The wheels of justice seem to be wobbling as Diddy's sex trafficking trial faces unexpected delays right at a crucial moment. A juror's sudden vertigo symptoms have postponed proceedings just as Brendan Paul—Diddy's alleged drug mule—was set to take the stand as the prosecution's grand finale witness. This timing has raised eyebrows throughout the legal community and among those following the case.

What's particularly striking is Diddy's demeanor through it all. Court observers report he's been entering the courtroom with "off the charts" energy—all smiles, fist bumps, and prayer gestures—even as he faces potential life imprisonment. The contrast between his apparent optimism and the gravity of the charges couldn't be more stark. Is this the confidence of innocence or something else entirely?

The defense strategy has begun to emerge, and it's surprisingly thin. With only two or three witnesses expected to testify, including a human resources representative from Bad Boy and a Florida realtor, many are wondering how Diddy plans to counter the testimony of 32 prosecution witnesses. Notable figures from his inner circle like Gina Huynh and security personnel have avoided taking the stand altogether, leaving a vacuum where character witnesses might normally appear.

Meanwhile, media coverage continues to reveal its biases, with outlets like TMZ focusing on peripheral issues rather than the serious allegations at hand. This trial represents more than just Diddy's fate—it's a test of whether wealth and influence can overcome the justice system when the evidence mounts.

As we approach the final days of this landmark case, the question remains: will we see a verdict, a mistrial, or something unexpected? Follow along as we unpack every development with integrity and insight. Your perspective on power, celebrity, and accountability might never be the same.

Happy Juneteenth, angela, kathy, cindy, suri Suri said good
morning, no sleep, no, no sleepfor the weary.
Hey, jen, jen said she finallycatching a lot.
I love you too, lord.
Speaking of love, we got to getinto Diddy.

(01:39):
But just much love to everybodywho shows up for the breakfast
club.
Y'all don't know this is astherapeutic as it is for y'all.
It's the same way with me.
It's just somewhere where Iknow people are very supportive
and we support each other.
Um, don't take support forgranted, like I'm telling you

(02:00):
from a position I'm in, Iprobably you, you you get.
You get more support from yourcommunity and people that you
haven't even met.
You get way more support fromy'all than people who know you.
I don't know what it is aboutpeople who know you.
They think they don't have tosupport.
I don't understand it, but Idon't try to understand it.

(02:23):
I came from zero followers tohalf a million followers and
99.9% of my journey has beensupported by people I don't even
know.
It's beautiful and I appreciateit.
That's why I always tell y'allI appreciate the support.
It means more than y'all know,because I don't know what's up

(02:46):
with the world but I don't knowbetween family and friends and
all of that.
People don't.
They don't support I don't knowwhat it is.
They just want to tell peoplethey know you and they want to
clout, chase off your name, butthey don't support like they
should.
I'm a very supportive person,so I believe in support.

(03:09):
I support everybody around meI've did it my whole life and to
have a place to come to everyMonday through Friday, 730 am,
with a great group of people whogenuinely support what you do,
love what you do, and show youand tell you and make sure you
know it and to be the type ofperson I am to have that

(03:33):
reciprocated, because that's howI am.
I'll never take it for granted, which is why I get my ass up
every morning and get my ass infront of this computer and get
into this news.
So y'all, thank you.
For another subscriber onYouTube.
I'll shout you out, matter offact, can I pull it up right now

(03:54):
?
This Diddy mess, this TylerPerry mess it's all type of
stuff going on I don't liketalking about.
Did.
Diddy's stuff has me soconsumed it's hard for me to
talk about other stuff, especially serious topics where
I can't really deep dive in them.
That's why I don't talk aboutother stuff that's going on,

(04:17):
because I don't really have thetime to educate myself fully on
it and so I can't get my opinionwithout really educating myself
on them, so I stay away from it.
I'll be able to dive into otherstuff a little more.
We have we at the end of thisdiddy trial.
Y'all know I've been coveringdiddy since cassie uh threatened

(04:38):
to sue him.
I go way back, so I've beencovering this long time.
I ain't like a lot of thesepeople who just start covering
it when he got arrested or juststart covering it?
When the trial came, I startedcovering it.
I was one of the first bigplatforms to cover when Cassie

(04:58):
was suing Diddy.
A lot of people don't know thatunless you've been following me
and you've been on this journeywith me since the beginning.
A lot of big platforms didn'tpick it up.
They thought it was nothing Atthat time.
Diddy was untouchable.
So when Cassie was threateningto sue him, the word was man,
ain't nothing going to happen toDiddy, it's just a money grab

(05:19):
Me.
Just knowing and able to readthe tea leaves, I knew it was
more serious than people thought.
So I've been covering this along time.
I'm going to see this thingthrough.
We about a week or two away.
Frankly, I'm happy.
It's been an exciting journeywith y'all, but, being somebody

(05:42):
who has covered this from thevery, very beginning, I am ready
for a verdict and I'm ready tomove the hell on and get.
Because there's so many otherstories out there.
I want to cover the ice rays.
I want to, uh, deep dive into,um, this tyler perry mess, uh,

(06:04):
uh.
I want to deep dive into this RKelly mess.
That's going on.
I look forward to putting a bowon this Diddy stuff and being
able to use my journalist skillson a lot of the stuff In the
meantime.
In between time, I'm a personI'm always going to finish what
I start and I want to finishstrong'm always going to finish

(06:25):
what I start and I want tofinish strong.
Nice hair, thank you, lord.
Yeah, I brought the hair outtoday Because Juneteenth is
supposed to be kind of like myoff day.
So this is I don't wear noshirt or nothing.
So this is me dressed down withmy hair just out.
No bandana, no scarf, no,nothing, just fro.

(06:47):
Yeah, put this in the past.
I am ready to.
Y'all don't know, I have so manypeople hitting me up about
stories and I'm like, trust me,y'all, I want to get to them,
but we're going to see thisDiddy thing through this old
freaky, freak off mess.
Happy Thirsty Thursday.
I hope everybody got theirwater.
Drink your water.
Good morning, anitra.

(07:08):
How you doing?
How you doing so y'all andthose people that be like, hey,
you take too long to start, oryou do this or you do that, this
ain't for y'all.
We, a community, we ain'trushing.
We all care about what eachother thoughts and what
everybody thinking If that's not, you get the hell on.

(07:28):
I'm not begging for no viewers,no views, no, none of that.
We take our time here at theFlow Community.
I want to know how my communityfeeling.
My community want to know howI'm feeling.
If that's not, you then kickrocks with flip flops, with no
socks.
Y'all know the motto on thisshow I will put a shirt on

(07:51):
before I rush for anybody.
I'm telling you that now we doit how we want to do it.
This is real love.
This is a community.
This is just.
It ain't about Diddy, it ain'tabout Tyler Perry, it ain't
about none of that.
This is just.
It ain't about Diddy, it ain'tabout Tyler Perry, it ain't
about none of that.
This is about us.
And if you don't get it, adiosarrivederci sent ya peace.

(08:18):
What they used to say back inthe day see, ya, wouldn't want
to be ya, but but yeah.
So let's get into this, uh, uh,let's get into.
What the hell going on in thatdamn ditty trial?
Yeah, happy juneteenth toeverybody.
Somebody said kelly said I'mlate now like we kick hot.

(08:39):
Oh, yeah, tell her.
Hey, andy.
Say in in new York.
We say kick hot, rocks and flipflops.
Okay, that's even worse.
Damn.
Hey, look, pro time.
Everybody like the pro, so wegot to let the pro I might have
to give me some merch with thepro, let the pro flow.

(08:59):
We got trouble in the chatalready.
Hey, the pro is magic.
The pro is magic.
We're going to have trouble inthis chat today when I bring the
fro out.
They don't know what to do.
But anyway, y'all, what thehell is going on with these

(09:21):
jurors?
It's like they saw 15 minutesof the freak off and people's
heads spinning and vertigo andpeople ain't showing up and
Diddy is all extra happy.
I'm like what is going on?
So y'all know yesterday courtended, court was canceled.

(09:47):
Y'all know, yesterday courtended, court was cancelled.
On the second or third day nosecond day that Brendan Paul was
supposed to testify juror headstarted spinning.
I don't know if it was the babyor the astroglide or the
punisher.
I don't know what it was thebaby or the astroglide or the
punisher, I don't know what itwas.
But this juror had to turnaround and go back.

(10:10):
Did he pay somebody to putsomething in his food?
I'm just speculating.
I don't believe that.
But it's weird.
We had no.
And then we get to the very endand jurors is dropping like
flies.
Remember, we still got theother juror who got a mysterious

(10:33):
text.
We still ain't got no answer onwhat the hell going on with him
.
I don't know.
All I know is I had to bringthe fro out today.
Yeah, that's what I saidWatching them freak off takes.
Somebody said something going onwith the jurors for sure.
Yeah, this is how everybody, how we just go from all the

(10:56):
jurors going strong to jurorshead spinning and jurors getting
mysterious texts, texts allthis in the 25th hour.
Diddy all extra happy they wastalking about him in the
courtroom.
They say his energy beenphenomenal, like he knows

(11:19):
something.
I don't know if he know nothing.
I don't know if he, if he justfaking, I don't know, but we're
gonna talk about that too.
Um, I found an article talkingabout diddy's demeanor.
I got an article about uh, thejuror and tm sleazy tmz.
Tmz aka tm sleazy.

(11:40):
Uh is all in the middle of this.
So let's get into this.
Yeah, somebody said maybe Diddymanifested it.
The court is hot.
It sure is.
So Anitra said we got troublein the chat already.
You already know.
Don't forget to like the liveand share the live y'all.

(12:00):
Let's get, without further ado, happy Juneteenth again.
Be safe and celebrate.
But be safe is the number onething.
Enjoy your off day, if you'reoff, grand Rising.
Antoinette Miller, thank youfor all the support.
I greatly appreciate it.
Y'all I really do.
It means a lot, it means awhole lot.

(12:22):
Let's get into this.
So I want to do I kind of likethe New York, I like the New
York Post, the New York Post.
People say what they want, butthe New York Post is one of to
me, one of my the bestpublications that I like to use
and go over with y'all.
They got clear and concisearticles.

(12:43):
They normally talk about whatneeds to be talked about and
they don't have a thousandpop-ups.
A lot of these otherpublications I'm trying to read
them and they got all theyselling all kinds of shit.
I'm like, damn, can I read thearticle?
I want to go back to newspapers.
I wish I could have a newspaperto this shit, y'all.

(13:04):
I wish I could have a newspaperto this shit y'all.
I wish I could have, like, thenew york post newspaper.
I wish I could just sit hereand open the damn newspaper and
read it to y'all.
I would.
I would rather that anyway.
New york post.
Title of this article is sickjuror derails diddy trial.
As rappers, drug mule was setto testify.

(13:27):
Okay, sean Diddy Combs bombsales, sex trafficking trial was
derailed Wednesday because of asick juror.
As the rappers alleged, drugmule had been poised to begin
testifying.
Now y'all, I'm going to stop itright there because we're going

(13:47):
to take our time.
Today it's Juneteenth, the frois out and today is Dress Down
Thursday, which means no headgear.
Why, we just couldn't slide inan alternate jury, look, look,
if you got vertigo, go gosomewhere.

(14:09):
We almost at the end, putalternate in.
Let's keep this thing going.
We only a week out.
I don't get that.
I mean, I'm sure they got theirreason because they want to
stick to the jury, but but Iwould have just been like oh,
you got vertical, all right, alternate in, take your vertical

(14:30):
, go get healthy.
We don't need nobody who headspinning right now trying to
come up with this verdict anyway.
That is why I was like it'sstill like, five alternates left
, five alternates can't hold usanother week.

(14:50):
Why are we waiting on thisjuror?
You got Vertigo, all right, stay your ass home and we going
to finish this damn trial.
I didn't understand that,especially with an important
witness slash snitch likeBrendan Paul I don't know if
y'all seen him he been suitedand booted.

(15:12):
He got his Sunday best on everyday and ain't been able to get
on the stand yet and I'm sure hegot to be nervous.
I'm sure his anxiety has to bethrough the roof Like for real.
And so he got to keep.

(15:33):
He keep getting postponed, getting pushed back, exactly
Anitra said.
I thought that's what Alton isfor.
Yeah, scrape your ass up.
It's like when we playbasketball.
We used to play basketball.
And one thing about when you inthe gym playing basketball,
guys don't have no, we have nosympathy for you.
Man, I seen guys whole knee, whole knee break and collapse on

(15:56):
the court and what we do?
We scrape them up, slide hisass off the court.
Hey, who want to run one?
It's just, it's a cruel worldwe live in, y'all.
I saw an OG man.
We was playing basketball.
He pulled something in his knee, sounded like a damn gunshot,

(16:17):
went off in the gym.
I don't know if he popped hisAchilles or what.
He was screaming, but it waslike 11, 11 tie game man.
Guys scraped him off the court, put him in, put him on the
sideline and called the next manin and start running and going
up and down the court Like dudewas never like.

(16:37):
He was insignificant.
It's a cruel world that's howwe live in.
Hey, look we sorry about yourtrouble, but get your ass out
the way.
We got an alternate.
Let's keep this baby going.
That's the type of energy Iwanted to see.
So I didn't get that.
I'm like go on to the alternate.
If he got vertical, how we knowhow long he going to be out?

(17:00):
He could be two, three days, four days a week.
He could be two, three days, four days a week.
He could be in the wrong stateof mind.
We need healthy motherfuckers.
We need healthy motherfuckersfor this verdict.
But let's continue.
Manhattan federal judge AaronSubramanian said no, I'm going

(17:23):
to talk about that, melissa, after I go to this, but thanks
for bringing that up.
Manhattan federal judge AaronSabramian informed Combs, his
lawyers and prosecutors justafter 9am that a juror had been
experienced vertigo symptoms.
Vertigo symptoms is headspinning, dizziness, things of

(17:44):
that nature.
Then the judge said I don't seehow we can proceed today.
Hey, y'all, just when I talkedabout new york post, don't have
pop-ups.
Today is pop-up heaven.
I don't know what the hell theygot going on.
So, brendan paul uh, brendanpaul, a former college

(18:06):
basketball who allegedlysupplied Combs with drugs,
arrived in court Wednesdaymorning as he was slated to
begin testifying.
As the last major witness inthe prosecution's case against
the hip hop mogul told you, hehad his Sunday best song.
He's been ready since.
He really been ready sinceMonday, but for sure, tuesday
and Wednesday and he can't geton the trial.

(18:26):
He can't get on the stand.
Been ready since.
He really been ready sincemonday, but for sure, tuesday
and wednesday and he can't geton the trial.
He can't get on the stand.
The closely watched trial willbe on hold until friday morning
because of juneteenth today.
Uh, paul, 25 was arrested onMarch 26, 2024, around the same
time the feds raided Bad BoyRecords founder's Miami home.

(18:50):
Paul was found with cocaine andmarijuana candy when he was
cuffed just as he was about toboard Combs' private plane in
Miami.
The feds dropped the caseagainst Paul in December after
he completed a drug treatmentdiversion program.
Now, on tuesday, when thejurors were not in the courtroom

(19:11):
, paul briefly took the witnessstand so he could plead the
fifth, so he wouldn'tincriminate himself, and that's
how he got his immunity.
However, prosecutors then saidthey would grant him immunity if
he testified truthfully in thecase In a $30 million lawsuit
filed by producer Rodney LittleRod Jones.

(19:33):
Y'all remember that big theother lawsuit.
That's kind of been theblueprint for this trial.
We got Cassie's lawsuit and wegot Little Rod's lawsuit.
The hooper was mentioned inthere who supplied him also with
guns.
Paul, as y'all told y'all, he'san Ohio native.
He frequented the area I'm fromShaker Heights, ohio, played at

(19:56):
Syracuse University from 2018to 2020.
He is expected to be the lastmajor witness and the grand
finale to the prosecution's case.
Uh, after paul, only two morelaw enforcement witnesses are
scheduled to testify beforebefore prosecution rests its

(20:21):
case, so they don't have liketwo after him.
Uh, as y'all know, the defensesay they only gonna be two to
five days.
They don't have, they don'thave any witnesses.
That's another thing to me.
To make diddy look super guilty, he ain't even got no witnesses
to testify on his behalf.
Maybe that's why he's beentrying to get kanye.

(20:43):
Matter of fact, do y y'all knowKanye West and his wife have
checked themselves into sometype of mental facility that
costs, I don't know, a couplehundred thousand a week or
something.
I ain't really got the fulldetails, I just saw the article
and saw the headline, but I justthought that was kind of
interesting.
After he went in there and sawwhat the hell going on with

(21:03):
Diddy, he went he checked himand his wife into some mental
hospital that costs six figuresa week, something like that
Somebody said to the jury leadercountry.
I don't know, but maybe solet's get to this flow.

(21:25):
Did you hear about the contentcreators?
Real quick, before I go to thenext uh article, I didn't hear
about cons content creatorsbeing contacted to spread false
information.
Um, I'm not surprised.
It's so much, it's so muchpower in content creators who
cover media and journalism.

(21:46):
I'm not surprised.
I just feel like I'm happy thatI ain't one of them.
I'm happy that they know not tocontact me.
See, they know the energy Igive off is don't contact me
about no bullshit.
See, I give off that and that'swhy I'm always clear about
where my stance is.

(22:07):
I'm clear about what I believein and I'm clear about what I'm
gonna go for and ain't gonna gofor.
So I don't have those problems.
Ain't nobody about about tocontact me about no false
information or spread no falseinformation that you can see me,
for you can watch five secondsof my video and you know, you
know, you know what.
Let's not contact that guyBecause that guy not only would

(22:29):
he not spread false information, but he would tell and blow our
spot up and put us on blast Blow, not going for that.
So I didn't hear about it.
But I'm not surprised.
And man, it's so many contentcreators, I just don't like
calling people out.
But there's so many contentcreators that's doing this media

(22:49):
stuff that just ain't built forthis.
They just want views and clicks.
They could be bought.
Uh, you give them the rightkind of ham sandwich and they're
gonna spread whatever falserumor you give them like it's
sad and I don't like it.
I just be sparing folks becauseI'm not trying to be the story.
Y'all know I've always saidthat from the beginning.

(23:11):
I cover stories.
I'm not trying to be the story, which is why I don't call out,
you know, content creators forreal.
Um, but don't get it twisted.
It's a lot, lot of contentcreators that don't have any
integrity and they will saywhatever and do whatever if it

(23:32):
means going viral or if it canline their pockets.
To me, that's no better thanlegacy media.
So that's unfortunate, melissa.
I will look into that, though.
I haven't heard it though, butI ain't surprised.
Oh yeah, you know, I can't bebought at all.
I get an attitude for somebodyeven asking me some shit like

(23:56):
that.
So you, do you watch my content?
Do you watch my videos?
I'm not going for no shit likethat.
You can save it.
Videos I'm not going for noshit like that.
You can save it.
I'm saying what needs to be said.
You can't pay me to say somefalse spread, false information.

(24:17):
You couldn't pay me any amountof money for that.
I got to sleep at night, I gotto feel good about me.
You can't put no dollar on that.
You can't put a dollar amounton not being able to sleep at
night because you run aroundsaying shit for money.
Nah, I'm sorry.
So, yeah, I, I, I, I don't likethat and, um, it's unfortunate.

(24:39):
Yeah, somebody said if someonehas vertical, they should have
told the people before theybecame a juror.
Yeah, this is exactly.
Literally, I definitely have aconscience.
I ain't doing that.
It's information that if I wasput it out there, it would go
viral and it would be huge.
But when I give somebody myword and they tell me something

(25:13):
in confidence.
I'm not breaking that shit.
Y'all would be surprised howmuch information that's told to
me.
That's told to me in confidencethat I can't say nothing and I
don't.
That's why people trust me,even people on the opposite side
of me.
You know I talk to people whokind of pro diddy, you know in a
conversational way, likethey're not running around
wearing T-shirts or runningaround you know going to bat for

(25:36):
them, but in our talk certainthings they may defend this and
that they may, and they give meinformation about shit that you
know.
If they tell me in confidenceI'm not going to run around and
say it.
I don't sell myself for nothing,for nobody.
That's why I tell people allthe time.
That's why I appreciate when Igo out I get love.

(25:58):
I don't care if you agree withme or disagree with me.
When you see me in personyou're going to give me love
because you know I'm a stand-upguy.
Whether you agree with my takesor disagree with my takes, you
know I keep it real.
You know I'm genuine andpassionate and you know I'm not
out to get nobody, I'm just outto be honest about my feelings

(26:18):
and give my people the facts.
That's it.
It's very simple.
It ain't complicated at all.
So, yeah, I don't know what thehell going on with these
content creators spreading falseinformation, but fuck them, you
know what I mean.
So, uh, let's go to the uh.
To the uh, let's talk aboutdiddy's energy, like, like, like

(26:42):
he knows something.
This comes from the businessinsider, y'all'all.
Good morning, nicole, glad youcould make.
It Is itty bitty in thecomments, I don't know, let's
see if itty bitty a little late, but this comes from the
Business Insider and the titleof the article is Diddy's

(27:04):
courtroom energy has been offthe charts as the defense case
nears its start.
They say he greets hismulti-million dollar defense
team Each morning with a roundof three second hugs and a
volley of fist pumps.
Lately he even throws in asmall yoga studio worth of short

(27:27):
nameless like bows handstogether as if he's in prayer,
and his smile, as he turns fromhis lawyers and scans the
courtroom, nearly stretches earto ear.
As his manhattan sextrafficking trial nears a
conclusion, sean Diddy Combs hasbeen walking into court and

(27:50):
taking his seat at the defensetable with a show of high energy
and still higher spirits.
He coming in laughing andjoking.
Did he think he about to getoff or is he just putting out
some?
He trying to manifest it?
He trying to manifest a notguilty verdict?
Um, somebody said he's at peakdiddy.

(28:13):
This is peak diddy.
Uh, observed.
Somebody in the courtroom saidthat uh, who had this is and
this is the uh courtroom sketchartist christine corno.
I never knew who the sketchartist's name was, so apparently
the sketch artist who's beendrawing all these crazy pictures
is Christine Cornell.
Shout out to her.

(28:34):
She says it's like he sees whathe thinks is the light at the
end of the tunnel, she toldBusiness Insider.
Federal prosecutors are on trackto rest their direct case after
calling their final witness.
After calling their finalwitness, which would probably be

(28:59):
today, they say Combs, thedefense.
The defense is set to start.
Their case will begin as earlyas Monday and it will be started

(29:20):
with testimony by a pair of.
Who are these?
A pair of executives, apparently from Combs Global.
Combs Global, the hip-hopentrepreneur's music and
lifestyle empire.
The defense also has a forensicpsychiatrist on tap to testify

(29:45):
as an expert witness.
They have not said if they willcall Combs to the stand.
Tell me in the chat.
Do y'all think so Combs, whowas fighting for his life, has

(30:13):
been, they say, often appearanimated throughout nearly six
weeks of testimony by 32witnesses.
Wow, y'all I mean.
I know we've been rollingthrough them but I didn't even
realize it's been 32 witnesses.
It's a lot of witnesses.
The judge, aaron Subramanian, has at least twice warned Combs

(30:39):
to rein himself in when the juryis present, including a
specific directive againstnodding vigorously when he hears
testimony.
He apparently likes Melissasaid they don't want his ego on
the stand.
People saying no and yes, welooking like we split down the
middle.
So far, y'all.
Somebody said I think he'sdelusional enough.

(31:01):
Y'all look like y'all 50 50 onhim.
Um testifying so far.
Uh, let's continue.
But as the prosecution casewraps, his own case nears its
start combs appears extra amped.
I don't know if it's because hethink he I mean maybe, maybe he
believes he's gonna get a notguilty verdict, or maybe he's

(31:22):
just happy that this thing isabout over.
Either way it go, duringtestimony this week he has
jotted his ideas on a flurry ofpost-it notes we call them
sticky note ditty, handing themout among the eight attorneys
seated near him, a team led byManhattan attorney Mark

(31:44):
Agnifilio.
Often he'll lean in forwhispered exchanges with the
attorneys sitting to his side.
Lately he's been tapping hisleg a lot and he takes copious
notes.
I've never seen a defendanttake so many notes, said the
sketch artist.
Said the sketch artist in her50 year, her 50 year career yeah

(32:13):
, sticky note diddy.
On Tuesday attorney TennyGaragos cross examined one of
three US attorneys.
We already kind of went overthat.
No need to go over it again.
We got to figure out.
They say he's been coming in.

(32:37):
One of the few instances whenCombs appeared aggravated in
court came minutes after losingthat battle of the uh juror who
got uh replaced uh, one of thefew instances.
Another instance where he wasaggravated came minutes after
losing that battle.

(32:57):
After the jury departed for theday, combs shook his head, no
and seemed to say it's bad tohis mother, janice com Combs,
who sat three rows behind him.
Otherwise, at any chance hegets when the judge is not on
the bench, combs turns to hismother mother and I love you
blowing her kisses and makingheart shapes with his hands.

(33:20):
Go eat.
Cornell has heard him tell hergo eat, go eat, go eat.
Cornell has heard him tell hergo eat, go eat, go eat.
Thank you for the super stickersuper chat.
Thank you for the 990 superchat, nicole.
I will eat good on you.
I appreciate it.

(33:41):
He's been mouthing to his sonsBe strong.
Combs has been mouthing to hissons, be strong.
Combs has been mouthing to hissons, be strong, pounding his
chest with his fists duringbreak as different witnesses
complete their testimony.
So Combs has been very vocal, communicating a lot.

(34:08):
We shall see what the result is.
Somebody said hey, sherry saysso.
Who do y'all think will bequestioning the witnesses of the
defense?
Diddy or his attorneys?
I think it's gonna be sticky.
Note diddy.
I think, as those witnesses areare on the stand, I think diddy

(34:32):
gonna be sticky, noting someshit up.
Good morning, uh, not dreaming.
Not dreaming says good morningto everybody and good morning to
the Breakfast Crew.
We are here.
Live in full effect on thisJuneteenth.
Happy Juneteenth, nadreema.
Happy Juneteenth.

(34:53):
Hope you enjoy your Juneteenth.
I got the throwout today forJuneteenth.
Yeah, that's why he got stickynotes.
Somebody need to hide hissticky notes and see what he

(35:24):
does.
So, tim Sleazy, with all thisgoing on, I want to cover this
TMZ aka TM Sleazy.
I want to cover this articlejust to show you what side of
the coin they on.
Now we got germs missing, vertigo, delays, all kind of

(35:49):
serious stuff going on.
And they got an article talkingabout Cassie threatens a man
over freak off video New Diddydefense exhibit.
Courtesy of TM Sleazy.
Diddy's defense played jurors anaudio recording of Cassie

(36:12):
confronting a man who she sayshad told her he'd been shown a
video of her doing a freak-off.
And now we're finally gettingto hear what was played for the
jury.
In a batch of freshly releasedDiddy defense exhibits there's
an audio file that Diddy'sdefense team says features

(36:36):
Cassie making death threats to aman she calls Sugit S-U-G-I-T.
I'm gonna just say Sugit, sugit, sugit.
The recording was played incourt over a month ago during
Cassie's testimony, but it'sonly now being made public.

(36:58):
But it's only now being madepublic.
They say you got to listen tothe clip.
You can hear Cassie tell theman she will kill him if he
doesn't immediately show her avideo.
Why don't they just put TMZ onthe defense, like in the

(37:18):
courtroom on the defense?
Why don't they just sit the TMZreporters?
It's already about 10 to 15defense attorneys.
Why don't they just slide TMZover there and let's just cut
the game.
Just put the TMZ on the defenseteam and in that way, at least
we clear about, we know who iswhat and who is who.

(37:40):
You know, I don't believe inbullshit.
We're going to do it.
Let's do it.
Tmz, you're going to be teamDiddy.
Be team Diddy.
Get Mark Garagos, get yourasses over there and get for
real about it.
Quit playing with it.

(38:08):
Cassie says she never wantedanyone.
Oh no.
She says she never killedanyone, but would kill him
because he's messing with herlife.
Cassie says she never wantedanyone to see the video and
demands he show her the video, and a couple times she tells him
someone other than her willkill him.

(38:29):
The video was played for jurorsMay 16th, when Cassie was being
cross-examined, and theincident is from March 2014 and
happened in Atlantic City, newJersey.
Cassie testified she confrontedSuggit whatever the hell that

(38:51):
name is after he claimed he'dseen her freak off video.
So that's what?
Uh, that's what tmz talkingabout tmz?
They was already on thin ice,but they, they, they totally
lost me during this trial.
I just don't even like theircoverage.
I just don't even like theircoverage of this shit.

(39:14):
Y'all, yeah, uh, uh.
Her name is uh, vasta, uh, jensays.
I read that the first witnessfor the defense is someone from
hr at bad boy.
Yeah, her name is vasta and, uh, she's actually a black woman,

(39:34):
I believe, and I can't I can'tsay with 100 percent certainty,
but for some reason I rememberher name.
I thought I remembered her nameduring the Mia testimony, if
you recall, mia said when shemet Diddy for the first time,

(39:56):
someone from Human Resourceswalked her up to Diddy's place
and he had nothing on but hisboxers, and for some reason I
thought that's when theymentioned Baxter.
I'm not sure about that though,so quote me, but anyway, they

(40:21):
did say someone named Basta fromhuman resources is the first
one.
I actually got the other names.
Uh, two, let me give me onesecond and I'll pull up the
other names of witnesses thatare supposed to testify for the
defense.
You got Vasta, and then you gotsome guy, some white guy.

(40:49):
Hold on, let me find him.
Hey, y'all, gina stood ten toes.
Gina did not testify.
I don't know how she got awaywith it, but she did.
She dodged a bullet.
Harve, harvey, pierre, uh,d-rock the security.

(41:15):
They all, they all, um, theyall took a big gamble by not
testifying.
If Diddy is found guilty, allthey ask is getting locked up,
but we'll see.
We will see.
I'm trying to find the list ofof matter of fact, here we go,

(41:35):
the list.
It's another guy, another guy Idon't know.
Maybe y'all might know who heis, but, um, it's another guy,
not christina, not not any ofthose people, some guy named i't

(41:59):
know.
I can't find it right now,y'all, but there's a list online
and it's a guy, it's Vasta, andthen it's a guy I'm having
trouble finding it right now,but definitely not many
witnesses.
So if it's only maybe two orthree actually, or man, if

(42:19):
they're talking about two orthree actually, or man, if they
talking about two to five days, that mean they really only got
about three witnesses.
Nobody is trying to speak umfor diddy in his defense at all,
but I, I am surprised that ginawas able to get away with not
testifying.

(42:39):
Definitely surprised at that.
Yeah, definitely surprised atthat.
Where is this damn list?
Oh, here we go finally.

(42:59):
So the other person I found ity'all.
The other person is StephenLynn.
I don't know what the hell hedid.
Okay, so Basta is Basta Wilson,if y'all want to look these
people up on your own time orright now or whatever, but Basta

(43:20):
Wilson, she's a black lady.
That's the human resourcesperson.
I don't know who the hell thisStephen Lynn guy is.
His last name spelled L-I-N-D,hyphen O-R-J-A-L-A.
He is set to testify.
I don't know who he is or whathe did for Diddy.

(43:41):
He's a white male.
Nobody knows his role.
Okay, somebody is saying Idon't take this, I haven't
confirmed this, but somebody'ssaying he's a realtor in Florida
.
So if he's a realtor in Florida, the Stephen Lynn guy, I wonder

(44:04):
when he's going to testify thatDiddy's a great guy, that he's
worked with him and helped himbuy a lot of houses.
I don't really know what arealtor is going to say, unless
they're just friends, who knows?
But those are the two witnessesthat we know so far.
Yeah, dd K, christiana Korn isgoing to be in trouble.

(44:26):
If it is convicted, they allgoing to be in trouble.
So they hoping for a mistrialor a?
A mistrial or a not guiltyverdict.
For sure D-Rock will be introuble, christina Korn.
Kathy says to all the Flow Showfamily enjoy your day, happy

(44:52):
Juneteenth.
Could they testify then?
Maybe let's see what do youmean?
Let's see Diddy.
Oh, yeah, they definitely couldstill have to testify.
Lauren says KK needs to go away.
Yeah, she's definitely dodging,dodging, testifying.

(45:14):
She's standing ten toes behindDiddy.
She's definitely standing tentoes behind Diddy.
She's definitely standing tentoes behind Diddy.
Yeah, somebody said, somebodycontacted TMZ.
I believe that too.
So people saying what I've beensaying, they said Sherry says I

(45:40):
never understood why the jurywasn't sequestered in the first
place, knowing this man wouldtry every desperate move to try
and get off.
Yeah, I'm surprised about that.
Y'all, most definitely.
I'm definitely surprised about, definitely surprised that the

(46:02):
jury wasn't sequestered.
I don't care what nobody says.
In a high profile case likethis, I don't get it.
Let's see what else we got hereon any breaking news, any

(46:25):
breaking news.
Uh, okay, so another update.
They're saying um, kim porterthis don't have nothing to do
with the case, but it'ssomething I wanted to bring to
your attention.
Um, y'all know kim porter, diddy's uh deceased, uh, mother

(46:45):
of his children, mother of thetwins.
Most people know her for beinga mother of the twins.
Um, she, uh they have a fullphone call uh with a homicide
department date, some, some guynamed David from 2024.
And this could get the casereopened.

(47:06):
If you're not familiar, a lot ofpeople think that Diddy has
something to do with it.
I don't know, but a lot ofpeople feel that way.
They said Kim Porter was aboutto come out with a tell-all book
and next thing we knowpneumonia she got the Hollywood
pneumonia, and so there havebeen some developments where

(47:31):
they think this case is going tobe reopened.
They said a lot of stuff.
Don't add up with the coroner.
This is pure speculation.
But one of the blogs I followeven said kim had a secret, like
a video recording of herselfthat she recorded from, like
that she had security camerasthat recorded the inside of the

(47:53):
home.
And people are saying someother shit happened.
So I don't know, that's purespeculation, but I did hear that
on one of my blogs, and it's ablog that I've been following
for a long time, so theynormally put out information
that has some validity.
So we'll see.

(48:15):
But the fro is froing today,y'all ain't it?
I don't even want to touch it,it's just in place.
Stay there, fro, stay rightthere.
What else we got going on?
Any updates in this Diddy shit?
Not really.

(48:40):
They've given jury instructions.
Since we're so close to the end, uh, the judge has uh
instructed the jury um ondeliberating and, and just as we
get to the end of this thingy'all.
Christy says you're trustworthy,I come come to you first.

(49:01):
Thank you, thank you, thank you, yeah, because I'll be straight
up.
If I'm giving you somespeculation, something I'm heard
, I'm going to tell you hey, take this with a grain of salt.
This might be some informationyou might want to look into, but
it always comes from a sourcethat I've been trusting for
years.
I don't do the click-basedstuff but for the most part,

(49:21):
when we go over serious stuff,I'm pulling it straight from
articles and telling y'all thearticles so y'all can go look it
up y'allself See what else wegot in here.
Nicole says good morning to theBreakfast Crew.
Good morning, nicole.
Happy Juneteenth.
Hope everybody enjoying theirday off.

(49:42):
If you have a day off.
If you don't have a day off, you're like me, you're working
and you know we don't mindworking.
We don't mind working onholidays.

(50:05):
But uh, somebody said her daddysaid it ain't pneumonia.
Uh, when you say her he talkingabout, uh, they're talking
about, uh, kim porter, yeah,y'all, it's been some, because
everything's been consumed bythe actual trial, but there's
been some reputable sources andblogs that are saying this Kim
Porter, shit is real.
Lady said God, rest her soul.

(50:29):
Yeah, melissa says ChristinaCorham has witnessed many crimes
.
I agree.
Angela says crazy, yep.
Lord says yep, the Hollywoodammonia, no, no, no, no, a

(50:50):
mistrial does not mean he goesfree.
Let me, let me explain that, please explain.
A mistrial doesn't know, ok, sothis is what a mistrial?
I'm glad you brought that pointup.
A mistrial pretty much means hestays locked up unless
something crazy happens and theyretry this whole thing again.

(51:11):
It could take a year or morefor them to get a new trial and
all that, but for the most parthe would stay behind bars and
the feds would have a chance todig up more witnesses, to
prepare more and look at wheremaybe they may have dropped the

(51:33):
ball a little bit in this case, and they get to retool Most of
the time.
In cases like this, this ifthey don't get them on the first
try, they normally get them inthe mistrial.
So, um, but no, mistrial doesnot mean he goes free.
Actual mistrial would just meanthey do this all over again and

(51:55):
since he is not, since hewasn't given a bond before, more
than likely he wouldn't begiven a bond.
But I can't say that becausethat's still up to the judge and
the DA and all of that, but hedoesn't go free.
They're going to retry thisthing.
And remember, diddy asked for aspeedy trial.
The feds were stillinvestigating, which is why we

(52:18):
had so many super indictmentsand more indictments.
More charges came in becausethe feds were still
investigating.
Diddy and his team asked for aspeedy trial, so the feds had to
cut their investigations short.
So I say all that to say ifthere's a mistrial, they will
have time to investigate more, get more witnesses and retool.

(52:47):
So mistrial isn't necessarilygreat news for Diddy.
For Diddy it's better thanguilty, but it's nowhere near
not guilty.
Hey look, somebody say Flo gotthe silky Flo flowing today.

(53:08):
Yeah, the silky Flo is flowingtoday.
Y'all I said it's Juneteenth.
I'm going to bring the Fro out.
I'm going to let the Fro out inits full capabilities.
Tm Sleazy is already in there.
It's called him a shit bag.
I like shit bag, that's a nicename for him.
Shit bag.

(53:33):
I agree they need to go after uhand investigate clive davis, uh
, so they can get to the bottomof the barrel with all this
unaliving crap.
We still want to know whatreally happened to Whitney Lord.
Thank you for this super chat.
Super sticker 499 goes to agreat cause and that cause is my
belly.

(53:53):
I will be eating.
Good thanks to y'all.
Angie says have a great day.
Jen Nicole says you as well.
So yeah, I just broke down whatthe mistrial means.
I hope y'all understand it.
And the way we would get amistrial is if we don't have a

(54:17):
unanimous vote either way is ifwe don't have a unanimous vote
either way.
In this Fed case, you got toget a unanimous not guilty or a
unanimous guilty.
Anything in between.
That is a mistrial.
Now this is a question I'm notsure of.
I've heard someone say they, they keep the original

(54:39):
documentation and all previoustestimony uh, still applies to
the mistrial.
I haven't been able to lookthat up and verify that, though,
but I believe I believe t-cellsaid that.
I was watching one of hervideos yesterday and she said
she believes that, uh, thetestimonies and the original

(55:02):
everything still is in play forthe mistrial, but might get back
to you on that.
Yeah, he got, he got the money, but they gonna drain them.
That's another thing.
I'm glad you brought that up,sir.
He definitely can afford it.
I mean he definitely can affordit.
I mean he definitely can affordit, but they're going to drain
him.
That's nothing.
These judges I mean hisattorneys they would love a

(55:25):
mistrial.
They would love a mistrial toget this money again.
Double pay.
So so there are more.
With you send you money or thesuper chat.
Oh no, the right way is.

(55:46):
You see it at the bottom ofyour screen.
You can either cash app it orApple pay it.
If you look at the bottom ofthe screen, in orange, the
little ticker, you'll see myApple Pay phone number and then
you'll also see my Cash App.

(56:07):
So those ways are a direct wayto send me money, a tip, food
money, whatever you want to doright there.
So, yanni, you can look at thebottom of the screen.
You see the Apple Pay216-357-9687.
Cash app dollar signB-I-Z-Z-J-A-Y-S-B.

(56:33):
Appreciate all donations.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, for sure, hey,uh, uh.
See, tux, say he about to startcalling me flow stone with the
fro r rip.
Miss angie, yes, yes, yes, loveangie stone.

(56:54):
Rip to angie stone, angie Stone.
After a while he's going toneed a public defender if it's a

(57:15):
mistrial, because these casesare running up.
Somebody who is this?
Nicole says we need to make sureyou eat well so we can continue
to get the information coming.
I appreciate that.
Yeah, I need to eat well.
I appreciate y'all helping meeat well.
Uh, yeah, youtube does take aportion and yeah, I will, uh, if
possible.
Uh, the apple Pay and the CashApp are a little bit better

(57:39):
because they don't take it.
Youtube does take a niceportion of the Super Chats and
Super Stickers, so if you areable to send it straight to my
Cash App or straight to theApple Pay, I appreciate that.
They keep what you say, siri.

(58:08):
Siri says they keep everything, but the whole thing will be
tried as if it's the first timewitnesses have to testify again.
A new jury will be selected.
So siri just gave us someinformation.
Thank you, sir Siri, forclearing that up in the chat.
So, as far as the mistrial, shesaid they keep everything, but
the whole thing will be triedagain for, like a whole new
trial, witnesses have to testifyagain and a new jury is

(58:32):
selected.
So it is all good.
I hope everybody enjoying theiroff day.
I hope everyone is enjoyingtheir off day.

(58:53):
If you have an off day, uh,june team, put your June team,
put your June team colors on.
