In this episode I discuss what the inner child/pain body is as well as what the ego is; both of which are apart of every human being on earth. I effectively explain how both your inner child and ego can shape the beliefs you have about your own identity and the way in which you ultimately view everything about the world around you and how this fits into the development of your subconscious mind. I try to make these concepts easier for you all to understand by explaining how my own inner child/pain body and my ego interacted with the outside world to shape how I viewed myself and the world around me, including how I viewed my own family for a very long time. I also provide information on how I began to identify both my own inner child/pain body and my ego and the exact steps I took to start healing both.
