All right, So Bonnie, whatmade you go to BE Balanced?
Well, you know, I'm acancer survivor and so health is really really
important to me. And actually thisis my twenty year cancer versary launch.
I know, I know. SoI've had twenty years to try to deal
with this, and as you getolder, you know it's it's more of
a struggle. But you know,I've been working at it. And when

I heard that there was a hormonebalance program that was natural and not prescription,
then I wanted to really check itout. And so I went in
had the free consultation and like youguys get it, you know, they
got and it's all about and it'snot just about weight loss sol though I
did lose a bunch of weight inthe process, but it's about feeling better,
having more energy, being able toget rid of stress and inflammation.

this balanced out because I had mycancer was actually an estrogen hormone cancer too

much, So how do you getthat back in balance? So balance is
the major word. And so whenthey started talking about it's a natural process,
it's not about taking prescriptions to tryto get you figured out, and
I just I love the program.It's about gut health. Doctors will tell
you that gut health is really important. That's where everything starts. And then

about food sensitivities and along the way, I got better sleep, I started

Of course it is, It reallyis. So how did that start?
It started when I was in myforties as well. I'm now almost fifty
four, and thank you, Yeah, you're very kind. In my mid

forties, I was struggling with alot of issues. I wasn't sleeping through
that a lot of issues people willrecognize. I wasn't sleeping through the night.
I had headaches, I had twohigh blood pressure meds. Yet I
was doing all the right stuff right, I'm eating a thousand calories a day,
I'm exercising like crazy. My husbandand my daughter and I we all
climb out Everest to base Camp.I didn't lose a pound. I wasn't
sleeping, didn't lose a pound.It's still at the high blood pressure,

and then I was getting the hotflashes on top of it all. So
everything was going kind of downhill.Yet I'm doing all the right stuff.
I'm not alone. And when Iwent through the program that was right for
me, through be balanced, allof that disappeared. I lost the weight.
I don't get headaches anymore, Isleep like a baby, and I
just feel amazing. What kind ofresults do people see? So our average

clients for a female sees fifteen totwenty two pounds of weight loss in the
first month. Men seem a bitmore. That's got to tick you off.

the one thing you want people toknow about be balanced? Well, you
don't have to necessarily go to yourregular doctor, because I've done that and

I've not really gotten the answers Iwanted about getting hormones in balance. It's
really important to find out what isindividualized for you and what they do with
the program with food and sensitivities.You know, it's a building up program.
They take away, they build itup and we find out how you
feel as an individual. And Ilove that. You know, it's great

that they have. I have mycounselor Tommy Anne. I could call her
anytime. She actually gave me somethingto help me to get rid of stress.
That was like a little recorded,you know, thing about relaxation and
it was awesome. And you know, anytime I need a draw, call
her up and talk to her andsay what about this? What about this?
And she's like, okay, Iknow you cheated one little time.
It's okay. It's like all right, no very much. She's like no,

no, in perfection. Yeah,And then they're so good and so
then we build it back up andyou really pay attention. I had a
journal that they had, and youknow, I'd write down all the things
that I would eat and how Iwould feel about it. And it's not
about counting calories or you have tohave certain foods, but it is about
what the sensitivities are and that's everything. So it was great. She mentioned

individualized that that's kind of a uniquekind of thing. Yes, yes,
she'll tell us about that. SoBonnie's referring to there is when we are
building a program for a client,we're really basing it on what works for
them. And so when you getinto food sensitivities, what food works for
me is different than what works forBonnie. And it may be very healthy
food for both of us, butit might not work. And what that's

going to do. If it's notworking for us, it's going to cause
a lot of stress, which isgoing to cause a lot of inflammation.
It's not a cookie cutter. Everyperson is different, all right. So
