While Cain's story is short and we do not know much about him, there are still things we can learn from history's first murderer. Competition, anger, jealousy, rage: all things you may have felt on your drive to the office this morning but also things that are very dangerous in the life of a man when left unchecked. Cain allowed these emotions to get the best of him and in a loss of control he killed his brother and created a ripple effect of guilt, judgement, punishment, and separation.
