Sarah Wilson hosts the "Everything's Messy Podcast" and is a certified wellness coach specializing in autoimmune diseases. She believes in the power of collaboration and sees the potential for creating impactful content together.

Sarah's journey has been anything but smooth. Diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at 15, she struggled for years with unregulated blood sugar due to not taking her condition seriously. Like many teenagers, Sarah was resistant to the idea of regularly injecting insulin, which led to dia-bulimia—a condition where insulin is restricted to maintain a lower weight. This behavior kept her blood sugar levels dangerously high, causing long-term damage.

As she grew older and became a mother, Sarah devoted all her energy to her children, battling intense mom guilt whenever she attempted to focus on her health. This physical and mental stress culminated in a severe heart attack just six days before her 43rd birthday.

During her recovery, Sarah realized that the conventional medical system was not helping her heal; in fact, it was worsening her condition. This realization prompted her to become her health advocate, challenging the traditional medical approach. Now, two years after her heart attack, Sarah is off all heart medications and has transformed her life, becoming a certified wellness coach. Her mission is to help others navigate and heal from their "mess," just as she has.

Sarah would love to share her story with your audience, mainly focusing on the silent warning signs that predominantly affect women, overcoming mom guilt, and effective stress management techniques. She believes her experiences and insights could bring valuable content to your podcast.

Make sure to follow Sarah and support her mission, too!
