The prosecution in the Sean "Diddy" Combs trial continues methodically building what appears to be an airtight RICO case, despite widespread misunderstanding about what constitutes racketeering. Drawing powerful parallels to R. Kelly's 2021 conviction, today's episode unpacks why Diddy's desperate push for a mistrial signals his defense team's recognition that they're losing ground fast.

Jane Doe's devastating testimony returned to center stage, where she detailed disturbing "freak-offs" orchestrated by Combs that allegedly involved male sex workers, prohibited condom use, and drug-fueled sexual encounters lasting up to 18 hours. Her account of feeling financially dependent on Combs and obligated to participate in these activities speaks directly to the coercion element necessary for sex trafficking charges. Most damning perhaps was testimony that Diddy's chief of staff allegedly helped transport illegal substances across state lines, directly tying criminal activity to his legitimate business enterprise.

What many casual observers miss is that RICO cases don't require violence or explicit threats. They're built on proving patterns of activity where an enterprise structure facilitates predicate crimes—exactly what prosecutors are establishing with testimonies about forced labor, bribery, drug transportation, and commercial sex acts. The evidence appears substantial enough that Diddy would rather risk staying imprisoned for another year awaiting a new trial than continue with proceedings that could conclude within weeks.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Wake up, wake up, it's the flow show, no filter.
Back on this manic Monday.
Been a long weekend but we gotsome Diddy updates.
Diddy trial is still crazy ashell and we got to get into it.

(00:20):
Missed everybody for theweekend.
But before I get into it, letme cover my ass.
No, diddy, the thoughts, viewsand opinion.
Happy, happy, happy Monday.
Y'all man, it seems like whenwe're gone for the weekend it

(00:57):
seems like we've been gone forlike.
It seems like we've been gonefor like a month every weekend.
What's up?
Angie Courtney in the building.
Jonan Flower Power, melody.
What's up?
C-tuck?
C-tuck says good morningLindsay, patricia, everybody in
the building, welcome back tothe Flow Show.

(01:22):
Like I said, I hope everybodyenjoyed their weekend.
I sure did.
I enjoyed my weekend greatly, got a chance to rest and relax.
But it was an awesome time andjust got to appreciate it all.

(01:49):
Y'all Appreciate everybody inhere, but the Diddy trial.
He won a mistrial but he won'tbe getting in.
I'm going to tell you how now.
But y'all know this mistrial, all these desperate attempts for
a mistrial.
It ain't doing nothing butexposing Diddy and his team that

(02:11):
they know that they're cookedand as confident as all the
little Mohawk Diddies are tryingto be in the comments and all
the people saying theprosecution hasn't proven no
case haven't proven, rico.
You know it's easy to talk that, but you know, here, on the

(02:34):
flow show no filter.
Uh, on the flow show no filter.
We don't believe in talk, webelieve in receipts and actions.
And actions are showing thatthe defense and Diddy are scared
to death of that guiltyconviction.
We're going to get into all ofthat, the mistrial talk, the

(03:00):
testimony on Friday.
But we got to talk about thetea leaves.
See if he was so confident.
You know we in week five, theprosecution is supposed to be
finished at week six and thedefense is going to have a
couple weeks, so a couple weeksto state their case.

(03:21):
So at the end of the day, wegot about three or four weeks
away.
We're about three or four weeksaway from the end of this trial
.
And if we were only three orfour weeks away from the end of
this trial and Diddy feltstrongly about being set free,

(03:41):
why would he risk it?
Going for a mistrial?
Because, see on a mistrial, because, see on a mistrial, they
ain't gonna do nothing butretry it, which means a mistrial
could take another year or two,um to even get back on back
into trial, back in thecourtroom.

(04:02):
Diddy does not go home on amistrial, he stays in prison
because he's not out on bail andhe's been refused bail multiple
times.
So if you were a few weeks awayfrom freedom, why would you
risk it by going for a mistrial?
And the judge can grant you themistrial, and now you're

(04:23):
staying locked up so you can'ttell Flo anything, because Flo
pays attention to it all.
I don't lead with emotion, Ilead with passion.
There's a difference.
I'm going to say that again.
I don't lead with emotion, Ilead with passion.
If the prosecution wasn'tproving their case.

(04:44):
That's what I will be preachingand telling y'all on this
podcast because, like I toldy'all, it don't change the fact
that I think he guilty.
Y'all know that.
But aside from me thinking heguilty, I gotta present y'all
the facts and my opinions asthey appear, and so you can't

(05:05):
tell me, diddy can't tell me,Diddy can't tell me, the defense
team can't tell me, and all thelittle Mohawk Diddies that come
in my comments can't tell methat a case has not been proven,
because you would not betalking about no damn mistrial
when you were.
Quote unquote only a few weeksaway from freedom.
When you were quote unquoteonly a few weeks away from

(05:29):
freedom, let the diddyapologists, let them tell it
Ain't been no case proven yet.
We keep reaching for desperatemistrials.
They got nothing.
Like Melissa said, he might askfor a plea.
Someone said will he ask for aplea?
He may.
Patricia, I'm not going to rulethat out.

(05:51):
You know I always give y'all myhonest opinion.
I wouldn't bet on it, but Iwouldn't rule it out.
But he's grasping at straws, like Melissa said, and it just
proves it.
Because y''all know we all gotcommon sense.
If you were three weeks awayfrom freedom in your mind
because you everybody's tryingto say ain't no case been proven

(06:14):
?
Ain't rico ain't been proven, this just domestic violence?
Well, why wouldn't you go aheadand say, okay, well, let me
just ride it out, since theyain't proven their case, I'll be
a free man in a few weeks.
Nah, you want a mistrial, because they know this trial has
been proven and I'm gonna tellyou before we even get into it.

(06:36):
I'm gonna tell you how it'sbeen proven.
Because y'all know I've beencooking people in the comments
and at this point I've beencooking them so bad.
They actually been giving me myflowers, even when they come in
talking stupid, because Ipresent facts and receipts, I
don't just present opinions.
See, every piece of mycommentary, I got evidence and I

(07:00):
have the law and the indictmentto back me up.
That's the difference betweenme and a lot, a lot of the
people out there, a lot of thepodcasters, youtubers and
whatever.
So it's hard to debate me,because every piece of
information or commentary I giveyou, I back it up with a

(07:21):
concise explanation.
That's a lost art these days.
So when you're dealing withtrials, what do they always do
in trials?
Trials are always compared toprevious trials.
That's why every ruling isimportant, because every ruling

(07:43):
in a courtroom ruling isimportant, because every ruling
in the courtroom affects rulingsto come.
How many times have you heardsomebody say well, this should
happen because of what happenedin this case, your Honor in
Brown versus Board of Education?
It says segregation is X, y andZ.
So that means this here.

(08:04):
Blah, blah, blah.
So we have a conspiracy RICOcharge with an entertainer.
We have a conviction I mean, let me correct that we have a
conviction of a RICO chargeexactly like this one just a few
years ago.

(08:25):
We have an example Fuck myopinion, fuck the little Mohawk,
diddy's opinions.
We have one and it's calledit's the R Kelly case.
So let me break it down alittle bit before we get into
this, so I can explain to y'allwhy Diddy and his defense are
scared as hell.

(08:47):
See, a lot of people get caughtup in the consensual sex and
they like to say which I alwaysbait them into this.
I say what's the differencebetween R Kelly, rico Since you
want to tell me you don't seeRico, what is the difference
between R Kelly's Rico andDiddy's Rico?
Then, because R Kelly wasconvicted and sentenced to 30

(09:09):
years and I already know whatthey're going to say, I'm
baiting them into this.
They say well, r Kelly's wasdealing with minors and Diddy's
is dealing with consensualadults.
That's what I wanted you to say.
That's what I wanted you to say.

(09:30):
See, the sexual part of both ofthese cases are the actual,
smallest part of the conviction.
See, you can eliminate sexualexploitation, which is what r
kelly was convicted of to gowith his rico, and then you can
eliminate sex trafficking fromDiddy's case right now, just so
we can clear it up and make itless complicated.
Let's eliminate the sexual partof it real quick.

(09:53):
See, rico was proven.
When you operate a criminalenterprise and when you use
different crimes and youremployees to cover up those
crimes, a lot of people don'tknow.
The foundation to R Kelly'sRICO conviction was forced labor

(10:16):
and bribery.
As you see, in this case withDiddy, they talk about forced
labor and bribery.
Let me tell you how simple theforced labor and bribery
conviction came and what theysaid in the R Kelly case.
They said they called it forcedlabor because they said that R

(10:39):
Kelly used the video of thesexual encounters as a way to
silence the victims, meaning hewould tell the victims.
If you go to the police, if youtell anybody, if you say
anything, I am going to releasethis footage.
Does that sound familiar?

(11:01):
Is that not what we've heardDiddy said about Cassie or to
Cassie?
If you don't continue to dothis, if you go to the police
and don't continue to do thesefreak-offs, I am going to put
this footage out.
Ladies and gentlemen, forcedlabor conviction in R Kelly's

(11:23):
case mirrors the forced laborthat the prosecution has
presented in the Diddy case.
Now, the second major foundationto R Kelly's conviction was
bribery.
Let me tell you how simple thebribery was.
They simply convicted R Kellybecause they said he bribed

(11:45):
people to either keep quiet orhe bribed people to suppress
evidence, away from the policedepartment and away from
investigations.
Doesn't that sound familiar?
We have multiple examples inthe Diddy case, but let's talk
about the bribery that he did ofthe hotel of the Cassie footage

(12:09):
.
He bribed them, paid them$100,000 so it would never see
the light of day.
That's bribery.
Those two crimes alone areenough for a Rico conviction.
That is why Diddy and hisdefense team are shaking in

(12:32):
their mother effing boots.
See, that's not my opinion.
That's not just commentary.
Those are facts that anybodywho wants to look it up you can
look it up yourself are factsthat anybody who wants to look
it up you can look it upyourself.
So people are looking for thesebig crazy Rico with mob bosses
and everybody getting on aliveand kidnappings where you're

(12:52):
tied up with the strings withyour hands behind your back and
you're carried away in whitevans.
That's not Rico and that's whatpeople are looking for and
that's why people keep sayingthis ain't Rico.
I just explained to you, according to the letter of the
law and according to a recentconviction in 2021 of R Kelly

(13:17):
what they based Rico on.
So, with all that being said, let's get into what the hell is
going on like I tell them you'renot rocking with them, mf, and
best I research it and give youthe facts.

(13:37):
I don't just give you myopinion and shoot from the hip.
I point you to cases, an exactmirror of this case.
You can't run from that.
But most people don't do theresearch and they don't even
understand the R Kellyconviction Because they wouldn't
say what they're saying.
Diddy's is worse than R Kelly's, but let's get into it.

(14:00):
So let's talk about whathappened Before we get into the
mist.
So let's talk about whathappened before we get into the
mistrial.
We got to recap what happenedon Friday because today Jane Doe
is returning to the stand andit was a crazy testimony.

(14:20):
On Friday we heard about somany guys that were sex workers
that were part of the freak-offs.
I couldn't keep up.
It's Paul and some guy namedRico who I guess is Diddy's
alias.
So many guys I lost count ofthe name, but we're going to get
into the article today.

(14:41):
I'm gonna pull this from newsnation um.
Jane testified diddy did notallow condoms during the hotel
nights that they call freak-offs, uh.
A woman under the pseudonym janereturned to the witness stand
friday in this trial againstsean diddy Combs after alleging

(15:03):
she performed days-long sexualacts at the behest of the
disgraced music producer.
Jane is identified as victimnumber two in Combs' indictment
and has said she was in arelationship with him from 2021
until his arrest 2024.

(15:26):
During her testimony, she saidshe participated in freak-offs
at Diddy's Instruction.
Similar to ex-girlfriend Cassie, jane said she met Combs while
on a girls' trip with a friendwho had dated him at the time.

(15:48):
In 2020, she exchanged phonenumbers with him after spending
time on the yacht and it wentfrom there.
Now, on friday, jane doe tookthe stand for a second time.
She said that the rapperreferred to her as his little
freak and she was expected tomeet his sexual demands

(16:11):
regardless of her comfort level.
See, it's sad that so manypeople don't understand the
lawulently force people andwomen into sexual just for your
sexual pleasure, especiallyinvolving commercial sex acts

(16:35):
flying in sex workers.
It's amazing how many peopledon't understand how against the
law that is, how against thelaw that is.
This trial has exposed a lot ofpeople and exposed us as a

(16:55):
society that we need to get somefucking.
Some some dignity aboutourselves, some some pride, some
some some some some integrity.
We're becoming numb to some ofthe most foulest things in the
world, but I'll continue.
Jane testified that theentertainment entrepreneur did
not want male sex workers to usecondoms when she had sex with

(17:17):
them.
She said she would ask Combs touse protection.
He would guilt, trip her andignore her request.
The prosecution played arecording for the court that was
roughly eight minutes and 25seconds long.
The audio tape was aconversation between Jane Combs

(17:37):
and a male sex worker.
His name was Don.
She requested that Don use acondom.
Combs interjects questions whatare they doing?
And Jane said Don did not useprotection during a sexual
encounter.
When questioned why she allowedCombs to dictate whether a male

(18:00):
sex worker could use a condom ornot, jane said she was afraid
to agitate or disappoint herthen boyfriend.
She said that after she wassexually engaged with a male sex
worker, combs would have sexwith her immediately after.
Jane testified she would notclean up the sex worker's body

(18:22):
fluids.
This is nasty.
Combs said she would play withthe.
Combs said Combs and she wouldplay with the body fluids.
Then she would shower andrepeat the process.
This is nasty stuff.
Y'all Nasty, nasty stuff.

(18:45):
Good morning, kathy.
Then former Combs girlfriendexplained that there were times
she was hungry, tired and inneed of a break.
But Combs would say you're notgetting tired on me, are you?
Let's finish strong.

(19:06):
She said I don't know whenasked why she did not stop Y'all
this is dangerously forcedlabor.
See, people are looking for likevolatile, violent.
You know, put your hand aroundsomebody's neck and force them.

(19:27):
That's not what this case isabout.
I've pointed you to other casesto look at so you can know.
You don't have to listen to me.
Just listen to the court rulingin the R Kelly case.
It's not as demonstrative aspeople think.
This is why the prosecution isbringing up these points.

(19:51):
They're not bringing up thesepoints just because they're just
doing anything.
They're bringing them upbecause all of these point to
certain aspects of RICO andcertain aspects of sex
trafficking.
This is the forced labor partof it.
Then you get into the drugs, thefreak offs or as she called

(20:15):
them.
The hotel nights were fueled bydrugs like ecstasy.
Jane says she thought she andCombs were going to have a date
night.
However, it turned into an18-hour freak-off with the male
sex worker.
This is when they say coercionor fraud.

(20:39):
See, when they say manipulationand they say fraud.
See, when they say manipulationand they say fraud, this is
what they mean by fraud, meaningwhen you have someone and you
act like it's one thing, hey,we're just gonna have a date
night, and then the next thing, you know, there you throw them

(21:00):
in a freak off blender and nowthey're doing an 18 hour illegal
commercial sex act.
This is fraud.
See, people don't want to lookat the words for what they are.
Quit, making them quit, makingit more difficult than it has to

(21:22):
be.
This is fraud and this is whatthey're talking about when they
talk about the coercion part ofthis case.
Combs was planning to leavewhile she was still under the
influence of drugs and she begancrying.
She said Combs was agitated byseeing her emotion and asked are

(21:45):
you crying?
The fuck?
Combs decided to stay.
Now, on september 17, 2023, janetexts combs that she no longer
wanted to participate in thehotel nights.
This is important.
I don don't care what the guysplaying video games, eating

(22:08):
Doritos, couch surfing I don'tcare what they say is this ain't
nothing, this ain't no big deal.
See, they ain't in the court oflaw.
They're not a judge, or arethey a part of the jury?
They're just jerks on a couchplaying video games and eating
Doritos.
Everything that the prosecutionis pointing out they are

(22:33):
pointing out because it isrelevant to this case.
If you're watching this caseand you think the prosecution is
just throwing shit out, just tothrow it out, then you're
missing the whole point.
You're missing the case.
There's a reason why they spokeon Jane Doe texting Combs that

(22:56):
she was no longer wanted toparticipate in these illegal
commercial sex acts.
Let's keep highlighting thatthese commercial sex acts were
illegal.
This is not a couple talkingabout hey, I don't want to have
sex anymore.
This is a victim who is beingmanipulated, who is being

(23:21):
coerced, who is beingfraudulently put in these
illegal positions.
That is the part a lot ofpeople are leaving out when they
try to defend Diddy.
This isn't a husband and wifeor girlfriend and boyfriend just
talking about consensual sex, just between partners.
This is commercial sex acts, bringing in a third party who is

(23:46):
illegally performing sex.
She goes on to say in a text Iwish we could go back to how
this was when we first started.
She says I opened Pandora's box.
This became the expectation box.

(24:10):
This became the expectation.
She explained how she feltobligated to keep participating
in the sex acts with sex workersbecause Combs took care of her
financially.
I don't have to tell y'all I'vealready put up the definition
of coercion.
If you are telling someone orputting the threats out there
that they must continue theseillegal commercial sex acts, or

(24:33):
you're going to take away rentpayments or take away support,
it's coercion.
It don't matter what I say yousay.
The little mohawk ditties inthe comments say it don't matter
what.
None of them say.
This is the law.
If you have a problem with thelaw, then you have to go vote

(25:01):
and do something about the law.
But right now, as it stands, that is the law.
It's not an opinion.
It's not what you think itshould be.
It's what it is.
Then they went into the otherpart using your employees to

(25:22):
move a controlled substance andyour employees to move a
controlled substance.
This is another aspect of RICO.
If it is proven that you useyour enterprise and your
employees and the people aroundyou to move controlled
substances, again, this is thelaw.
This ain't what you want it tobe or what you think it should

(25:46):
be.
This is the law according to USlaw.
So then they went on to.
Jane testified about smugglingdrugs for Diddy.
In addition to the hotel nights, jane testified that she
smuggled drugs for combs on morethan one occasion.

(26:06):
And the reason why more thanone occasion is important
because another aspect of Ricois showing that things were a
pattern, not a one off, not aone one time thing A pattern,

(26:29):
one-time thing, a pattern.
During a flight from LosAngeles to Miami she had pills
in her suitcase on a commercialflight.
She said that Combs' chief ofstaff, christina Corm, reassured
her.
When Jane expressed concernover transporting the illegal
substances, christina Corm, diddy's chief of staff, said
it's fine, I do it all the time.

(26:51):
Y'all.
This is the most Rico and Ricothat ever.
Rico and I'm not saying thatbecause I'm rooting for Diddy to
go down, I'm saying it becauseit's facts.
It's facts.

(27:15):
You got to understand what it'snot.
It's not when they think ofmoving a controlled substance
for RICO, they thinking that yougot to smuggle or send 100,000
kilos overseas in airplanes orthrough boats from Pablo Escobar
.
It ain't that Merely havingemployees and girlfriends moving

(27:41):
pills across state lines whenyou're operating an enterprise
and you're using your enterpriseto do that, rico, it is what it
is and it's another reason whyDiddy and his defense team are
desperately reaching for amistrial, because all hell is

(28:08):
about to break loose whenChristina Corham has to take the
stand, the security D-Rod Ruben, uncle Pauly if he's still
alive I don't know where thehell Uncle Pauly is but they
know this case is already over.

(28:29):
But once Christina Korn missed,it's fine.
I do it all the time.
I smuggle drugs within theaspect of this enterprise that
is supposed to be business.
These employees are supposed tobe promoting music, promoting

(28:50):
fashion, setting up events, uhuh.
Marketing uh the music, uh uh,marketing the brand of bad boy.
That is what these employeesare here for.
But then if you use those sameemployees to smuggle drugs, to
set up illegal, all this isillegal.

(29:11):
I don't care what people think,if they think it's a big deal
or not All of this is illegal.
So if you're using them tosmuggle drugs, if you're using
your employees to set up thesefreak-offs, if you're using your
employees to cover up crimes,if you're using your employees

(29:34):
to intimidate and keep thesecrimes under wrap, ladies and
gentlemen, that is RICO.
And how you get to the RICOcharge is just proven.
Two aspects Whether it's bribery, whether it's kidnapping,
whether it's extortion, whetherit's arson, whether it's moving

(29:54):
a controlled substance, whetherit's sex trafficking you just
need two.
See.
I research.
I've been researching andcovering this story for 12 hours
a day for nearly a year.
I know what I'm talking about.
I'm not shooting from the hip,I'm not leading with emotion.

(30:16):
I'm not saying these thingsmerely because I just want to
see Diddy go down.
I am speaking facts about thecase, based off the indictment.
See, if you read the indictment, it's not about is this Rico or
not?
You can't.
If it wasn't, if what is beingalleged in the indictment, if it

(30:40):
wasn't Rico, we wouldn't behere.
See, if you're on Diddy's side,I can understand you if you say
Diddy didn't do these thingsand then it's up to the court to
say that he did X, y and Z.
But if you're saying this ain'ta Rico case, this is dv, then

(31:03):
you're undermining the wholefederal, the judge, the whole
system, because they've alreadythey've already saying that it's
rico if diddy has done thethings that have been alleged in
the indictment, so you haveskipped a step.
If you just come in here andsay this is just a domestic

(31:25):
violence case, no, they'vealready agreed that this is a
rico case.
People who have much moreknowledge and experience than me
, you and everybody in thecomments have already agreed
that this is a Rico case.
What we are now trying to bedecided is did Diddy do the

(31:48):
things alleged or not?
Not, if this is a Rico case, wepassed that you behind.
This is a Rico case, whetheryou see it or not.
What we are trying to do iswhat they're trying to do is.
What they're trying to decideis is he being lied on?

(32:09):
And if the things being allegedare true, did he really kidnap
Capricorn Clark and make her goto Kid Cudi's house?
Because that's kidnapping?
Did he really do it Not?
Is this a Rico case?
So even in most of Diddy'ssupporters, they don't even know

(32:32):
how to present and support himbased on the facts.
Why do you think the lawyersaren't saying certain things
that are being saying in thecomments?
Because the lawyers know wehave to attack the credibility

(32:53):
of the witnesses and we have totry to say or prove that this
evidence is not true and peopleare lying.
That is what the defense job is.
But if they just come on hereand try to keep saying that this

(33:14):
isn't a rico case, and that'stheir whole argument.
He's gonna be having the samefate as R Kelly.
Let's continue.
For the hotel nights, jane saidshe would book flights for the
male sex workers crossing statelines, including one performer

(33:40):
who was based in Atlanta, andflew him to Los Angeles and New
York.
Now let me find something rightnow, something that I also want
to read for people who may notunderstand what the hell is
going on.
I have the definition of sextrafficking.

(34:02):
I told y'all I came from aschool.
You always had to source yourwork and have information, facts
to back up your commentary, orit didn't register.
So let's just go over realquick before I get back into
that article, the definition ofsex trafficking, not my

(34:24):
definition, not the Mohawk Diddycrew, all the old people.
This is just the definition.
Sex trafficking is humantrafficking for the purpose of
sexual exploitation, of sexualexploitation.

(34:46):
Perpetrators of the crime arecalled sex traffickers, people
who manipulate victims to engagein various forms of commercial
sex with paying customers.
Sex traffickers use force, fraud and coercion as they

(35:08):
recruit, transport and providetheir victims as prostitutes.
Sometimes victims are broughtinto a situation of dependency
on their trafficker, financiallyor emotionally.

(35:30):
Guys and gals, that is thedefinition of sex trafficking.
When you listen, if you haveability to read and comprehend
and critically think, when youlisten, if you have ability to

(35:54):
read and comprehend andcritically think, that is
everything that we have going onin this case.
That is being alleged Peoplewho manipulate victims to engage
in commercial sex with payingcustomers.
It's exactly what's going on.
It's exactly what's beingalleged.
Diddy is manipulating her andusing different tricks to get

(36:16):
her to engage in these illegalsex cracks that they are paying
people.
Diddy is using hisquote-unquote girlfriends to
fulfill his sexual illegalcommercial act pleasures.
Sex traffickers use force, fraudand coercion Force.

(36:37):
We talked about what the forceis.
We talked about where the fraudis.
That is why I tell people ifyou want to know what's going on
, you can't be in your own waytalking about this ain't no big
deal, because you're missing thewhole case.
You have to take what theprosecution is presenting, take

(37:02):
it at face, face value, andapply it to the definition.
Fraud is diddy telling herwe're gonna have a nice day,
date night and flying hersomewhere, and she's thinking
it's gonna be a regular datewith her and her boyfriend, and

(37:23):
then when she gets there heturns it into an 18-hour illegal
commercial sex act that shetold him she did not want to
participate in.
That's fraud we already talkedabout.
The coercion part is saying ifyou don't uh, engage in this

(37:46):
commercial sex act, I'm takingyour rent away.
That's one example of coercionand the very end of this
definition.
Sometimes victims are broughtinto a situation of dependency
on their trafficker, whetherit's financially or emotionally.

(38:09):
See, people want to run fromthat.
People want to say it's no bigdeal, she did this on her own,
she signed up for this.
All of that could be the casein your own mind, but it's still
illegal.
If you use that victim'sdependency on you for your money

(38:33):
, your power, or using itemotionally, you have a case.
And see, when you break downthe facts based on definitions,
based on law, based on priorcourt cases, then you know what
the hell is going on.

(38:55):
If I was trying to defend diddy,I would be attacking the
witness, not attacking,attacking.
But I would be addressing thewitnesses and the victims and
trying to find holes in theirstory and trying to figure out
ways that they are lying.
But the problem is is so muchevidence and it's so many people

(39:17):
corroborating each person'sstory, the defense don't have
much to work with.
This is basically an open andshut case.
All you have to do is read thedefinitions, read the law, look

(39:38):
into this case.
But people don't want to dothat.
That's too much work.
They'd rather just go intocomments and just say whatever
the hell they think in out oftheir brain and that's just not
the case.
It's not what you think, it'snot what I think.
It's what the law says and, based on what the law says, it's

(39:59):
what the indictment says andbased's what the indictment says
and based on what theindictment says, it's what the
judge says and based on what thejudge says, finally, it's what
the jury says and the jury getstheir instructions from who?
The judge?
Let's go on with the article.

(40:20):
They even went into Diddy goingoff on his courtroom sketch
person.
But let's continue.
Have to directly specificallytell me to do things.

(40:41):
If he said I can't wait to seewhat you want, what you have for
me, or something along thoselines, I knew what task was
being asked of.
During her testimony, jane waspresented with images of herself
with male sex workers fromfreak offs.

(41:02):
The images have not been sharedwith the overflow or courtroom
monitors.
Her judges order to keep Combs'ex-girlfriend identity private
from the media.
Another thing people notrealizing there's so much
evidence that is being displayedand being shown to the court

(41:25):
that we don't get to see.
So that's another reason tocombat the people saying I ain't
seeing no evidence, I ain'tbeen no real evidence.
That's because we're not seeingall the evidence.
Most of the evidence doesn'teven make it to the articles.
All we're getting is thecommentary and what's being said
on the witness stand verbally.

(41:45):
But the exhibits that are beingshown, most of them don't even
make it to the article.
Most of them don't make itoutside the courtroom and me
going to court which, by the way, all my Diddy VIP $23
membership customers.
I put the link in the chat, butwe will have more exclusive

(42:09):
content coming up because I willbe going to New York in about a
week or so, so I'll be back atthe courthouse giving you more
firsthand accounts on the caseIf you want to be a part of it.
I put the link in the chat.
It's also going to be in theshow notes.
If you're listening to this onSpotify and Apple, it'll be in

(42:31):
the show notes and it'll also beon Facebook in the description
and on YouTube in thedescription the link.
All you do is go to theBuzzsprout subscription link and
get a $23 membership and thatcovers you for all the flow on
the go exclusive content.
When I travel to New York or Itravel wherever the hell I need
to travel to get the informationwe want, just to let y'all know

(42:52):
.
So look out for more exclusivecontent.
Next week or so I'll be in NewYork again.
Let's continue with this article.
This article very detailed.
I really love it.
Uh, news nation put out a lotof the info that we need to hear
or to recollect.
So, uh, or recall, she saidthat after she was sexually

(43:14):
engaged with a male sex worker, illegal, illegal combs would
have sex with her immediatelyafter Jane testified she would
not clean up.
We don't got to go into thatagain.
I, we ain't talking about thatagain.

(43:35):
Yeah, we don't want to.
I don't want to dive back intothat.
Excuse me, we understand thatpart, so let's get back into it.
Let's slide down a little bit.
There was a hotel night and onthis hotel night it was like 12

(43:59):
to 30 hours and it was crazy.
Jane testified about a party atthe Limeridge Hotel in Beverly
Hills where she remained soberwhile Combs took ecstasy and

(44:22):
okayed.
That was the 12 to 18 hourfreak off that caused her to
vomit.
Thank you, uh punk, uh girl.
Uh, she said precedent.
I know exactly what you'retalking about.
Each court ruling set precedent.

(44:43):
People don't want to get intoit.
People just they don't evenwant to face the facts.
But anyway, after she vomitedshe said.
Combs just responded likethat's good, you'll feel better,
now let's go and let's get thethird guy in here.
Come on y'all.

(45:05):
She done vomited from an18-hour freak-off session and
all you say is that's good, you'll feel better.
Now let's go, let's get thethird guy in here.
They're going to throw Diddy upunder the damn jail.

(45:26):
Watch.
Combs' ex-girlfriend told thejury she had several UTIs from
her alleged Combs choreographedfreak-offs, aka hotel nights.
In November 2021, she wasincreasingly disappointed by
Combs when she said she accusedhim of cheating on her with

(45:51):
another woman that was postingInstagram photos at his
residence.
Although she knew he was datinganother woman, she said she
felt it's not him.
He didn't really want her.
In 2023, he took a woman toTurks and Caicos shortly after

(46:13):
she had sex with three male sexworkers at a free call.
This displays that Diddy didn'tgive a shit about her and that
means something that plays intothe manipulation, the fraud

(46:36):
aspect that a lot of people wantto run from.
She says it broke my heartbecause I just finished my
birthday with these guys havingsex with me.
James, said Combs taking awoman to the place he once took
her.
She sent Combs a text that readit feels like you used me to
get off and then go away for aweek.

(46:59):
Dr Chloe Carmichael, a NewYork-based clinical psychologist
who does not treat Combsbs, said the rapper's hotel nights
and freak off seem to have beenhis way of releasing pressure
while also building his business, albeit in what appears to be a
highly pathological man.
We dealing with some deep stuffhere.
Y'.

(47:19):
They seem to have functioned asan environment where he could
act out a fantasy of total powerand control, while also feeling
, in a very odd way, productiveOn a personal level.
He was indulging in his darkestsexual fantasies while also
inviting powerful people tocelebrate.

(47:42):
While also inviting powerfulpeople to celebrate While the
debauchery and, in many cases, normalizing the mistreatment and
sexual objectification of women.
According to Jane, she andCombs had their.

(48:04):
This is just sad, sad, sad.
This actual testimony had Diddygoing crazy in the courtroom,
y'all.
He was talking, using all typeof hand gestures, borderline
yelling at all his attorneys.
We don't know what he wassaying, saying, but we know he

(48:26):
was very animated.
There's even been talk of some, this big uh youtuber who's been
in on the courtroom every dayand saying that combs looked at
her and pointed in in a slickway and said I know who you are,

(48:47):
or something, something likethat.
He has been going crazy in thiscourtroom, even down to going
off on the hotel I mean the uhsketch person talking about the
sketch artist, making him looklike a koala bear and basically
tell her can you draw me alittle better?
This guy is crazy.

(49:09):
He is showing his lack ofrespect for law, lack of respect
for humans, while this case isgoing on.
It it says here that the judgewarned the defense attorneys
that Combs cannot engage, interact or try to interfere

(49:30):
with the jury.
If he was, the judge said hewas going to kick his ass out.
Remember, I told you all that.
But on Friday Combs wasactively engaged with his
attorneys throughout thetestimony, passing notes,
whispering comments, using hishand gestures and basically

(49:53):
seemed like he was having aheart attack.
This guy is out of control, andreal quick.
Let me shout out someone who Iforgot to shout out, one of my
VIP customers, lisa Villafana.
Lisa Villafana, thank you forthe VIP membership, the $23

(50:17):
membership and anybody else.
If you signed up for anysubscription, whether it was $3
or $23 or anything in between, message me on Instagram, tiktok
or Facebook and I will give youyour shout out if I missed it.
But thank you, lisa, for beinga member and I apologize for
missing your shout out, but hereit is, lisa Villafana.

(50:41):
Let's get back to the Diddy mess, the mistrial Aspect.
Diddy is looking for a mistrialand can you Blame him because
he knows he's basically Sunk?
This is his second attempt At amistrial and it's because Of

(51:05):
some text messages betweenCassie and Bonner.
This comes from theinternational news.
Diddy demands case be thrownout after Cassie's text exposed
Sean Diddy Combs is seeking amistrial after they claimed that

(51:27):
the prosecution presented falsetestimony by his girlfriend and
Bonner.
Now the request centers on anexplosive allegation from
Cassie's friend Bonner, who toldthe court last week that Combs
dangled her over a balconybefore throwing her into patio

(51:50):
furniture.
Remember we talked about that.
Vanna recalled the allegedincident from 2016, and there
was a confrontation 2016,.
And there was a confrontation, she said.
Combs put her on top of therail and shouted you know what I

(52:14):
could effing do to you?
Or do you know what you did?
But Combs' lawyers say Cassie, who also took the stand early
May, was wrong in claiming thatshe saw it happen.
They pointed to a text messageshe allegedly sent at the time
saying I just found out somecrazy shh implying she hadn't
witnessed the balcony incidentherself.
His team also argued that thephotos of Baina were taken when

(52:39):
Diddy wasn't even in Los Angeles.
The judge has not yet ruled onthe mistrial motion.
It follows a similar requestmade two weeks ago after
testimony involving Kid Cudi, which was denied.
This is the basis of whythey're asking for a mistrial.

(53:01):
This is the basis of whythey're asking for a mistrial
Now.
I don't know if the prosecutionhas addressed the Cassie text
messages.
I haven't seen it, but I knowthey addressed the pictures and
there was an expert that cameout and said that the pictures
that she had the wrong date, that the pictures were actually

(53:22):
from a day or two later, not theday that she recalled, which
means Diddy wouldn't have beenat a hotel in New York as
opposed to being, I believe, inLA.
So that part was already proven.
I haven't.
I don't know for a fact thatthe prosecution has addressed,

(53:43):
uh, the, the cassie text message.
We'll see, but that's end ofthe day, that's not cause for a
mistrial.
Anyway, if you want todiscredit because something that
she said or whatever, that'sone thing, but for a whole
mistrial because of a textmessage saying one thing, and it

(54:07):
could be implied so manydifferent ways, like we said,
that's grasping at straws.
This case has hollywood inshambles, shambles.
Ray j, if you've been keepingup, he's in shambles.
More stories are coming out.

(54:30):
Ray J has been on an apologytour trying to stand up for
Diddy, like his life isdependent on it, exactly, diddy,
like his life is dependent onit, exactly.
Even if the date was wrong, ithappened, it doesn't.
That's not.

(54:50):
That's not cause for a mistrialand that's also could be easily
Mistaken.
Why is it that nobody can spelllying?
I guess that's that.
That's how you know.
It's a bot anyway.

(55:11):
Yeah, ray j ticks it off.
Uh, andrew said your name wouldbe dicky.
Yeah, dicky and diddy diddy.
Dicky would be Dickie.
Yeah, dickie and Diddy, diddy,dickie.
It all makes sense, everythingmakes sense, doesn't it y'all?
It would be somebody namedDickie standing up for Diddy.

(55:36):
We can't make this up, can wey'all?
And of course they would spelllying, lean.
They're like putting a lean.
They're going to probably put alean on my house or lean on my
car, or lean on the court, Idon't know.
Are they going to put a lean onthe check?
I don't know.
But uh, we're not going to.

(55:59):
Hey look, all we know is so far.
We know that the Diddysupporters we know that they
Diddy supporters we know thatthey're not going to win any
spelling bees anytime soon.
We know that.
We at least know that.
We know that they're not goingto win no spelling bee anytime

(56:19):
soon.
That is a fact.
They be like the first word Ineed you to spell time soon.
That is a fact.
They be like the first word Ineed you to spell is lying.
They be like L I E N lyingI-E-N.

(56:45):
Line you out of here.
First round, you couldn't getpast the four and five letter
words Peace.
But uh, yeah, hey look.
And you said Dickie would getpaid if he wasn't all up in

(57:06):
flo's comments.
Yeah, see, why can't the diddysupporters do the hard work and
build their platform so theyactually can help diddy, not
creeping around with a name likeDickie on other people's
platform, misspelling words andusing all capital letters like

(57:27):
serial killers.
When you see all caps in thecomments you automatically think
serial killer, um uh uh,predator, predator, like.
Build your own platform and putyour message out.

(57:49):
That would really help DiddyNot creeping around helping
boost my content, which are allcaps and misspelling and names
like Dickie, this guy fightingfor his life, for free costs.
And he got Dickie runningaround helping put the dirt on

(58:12):
the grave why his name couldn'tbe Brad or why his name couldn't
be Michael or why his namecouldn't be Michael.
But when you're supportingDiddy, your name has to be
Dickie, itty bitty Dickie, likesomebody said.

(58:37):
Dickie Lenard, helping to putthe nail, the final nail, in
Diddy's coffin your Honor, howcould Diddy not be guilty?
One of his main supporters'name is Dickie, your Honor.

(59:01):
I rest my case Side note.
He spelled lying lean, so let'sadd five more years on for that
dickie over here sending my heylook, with all those comments.
All he doing is sending mycontent out to more people,
which we appreciate him for thatthe comments.
That's why I don't block them.
Every comment helps to push mycontent, which is helping bury

(59:26):
Diddy.
Every comment that Dickie'sdoing is just sending out to
more people.
So let's appreciate Dickie.
Let's give Dickie a round ofapplause for not being too
bright and helping us bury Diddy.
I appreciate him, but anyway, ray J is going crazy.

(59:51):
We even have another story thatI'm about to get into, where
there's a gentleman who saysanother producer that says Diddy
tried to hit on him.
I don't know if y'all saw this,but there's another producer
who just put out hey, look thefirst.

(01:00:15):
Hey, captain Obvious.
We got another nickname forDickie Captain Obvious.
He tells us I'm'm no genius, like we needed him to say that.
Hey, dicky is funny, dicky isfunny, yeah, yeah, thank you,
patricia.
We that was a captain, obvious,we, we, not we.

(01:00:38):
The way my jaw didn't hit thefloor when you said that, dickie
, my jaw stayed right up here.
That was the most obvious thingthat you could have ever said.
So we're going to call youCaptain Obvious.
Dickie, I'm no genius, tell mesomething I don't.

(01:01:02):
The whole chat didn't know.
Oh my God, I'm glad the Diddysupporters aren't the sharpest
knives in the drawer, becauseI'd be cut.
I'm no genius.

(01:01:25):
That was a good one, because weall confused you for a genius
until you gave us thatrevelation.
Thank you for opening all oureyes up, because we all thought
we were witnessing a genius, asavant, a prodigy man.

(01:01:50):
Let me continue with this show.
Man Dickie is funny as hell.
I'm no genius.
I can't finish the show.
Man.
Hold on, man.
Let me get back into the showBecause next thing you know he's

(01:02:10):
going to tell me something elsewe already know.
So look.
Another producer says thatDiddy tried to put the move on
him.
Another producer See one thingabout my chat.
See, my chat is for theintellectuals.
My platform is for theintellectuals, the people who

(01:02:33):
like to think, are very smart, very wise and quick on their
feet.
And when you come at me, seepeople talk about how smart I am
or how quick-witted I am, butthey don't understand.
The algorithm has brought allthe smart and intelligent people

(01:02:53):
all in my community because weall can't take all the other
cheesy ditty coverage.
So when you come in my commentsection you normally get chewed
up and spit out before I couldeven get to you, cause you got
about a hundred to a thousandintelligent witty motherfuckers

(01:03:14):
in that chat.
This ain't, this, ain't the uh,you know this ain't that cheesy
chat that you used to this, thatthis used to this, that smart
chat, intelligent chat.
We don't even have to getghetto and violent and raunchy
with you.
We get you straight with witand charm and I love it.

(01:03:39):
We don't have to cuss at you,we don't have to even disrespect
you.
We just take your words and usethem against you in a way that
only a witty motherfucker can do.
So that's why I love whenpeople come in this chat,
because you got about 100 smartasses on your ass in seconds and

(01:04:01):
you quickly realize this ain'tyour average YouTuber chat.
This is for the intellectuals.
We here, we impressed by eachother's brains in this chat.
We ain't in here smokingmirrors and using clickbait and
all that.
We in here with pure facts, pure intelligence and pure hard

(01:04:25):
work.
So when you come in this chat, prepare to get your ass cooked,
toasted and roasted In thenicest way possible, without one
swear word, without even oneform of disrespect, just wit and
charm, and I like it.
So let's continue chat, as wecontinue to cook crock pot and

(01:04:51):
whoever, whatever else you wantto call it, anybody that comes
in this chat, you better come inhere with your brain.
You better have a nice IQ,because this ain't the average
YouTube chat that you used to,because this ain't the average
YouTube chat that you used to.
Anyway, check out this.
Another producer is claimingthat Diddy put the move on him.

(01:05:12):
They hooked on Ponex.
He said this guy's hitmaker.
His name was Young Bird.
You might not know him, buttrust me, he's a big name
producer.
He's been in the game for awhile.
His name is young bird, buthe's he called him hit maker.
Now, um, he said the.

(01:05:35):
The title this is from sportskita and the title of this
article is imagine.
I mean.
Uh, they say did he say, imagine when I put my arms
around your fine ass?
This is a male producer whodiddy hit on, hit on him at his
home.
Now it goes on to say recordproducer and former rapper hit

(01:05:58):
maker claimed on his june 7thtwitch live stream that sean
mohawk, diddy combs, tried toflirt with him at his star
island home in miami, florida, and the word is dickie got
jealous.
No, I'm just playing.
I added that in there ain't anarticle.

(01:06:19):
Did he was just?
I mean, dickie was jealous.
That's just something I made up, but let me continue.
Hitmaker, whose real name ischristian ward, was discussing
combs with with ray jay.
He told ray that he never toldhim the story of the bad boy
records owner who was doing somereal wild shit.

(01:06:41):
While the one wish singer gavea shout out to, diddy, hitmaker
continued that Combs reportedlytold him something wild.
Diddy, you, dickie, you mightwant to listen in on this
because you might get jealousbecause, diddy, he was giving

(01:07:02):
somebody else attention, hitmaker, he said he couldn't
really even really say it on thestream.
However, ray j pestered himabout it.
He said, bro, he was like comehere, you little pretty mother
effer.
I was like we at his crib, weat star island.

(01:07:24):
I'm like huh, he like yo.
I made mother effers forgetthat such and such was this.
Imagine when I put my armsaround your little fine ass, to
which young Bird said whatMelissa says all the little

(01:07:48):
dickies stick together.
They all share their TootsieRolls.
They all are bonded.
They all bond together becausethey all share something in
common.
They all share the Tootsie Roll, and you know what the Tootsie
Roll is about.
So they got to come up withthese big Dickie names and my

(01:08:12):
name is Dickie so toovercompensate for the Tootsie
Roll.
They have to have names likeDickie and they have to call
guys like the Punisher to comethrough and punish Sad, sad, sad
Itty bitty with a little diggy.

(01:08:33):
Let's continue.
Meanwhile Ray J shared how hetried to resolve the differences
between Hitmaker and Combs butfailed miserably.
Diddy was putting the moves onall kind of people and all the

(01:08:57):
little Mohawk Diddy's in thecomments, all the little itty
bitty Dickies in the chats, theyall jealous because Diddy is
hitting on everybody but them,he putting the moves on
everybody but them.
So they got to come in the chatand try to show their love for
Diddy.
And maybe Diddy will see thischat and see that he's sticking

(01:09:19):
up for him and maybe he'llinvite Dickie to the next free
call sticking up for him andmaybe he'll invite Dickie to the
next free call.
So Dickie with his all capsletters.
Dickie comes into Flo's chat.
He got all caps loaded.
He needs these words to be bigso they can overcompensate for

(01:09:40):
his little itty bitty tootsieroll and he comes in with his
big name and his dicky name andhis big caps letters and he
comes in and falls flat on hisface because he don't know how
to spell lying.
So we all think he's talkingabout lean and the algorithm
thinks that he's actually amortgage page and there's just
so much confusion because theydon't know if it's, if it's a

(01:10:00):
lien, if he's coming in the chatto give us some mortgage advice
or what.
He has the algorithm allconfused but that.
But he don't stop there.
He continues in the chat.
Rosa, we have Melissa or one ofthe chat People said all the
itty bitty Dickie stick together.

(01:10:23):
Flo talks about how the ittybitty Dickie stick together.
Flo talks about how the ittybitty Dickie is trying to
compensate for his Tootsie Rolland before you know it, dickie
is sent on his merry way fried, basted and cooked and the only
thing he accomplished wasfilling up the chat with a lot

(01:10:44):
of comments, which pushes Flo'scontent out to more and more
people to get the word out therethat Diddy's ass is cooked.
And Dickie learned and he willnever come back in this chat
again, I guarantee you, becausehe learned that I better stick
to these little simple assYouTube chats where I can get my

(01:11:06):
little shit off.
Because you come into this chat, you're going to end up sitting
on somebody's couch, on somepsychiatrist or some therapist
leather couch, and they're goingto tell you and you're going to
tell them about I fucked aroundwith flow and that ain't
something you want to do,because I am the king of improv,

(01:11:27):
I am the king of a smart mouth.
I just don't use it to bullypeople.
I use it more as a defense.
I'm a counter puncher baby.
I'll never throw the first blow.
Why?
Because I know that my mouth isnot fair.
This mouth is lethal, just likea boxer's hands is lethal.

(01:11:53):
I know my mouth is lethal, soI'm not using it on people.
But don't come in here becauseme in the chat will cook your
ass like deep fried chicken withextra barbecue sauce on it,
because we love it and I like it.
So let's continue, because thisis a hell of a Monday y'all.

(01:12:14):
This is, you know, normallyMonday is our little warm-up
podcast, our little warm-up show, but thank you to all the free
content that we get from theassholes like Dickie.
No pun intended, assholes, dickie, you know no pun intended
at all.
I didn't mean that.
You know we don't disrespect onthis show.
Those words just kind of flowtogether.

(01:12:36):
That's why they call me Flo,because even when I'm not trying
, it just works.
I'm sorry, I wasn't even tryingto put that together.
So excuse me and I apologize, because that's not my style.
I like to serve people with alldue respect, because it teaches
lessons.
Don't come here because you'regoing to leave worse than you

(01:12:59):
came in here every time if youtry to come on bullshit.
So, that being said, let's talkabout another aspect of this
case, before we were so rudelyinterrupted by all the little
Mohawk Dickies who need to get alife.

(01:13:24):
So let's check this out.
So now we're at the point whereJane Doe returns to the stand.
Today she's got more to sayyeah, this is an epic Monday.
Hey look, let me go to thatSomebody.
Oh, hold on, hold on, hold on.
I almost missed, but I'll do itat the end.
I'll go through the list.

(01:13:45):
If I miss your super chat, cany'all do me a favor If y'all
send me a super chat or a supersticker?
Send me a message in the chatright now so I can see it and go
back to it, because it's alittle hard for me to find it.
And you know, I I love to shoutout all my super chats and
super stickers because y'allhelp me eat good, and I don't

(01:14:06):
feel good if I can't give youall your shout out.
So if you sent me a super chator a super sticker, just say
like I sent one or something inthe chat.
That way I can go back and findit towards the end and give you
a shout out because I greatlyappreciate it and I'll be eating
up some shit.
Six, three, two hundred andthirty some shit.
I'm 6'3", 235 pounds.
I eat.

(01:14:27):
I ain't no little dude.
Y'all seen me in the video.
In New York, every singleperson.
I was taller than everybody atthe fucking courthouse, except
Gene Dill's big ass.
Me and Gene Dill about the sameheight.
He a little bigger than me, butwe about the same height, but
other than Gene Dill, I'm biggerand taller than everybody at

(01:14:47):
the damn courthouse.
So I need to eat.
You got to feed this boy, thatbig boy that big, this a big boy
.
But anyway, she returns.
Jane Doe returns today to beginher third day of testimony and

(01:15:11):
who knows what she's going toget into today.
But we know one thing it'sgoing to be explosive.
We've had the motion.
We got to find out is theregoing to be a mistrial or what
the judge is going to rule onthat.
All the Tootsie Rolls bandtogether and try to make one big

(01:15:35):
Tootsie Roll.
They figured if we could putall our Tootsie Rolls together,
we can make one big Tootsie Roll.
These people are crazy.
Let me shout out anothersubscriber.
While I'm getting to this nextpoint, I'm trying to make Punk

(01:15:55):
Rocks Girl.
Punk Rocks Girl.
Shout out to her for the $3donation.
I really, really, really, really appreciate it.
Everybody.
Shout out Punk Rock's girl.
I think she's in the chat too,so shout her out.
Shout out Teresa Rhodes.
Shout out Stephen Davis.

(01:16:17):
He subscribed last week.
I missed him, subscribed lastweek.
I missed him.
But shout him out as well.
Like I said, vip customers, I'mheaded back to New York in the
next week or two.
The week of the 20th, I will beback up in New York, up in
everybody's face, giving y'allthe first-hand account of what

(01:16:39):
the hell is going on in thisDiddy case.
C-tuck, what's up Up here?
Swiss Army knife fighting.
Yeah, c-tuck, they don't come.
They don't come.
This the wrong chat to come in.
If you ain't ready, you got tocome in here with your thinking
cap on.

(01:17:00):
Remember, my granny used toalways say put your thinking cap
on.
And a lot of these littletrolls.
They come into this chat beforethey put their thinking cap on
and they get their ass roasted.
It ain't my fault.
I didn't ask them to come, Ididn't send for them.
They came on their own, butthey just didn't realize where
they were coming to.

(01:17:20):
This ain't for the weak, justdidn't realize where they were
coming to, this ain't for theweek, but anyway, we got a big
day today, I think.
Uh, jane doe is gonna be on the.
Uh, okay, rachel sent one, thank you.
Thank you, rachel.
Let me go back.
I'll go back to yours.
Um, shout out to rachel for thesuper chat.

(01:17:42):
Because of Ray Shell, I couldeat a good meal today.
I could put her money with mymoney and I can get me a nice
steak, but we got to get to thisdiddy diddy, diddy, diddy,
diddy stuff.
50 Cent has been in rare formbecause of you know, he keeps

(01:18:05):
talking about his baby mama andputting her on blast and um, I
think he got in trouble becausehe had to.
Um and uh, let me address thistomorrow's leader.
All thisay, the proof is in thecourtroom, bro.
That's what I keep trying totell y'all.

(01:18:26):
They are dropping proof everytestimony, every time somebody
testifies.
They are dropping proofthroughout the whole thing.
Get you a plane ticket or, ifyou're in New York, go to the
courtroom.
You'll see all the proof.
They're just not dropping theproof in the articles.
So, like I said, even wheny'all trying to defend them,

(01:18:52):
y'all are defending them onfalse pretenses.
If you even read thetranscripts or even follow the
actual testimonies, you'll seethem say hey, we're dropping
proof of text messages.
Here are pictures.
Here are pictures of the freakoff.
But this case is so freaky theycan't just put the pictures out

(01:19:15):
here to the public.
It's a freaky ass case.
Like Kendrick said freaky,freak.
Yeah, stay your ass inside.
It's it ain't it ain't.
It ain't the season to be nofreak.
I remember back in the day itwas cool to be a freak and they
thought all the freaks thoughtthey was the most popular people

(01:19:37):
around.
Now all the freaks is arguingand mad because they finding out
a lot of this stuff is illegalthat they've been doing.
And now they're mad at me andmad at y'all because they're
finding out this stuff isillegal.
It's like dang.
How are you going to be mad atme because the law said this
whole freaky commercial sexthing you're doing is illegal

(01:20:01):
and the pictures are so crazythey can't even put the pictures
out to the public.
Yet you see people talking abouthis hearsay.
Yet did he just keep?
If it's all hearsay, why don'tdid he just let it go through so
he can get his little notguilty?
Uh, he can get his not guiltyverdict in a few weeks.
See, it's easy, hey yall.

(01:20:23):
It's so easy for the ones inthe comments to keep talking
about it ain't no case and ain'tbeen no evidence.
But they on the outside freeand they ain't got to deal with
the consequences.
But Diddy and his team knowit's more than hearsay, or they
would let this thing play outand go ahead and take their not
guilty verdict.
So quit trying to act like itain't no.

(01:20:45):
Uh, this ain't no case like, because obviously diddy hired a
hundred a hundred million dollarattorneys for a reason and they
wouldn't be asking for amistrial, because a mistrial
only means it gets retried andDiddy stays his ass in prison

(01:21:05):
for another at least year beforethey can even come back for the
case.
Do you think he would risk thatif he knew he could be free in
three weeks?
Let's use a little common sense, because I'm sensing that
common sense ain't so common.
Let me say that again, I'mstarting to sense that common

(01:21:32):
sense ain't so common.
Because if it's all hearsay andain't been no evidence and
ain't proved a case andeverybody been lying, then why
wouldn't you ride it out?
You're only three weeks awayfrom a not guilty verdict and
going free, not a mistrial whereyou just get to do it all over
again and stay your ass inprison and you get to regroup
and start over again.
No, no, no, no, no.

(01:21:53):
You wouldn't do that.
You would say this case ain'tbeen proven.
All this, like what y'allsaying.
It's all hearsay, everybodylying, the whole everybody in
the world lying except diddy.
That's what they want you tobelieve.
So if everybody lying and it'sperjury and all of that, you
three weeks away from a notguilty verdict, diddy, what the

(01:22:15):
hell are you doing?
Because for some reason, allyour little dumb mohawk ditties
got way more confidence.
That ain't been no case.
They got way more confidencethan the people actually in the
courtroom, which is ditty andhis defense team, because if
they was as confident as y'allwere, they would not be trying

(01:22:38):
for no fucking mistrial.
They'd be like shit, he threeweeks away from a not guilty,
slam dunk verdict.
But they ain't doing that.
It ain't as simple as comp astyping in the comments this
ain't no case.
It ain't that simple.
It's a case, baby.
It's a case that require everytime you look around, did he

(01:23:00):
hire another attorney?
You're not doing that.
If it's not no case, if theprosecution wasn't proving shit
and they was just falling flaton their face, you would just
sit back and go ahead and letyour not guilty verdict come in
two, three weeks so you could gohome to your kids and your
family.
But that ain't the case.

(01:23:20):
They hoping to do this overagain.
That's how much they fear aguilty verdict.
They three weeks away from theend and they trying because they
want.
Why do they want a mistrial?
Because they know ChristinaKorn ain't even got on the stand
yet.
Thank you, ray Shell, for the499 super sticker.

(01:23:40):
I appreciate it.
Thank you, rayshel, for the$4.99 super sticker.
I appreciate it.
They are ready to pack it upand get the hell out of here.
They are ready to pack it upand get the hell out of here.
Diddy and his defense team areready to pack it up and get the

(01:24:02):
hell out of here and try thisall over again, just like Lil
Dicky got the hell out of here.
That's what Diddy and hisdefense team is trying to do.
They realize it's too hot inthis kitchen and they trying to
get their ass outside, just likeLil Dicky.

(01:24:23):
And did I miss anybody on thesuper chat?
I think I got Rachel.
If I missed anybody on thesuper chat, please let me know
so I can give you your shout out.
Dickie is a puddle tree.
Oh man, what a day.

(01:24:44):
So this is a Monday y'all.
We got a case coming up and wegot a big day on the courtroom
today Y'all.
Dickie want a hug.
Now Dickie want to be a victim.
He's doing all the.
He came in hot, but now he wantto hug and now he want to be a

(01:25:08):
victim.
You know that's all the cyclesof what they do.
Once you get your ass cooked, now you want sympathy, he want
to hug y'all.
He realize this ain't the chat.
You not going to win in thischat?
So now he want to be the victim, and now he want to blame.
And now he want to be thevictim, and now he want to blame
, and now he want to explain.
He trying to mansplain butstaying ten tall.

(01:25:32):
Dickie, come in how you was, don't switch up on us now.
Now you want to cry.
You want me to play the violinas you tell us your sad story
Because you came in hot.
Now you want to hug.
Now little dicky want to hug.

(01:25:52):
Dicky lenard is what theycalled itty bitty dicky lenard.
So again he wanted to take himshopping and melissa said no

(01:26:13):
pity for dickie dick.
Yeah, yeah, exactly, that's agood one.
Go find secret service sam.
That that's your type of guy.
Go find him a clickbaiter, aliar, a manipulator.
People who can't get women ontheir own merit or can't get
views because they'reintelligent and bringing good

(01:26:34):
information.
They got to get it by clickbait.
They have to defend people likeDiddy who have to get women to
do crazy stuff by manipulationand intimidation, using money,

(01:26:57):
because if they just depend ontheir heart and their brain and
money was out the equationwouldn't no woman deal with.
Speaking about Diddy See flow.
Don't use clickbait.
Flo, don't even pander.
If today the defense has a greatday and the defense rips up
some victim on the stand liketears, their testimony apart,

(01:27:19):
y'all know, tomorrow morningwhen I come into the Flo show no
filter live at 7 730 am, mondaythrough Friday, I'm going to
tell y'all the defense did theythink yesterday?
Because we truth telling onthis platform, we're not
pandering, we're not creatingnarratives.
When you come here, you getwhat the hell happened.

(01:27:41):
Whether I like what happened orI dislike what happened, I'm
going to tell y'all what thehell happened.
It's over for Diddy and it'sdamn sure over for Dickie.
Itty bitty Dickie, what theycall him, lenard Lenardo, lenard

(01:28:03):
, lenardo.
No, he won't walk.
If he granted his mistrial,he's not going to walk, he's
going to be on trial again.
He's already asking for amistrial himself.
Dickie, I know that's kind ofhard for you to grasp, but he
doesn't feel he's walkingbecause he's asking for a

(01:28:24):
mistrial so he can stay inprison and do this all over
again in about a year.
So, although you may haveconfidence, but for some reason
the actual people in thecourtroom, the defense attorneys
and Diddy don't have theconfidence.
Don't have the confidence, don't have the confidence.

(01:28:46):
You can say it all you want, but the people actually with
boots on the ground do not feellike he about to walk or they
wouldn't even risk it with nofucking mistrial.
Let's just be honest.
As I said, they don't even liketo deal with the truth like the
truth is.
You're not asking for amistrial in the fourth quarter

(01:29:09):
if you feel like you're about towalk and if everybody lying
you're just not.
You want to be home in threeweeks or you want to be back on
trial in a year.
Which one would you choose?
And on that note note, thank you, dickie, for pushing out this
content.
This is one of the mostcomments I've had in the chat in

(01:29:31):
a long time and I've had somegreat days, but thanks to Dickie
, this YouTube live stream willgo out to more people than it's
ever gone out to, and we got theDickie who felt the need to
tell us that he wasn't a genius.
But let's shout him out for notonly telling us he's not a
genius, but showing us he's nota genius.

(01:29:54):
Thank you everybody.
Much love, I love everybody.
I'll see you all tomorrow.
Same time, same place.
We're about to hit an hour anda half.
I love y'all, but I'm out.
