Today, we’re pulling back the curtain on one of the most fascinating aspects of Disney’s food operations: the Flavor Lab. This behind-the-scenes powerhouse is responsible for nearly every new restaurant, dish, and drink at Disney theme parks worldwide. Let’s dive into this incredible facility's structure, operations, and purview!

 The Flavor Lab’s Structure

Imagine a 7,000-square-foot, backstage-only test kitchen, brimming with creativity and culinary innovation. The Flavor Lab is divided into four distinct sections: 

1. Eat 
2. Create
3. Drink
4. Industrial Kitchen
