Welcome to Episode 31 discussing activities that are habit forming, and our routine is to turn to those things in moments of boredom or sadness, in search of happiness or fun. Those activities that are available to us are not all spiritually good for us and not all healthy. In fact the easiest sources of dopamine are likely those things that are actually not permitted under the perfect law of liberty. 

Too late you say? Already addicted? There's hope! Spiritual transformation is prevent to break addiction and put us back on the right path. Also, surrounding ourselves with a spiritually healthy environment can teach us how to have good clean fun.
