the people saying theprosecution hasn't proven no
case haven't proven, rico.

finished at week six and thedefense is going to have a
couple weeks, so a couple weeksto state their case.

We're about three or four weeksaway from the end of this trial

And if we were only three orfour weeks away from the end of
this trial and Diddy feltstrongly about being set free,

why would he risk it?
Going for a mistrial?
Because, see on a mistrial,because, see on a mistrial, they
ain't gonna do nothing butretry it, which means a mistrial
could take another year or two,um to even get back on back
into trial, back in thecourtroom.

Diddy does not go home on amistrial, he stays in prison
because he's not out on bail andhe's been refused bail multiple
times.
So if you were a few weeks awayfrom freedom, why would you
risk it by going for a mistrial?

So when you're dealing withtrials, what do they always do
in trials?
Trials are always compared toprevious trials.

How many times have you heardsomebody say well, this should
happen because of what happenedin this case, your Honor in
Brown versus Board of Education?

So we have a conspiracy RICOcharge with an entertainer.
We have a conviction I mean,let me correct that we have a
conviction of a RICO chargeexactly like this one just a few
years ago.

We have one and it's calledit's the R Kelly case.
So let me break it down alittle bit before we get into
this, so I can explain to y'allwhy Diddy and his defense are
scared as hell.

want to tell me you don't seeRico, what is the difference
between R Kelly's Rico andDiddy's Rico?

They say well, r Kelly's wasdealing with minors and Diddy's
is dealing with consensualadults.

presented in the Diddy case.
Now, the second major foundationto R Kelly's conviction was
bribery.
Let me tell you how simple thebribery was.
They simply convicted R Kellybecause they said he bribed

evidence, away from the policedepartment and away from
investigations.

We have multiple examples inthe Diddy case, but let's talk
about the bribery that he did ofthe hotel of the Cassie footage

the light of day.
That's bribery.
Those two crimes alone areenough for a Rico conviction.
That is why Diddy and hisdefense team are shaking in

We got to recap what happenedon Friday because today Jane Doe
is returning to the stand andit was a crazy testimony.

On Friday we heard about somany guys that were sex workers
that were part of the freak-offs.
I couldn't keep up.
It's Paul and some guy namedRico who I guess is Diddy's
alias.
So many guys I lost count ofthe name, but we're going to get

Jane testified diddy did notallow condoms during the hotel

A woman under the pseudonym janereturned to the witness stand
friday in this trial againstsean diddy Combs after alleging

Jane is identified as victimnumber two in Combs' indictment
and has said she was in arelationship with him from 2021
until his arrest 2024.

During her testimony, she saidshe participated in freak-offs
at Diddy's Instruction.
Similar to ex-girlfriend Cassie, jane said she met Combs while
on a girls' trip with a friendwho had dated him at the time.

In 2020, she exchanged phonenumbers with him after spending
time on the yacht and it wentfrom there.
Now, on friday, jane doe tookthe stand for a second time.
She said that the rapperreferred to her as his little
freak and she was expected tomeet his sexual demands

This trial has exposed a lot ofpeople and exposed us as a

Jane testified that theentertainment entrepreneur did
not want male sex workers to usecondoms when she had sex with

She said she would ask Combs touse protection.
He would guilt, trip her andignore her request.
The prosecution played arecording for the court that was
roughly eight minutes and 25seconds long.
The audio tape was aconversation between Jane Combs

and a male sex worker.
His name was Don.
She requested that Don use acondom.
Combs interjects questions whatare they doing?
And Jane said Don did not useprotection during a sexual
encounter.
When questioned why she allowedCombs to dictate whether a male

sex worker could use a condom ornot, jane said she was afraid
to agitate or disappoint herthen boyfriend.
She said that after she wassexually engaged with a male sex
worker, combs would have sexwith her immediately after.
Jane testified she would notclean up the sex worker's body

fluids.
This is nasty.
Combs said she would play withthe.
Combs said Combs and she wouldplay with the body fluids.
Then she would shower andrepeat the process.
This is nasty stuff.
Y'all Nasty, nasty stuff.

Then former Combs girlfriendexplained that there were times
she was hungry, tired and inneed of a break.
But Combs would say you're notgetting tired on me, are you?
Let's finish strong.

She said I don't know whenasked why she did not stop Y'all
this is dangerously forcedlabor.
See, people are looking for likevolatile, violent.
You know, put your hand aroundsomebody's neck and force them.

That's not what this case isabout.
I've pointed you to other casesto look at so you can know.
You don't have to listen to me.
Just listen to the court rulingin the R Kelly case.
It's not as demonstrative aspeople think.
This is why the prosecution isbringing up these points.

They're not bringing up thesepoints just because they're just
doing anything.
They're bringing them upbecause all of these point to
certain aspects of RICO andcertain aspects of sex
trafficking.
This is the forced labor partof it.
Then you get into the drugs, thefreak offs or as she called

The hotel nights were fueled bydrugs like ecstasy.
Jane says she thought she andCombs were going to have a date
night.
However, it turned into an18-hour freak-off with the male
sex worker.
This is when they say coercionor fraud.

She said Combs was agitated byseeing her emotion and asked are

Now, on september 17, 2023, janetexts combs that she no longer
wanted to participate in thehotel nights.
This is important.
I don don't care what the guysplaying video games, eating

Doritos, couch surfing I don'tcare what they say is this ain't
nothing, this ain't no big deal.
See, they ain't in the court oflaw.
They're not a judge, or arethey a part of the jury?
They're just jerks on a couchplaying video games and eating
Doritos.
Everything that the prosecutionis pointing out they are

pointing out because it isrelevant to this case.
If you're watching this caseand you think the prosecution is
just throwing shit out, just tothrow it out, then you're
missing the whole point.
You're missing the case.
There's a reason why they spokeon Jane Doe texting Combs that

she was no longer wanted toparticipate in these illegal
commercial sex acts.
Let's keep highlighting thatthese commercial sex acts were
illegal.
This is not a couple talkingabout hey, I don't want to have
sex anymore.
This is a victim who is beingmanipulated, who is being

coerced, who is beingfraudulently put in these
illegal positions.
That is the part a lot ofpeople are leaving out when they
try to defend Diddy.
This isn't a husband and wifeor girlfriend and boyfriend just
talking about consensual sex,just between partners.
This is commercial sex acts,bringing in a third party who is

illegally performing sex.
She goes on to say in a text Iwish we could go back to how
this was when we first started.
She says I opened Pandora's box.
This became the expectation box.

She explained how she feltobligated to keep participating
in the sex acts with sex workersbecause Combs took care of her
financially.
I don't have to tell y'all I'vealready put up the definition
of coercion.
If you are telling someone orputting the threats out there
that they must continue theseillegal commercial sex acts, or

you're going to take away rentpayments or take away support,
it's coercion.
It don't matter what I say yousay.

During a flight from LosAngeles to Miami she had pills
in her suitcase on a commercialflight.
She said that Combs' chief ofstaff, christina Corm, reassured
her.
When Jane expressed concernover transporting the illegal
substances, christina Corm,diddy's chief of staff, said
it's fine, I do it all the time.

This is the most Rico and Ricothat ever.
Rico and I'm not saying thatbecause I'm rooting for Diddy to
go down, I'm saying it becauseit's facts.

for RICO, they thinking that yougot to smuggle or send 100,000
kilos overseas in airplanes orthrough boats from Pablo Escobar

know this case is already over.

But once Christina Korn missed,it's fine.

I smuggle drugs within theaspect of this enterprise that
is supposed to be business.
These employees are supposed tobe promoting music, promoting
