- PRP – Platelet Rich Plasma

I tried these alternatives over 10 years ago. These treatments may continue to get better over time. They may have given me some temporary relief. Today, the benefits may be even greater. Any alternatives may be better than surgery because they present less risk. I consider surgery a last effort and all attempts should be made to use less-invasive methods.
