Once the hip replacement is over, what is the thing or things you can do to create some highlights or some positives in your life. You have the ability to swing the pendulum to the positive side after going through the downside of a hip replacement.
How to create your Comeback
- Move past the hip replacement – take accountability for recovery
- Determine what’s important to you? May be different than in the past
- Start Small
- Be consistent
- Go get it – be Active
