This episode that is one I thought a lot of people could relate to because vulnerability is such an integral part of building the relationship we each have with ourselves as well as those around us. I learned all of what I talk about in this episode throughout three years of therapy, and that progress simply would not happen if I wasn't willing to go deeper within my soul to confront the parts of me that I refused to face for so long. But that's the best part of the ART therapy, sessions are facilitated to help you face the scary parts of yourself, and your trauma without making you extensively speak about it out loud. So it has been through healing that I was able to make this connection - that all along in every session, I was becoming more and more vulnerable with myself leading me here today and I couldn't be more grateful!
