Epcot Food and Wine Festival 2025 is here, but which dishes
are actually worth your money and which one should you skip?
Tonight we're breaking down hits, the misses, and the best
tips for making most of this year's festival.
And since today is October 1st, we're also celebrating 2 huge
milestones. Magic Kingdom turns 54 and Epcot
turns 43. Hello and welcome to the Great

(00:50):
British Mickey Waffle. I'm Ben and I'd like to welcome
the rest of the team who are happily bopping all over to
that. Good news, it really is.
As always, I'm so cold. I have a hoodie on.
I'm freezing tonight. Anything's keep warm it is the
1st of October so yeah I want towelcome Claire that and John I

(01:11):
hope you're all well and going to keep warm yeah it's not not
that warm here in the UK have. We all come succumbed to putting
the heating on you, no? I've tested it to make sure it's
ready but that's it. It's.
On. There it's 1st of October today
I think. Probably another few weeks.
I'd have a warming Glasseau Rouge.

(01:35):
Make sure you've got a beverage, sort, some alcohol in it keeping
you warm on Wednesday evening. Booze jacket on.
One of the most expensive thingsyou can buy in Disney at the
minute, It's $6 for a bottle of water.
Saying that, actually I will mention another bottle of water
brand that was actually cheaper than that in Epcot and it's

(01:56):
actually on the food and wine list.
It is. Oh, we'll come to that one.
What is it? You'll have to wait and see.
So yeah, today is October the 1st, a big day in Disney
history. Magic Kingdom turns 54.
ECOT celebrates 43 years. So 2 incredible parks, which
means so, so much to us all. Let us know which park holds
your favorite memories and whichone would you rather be in

(02:17):
today. Oh, could have a whole show on
that. Good grief.
Well, next year I think I'd rather be in Magic Kingdom
because it's the 55th and hopefully they'll do something.
The thing is. 45th And there wasa little of that, yeah.
But when did it last? Four years ago?
Because actually it seemed only like, yes, last week.

(02:39):
That was the 50th. And they're putting in the gold
statues and yeah, yeah. It's.
Just got it's the reason to sellyou the upgraded magic band
since there was a reason for it.Yeah.
Thank you Claire, I'm glad you noticed I'm here celebrating
from the weekend onwards. All.

(03:01):
Things, all things golf, it was I was on my best behaviour at
the weekend because actually we were actually, we went to see
Josh, who's actually in Italy, was in Italy at the weekend.
He's currently in Austria heading to Budapest tomorrow
because he's in to rail around Europe.
So we went to see him because weweren't seeing him for a couple

(03:22):
of months. Josh and I found a pub on
Saturday and Sunday in order to just sit and watch the golf.
Yeah, when you talk about sort of doing cultural stuff and you
go abroad and things like that. Yeah, You basically went and
found a bar where they had as many screens in Britain.
Hardly any pubs in Verona had big screens.
We found the one that had the screens.

(03:45):
Easy and crowded. Oh, it's oh, it's brilliant.
We've met, we've met loads of people.
And actually it was it was greatbecause they have the golf on a
big massive screen and then theywere showing Premier League
football on other screens. So the atmosphere was really
good. And then in the backroom, they
were showing the Real Madrid at last to go Madrid game, which is

(04:09):
full of Spanish people. And so you wouldn't imagine that
so many Spaniards would be in Verona at the same time.
It was, it was a, it was just like the whole atmosphere.
But the golf at the weekend was just immense.
It really was. It was.
Straight over my head. It was just like it was.
It was of the highest order and I actually it.

(04:32):
Was. It's just absolutely superb and
actually both teams actually golf wise surpassed what you
actually would think and and andSunday was one of the most nerve
wracking, wasn't it? Nerve wracking experiences
watching, watching golf on the TV and you sit in your back and
your nails and you're just like it was, it was something else.

(04:53):
There's lives important. I wasn't that interested in it
because we were so busy on our walk on Saturday, which, yeah,
we were. We were so grateful for the the
weather. It was a day, it was.
A good. Day for it, Not too hot, it was
dry. Millie was at Twickenham
watching the rugby with her bestfriends so she went to watch the
girls UK Red Roses win the. Wild Wow.

(05:16):
She had such a good. Start again it.
Was a sporty weekend it? Was and then Mills got called up
for extra training from Was It Kent?
It is. It's Kent regional cricket.
Yeah, County. What an.
Achievement. See I miss you on that.
I was too busy getting sunburnedon.
I got, I got sunburned on on Monday in Venice.

(05:37):
It's just like, yeah and yeah, when you go back to work and
you're just like and people looking at you and going, I'm
done. You didn't look like this last
week. Too much sunshine,
unfortunately. But I'm going to do it more
often. Anybody else do anybody in the
chat wake me what you've been doing?
Let us know what what you've been up to or where you're.

(05:59):
From. We literally joined the call
like 3 or 4 minutes before the show started because we're all
really busy tonight so we haven't even had a chance to
properly say hello to each other, so we just done that in
front of everyone. And actually what one of the
nice things because because we're also busy over the
weekend, it wasn't a case of actually texting each other as
normal. It was a.
It's just like. Silence you.

(06:21):
Didn't mean you, didn't mean Mumnever got a text.
And then I phoned her, I phoned her yesterday and she's like,
oh, you're still alive then. Yeah, it's just like life goes
on, don't it? Yeah, it's just like crazy
stuff. I want to say a huge shouting to
everyone in the Cherish joints there, but I think first in
today we had Sean. Hi, Sean.

(06:42):
Hope you're well. And I know you're counting down.
I think you'd go next month, wasit not?
It's not. This month?
No, it's next month, November end.
Of. November.
Yeah, this, this end of this year is flying by really
quickly, which in a way is quitegood because we're going in
January, so. It is.
I'm just going to do a date check.

(07:03):
I think it's 6065 days till I go.
Oh, that's. Nice.
You're getting by this broken down 60.
Days, Oh. 60. Days like you booked your down
your reservations. I will book them tomorrow.
I think probably Sean and I are going to try and get a Beacon
barrel. Reservation.
I have heard that they have opened up quite a lot recently.

(07:23):
Morris Job. That sounds good.
Yeah. Next we had him, we had Wendy.
Hi Wendy. I am hungry but I so I can't
wait and I think this must have been Claire who's going to go
and grab the escargot. Not me, Not me Lloyd.

(07:44):
When you need him, yes. I've got slides message, that's
it. Cheesecake.
Yeah, I do like cheesecake. I don't know whether any
cheesecakes actually on. There is a cheesecake.
There is a cheesecake. There is.
I wasn't sure whether it soundedany good though.
I'm trying to remember, is it inSpain?

(08:04):
I can't remember somewhere. There's like a flan, cheaper
caramel cheese stick. I definitely saw it on the list
and we've got Eddie. Hi, Eddie from.
Charleston, SC That's. Cool.
Very nice. Good to see, Good to see you,
Eddie. Thank you for joining us.
I'm going to, I'm going to, I'm going to put a little bit of a
tease out to people as well, purely because by the time you

(08:26):
finished listening, it was for about the 1st 2025 minutes of
the show. We're going to be going live
into Epcot, so. Soon, Yeah, Yeah.
If you're if you're a bit bored and you're not kind of getting
the golf vibe and things like that, then just they're winning.
They're winning. OK, I'll just sit here and wait
20 minutes. We've got.

(08:48):
We've got a surprise, could we? We've got a surprise to talk.
About and we had a podcast out today.
We did indeed it's. The 1st of the month so I forgot
all about it. It's a message from summer 2025.
Yeah, and actually, I actually really, I've actually listened
to it back already because that's it.

(09:09):
I've had one of them days. You only just want a little bit
of. I need a bit of Disney in my
life. And a.
Little bit of a reminder, a little bit of a reminder that I
actually was there not that longago.
Yeah. But yeah, a really good listen.
Go and go and give it a listen. John said thank you for joining
us again. Appreciate it as always.
As always, Yeah. And for those watching on their

(09:32):
mobile phone, there is a new feature from YouTube.
It's called Hype. So where you've got the comments
at the bottom, if you swipe and it comes up with an option where
you can press hype and it adds, it is a bit like a pressing the
like button where it shares it out.
This change does, yeah, So that's fine.
So it goes on to a leaderboard and at the end of the week and

(09:53):
YouTube push out all of that content.
So more people that might like that same, same videos and
content. So if you're watching on your
phone right now and don't forgetto give us a like, if you're
enjoying what we're doing, of course, subscribe because you
don't want to miss out on any future podcasts and any shows
that we've got coming up. And yeah, it's interesting that

(10:14):
they do these new things and youdon't find out about them.
No, I didn't tell you. It's all right, Ben.
I'm just I'm I'm now looking on my phone to see if I can
actually just sort. Of you know.
To see, just to see how it happens in real time, you know,
because. And for those on Friday or
catching up on the podcast, we are live every Wednesday, 830

(10:35):
over on YouTube. So if you want to come and join
us when if you're free on a Wednesday evening, come and join
the chat. Everyone is very friendly.
Usually I. Know you have to be.
Yeah. I think that's the other thing
to bear in mind because actuallycertainly over the weekend with
a lot of a lot of the things that a lot of things that I get

(10:57):
involved in for varying reasons,Yeah, generally golf and
football and things like that. But it kind of all turned a bit
sour. And then a couple of musicians,
a couple of musicians that I follow the Facebook group went
sort of pear shapes at the weekend.
I'm like good grace. It must be like the time of the

(11:18):
year when everyone's just like losing the plot.
So, yeah, stick with us. We, we retain the positivity in
the in our Facebook group as well.
And I think that's that's one ofthe the real markers of why
we've been doing this so long. So.
Heather's asking what does she do again?
OK, so on your phone the only comments is swipe to the left or

(11:41):
right. So it's got little dots you
swipe across and then it comes up with hype and then you just
press the hype button. What I'll do later, I'll do a
video and share it on the chat so that thank.
You for checking. I'm with Heather.
I'm I'm looking at this, I'm thinking.
Maybe you can update your your Iactually.

(12:02):
It might be. That John, when did you get your
phone? Was it before we started the
podcast? No, I've got I've got an iPhone.
Was it 1515 Pro? They're on 51 by now.
That breaks the the record so. Yeah, the problem is practice.
I want a new one and that's that's the other thing I'll get

(12:23):
to trouble for that, you know? I've only seen that spot you can
see here. Oh yeah, I bet.
Yeah. There you go.
Yeah. Actually, on to tonight's show,
we're talking about this. I'm hoping you can see it on the
camera, Epcot food and Wine. So when we were in Epcot last
month, well, six weeks ago now, and the festival started while

(12:48):
we're out on like our last couple of days.
And when you go in, we always grab a passport, sit down, look
through it and choose what we'regoing to have.
How many do you grab? How many passports do you grab?
1H. Yeah.
Really. Yeah, on each.
Just in case we want different things.
I don't take 50. I take at least 5.

(13:09):
Yeah, I would say Claire. I need.
Bring them home. Right, so I need one in my
pocket at all times. Yeah, I need one that I can give
to nails so she can dog ear it and lose.
It. Forever.
I need one to bring back to Anna.

(13:29):
I need a couple in my bag if I want to.
If I lose them then I need one for best because I have a
stockpile from each year so. OK.
I have. Sean's right and four to stick
on. You don't get anything for them
on eBay, but yeah. So I've got food and wine
passports going back to 2016 which is quite fun to look back

(13:51):
and flower and garden for at least 5 or 6 years.
I quite like keeping them like. They're all in a drawer.
Upstairs and I, you know, I think they're quite cool little
sedan years to to hold on to. And I know there are people like
Terry who has boxes and box files off park maps going back
to like 1976. It's.
So cool. So I think, yeah, grab one and

(14:12):
keep them there. They you've got, you've got your
own little souvenir. I care for how much the the food
changes or doesn't. The other way of doing it is the
Food and Wine app. I've got that too.
So you don't necessarily need the passport.
I tend to use the food and wine app to go through and put a
favorite in. I still like the old fashioned
paper. Why get one to write in and one

(14:35):
for that? Do you use the stickers in it
though? No.
No, I don't. Want to spoil it?
Don't. Just all the things that I won.
I feel like all those final records I've got in the loft at
1:00. Point.
Yeah, exactly. Yeah, At some point in my life,
it's going to be worth a fortune.
I have been known to buy a highlighter from Walmart so I

(14:58):
can go through the food and winepossibly.
Oh wow. Oh yeah.
Oh wow. That's that.
Is heavy duty that I was a bit. Usually it's the pen from the
hotel room. If you just circle it, you need
to, you need to highlight. That's yeah it.
Obviously depends on how many margaritas had to drink as she

(15:22):
going. Around there are there is a lot
of alcohol I bear called. I.
Think it might be more alcohol than it is food.
How this rolls? There's nothing wrong with that.
The other one as well, Talking. Talking the way we are is
actually that was one of the things from this summer that I
probably came home with more than I've done for probably a

(15:46):
number of years. The paper park maps and like
I've always been, you know, likeyourself, Claire, I've always
been one. I'll I'll bring some home, but
they have to be kept in pristinecondition.
And then you put them away and then when you look back on them,
they become such a valuable part.
I mean, the parks have changed and supper or even even the

(16:08):
sponsorship of certain parades and firework show and things
that and you're looking back on it, it becomes such a such a
wonderful part of a holiday thatyou can't use.
Yeah. You put it in a box and then you
revisit the box every five yearsand you're like, yeah, oh, wow.
And it's so cool. It really is.
So if you if you plan the whole day and you're listening to this

(16:30):
or watching this, make sure you go and get your park maps
because actually there'll be a time where we're all forced onto
our phones. And they won't exist.
And we'll be sad. Yeah, yeah, very much so.
I think the other thing is like the.
Memories with so much, so many things in and I remember not
that long ago going through it and I found the original sort of

(16:52):
documents we were given for our DC vacation Club tour, the first
one did in 2014, and the DVD that they gave us to take home
and watch. I used to get the planning DVD
through the post. Do you remember that when you
used to have the holiday, you'd get a little folder that'd come
to and it'd have like some leaflets and planning leaflets
and some information, and then it had a DVD that you could
watch and it had some luggage tags and it was so cool.

(17:17):
So that's another thing Disney has stopped giving.
Yeah. Well, yeah, the luggage tags
actually I think we're from the this is.
What is the travel company? Yeah, which is AUK based thing,
or so we were told back in the day.
But the bag we were, we were short on bags because we

(17:37):
realized that we were flying right here at the weekend and we
only had the the bags that we thought we had certain people
from our family have taken away to.
The. University and to and on the the
travels and things like that. So I'm in the loft.
I'm trying to look for these little suitcases.

(17:58):
I'm like, they're not there. The.
Text that text the boys. Does anyone know where the black
small cases for right there at? Oh yeah, I've got one.
And then Josh called. I've got, I've got one that's
gonna be caring down, down South.
And I'm like. Brilliant.
That's just what we really needed to know at this moment.
So I found an old hand luggage case but it had one of the

(18:22):
luggage Disney luggage. And.
I'm like it. Was.
A win. And then they opened it up and
what was inside a pair of sunglasses that I thought I'd
lost three or four years ago, which had replaced and things
like that. But there were Maui gins.
I was really, I was really annoyed.

(18:43):
I don't, I don't lose stuff ever.
And the kids know that. And it's just like this is
really. How many people have you blamed?
For losing their vote for the last few years.
Just myself and I actually, I actually I did wonder at one
point whether or not I'd left the car unlocked at some point
and someone was nicked him, but evidently not.

(19:04):
They were in this case. I'm like, get in even.
Even how Joe takes me back and said oh look, yeah, you're £100
up on the day. I'm like.
That's the small wins that matter in my life.
That's all that is. Anyway.
I'm digressing. So we've all had a chance to
have a think about tonight's show, about what's actually at

(19:24):
Food and Wine Festival. What you if you were going
tomorrow or today, what would bewhere would you head to 1st?
Is there anything new or something that stands out
there's? Something that we didn't get to
try and I'm really annoyed, which is the Berry, Lime,
Schaffer, Hoffer. OK.

(19:47):
No, that's, that's a start. Oh yeah.
In Germany and it because it's at the Germany, but it's not in
the German, not in the place where you can buy Schaffer
Hoffer normally. And it's not in the little stand
on the lagoon side, which is where they often do the
individual unique favours. It's actually at the Germany.
Booth. And the queue for that is

(20:09):
obscene. So I chose not to queue for it.
And do I regret it? Yes, I do.
Yeah. I think that's The thing is
Claire, we were there on the first few days of the festival,
so it was so busy. We were there on on the morning
of and it was like it was a vlogessential.
We went through, we looked at the merchandise and they're
like, OK, I want to buy something.
There's there's like 50 vloggersin creation and then yes.

(20:33):
There's 10 people and that that was our experience at the
queues. We I think we went the day after
or the day after that. Jason came with us for the
morning and we spent sort of four or five hours walking
around and we probably didn't. We were going to try lots of
different things and every queuewe got to I was like that
knocking, that knocking, that knocking.
That's like a 45 minute queue onmy.
For. A piece of toast.

(20:54):
So we were a little bit more selective than had.
Planned. Was that fun?
Yeah. Yeah.
And I think one day I've noticedthis year it was as and As for
most years, actually. They tend to bring out a few at
the beginning of the festival, but then I know that they've
just launch the Guardians. Yeah, that's right.

(21:18):
Next to Creations, it's just, well, I like.
To say have a pineapple collada.Yes, I saw that.
Yeah. But it's right outside the door
for the back door for creations that were sort of backs onto
test track. It was there, just not open.
So yeah, the pry basket, is thatRobin or is it Simon in the
chat? I don't know.
I don't know. But the fry basket was on my.

(21:40):
Yeah, I definitely remember we had the fry basket a couple of
years ago. Really good, Really good.
Anything I wasn't too keen on was the was it the sweet potato
fried but. Yeah.
This Yeah, Sweet potato casserole fries with cinnamon
sugar, candied pecans and marshmallow cream.

(22:01):
It's Thanksgiving in a fry the. Thing is.
It wasn't as bad as I thought itwas going to be.
No, but on the hot Florida day. I would leave most of them if I
got that. Oh yeah, definitely.
I mean, they also have the grapefruit mule.
I'm going to go once. But really nice though the

(22:22):
grapefruit mule they have at thefry basket.
Is also excellent. I got it.
SO and I interviewed Disney chefs.
They had no good reason to use Guardians IP for a dumpling
booth. Other than, it sounds fun.
That's a good call. Just that comment above there as
well Ben Georgina Griffiths. Has joined us.

(22:43):
Geoff, I think that's that's Josh.
Josh. Josh is in.
Josh is on G's phone. I yeah, I didn't.
See that? That's the that's the thing as
well, because he's realized I'm not responding to his texts at
the moment. Oh, he's realized why.
He's like, oh, it's Wednesday. It's Wednesday.
Yeah, I don't, I don't think Neil's Neil's watching.

(23:05):
He hasn't come into the chat yet, but he he has sent me a
text to say how much he likes the golf top as well.
Yeah, I'll, I'll refrain from the Ole, Ole Ole chat and things
like that. I am confused by the Watsons.
It's Robin responding but Simon's there too.
That's is there on that confidence right now.
Really odd. Obviously both logged into the

(23:27):
same account. It could be quite.
Yeah, I was just like clarification from G, It is Josh
that's in the chat. Yeah.
There we. Go.
Yeah, John, John for you. What?
What have you seen on the menus that pique your interest?
Anything that involves side of flights is is always a good
thing I quite enjoy. It's quite a few this year.

(23:49):
Yeah. And and that's the thing, I
actually felt that was it. It becomes more apparent that
when you when you're in America or when you're in Europe and as
I found at the weekend, nowhere in Europe just cider.
So you're stuck with just drinking lager.
I can't drink lager because it just really just gets bizarrely

(24:11):
horrible after a while. So that in Greece I get bad
reputation for this because actually I really do pick the
ones that that really just sort of stand out from a name point
of view and things. Yeah, I don't do it on purpose.

(24:32):
The Greek 1 so and I've no idea what it is, but this one is a
span spanner coppeter. Yeah.
So just it just if you haven't got your glasses on, it looks
decided. In Vito pastry.
Yes, that looks absolutely superb and that obviously you've
got the Lamb Giro or gyro. I can't call it a gyro because

(24:54):
it brings out the Liverpool in me and you've gone for your gyro
and. Makes a big of bread.
Yeah, exactly, Exactly. Yeah.
But there's some, there's so many.
And actually for me, I'm, I'm very much a person.
I won't go for a big meal. I prefer just that crazy grazing
part of it because it suits me much, much better.

(25:16):
And some of the, you know, I even gone back to was it
Switzerland? He starts looking for me.
Notes from there. And you just like anything that
involves cheese and. Lots of sauce.
Yeah. Yeah, the other.
Side of military quesadilla. Yeah, and but everywhere seems

(25:37):
to have done loads of stuff withlamb this year as well, which is
good, like the Australian one. And yeah, I'm, I'm quite easy.
I'll just go in and it like you say, it suits me best to go and
do things like this. Yeah, One thing is actually just
over the course of time it racksup price wise, doesn't it?

(25:59):
The only time when you start looking at that and you kind of
thinking, right, OK, is that is there actually value in it?
I think that's always the argument.
Yeah, the alcohol seems like thecocktails and stuff seem more
expect a lot more expensive thisyear.
I think inside of going back to your side of lights, I think
they're probably a better buy. I had the one in Tangerine Cafe

(26:21):
that was really, really good. It was really good, yeah.
And I think good value. Yeah.
Three different siders. And whereas they were about the
same price as one cocktail, I would rather go for the three
different siders and try them. They're refreshing as well in
the heat. Yeah, I would say our struggle
we found when we first went in, yes, it was hot, yes it was

(26:41):
busy, but when we were looking through the passport, it was
like it felt like that wasn't enough new this year to maybe go
or want to go and try that. I felt like it's been the same
for the last two or three years and maybe just to be been that
time of year a bit more difficult.
But then actually if you on the other hand of that, if you know

(27:03):
what you've, what you've tried before and you've got a few
favourites, you know, a lot of the time they're going to
return. I'm not sure whether I'm happy
with the return of the pickle milkshake, but it's for some
people. The.
Cheddar and bacon soup in Canada, though, I had last year
and it was absolutely you mean you have something just like,

(27:23):
oh, if that was every single time I was in that cut, that
would just that would suit me down to the ground altogether
that. Was I remember a few years ago
our first ever food and wine show.
Someone called it wallpaper Paste.
Yeah, it was nice. It tasted beautiful.
The Noster, they've improved it.I just, I just like this.
As I've said before, I'm a bit of a daft eater at the minute

(27:45):
and soup soup is my go to. Becca, what's on your list of?
What? Have you found it standing out
for you? Well.
The Brazilian cheese bread, Millie had three of those.
I was going to say it can't go wrong.
And there's also a brioche fruitcheese bread at the front.
Brilliant that I've minded try. Is that the Bosan 1?

(28:09):
Yes. Yeah.
Garlicky, cheesy. It's going to be good.
You can't go wrong. Yeah.
I don't know if you put it up before as well, Ben, but I
actually John self thank you ever so much.
I think we I think this is one of those things where John
actually comes out with just nails certain things.
But festivals are more expensiveat Universal and at SeaWorld.

(28:32):
And actually, whilst we criticize Disney for the, they
charge it is the product that you buy and you're thinking it
is quite. Is it's actually quite nice.
I have to admit, I just think food in general has just gone up
across the board. I think just things of whether
you're in Walmart or whether you're in Disney or a theme

(28:53):
park, I just think things kind of costing more, so they have to
pass the price price on. Some of the things that are not
that expensive, I had the pumpkin ravioli.
In. What was it at forestry Field?
The pumpkin master penny ravioli.
So that was like 550 I think. There was 5 pieces of ravioli

(29:17):
with a little bit of, you know, butter, sage, butter on it.
It was really nice. It was sufficient to, you know,
just to get through that first bit of World Showcase.
It was really, really nice. I had that with a glass of
Chardonnay when we first went inand it was good.
That actual area that they actually did put that that food
standing. Yeah.

(29:37):
So beautifully done. It really was, it wasn't open
when we we, we were there, but we actually took, we actually
took photos of it prior to the opening.
The actual design of it was, wasabsolutely beautiful.
And I think as you're coming into, excuse me, as you're
coming into World Showcase, it is actually a really lovely

(30:00):
introduction into into the actual festival itself.
So to the power of EPCOR Wi-Fi, we're going to hope that we can
take us straight to Epcot. He could possibly be in Epcot.
I don't know he. He's he's got a season ticket.
He's. Not here.

(30:24):
I don't know what you're talkingabout.
I'm just at home. Obviously.
It's an umbrella, so it. Might.
Be it could be raining I do havethe umbrella up.
It's rather warm I won't lie. I'm just eating my fry bars
because that's where I went first.

(30:45):
And you are not wrong. The sweet potato fries are gross
and disgusting. Sort of.
Vinegar ones are good though. They're.
The best? They didn't really taste of
vinegar. I like the buckle ones.
I feel like you can tell which are my favourites and which are
the least favorite. And this you I I have a feeling

(31:06):
those sweet potato ones are going in the bin.
I did. I've tried them a few times and
yeah, they're they're really, they're not, they're just weird.
What are they quite really better?
Are they? No, I tried a few without the
fluff on still. So how busy?

(31:27):
Is that there's still ceremony? It is.
It is very, very quiet. Very quiet. 5 minute wait for
Soaring, 5 minute wait for living in the land.
There is still. I think it was about 45 minutes
for Guardians, which I think I just went on test track as a

(31:47):
single rider and pretty much just walked straight on.
It's very quiet. I'm heading over to Magic
Kingdom later and I feel I will not be saying the same when I go
there. I can hear the world celebration
and. Leave music in the background.
I'm sat right under the monorail.
As well. Amazing.

(32:07):
Nice, yeah. I.
Would I have? The Fry flight.
Again, probably not because I don't want to pay all that and
then throw a whole portion of itaway because I just like they
couldn't double up on one of theother ones for you.
So yeah, yeah, I'm British. Can I don't have to speak data.

(32:28):
It's like I don't have my favorite.
Weird. Time.
So if I knew like 1 flavour. Can I get some of you for the
same flavour in that stuff? Yeah, it's weird.
Do you think they would? Sell them individually, but they
don't. You can only buy them as a
flight. So yeah, yeah, it's
organizational. Probably it.
Took it took 10 minutes to afterI paid it was ready and it was

(32:52):
weird because they were all coldor lukewarm, not cold.
But. Lukewarm.
So I'm not really sure what the issue was, because you'd think
one of them would have been smoking hot by that point, but
no. So it's rather.
Rather strange, so. All in all, glad I tried them.
Won't be having them again. Excellent tagline of the day,

(33:14):
yes? They were OK.
That's the. Tagline.
They were all right. So is there?
Anything. You're.
Looking forward to having today robbing up food and wine or
well, I am here on my own. So there's only so much room in
my stomach. Normally I would have been here
with someone so we could share lots of things.
So my next But the Guardians, the Galaxy man's just walking

(33:40):
behind me. Yeah, the guy is a Galaxy man.
My goodness. He's dancing like Peter when his
name is Peter. Yeah, he just walked behind me.
I've never seen him something new.
So my plan is actually to go andtry the Goyosa of the Guardians.

(34:04):
It turns out I'm I'm. Struggling to hold an umbrella,
hold a fries light and hold my phone.
So I probably do that really well, I must admit you.
Know There we go, I. Didn't think your your attention
has. Been taken by the dancing guy.
It was. It was.
It it was the really high quality witch stacked anyone

(34:25):
Yeah, the. Nylon.
Shining in the sun. Yeah, the the shiny wig.
Yep, that's the one. And he's not.
From the only Marvel. Film that John's watched so no,
but he has no idea where he. Is.
I thought it was. Peter, I thought it.
Was Peter. If I'm being honest, I'm not
jealous of you, Robin. I'd love to be in.

(34:45):
Nepcot right now it's I was very.
Surprised it is, especially it's.
Being October the 1st me. Too, I was.
Expecting wow, I think yes, I think everyone's in magic
Kingdom. Let's forget that it's isn't and
it there's a non party night. So a lot of people go to magic

(35:07):
Kingdom to avoid the crowds to to be able to see the fireworks.
Excuse me, I got distracted. Starlight Parade and that.
Is. What I'm going for later and so
wish me luck. They've changed it all.
Right. So haven't they?
They've brought it forward a bitbecause of the it's now got 8

(35:27):
and 10 rather than 9 and 11 isn't it?
Oh OK, that's good to know. Well I didn't yet know.
Yeah, I didn't yet know what thetimings were.
So and the park shops at 10 today so I imagine maybe it'll
be out the heart finances. Yeah, that's nice.
I was before 11. Yeah.
OK, well that'd be nice to watchthen, so.
I'm now in. For the glazes of delicacy so

(35:49):
John Self has just put in the chat warning Buffalo's thorbs of
guyosas will be inconsistent in terms of spice kick and think
soup. Regarding the French onion
guyosas yeah I. My plan was actually for the
Buffalo chicken ones because I quite like a bit of France.
Yeah. So that was my.

(36:11):
Plan. The French Onion was my choice.
But especially after the French onion soup that I had a they
should choose why? Don't they have the French onion
soup with the France food? They should definitely do that.
Oh yeah. It makes.
Sense. I don't, I mean.
Who wants me? Who?
Really? Wants French onion soup in this
better than me Yeah, I. Wouldn't as.

(36:32):
Well, yeah. Yeah.
I've been I wish you were with. Us when we're actually at the
dance. I wish I was there too.
Ben's just having. Flashbacks right now too.
And we mentioned French onions and it's like.
Everyone wants to know more about that saga and.
Listen to today's podcast because it is in full detail we

(36:53):
talked about that evening so. Guys I've made.
A rookie error. I have left my hat, my purse in
the car so I've only got Apple Pay, so I'm going to have to go
and come back because I can't pay, so I'll come.
Back. When I've got my point, loser.

(37:13):
See you in a minute, See you in a minute.
That's so funny. Routine that actually leads.
On to something that is always advertised in here but we've
never done and got one of the festival gift cards, the ones
that you wear on your grease. Yeah.
So we were thinking like for budgeting, for budgeting.
Like $100 on. Or what do you think for the day

(37:34):
and then it's like OK and go anddo that and especially then you
can have keep you and keep your phone on me.
You need is people to buy you a.Gift card as a gift in terms of
like birthday presents. I like that presents.
Buy me Disney. Gift cards and then you can use
them when you're there. Yeah, all.
Universal. Ones now I know that Simon's not
in the chat I know I'm I'm seeing Izzy on Friday to to

(37:58):
catch up on their holiday, but I'd be really intrigued because
he actually found somewhere thatyou could buy so much of an
amount of gift card and. Get a gift.
Card so you're basically you only pay like $35 for a $50.00
gift card and you only and that is like genius money served and
I think restaurant vouchers and.Stuff as well and.

(38:21):
Sometimes. You can do.
That on Amazon like around BlackFriday, so I remember like
buying my oh, she's Christmas presents, restaurants, vouchers,
like it's £50 one for like 40. Yeah, and what?
What? You're hearing is bent a.
Cheapskate. No, I'm making money goes
further. I've learned from John.
Well, it is. Such a massive.
Saving, but if it, if it's a gift card or a food cart, you

(38:45):
know, basically where you've gotfood.
I actually don't think you can go wrong unless you buy too many
and you're left at the end having the, you know, a bit like
you, the old dining plan where you you're basically buying
stuff for the same credit at theend.
But then I suppose. You just take.
They don't. Expire, so just take it back
next time I've got. I think they can also be used on

(39:06):
merchandise as well. You can.
You can use your card if you've got anything.
Left after you've got. Them wine day you can.
I realise I've still got a gift card credit from when we did the
DVC tour in April and I meant touse it when I was there in the
summer and I just forgot completely.
So I've still got like $160 on agift card, a digital gift card

(39:26):
that. Will.
Pay for most of my future when I'm there in December.
So that'd be good and then let's.
Get. Robin.
Let's get Robin back in. Can't.
Expire within 24 months. So yeah, you've got plenty of
time to. Yeah.
He said. Turns out I I just stayed.
In the background the whole timewhen my phone didn't put out.
So yeah, I could have just no, that's.

(39:50):
That's work now is well though, Robin, because that's that's.
That's one of them things. Just like you can use Apple, you
can use Apple bait while still being online.
That would be, I think you've got a.
Battery pack because stream. Yard drains your battery.
No, I do not. That's why I said I'd come on
for half an hour because, like, I was very.

(40:11):
Conservative with. My backpack, I was like, what's
going to fit? That's why the purse came out.
So I was like that's that's extra space.
I've got Apple Pay, I don't needit.
And then. Just warning you check your
battery. Luckily, it was fully.
Charged before I came in the park and I only came in about an
hour ago so fingers crossed. Talking about gift cards, I've

(40:33):
just been. Heard of this little chat about
Costco and Talgar discounted gift cards?
Oh, and. When you can get them.
When? You're interesting, I.
Understand you can get the Costco ones in the UK or if you
cannot, no, you have to buy the money.
Yeah, yeah. But Tarjay trip may.
Have to yeah, I broke my Costco card with me, so maybe I'll.

(40:56):
I always have my Costco card. Yeah, yeah, everywhere I go.
Yeah. I just think this one it was 1.
Of my yeah. No.
I feel like. This is my another.
Show it's. On my list to do this.
Summer and and we didn't get to it no, I might I might take this
on an. Exciting trip tomorrow morning
and say let's go to a Costco because she's I don't think

(41:18):
she's ever been any fun and thenhave all the.
Christmas stuff in don't buy. A kayak I was on Saturday and 8
foot I was. Going to say balls outside.
The 8 foot balls tagging and really I think there's there's

(41:39):
a. Joke in there somewhere.
I'm not, I'm not. I'm not going with it, I'm not.
Definitely enough 8 foot formals.
Is is. Something that is there, yeah.
Sounds like a line from. Rocky Horror Show, yeah, I think
there's. Something in that yeah,
speaking, Speaking of shopping, because I I very nearly text you

(42:00):
guys this. I Live Today or yesterday, but
the Disney Store. I've got a 12 day Christmas
countdown of The Muppets and yeah, when you see something I
want that I want that it's a hundred $160 if it's only
available in the US, but it looks absolutely inmates.

(42:21):
I see John has just. Increased the budget of Secret
Santa. This.
Year. Wish you knew someone was.
In America, the right hand John could bring it back for you at
that price, Sir Robin, you'd. Be having to pay for that, you'd
be having to bring back in underthe bag and things like.
That it was. It was amazing.
But yeah, if you want, I'll sendyou money.

(42:42):
If you've got any space in your bag, I'll be.
I've got I've got a staircase. Don't.
Worry, I've got space. It's one of those things that
you look at and you. Just can't believe, yeah, that
once again, I think that's been very critical of the the shot
and The Muppets, excuse me, in Hollywood studios there seems.

(43:04):
To be. Still a belief in Disney that
The Muppets are saleable material.
And, and that was a bit that really inspired me because I
actually thought, here we go. They're actually, they're going
for this and they're actually just we're going to see more
Muppets merch. I I noticed there was a lot of.
Muppets merch for the Food and Wine Festival actually, and

(43:26):
there's a lot of Muppets stuff. So yeah, they do buy Muppets the
Lab stuff, don't they? In the oldest and JD, that's
where you can get the use. Of the.
See it? So I went for the.
The Buffalo ones I didn't go before.
That was a rig, Sierra, wasn't it?
Fingers. Yeah, I'm just.

(43:47):
Going to go for the fingers, see?
Claire's making a job for a selfie.
Singer, this is what I like. Do you know what this is pretty?
Good. Yeah, I like this.
They're they're really they're quite spicy, but nice.
I'm not the biggest blue cheese fan, so I'm kind of down around

(44:10):
it eating right now. I think this is really nice.
I I forget exactly what what it's sat on something.
Does it say somewhere? I'm just trying to blow up on
the app so you know so. It's a blue cheese cream, so I
don't mind the flavour of blue cheese, just blue.
Crumble. Yeah.
They look good. If.

(44:33):
Anyone can see. Robin At times when you see
Robin on the screen, there's like a little Halo of cloud in
the sky just to. It's absolutely brilliant to
say. Oh, nice, Yeah.
The only thing I'm more concerned about.
Is the description of blue cheese cream?
I'm sure I read that somewhere when I was I was younger, but

(44:53):
that wasn't a good thing. I think there's a celery.
Puree. On there or maybe that's the
pure it's the puree underneath it's it's just very nice.
Everything. Do you know what it's all really
nice. I would eat these again.
I I really like this. I don't like them too spicy. 6.

(45:14):
Dollars for three of them and they're quite fine.
It's all right. Yeah, and.
Shareable. If you were with someone, yeah,
you're going to put. These down.
As expenses now aren't you I don't know what you mean Josh.
There's eaten live on the show. It's.
Been spent. We don't have an expenses

(45:35):
account. Really, that's all I am just
reminding. Ourselves, yeah, we're, we're
doing. Best of the arts in.
January so I'm the whole day could be expensive do.
You know what? I think I've got some other
people. Trouble using expenses accounts,
didn't it? So might as well.
Yeah, let's not go there. Might crazy.
On this. Might raise celery.

(45:57):
I mean little. Celery of a little celery might.
Be me. Maybe.
This. I'm eating around those.
Celery is one that I'm not braveenough to try since my stoma
surgery, so I'm eating around those.
That's not because I'm just like.
Yeah, sadly I'm. Eating around that, which is a

(46:17):
shame. There's a lot of it and it's
also Gary will be OK. But yeah, yeah, I would.
I mean, sadly I only have my fingers saying of course I
stopped. On.
A on a bin cart and she's like I.
Need to ask you. To move.
I was like, oh sorry. This.

(46:41):
Mobile table. It was a mobile table.
It's great. Oh, that's.
How you eat round Epcot? Yeah, you just eat.
Off on. Things.
And you've been with you? Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Makes me think of Terry and her.Little tablecloth she made to
the rosary jeans. That's dumb, I was thinking.

(47:06):
Maybe feel like it. Maybe it's time for dessert.
Oh. That sounds good.
And not too far. Away is is pineapple.
Pineapple cheesecake from Hawaii.
I think there's the cheesecake, Sean.
Yes, there we go. Oh, there we go.
Right. Let's go and get that.

(47:27):
I'll put this in the trash on the way past.
That maybe grab a napkin. For my disgusting things.
So Heather is in the chance. That she's only been to food and
wine. At DCA on the other coast.
How does it compare, Heather? Because actually I'm I'm more

(47:47):
fascinated by that because actually I think in California
Adventure, it kind of gets over,it gets overlooked a little bit.
And it's certainly not, it doesn't seem to be it's not
festival. Festival of YouTube is going and
sampling all kinds of different things and things like that.
So are you melting Robin? Just a.

(48:09):
Little, I mean they were so alsovery spicy.
So. So yeah, but in a good way.
I enjoyed. Them.
They weren't too spicy for me. That's also one of those things
you're not sure. What food you're going to eat on
a hot day and you never know. And I think that was the thing
we struggle with in August because past few years it
started at the end of July. Last few years we've been there.

(48:32):
In October as well, yes, yeah. I have to.
Say earlier today the weather was absolutely stunning and it's
gotten a little warmer over the last sort of hour, hour and a
half. OK, so it it.
I probably should have eaten those earlier.
Never mind if you could bring. Some of that.
Warm weather home with you be much appreciated.

(48:54):
There's not. Much chance of that, Ben.
You've chosen the right. Time to go to go to Florida
saying that when's never a bad time to go Do you know something
I. Think we're on?
To. Something here.
And actually if you look down the whole menu list and if you.
Were there in. August, you wonder if there's

(49:16):
some dishes that and it'd be interesting to see actually how
this pans out, but there'll be some dishes that nobody touches
in August yet. By the time you get to late
October into November, at the very, at the very end of the
festival, when it's a little chillier and that the evenings
are a little bit shorter, they then become the popular dish.

(49:40):
Given it's more, it's more autumnal.
And and because example, you've been I, you know, there's things
in August that you're thinking, I just, I can't eat an awful lot
in the heat. It doesn't doesn't sit well.
Like no so. I wonder if that does change and
whether Disney sort of. In fact, I'd love to be in the

(50:04):
guy who sits there with the laptop and then looks at looks
at how certain of the data. And how?
How much is he spent? On on these certain.
Foods. I agree, I'm just looking
through some of the pics that I had and because of the French
onion soups that I had I had to choose French onion burger at

(50:24):
connections eatery. You into the French onion vibe?
Yeah. Well.
Not. For the I wouldn't.
Be going back to ship the Franceafter our experience, but I'll
definitely go for OH. OK, I definitely need.
To watch the podcast because I don't know this yet, yes, I
can't. Wait for the team the.

(50:49):
Pineapple colada. Sounds sounded quite interesting
which was white rum, dope pineapple juice and sweet and
coconut and. They're.
Over there. No.
Oh, I see, I see. The Hawaii booth, the strawberry
pomegranate Margarita in Mexico is very good.
Yeah, that's what what's I'm interested in trying that, but

(51:10):
not so nice. Sadly.
It's sort of mestal in it. So it's sort of like that's
which I love. No, see I.
That. Usually puts me off but I'd
still get me again. Millie had the mango Peach
bubble tea from China non alcoholic 1 and it actually had
pieces. Of rather.
Than Babe, like the popping bowls, it actually had little

(51:34):
pieces of lychee and filly in and she, I remember that.
Yeah, I remember that. I think we've had it last year
and I didn't. Yeah, sure.
She really liked it. I wanted to I.
Forgot I tried that. Love a bit of bubble tea.
It's a hard cider. It's a.
Bold rock, Apple Crumbie. Oh yeah, I had that on my list

(51:54):
as well. I can I have the cheesecake,
please? Yes, thank you.
Thank you. I'll just.
Yes. Please.
Oh yes, I do have. Do I want a stamp?

(52:14):
Cast. Member highly efficient cast.
Member thank. You.
I could eat. I mean, I could just eat 5.
Of those, I think thank you. There's a lot of cheese.
Options. Got any warm racket?
Swiss cheese? Yeah, I love warm racket.
But I just don't. Like the smell, I can't bear the

(52:37):
smell. It's like the smell of truffles.
It's not OK that whole couples over what what I like is that
the. Fries at the end, one once you
make it more cheese more. Cheese.
Yeah, more cheese. What is the price the?
Price for the cookie one, it's like it's like a they
constructed. Cheesecake in a glass, yeah.

(52:59):
You get the souvenir glass. There as well.
Yeah. But the.
Cookie One Festival of the holidays.
The price at the end is a cookie.
Yes, after you've had all of these. 5 cookies.
Here's another cookie. Yeah.
Thanks for that to Tom. Have some of the have some of
the cookies. Yes, you'll enjoy it, Claire.

(53:22):
Can you see all of the? Sweet treats.
I hate all of the cookies. They're all too sweet.
It's not my thing. I don't do sweet.
It was like savory like do you want yes instead of sweet
everything November from. Festive.
Holidays was everything was covered in pediment.
Oh, I like that. Yeah.
Which is. Which is good.
I've been supposed to put for that somewhat, yes.

(53:43):
I have I have cheesecake. I'm just trying to get across to
the table so. In the trash.
Tan Yeah, actually they're. Spare.
Tables, and we know they're spare because they're in the
direct sunlight, but you know what?
I have an umbrella for that. So that's how quiet it is.
There are empty tables, three empty tables right next to each

(54:04):
other. So that's how quiet it is.
I mean realistically it it really is quite quiet.
And. Over my shoulder you can see
there's just not a person. It's like really over this way.
I mean, the inn is busier over here, but OK, you have.
Us in the queue to get. To get the cheesecake the the
lines are small, but yeah, I'm thinking here we go.

(54:25):
That's. Not open next.
Year is a day to go to. One never got yeah.
Someone will be out, yeah. That's a shame.
Did you get a speaking list, my Robin?
I got a fork. I went for a fork.
And. It's a pineapple cheesecake with
passion fruit curd and macadamianuts.

(54:46):
So I mean, what's not to like, right?
Yes. Passion fruit.
Curd's very sweet. It's not very how I would
describe curd isn't very tart. I mean, it's nice, but oh, it's,
I mean, I don't know why I was expecting like a a casing, but
it's. Very soft.
Right. I'm with Sean.

(55:08):
Will know what? I just need to move to Orlando,
yeah. Save a hell.
Of a lot of trouble, wouldn't it?
Yeah. Take money off flights.
Yeah, I mean, you just go live. Every go live in the park, every
single Wednesday. Yeah, I I think that's, I think
that'd be a much better idea. Don't mind.
Me. Yeah, I'm assuming, don't mind.

(55:31):
Me, I'm just going to have a moment.
With my cheesecake. Oh my gosh, this is very, very,
very nice. I feel like and I.
Did it before. But it was.
Round with like the curd on the top.
Does that sound familiar around the outside?
Yeah. So I feel it's just like a new
take on that, really. And that was lovely.
And this is lovely too. I think this.

(55:59):
Festival is definitely one that you need to go with people so
you can try different things, yeah and yeah.
Absolutely, yeah. And planning and having a list
because. I know there's other stuff that
we've not talked about which arelike the E to the B concerts, so
Ave. planning on coming back to Metcalf to see any of them.

(56:22):
Do you know what? I don't.
Even think I've looked at who's on while I'm here, I think
you've missed out. Yeah, I think I didn't.
I think I knew that, which is sad.
You know, I love golf. Who's going to stop you now?
What's coming up? Ben, have you got the list in
front of you? No, it's.
Better than me. Pass forward.
But it's not. Yeah.
Well, Ben's looking when. While Ben's looking.

(56:44):
For that, I've just put in the fact that Disney Nerd Herders
quite often join the chat, primarily because I joined their
chat and and tell tell Charlie how poor that his football
team's doing they are. They are live from after our
show tonight. They're live at 11:00 PM in the
UK and he's also going to be in Epcot and he he's already done

(57:07):
one show with, with Stacey looking at food and my festival,
which was two weeks ago, but they're going back into it
tonight to do rides, food and a bit of fun.
So oh, that's fun. Yeah, if you want to catch.
Up with Charlie and. Stacey.
Two nights. Time.

(57:28):
It's a Epcot classic. The.
Baha Men, yeah. Do they have any other songs?
Or is it just? It's the equivalent.
It's the equivalent. Of the 12 inch remix, isn't it?
Yeah, yeah. We just like play the one song
for like 45 minutes, so you go cancel.
The back this year we. Saw last year.

(57:51):
They're there. For three nights the Freya there
Frey and wanted there as well. Oh yeah, I did see that The
Wanted The Wanted to be smashing.
Yeah. There wasn't really.
Yeah. Oh, something I do besides.
Not we. Were there it is always
difficult. And every time that we we've
been to sort of food and wine, it's just been tight.

(58:14):
It's always people who don't want to say.
On the days we're choosing just so, I just enjoyed.
The music as we go. Pulsed November Boys to men are
there. I'm bowling for school, boys.
If you ever sorry. If you ever.
The beach. Boys, the whole destiny finishes
on the November the 16th and 17th with The Beach Boys.

(58:35):
I mean, that's pretty cool. I mean, that's pretty good.
I need I need to go out. There between November and 14th
so say. Only if they're going to play
Guineas. And.
Ferb imagine there'd be a long version.
Of that I'm not. I'm not.
I'm not. Quite sure how.
Many The Beach Boys will actually manage that to get
though. Yeah, so it doesn't matter.

(58:57):
That's the. Same.
No, Brian, they're. Not there playing ACV.
Show, yeah. I think I we saw Wilson.
Phillips here one time at the world of them at the That one,
that one. I used to think of that film
Bride. Yeah, yeah, 45 minutes.

(59:18):
Yeah, 12 minutes remix. Yeah.
They did a lot of their parents songs.
To be fair, in the in the littleset.
So why not? Why not?
I love seeing some of those bands in Echo because it is just
like they play every other song you've never heard until the
last minute and it's. Just something.

(59:40):
That is missing from a lot of Disney.
Parts live entertainment is something that I know we didn't
do any news beginning show, but I know that there's a a group
that's. Been added to Hollywood studios.
Oh, jazz band, I think. Oh, that's.
Very exciting. That's something like.
That so yeah, it's. Something that especially now

(01:00:02):
that the area has closed off forthem to reinstall the hat and
the animation Academy reinstall the hat.
Yeah, return the hat to its rightful place.
Not in front of the Chinese Theatre.
Yeah, absolutely, Ben. Who would?
I thought it. Yeah, it's just like it doesn't
take. Much does it like?
You know that's the reason. I.

(01:00:23):
Bought AT shirt from Disneyland, which had the source of Mickey
hat. When we were there, it was like
the news it already announced that the house returned and was
like, I'm going to get that. I'm going to get another break.
T-shirt from Etsy or something about the hat.
I mean, you don't need to go to Etsy.
For you know you have a friend that can make all these things
to do. I might give you something to

(01:00:45):
think. About the hat it might not we we
can do that. We can make that happen for you
are. We talking about so Tiki?
To start, an interest may, may, maybe, maybe.
Is that s S? EWW.
TI Yeah. At dot Co dot.
UK, yeah, yeah. That's the one we ship
internationally, I believe. I do ship internationally or if

(01:01:09):
you're really lucky and I'm I'm.Deliver it.
I have delivered. The dress to someone in
California. That's why you.
That was the whole reason I readI'm.
Just going to check whether. Simon's actually watching the
show or just texting me and sending send a heat load of Jaws

(01:01:30):
stuff, having having been inspired by the Jaws mode.
Thank you Simon. Well, you've turned the show
off. Pictures are absolutely.
Incredible. Obviously mate, I just think
that is I love Sean's comment. I want to go to not so scary
dressed as the hat now, right I.Think he's good?

(01:01:50):
You go as. The hat I'll go as one.
Of the Combs from Toy Story to repurpose them each year.
Yeah, that's a good time. Just change the outside repaint
it. That'd be fun.

(01:02:11):
Thank. You.
My pleasure. Of course you've got time to do
it. I.
Can't see it while I'm done a little.
Red bit. Yeah, it's nice.
I'll be going back in the car, yeah.
It's. Fine.
I'm heading up to back up to theDVC lounge because now new

(01:02:32):
information for me and I don't know if anyone else already knew
this. They have characters up there
called membership matches, whichis the membership magic is the.
Bit you have pay hall which isn't eligible for international
guests. Absolutely.
However, a girl up there said tome, but we as you're from the UK
and you are not eligible to buy membership magic, we let you

(01:02:53):
come in anyway. So I'm on my way to go up and
meet Nick and Judy Hart. Oh wow, nice.
So. So, yeah, well, that's that's
very kind of you. So you are from the UK,
Something to know you. You can go.
Up there, and not just for. The.
Membership I've picked but although it should be but

(01:03:13):
because we aren't eligible to buy it, we can go out and sell
you the. Fairy so so.
Brilliant. That's where I'm.
Heading. I like that.
That's. Amazing.
Yeah, nice bit of air conditioning.
Yes, that's. Also what I'm looking forward to
a nice diet, a crispy Diet Coke and.
A. Crispy dykes and smashing and

(01:03:34):
assist for a little bit before Ihead over to Magic Kingdom and
enter the chaos. Make sure you get some Beverly.
Before you go though, obviously.I'm not making any promises
about. That one.
John, did you get Beverly this time?
We always just. Have a little.
Random little bit of which? Which version of the Coke

(01:03:56):
machine is this? And it's a blind, a blind taste
test is is it's a very childish game.
And when you go without children, it becomes it becomes
even more childish when two adults carrying on the same.
The same joke that's been going on for.
Years. So yeah, that's became even
funnier what I did like. Not that long ago I saw someone

(01:04:17):
put a bit of each drink. Oh no, that's got a name to it.
Yeah, that's the thing. Ohh, having worked to know
whether that. Is like better than just having
Beverly on it. So that's a challenge that the.
The guys working at club Cool doyeah.
OK, so. If you if you live in.
Scotland, you probably would know the the terminology of

(01:04:38):
yeah, the boat and that and thatis exact.
That is exactly what that would think it.
Would bring on the boat. And that the.
Team working there. Encourage people to and they
laugh at them when they do it and they go.
They all do it first and then, yeah, it's a thing.

(01:05:00):
OK, wonderful. That's right.
Yeah, that is exactly. What it's called exactly How
that that's it? Not good, yes.
And no, the merging trick does not help.
I have the Beverly. If you do it and then put.
Beverly. It's like a little Topper, a

(01:05:20):
little Beverly float. On the top.
Really. No.
I'm not seeing it. Am I the only one that's?
Slightly tempted. To give that a guy, yes.
OK, next somewhere in Epcot. Video.
Yes, I will. Yeah.
Film it. Yeah, that's it.

(01:05:42):
All right. That's it, I'm.
Done Epcot in. January.
That's that's something that's awesome.
I've got yeah. I'll happily drink it over some
of the others over the Chinese BBQ sauce one.
Yeah, yeah. Number one from Yeah, let's go.
In the comments, your favorite drink is from Club Corn.
I don't like to hear that. One it's good I.

(01:06:04):
Don't. I don't really like.
Any of them. None of them.
So I think, I think, yeah, I think we missed.
Something there and we go back next summer.
Just just just. In order to make sure that we.
Actually have content in a year's time.
So next October we will have thereveal video.

(01:06:29):
I was all I was all trying each of the different drinks in in
Epcot. I think that's I'll tell you
what, John. What we'll do is.
Next summer. We will go and we'll go to the
coke store and we'll go to the bar at the top and we'll do the
the different, all the coke, thethe 16 different.
Yeah. I've got a better I've.
Got a better? Idea let's.

(01:06:51):
Do World. Showcase from start to finish as
a live show have. You seen?
Those. Videos.
I'm clear and this is my first drink.
I'd make it to the third drink. And.
Yeah. My. 3rd drink.

(01:07:12):
Can't be out. Sure, let's do it.
Let's make it a date I've. Got a day in it, right?
Do it. I'm going to go.
Because. Any moment now the rain is
coming in, it's getting windy and the clouds are coming, so it
was lovely. To see you.
All have. A great day weather.

(01:07:32):
Forecast from Epcot. Yeah, the rain's coming.
Nothing. The rain's coming.
Doesn't look like it, but I. Promise the the cracked clouds
are coming in. You can feel it.
You know you can. Feel it.
You can feel. The breeze.
So yeah, definitely I'm going tohead in.
Robin gets my seat. We'll see you soon, see.

(01:07:54):
You soon guys, thank you for. Actually.
Being live and. Actually, she just used the term
our Orlando correspondent. This is it.
I mean, I'll probably get that away.
Oh, sorry, you didn't. No, it's like I'll say bye bye.
See you, Robin. Oh.
I love that. Just basically wanted to be in

(01:08:16):
Orlando, right? Now, and I was surprised how
quiet Epcot seemed to be on the 1st.
Heather Yes, that's the one. That tastes like shake and bake.
It's disgusting. Oh.
Really is. Yeah, not good.
That just brings. Up memories to talk.
About shaking back, I think. I'm with you.
I think I'd prefer Beverly to the BBQ Chinese.

(01:08:38):
Shake and bake Any different? Shaken back.
No, I have some shape and bake I.
Had so the story is that I don'tknow if you remember probably
about must be just after COVID. It's just after the parks
reopened. Yeah, Jason went and did the
Bob. He did all the coke tasting
flight with Lisa. Vine I.

(01:09:01):
Remember. That.
They both got. Ridiculously giggly on sugar,
which was hysterical. And they talked about this drink
tasting like shake and bake. And we were like, we don't get
shake. We don't have shake and bake.
We don't. Well, I could think of a shake
was. Shake and bake.
And. They were like, you know, Shake

(01:09:21):
and. Bake, you know, the stuff that
you put on. I was like, we don't get shake
and bake in the UK. That's enough.
I have no. Idea.
So the next time I was there I bought some shake and bake.
I bought 5 packets and I've usedone I'm.
Getting none. As I said.
I've bought 5 packets, I've usedone.

(01:09:43):
And then we. Need to we need to grab.
One and just see what it's like.I will, I'll tell you.
Do you have? One again.
Look for your letterbox next week.
Remind me first because I wonder.
What's coming through the door? I will send it, yeah.
And you can. Phone up the bomb the.
Bombs. For us, that would be just like
some suspicious package. No, not, not for.

(01:10:09):
Me. But I have some in a.
Draw. Just go.
I've just I've. Just written this down because
actually I think that'd be a really good show.
Food items you bring home that just don't don't translate.
It just don't translate. I think that's that's.
Definitely. A show that we can do.

(01:10:30):
Yeah, I've got a whole load. Of stuff that I brought back for
Anna. That I was like, why do you mean
it's? A.
Quite gravy mix. Country.
Gravy. Yeah, I know.
Anna's not. Watching, she's like.
Is she start? She's starting off her own
Cracker Barrel. I think she needs to.
Replaster her walls. Does she got a crack somewhere

(01:10:55):
that needs filling? Yes, it did.
Because again, she listened backto this a lot.
I love our Wednesday shows. Well, even.
I'll just speak. So.
Now he isn't doing this. Just yeah.

(01:11:20):
You. Know what?
It's a little. Bit.
Have you ever When we watch, I mean during our trip we went to
see Frozen show and during that all the two historians and
Christophe literally just broke on stage and about several
minutes it took him to recomposehimself.

(01:11:43):
Yeah, thank. You, Sarah, that was exactly
where I was. At how?
How dare you? Speak.
How dare you speak of somebody who's about to get married?
Was it next month or something like that?
Four weeks in such a. Way.

(01:12:04):
But not I'm stressed about. It very excited.
About it, that's what I mean. That's how I feel about it.
It's very exciting. It's not not long at all.
So do you know what I think we should wrap up tonight's show So
we've shared our favourites. I feel rapidly.
Yeah, before we, before we. Actually take it, ascend into

(01:12:25):
more chaos. But yeah, we shared our
favourites out of your tone. So which food and wine dish is
top of your list for 2025? And if you could only celebrate
one parks birthday today would be Magic Kingdom or Epcot.
So let's send the comments or over on our Facebook community
the waffle designs. So thanks before we.
Finish right? So where would you rather be on

(01:12:45):
the daylight today? Epcot.
I. Also because.
I feel like the past few chips, we've not had the opportunity to
spend as much time in Epcot and do the full day in Epcot.
I think that was the downside ofgoing through the summer and
having a bit of dodgy weather attimes.

(01:13:06):
We got caught in a few heavy storms and it would always rain
when we're in Epcot. And so I feel like the Magic
Kingdom was so much constructionthat's going on exchange.
I feel like we did a lot of it during our recent trip.
I just want to be in Epcot now. Yeah, hands up.
For it cut. Yeah, I think so.
I think it's definitely hands upin the chat.

(01:13:27):
Yeah, I think I. Think it definitely was hands
down, hands down, we're going that way.
And I actually, I actually thinkthat's exactly right then.
And I know how the Magic Kingdomfor nostalgia, I love that.
I love that thing. You have that.
And it's the one thing, if you listen to the podcast, you'll
actually get a little bit of a feel for how we felt.

(01:13:51):
We all. Felt and actually.
Magic Kingdom is lacking a little bit of magic at the
moment and yeah, and we and, andwe're positive people and.
And actually, I think that comesacross as always someone
there's. Always someone who goes the
complete opposite goes, thank you, Sean, Thank you.
That's not a bad guy. That's not a bad I'll.

(01:14:12):
Go to fantastic. I'm with you.
Yeah, I'm I'm a. Quick Archive boss I.
Could always do it. Go go fantastic in December.
Just sit at the back, Yes. Not, not.
Down the front. Yeah.
Anyway, sorry I was just. I digress, as we as we often do
on the Wednesday. Yeah, usually it's when.

(01:14:33):
John's in charge. So yeah, let's send the comments
all. Don't forget, oh, join us in the
buffers on our Facebook community.
So thank you for watching. If this helps you plan your next
cup trip, make sure you hit the like button, subscribe and also
share out the show. So don't miss our brand new
podcast, which was out today. We're sharing our hits and
misses of the summer, especiallytalking about Chef de France.

(01:14:54):
And also we talk about John's very first ride on Aggroids and
what it was like to dress up forMickey's not so scary Halloween
party in the heat of August. You won't want to miss the show
so. Until next time.
We'll see you soon. We'll see you real soon.
I'll go and fill it crack. No, my wheels in motion.
