In this podcast episode I explain when and why I began my own healing journey and discuss some of what topics I will be touching on in episodes to come, and for the record I am always open to suggestions :) I also discuss specifically how losing my mom led me to begin a podcast and why I chose "Acceptance" to be the basis of the first episode recorded. I begin with offering questions that will allow you to critically evaluate the person you are today keeping in mind the person you would like to become, that is your higher self, so you feel at ease beginning your own journey back to self or feel confident in trusting whatever higher power you believe in to guide you to become exactly what you envision your next level self to be! I dive deep into this idea of acceptance and living a life of grace and gratitude despite what is going on around you and how to manage what I call "negative stimuli" and the feelings that arise as a result. Please join me as we embark on the road to self discovery.
