify.
We now know that didn't happenor it looks like it's not going
(18:58):
to happen.
So there were some prettystrong witnesses that, for
whatever reason, dodged or notdodged, because I'm sure the
chef wanted to testify butsomehow didn't end up testifying
.
It just I don't know, somethingjust seemed a little out of
(19:22):
whack to me with that.
I don't know.
I thought for sure the chefwill be testifying and I did
think for sure christina quorumwas gonna have to.
But she may have said, hey,I'll take the risk of going, you
know, going to prison or or orwhatever, and stood strong.
We know if diddy was paying forJane Doe's lawyer, I'm pretty
(19:50):
sure he was paying for hissecurities lawyers and Christina
Korn's lawyers.
So they may be just saying youknow what we riding with our guy
.
But let's get into some of thisbrutal I don't want to say
brutal, but it was just tough.
A lot of tears were shed in thecourtroom yesterday again as the
defense Talked about all thegifts and read all text messages
(20:17):
and had Jane in tears.
So this article comes from USAToday.
It's entitled Bottega Bags VonCleff Jewelry $10,000 worth of
rent.
Diddy's ex Jane reveals giftsamid alleged abuse, say, even
(20:41):
though the defense was supposedto paint a picture of a gold
digger in some kind of ways, andjust a girlfriend who loved her
boyfriend and wanted to spendas much time with her as they
could, as she could.
Many people are saying to themthey just showed the grooming,
(21:08):
they just showed love bonding.
They just showed trauma bonding.
So, depending on what side ofthe fence you're on, people saw
different things, but what weall know is the only people that
really matter is what did thejury see and what are they
(21:28):
seeing with this testimony?
So let's go into.
It.
Says designer handbags,high-end jewelry and a 5300
square foot home.
Sean diddy combs former formergirlfriend, jane was whisked off
into a romance of luxury.
(21:50):
But what was the true cost?
The woman, who was testifyingunder a pseudonym amid Combs'
federal sex crimes trial, hasgotten candid on the rapper's
financial support and the roleit played in their allegedly
fraught dynamic.
(22:11):
Although Jane is speaking incourt as a witness for the
prosecution following a subpoenato testify, combs is paying for
her legal representation in thehigh profile proceeding.
She previously said she doesn'tplan to sue, and so, as they
(22:44):
got into this testimony, like Isaid, text messages were read
and they got into exactly howmuch money did Diddy send her?
Jane estimates Diddy wired hermore than $150,000 throughout
their three and a half yearrelationship.
Now, what would that work out toabout?
What, about what?
(23:06):
Maybe $40,000 a year, a littleless, between $35,000 and
$40,000 a year.
I don't know if that's worthany amount of money is worth
that freak-off mess.
30 to 40 grand a year ispeanuts for competing, basically
(23:30):
competing in freak offs.
It was like a competition, didhe say it?
It was like an all-star game.
He was Michael Jordan and Janewas Kobe Bryant and Paul, the
sex worker, was Shaq.
It's just weird stuff and weknow these freak-offs consisted
(23:52):
of like sometimes three or fourguys back to back to back and
they were basically weekly Forthree and a half years.
Basically one freak off atleast once a week, some of them
lasting 18 hours, 24 hours days.
But $35,000 a year, it's justwild, man.
(24:20):
It tears me up just to see whatpeople go through.
You never know what people gothrough in this world For
whatever reason, whether it'smental reasons, whether it's
whatever the reason.
I wouldn't wish this on myworst enemy.
It basically painted a pictureof a web of financial
(24:46):
codependency, as stated in thisarticle.
The woman who worked as anonline influencer claimed she
was forced to scale back herprofessional pursuits while
dating Combs.
And that makes sense becauseshe had millions and millions of
followers.
And that makes sense becauseshe had millions and millions of
(25:06):
followers.
She was willing to do OnlyFansand take pictures and, like she
said, partial nudity.
She also has millions offollowers on Instagram, so she
was saying at some point shewould get anywhere from $5,000
and more per month to advertisefor brands, and all of that most
(25:30):
definitely adds up to more than$35,000 a year.
So I could see her.
She said that she couldn't makeany money because she had to
dedicate her full time to thesecrazy freak-offs.
(25:53):
Article goes on to say, asfurther revealed in Jane's
testimony, combs' lavish giftsunderlay a complex relationship
pattern of an on and off againcouple who dated from 2021 to
the end of 2024, right, basically, before Diddy was
arrested in September.
(26:14):
Now, despite his materialaffections, jane has described
several instances of allegedphysical abuse and a sexual
exploitation by the Grammywinning rapper, including being
punched, choked, kicked anddragged by the hair.
(26:40):
Then they go talking about thebottega bags.
During cross-examination,jane's testimony turned sharp
when she shared that she feltcombs gave another woman more
gifts and more quality timeduring their relationship, and a
(27:03):
couple of these women.
One of them is Young Miami.
You know who Young Miami is.
She is a rapper.
Diddy gave her, or launched her,a podcast, something.
What is it called?
Carisha, please, or somethinglike that.
But she got Chanel bags andother gifts that obviously Jane
said she was jealous of.
(27:25):
Obviously Jane said she wasjealous of.
Also, gina got gifts as wellwho was alleged to be victim
number three, who did not showup to this court case, and so we
spoke about this.
They brought this up again, saying you didn't get a Chanel
bag.
If you remember, he said no, Ionly got trauma.
(27:48):
But Jane said Combs coerced heron multiple occasions to take
part in these freak-offs,demanding series of sexual
performances in which Combspushed her to have sex with
several men lasting three and ahalf days.
Last, in three and a half days, garagos asked Jane how much a
(28:09):
bag from the brand Bottega costsand we found out those bags
cost anywhere from a grand toabout 61 grand.
I didn't even heard of Bottegabags.
Any of y'all got Bottega bags.
If you any of y'all got BottegaBags?
If you do, let me know, and letme know if it's worth it
(28:34):
$60,000.
Now another expensive gift thatcame up in this testimony was a
Von Cleft bracelet or some typeof Von Cleft jewelry before, a
birthday freak-off I don't knowwhat kind of, I guess.
(28:58):
How can a freak-off be abirthday present?
It seems like that's a birthdaypresent for Diddy on her
birthday, because this wassupposed to be Jane's birthday.
So for Jane's birthday, on June11th, diddy gifted her with a
bracelet and a free call.
This is just, man.
(29:23):
If this was a movie you wouldthink this was fiction.
You would think this wasn'treal.
So it goes on to say on June 11, jane recalled an
unsatisfactory birthday InFebruary 2023, during which she
(29:44):
alleged Combs arranged a freakoff.
We already know what a freakoff is.
The article says a drug fueledsexual performance with multiple
guys.
So on this February sherecorded.
In June, but this is FebruaryDang testified that Combs made a
(30:09):
dinner reservation at Noblethat was conveniently located in
the same hotel they werestaying in.
I asked if he could pleaseromance me outside of hotel
rooms and of course, the answerwas no.
(30:30):
So now this brings us back tothe coercion and fraud.
We talked about the fraudaspect yesterday.
Fraud in this sense is when aperson says hey, instead of just
coming right out and saying Iwant you to do a freak off.
(30:50):
They kind of tricked you.
So Jenny was expecting thetypical romantic dinner and a
romantic time with her boyfriendon her birthday.
She was not expecting.
(31:16):
Nor did she want a freak off,but Diddy planned a dinner at
Noble inside the same hotelwhere they often did the freak
offs.
This is called fraud.
This is called fraud Even downto Jane asking if they could
(31:38):
romance outside of the hotelrooms, outside of the freak-offs
.
Garagos pointed out to Jane thatCombs arranged a photo shoot
for her birthday as well asgifted her a Bond club and
Arpels bracelet and necklaceright before the alleged
freak-off.
Jane is quoted as saying I'mreceiving my gift, I've taken a
(32:05):
pill and I'm waiting for theentertainer.
Jane said any type of affectionat this point in my life that I
get from Sean I welcome withopen arms.
This is very importanttestimony because it laid out
what some of the prosecutiontalked about.
(32:26):
So the prosecution tried topaint this as a boyfriend just
taking care of their girlfriendand painting the jealousy of.
You know her being jealous ofYoung Miami, gina and other ones
(32:56):
.
Nbc News.
As a matter of fact, sean DiddyCombs trial ex-girlfriend.
Jane returns to stand forcross-examination.
Jane testified.
Jane returns to stand forcross-examination.
Jane testified in a veryforceful they call this a
forceful cross-examination.
(33:16):
It has been very aggressive.
At one point she broke down intears, even though the defense
tries to paint this as beingconsensual.
At one point she broke down intears because she was reading
(33:42):
what they were calling lovingmessages between her and Diddy.
What they were calling lovingmessages between her and Diddy
Says I resent him for how much Iloved him and couldn't say no
to him, she testified.
She also testified that she wasupset that Combs spent time
with rapper Young Miami andTurks and Caicos.
(34:04):
She see they showed photos ofthem together.
She said that was a painfulexperience, especially given how
she had tried to satisfy himwith all those free calls.
It was just a sad, sad day.
(34:27):
If you are on the prosecutionside or on the Jane Jane side.
She had to relive some of hertoughest moments In her life.
I'm sure.
I mean I'm sure this had to betough.
(34:48):
We all been in love and whenyou're in love or whether it's
real love or you think it's loveit's tough, especially having
to see somebody with somebodyelse.
While you over there you justdid a freak off with four guys
and now you got to see theperson you were trying to
(35:09):
satisfy with another woman.
Just weird, weird times.
If you remember, she was in bedwith Diddy when she saw the
Cassie video and they talkedabout his reaction and they
(35:32):
talked about his reaction.
Can you imagine being in bed,Can you imagine being in bed
with somebody a boyfriend thatyou love, that you don't know at
the time, that he's putting hishands and all this stuff that
he's done, and then you just seea video of him beating the crap
(35:57):
out of a woman.
How do you react?
How do you react to that?
I'm sure that was crazy.
It's just so much going on inthis trial right now.
(36:17):
I don't know where this trialis going next week.
To be honest, between victimsnot testifying and now we don't
know.
As far as Christina Korm andthe rest of the security.
It's just a lot of it's a lotof unforeseen things to come and
(36:55):
it's just been weird.
I'm trying to figure out whereall the celebrities that were
named.
They have been quiet, like Isaid, so quiet you can hear a
cat piss on cotton.
We haven't heard from any othercelebrities.
We know the names.
Who's been named.
I'm not saying they're guiltyof anything, but the names that
we have.
Britney Spears has been named, usher, neo, jennifer Lopez where
(37:28):
has she been at?
People thought Usher would cometo the forefront.
He hasn't said anything at all.
But the main person everybody'sbeen asking me about is
Jennifer Lopez and honestly, Idon't know, I don't know, I
(37:48):
don't know.
At this point I'm, I'm, I'mpretty much a thousand percent
sure she's not going to becalled.
But to be honest, I agree witha lot of people have hit me up.
I would have thought she would.
I thought she should have beencalled.
I didn't think she would becalled because I based it off of
the questionnaire and theindictment.
(38:09):
I didn't see anything where itreally made her relevant, but I
do think she should have been.
You know, I could see a reasonwhy she should have been called.
We haven't had any mentions ofanything underage, which I only
saw, one mention of underage asfar as in the paperwork, and
(38:34):
that was when the defense wastrying to get more time and the
defense had sent in a motion.
If you remember, we talkedabout this.
The defense has sent in amotion saying that they wanted
to get more time and saying thatthe prosecution had put more
victims on them at the lastminute, and they claim that one
(38:58):
of those victims was a minor.
But that was just off of thepaperwork, so I don't know if it
was one of the victims thatwere supposed to be named, I
mean one of the main victims, which obviously we haven't heard
anything about that, or thatwas just an allegation that was
in the paperwork.
(39:18):
No, that was never clarified.
But other than that, we haven'theard anything about young
people as the prosecution wrapsup and I'm hoping to see if they
finish strong, because so far Iwouldn't say that they're
(39:41):
finishing strong at this point Imean, jane's cross-examination
will be finished today, sothat's over with pretty much for
the prosecution.
We'll see Today and tomorrowand however they finish next
week is very important because,as you know, I got large
(40:07):
platforms on pretty much everyplatform.
So I do look at my comments andI read into my comments and it
helps me kind of gather a senseof kind of where the public is,
because I got a lot of commentsto choose from and the
prosecution started very strongand they continued that for a
(40:28):
while.
But if we're just being honestand if I'm reading the tea
leaves and looking at what'sgoing on in my comments and some
of my DMs and just what peopleare saying, they're not
finishing strong.
They're not finishing strongand it's not over with for them.
But as of right now, they'regoing to need some.
(40:52):
They're going to need some some.
Some damaging testimony frommaybe Jonathan or whoever these
other people are, cause I don'tremember them from the
indictment so I don't know thoseother names that I told you
guys.
But if I'm judging off of whatI'm seeing in my comments, the
DMs I'm getting and just theoverall public perception, as of
(41:14):
right now the prosecution haslost a lot of momentum, right or
wrong, whether they should havelost momentum or not.
Maybe you know, I believe Janewas a sex trafficking victim.
I believe Rico is detailedalmost as much as a Rico you
(41:37):
could have.
But what I say don't meannothing compared to what the
jury might say, and we all knowpublic perception is always
important.
I'm going to tell you why, especially in this case, because
(41:59):
we have to be honest about acouple of things.
They didn't sequester this jury, so public perception is
extremely important becausethese jurors are going home.
Every day.
They're traveling back andforth, they're going home.
We don't know what these jurorsyes, the judge is telling them
(42:21):
don't talk about the case withpeople, don't go online and look
at stuff.
But let's just be honest howbelievable is that that when
they leave that courtroomthey're not talking to their
family, they're not talking totheir friends, they're not
(42:43):
online.
Looking at what everybody'ssaying, I don't believe that.
I mean, and it's just human.
I mean, I'm not even talkingagainst it, it's just human
nature.
You're talking about a six toeight week well, maybe what yeah
, eight week trial.
You're talking about peoplegoing home and they're on the
(43:07):
subway.
You know, even on the subway, even if they're trying to avoid
hearing public perception, they're on the subway.
They can overhear conversations.
Some may have even told peoplethat they're jurors who knows?
And people are talking to themabout the case.
I told you from the beginningthe fact that they weren't
(43:29):
sequestered.
I wasn't really a big fan ofthat.
This is a huge case in one ofthe biggest cities of in all the
world, uh, with one of the mostpopular people on the planet.
They sequestered them in the ojcase.
I don't see why it didn'thappen in this one, but at any
(43:50):
rate, it is what.
It is the court, it's thecourt's job to do all that.
It's not my job, so I have tolean into whatever they do.
But the fact that these jurorsgo home every day and they're
unsupervised.
From what I know, publicperception is huge, which is why
(44:20):
Diddy and his team have beendoing so much to affect public
perception in a way to help them.
It's big y'all.
We can't expect these jurors to.
When your phone is a gateway toall the information in the
world, you mean to tell me thatwhen they leave that courtroom
at 4, 4.30, and they're not backall the way into the following
(44:44):
morning at about nine o'clock, all the way until the following
morning at about 9 o'clock, youjust can't get me to think
they're not talking about thiscase with their family and
friends, and their family andfriends, whether we like it or
not, you can pretty much believea lot of them are echoing a lot
(45:11):
of this stuff we're hearing inthe comments.
So, in my opinion, prosecutionneeds to finish strong and the
witness list that they haveright now has me a little
concerned.
But we'll see.
I'm not going to judge becausemaybe you know, I don't know
what they have up their sleeve, but as of right now, momentum
(45:37):
has been lost, so we'll see howthat turns out.
Four of these jurors have beenat least four, maybe at least
two, but up to four of thesejurors have clicked up is what
I'm hearing as well, and, if youremember, one day all four like
four jurors were all late andshowed up at the same time.
(46:01):
So, if I'm being honest, thiswhole jury situation is a little
concerning Just from what I'mseeing, but I don't know.
The ruling on jury number six Isgoing to tell us a lot, for one
(46:23):
.
It's going to tell us,hopefully, what exactly did this
jury do.
If they do get removed, I'msure they're going's going to
tell us, hopefully, what exactlydid this juror do.
If they do get removed, I'msure they're going to have to
tell us what they did.
If they don't get removed, Ithink we still should know what
the problem was.
Right now, everybody's talkingin riddles and codes and all we
can go off of is the rumorscoming from outside the
(46:47):
courtroom.
As you know, I'll be.
I can't wait to get to thecourtroom.
Um, I'll be there next weekprobably.
I'll be there right when thedefense starts their their case.
But think about what's beengoing on.
We don't know exactly what'sgoing on.
(47:08):
We don't know the details thatwe once known, because they
kicked out inner city press orreprimanded him, gave him some
type of punishment.
I don't know what they did, butwe know a couple of days ago he
had to stop tweeting and givingus information about what was
(47:29):
going on in that courtroom.
So now it's already, we alreadyare getting any of the facts
and we're already not allowed tosee what's going on in the
courtroom.
You know, no video, no, nothing.
(47:50):
No film at all, not evenhighlights.
All we're getting is thesecrazy looking sketches.
And now it's almost like theytook that a step further and
they scared the shit out ofeverybody.
Think about what's been going on.
They've been threatening peoplebehind, speculating about
(48:14):
Jane's identity, threatening themedia.
We saw what happened to innercity press.
So now a lot of the media thatis in the courtroom is scared to
say anything.
So now a lot of the media thatis in the courtroom is scared to
say anything.
Very concerning Even inner citypress.
I'm sure he couldn't say much, but he said you know, the press
(48:39):
has certain freedoms and, basedoff the little video he made, it
seems like a lot of thosefreedoms are being taken away.
So again, I don't know what thehell is going on, but I don't
really like.
I don't feel like the media isas comfortable to give us
(49:06):
information like they were acouple weeks ago, if I'm just
speculating.
I believe what they did to InnerCity Press may have been a
scare tactic for all the othermedia people, because, think
(49:27):
about it, even dealing with thisjuror number six now, we got
very little information, likevery little information, and
when you're talking about ajuror being removed possibly
that's huge news that we shouldhave every detail about that.
(49:52):
What are we getting?
All these riddles and codes andvague-ass answers for something
that serious and nobody who'sin the courtroom, none of the
press that we could count on,none of them.
They don't.
They haven't even told usanything.
(50:14):
You know, I pay attention tothe tea leaves, y'all I pay
attention, and something just isnot quite right, which is why
I'm going out there.
I can't wait to get out thereBecause one thing about me I'm
going to give the informationthat needs to be given out and
(50:35):
whatever happens happens, but Icouldn't be there and hiding
shit like what's going on now, very, very, very concerning.
Like I said, inner city press.
It seems like he wants to saymore, but it seems like they
(50:59):
have him.
I don't want to say by theballs, but you know, by the
balls, like they got him where Ithink he's scared to say
certain stuff.
Now, whatever happened to him,I don't know what they told him,
but I do know all of a suddenhe couldn't give us information.
He wasn't tweeting out thetranscripts a few days ago and
(51:23):
we still haven't got any more ofan explanation besides.
And then the thing was becausehe tweeted that it was a son
even, instead of saying a child, even though the word son was
used in the courtroom.
(51:43):
I don't know y'all.
I don't know y'all.
Even inner city press said sure, doesn't look like Christina
Korn will be a governmentwitness.
They said they anticipateresting their case next
Wednesday or Friday.
If KK testified it would be aslong as Jane, if not longer.
(52:07):
So he doesn't think so.
Testify it would be as long asJane, if not longer.
So he doesn't think so.
And the prosecutor's summarywitness that they identified
yesterday is Ms Sankar and saidshe should be on the stand soon
after Jane's redirect isfinished.
(52:28):
But that's all we're gettingy'all.
We're not getting a lot of theinformation, a lot of the
details that we were getting forquite some time.
I don't know y'all.
I don't know what to make outof it, but I don't know I hope
(52:54):
I'm just reading into things toomuch and maybe everything's
fine, but I'm really anxious tosee how today and tomorrow plays
out what goes on with thisjuror, because things have just
got really weird.
And I'm not talking about thefreak-offs, I'm just talking
(53:14):
about the courtroom antics andwhat's going on in the courtroom
.
It's just got really weird.
In the past week Everything waspretty much to me normal and
then this week, all of a suddenwell, it started a little bit
last week, but this week itreally got to the point where it
(53:36):
was like we can't see anything.
We're already dealing withthese horrible-ass sketches.
And then this week it was likea real attack on the media.
Remember, we talked aboutcontent creators being harassed.
We're talking about, you know, inner city press being removed
(53:57):
or barred for a second orwhatever happened.
And now we have an issue wherewe're finding out diddy had been
uh, snickering and vigorouslywaving his hand and kind of
communicating with the jurorsPossibly this juror number six.
This may have been what causedand what sparked the prosecution
(54:21):
to go after juror number six,to go after juror number six.
But I believe if we didn't havesuch a war on the media, we
would know that, like we wouldknow exactly what's going on
because people are in thecourtroom, people are hearing
and seeing things, but afterwhat happened to inner city
(54:42):
press, everybody is shh.
Now the media is so quiet wecan hear a cat piss on cotton.
I'm glad.
I'm glad for the VIP members, everybody who donated and are
(55:04):
holding on and had their $23subscription, which allows me to
go back out there again becausewe need boots on the ground.
We really do Something ain'tright?
And I would feel a lot betterif I was there and I was in the
courtroom and outside thecourtroom, because we're not
(55:28):
getting all the informationanymore.
Whatever happened with innercity press has pretty much
silenced a lot of the mediasources.
I'm telling you, you know we'vebeen following this.
I've been following everyplatform, every person, this
whole tribe.
You know I was out in New Yorkfor a week.
(55:49):
Something changed this week andI'm anxious to see what this
ruling is.
Y'all.
Something changed and I'manxious to see what this ruling
is.
Y'all Something changed and Ican't wait to get my ass out
there in New York to get I gotto see firsthand what the hell
going on.
(56:09):

And last but not least, theBuzzsprout link was also in the
chat.
I just put it in the chat forthose that are having problems
getting to it.
Thank you, angelina, for the$4.99 super chat.
(57:14):
I appreciate it greatly.
It definitely goes to a goodcause.
This is the link that I'mtalking about, the Buzzsprout
link.
Let me go back to Angie.
I was trying to click on Angie.
Thank you, steph, for the $4.99super chat.
Let me go back to you, angie.
I need to find your link, buty'all, I'm just not feeling good
(57:39):
about it y'all.
I can't help it Between peoplenot showing up and then, like I
said, I really think becausethat was whatever they did to
inner city press was not rightat all.
He's been our most loyal work.
He works hard.
(58:00):
He is very credible.
He didn't just emerge from thisDiddy case.
I've been following him.
He is the one that does allthese cases and the way they did
him to me it was almost like weabout to send a message,
because they know all the big,big media people, all the people
(58:22):
really covering this situation.
We all follow inner city press.
So if you're trying to send amessage, what better way to send
a message than to get theperson who everybody's following
?
Yep, I like what Puck Rock Girlshe said.
(58:54):
Inner city press knows whathe's doing and they were
threatened by him.
Yep, your opinion.
I think your opinion is spot onPuck Rock.
They definitely.
He knows what he's doing.
He didn't even file motionscomplaining about.
You know how the press had beenbeing shut out, so he's been
(59:18):
giving them the business.
I'm really so.
I can't wait to get up there.
I can't wait to get back in NewYork.
We need boots on the groundy'all, especially as this nears
the end, I'm going to try tostay up there either stay until
the verdict or I might have togo back.
(59:40):
If the defense is only on for aweek, because they say it could
be between one week and twoweeks if they only present their
case for it only takes them aweek to present their case then
I would definitely be there thewhole time.
(01:00:01):
But if they do two weeks Imight have to go there and come
back and go back again.
But I'm for sure going to bethere when the verdict is read.
It's a historic moment.
We have been putting so muchtime in this case.
So definitely.
You know I will be out there, but I've just got to put my eyes
(01:00:25):
and ears on this situationy'all, definitely, definitely.
As far as the media you knowinner city press being silenced,
even if it was just for half aday.
And he didn't even do anythingwrong.
He just said what the hell wassaid in the courtroom.
(01:00:48):
That's what has me concerned.
He didn't use his own words, hedidn't make up anything.
He said son, because that iswhat was said in the courtroom,
her son and Jennifer, melissa.
(01:01:14):
Thank you for the $4.99 supersticker, melissa, greatly
appreciated.
Good food is on the way, but Idefinitely the 499 super sticker
.
Melissa Greatly appreciate it.
Good food is on the way, but Idefinitely have to get there for
the transparency.
Definitely have to get there.
Angie said Dickie is busyfeeding the ducks to the Diddy
(01:01:38):
tapes.
Oh man, yeah, yesterday.
Yeah, that was a highlight, angie her birthday that Diddy
was such a good boyfriend thathe let her have one of the sex
(01:02:04):
workers wear a condom.
That was actually supposed topaint him in a good light.
This is how low the bar has.
Diddy is now getting credit forhaving an illegal prostituting
sex worker put on a condom.
(01:02:25):
Finally, that was like abirthday gift to her.
He wore a condom.
Just weird.
This whole case is weird.
I haven't seen nothing like itand I hope I don't see anything
like it again.
But it's just amazing Some ofthe things that you hear these
(01:02:53):
days.
It was a sweet boyfriend.
He was a sweet boyfriendbecause he allowed the sex
worker to put a condom on.
That's messed up.
But we definitely I'm hoping weget more information today,
y'all, because there's a lot inthe air right now.
(01:03:16):
Like I said, with this jurornumber six, with witnesses, with
this phone, we don't reallyhave all the information with
this phone that was supposedlythat Diddy had his hands on that
.
I guess he wasn't supposed tohave, or I don't know.
What's going on with that.
I'm waiting for that to beaddressed Now let's talk about
(01:03:39):
real quick, because there's alot of confusion on the jury.
So this is what's going on.
Let me explain this for peoplethat don't understand.
The only conclusive way, theonly way to get a conclusive
outcome whether it's guilty ornot guilty is if the you get 12
(01:03:59):
guilties, in which Diddy will begoing to prison, or if you get
12 not guilties, then Diddy goeshome.
But this is where the confusionis.
Now, if you get one not guiltyand 11 guilties, that's a
(01:04:22):
mistrial, a hung jury.
But in that case all they woulddo is do this all over again,
unless something drastic changes.
Diddy would stay in prison orin jail and they would line up
another trial, which could takea year or more.
Now, typically, if let's say, four or five people say not
(01:04:47):
guilty and, you know, six, sixor seven say guilty, now in that
case, odds are that they won'tretry because the judge and the
powers that be maybe the DA,whoever comes together to help
(01:05:07):
make this decision, they wouldsay this case was weak.
You got five or six, notguilties or even four or five is
even considered a weak case.
Guilties or even four or fiveis even would consider a weak
case and in that case they wouldprobably throw this case out
and Diddy would be free to go ifthey threw this case out.
But one another thing is thereare a lot of other cases
(01:05:34):
possibly that could come Diddy'sway even out after this.
So there's so many different.
But a lot of people areconfused on the guilty and not
guilty verdict.
It either needs to be all 12not guilty or not guilty verdict
, or all 12 guilty for a guiltyverdict verdict.
(01:06:04):
Outside of that, the outcome iskind of in the air because if
it's declared a mistrial, thereare a lot of different factors
that will determine whetherthey're going to continue the
case or not, money being one,how weak the case is, how strong
the case is.
Nicole, glad I missed yours, solet me shout out Nicole.
Thank you for the $9.99 supersticker.
(01:06:27):
Nicole, I really appreciate it.
It goes to a good cause.
My belly.
I'm just trying to skim throughto make sure I didn't miss.
If I missed anybody's superchat or super sticker.
Please send me a message.
Hey boo.
Thank you for the $2.
This thing is a mess.
(01:06:49):
Thank you for the $2 super chat.
I definitely appreciate it.
As I said, it goes to a goodcause.
But that's the breakdown of whatwe're looking at, y'all.
So, depending on the votes anddepending on some other factors,
it could be a mistrial.
More than likely that would beretried.
(01:07:10):
But there are instances thatwill make the judge and whoever
else has control, that will makethem say you know what, we're
not going to try this case.
But if it's one of those thingswhere it's only like one person
saying not guilty, or even oneor two, then they're definitely
(01:07:31):
going to retry and, like I said, they probably would bring up
more victims, more trials, morevictims, more charges, and then
we would go from there.
But at the end of the day, nomatter what, I definitely think
the prosecution needs to finishstrong.
(01:07:51):
I believe in the court ofpublic opinion which, like I
said, is very important in thiscase, because these jurors are
going home and nobody can benaive to think they're not
talking to anybody.
So they've lost some momentumand I think they need to finish
(01:08:12):
strong.
So y'all definitely support ifyou can subscribe.
I'm trying to get out therenext week or so.
I kind of want to see.
If the prosecution finishesWednesday and the defense starts
early, that means they'repretty much probably going to
finish the following week, so Imight get out there and just be
(01:08:35):
able to stay out there until theverdict is read.
So that's what I'm hoping.
Much love to everybody who hassupported the movement,
supported the trips, supportedthis podcast.
You guys have been amazing.
Definitely look out for mysocial media today because I
have to update and see what'sgoing on with this juror that
(01:08:57):
might be thrown out andeverything else.
