To me, if the judge removes thatjuror now, it will have more
impact than if the juror hadbeen removed earlier.
All the government victimwitnesses have concluded their
testimony and the government isalmost finished with their case.
Also, yesterday, jurors bombedwith each other and developed

So the longer this issue dragson, the more devastating it will
be for the juror being removedand for the remaining jurors.
The judge is not doing anythingimproper.
I'm just pointing out thepractical implications of a late
decision to remove the juror.
