Speaker 1 (00:00):
Doctor Pete Sulak is a nationally recognized healthcare provider, chiropractor,
and expert in holistic and functional medicine. He led one
of the largest wellness clinics in the US, Redeem Health,
where he treated thousands of patients using integrative protocols designed
to optimize help at.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
The cellular level. But in late.

Speaker 1 (00:21):
Twenty twenty four, doctor Pete's world turned upside down when
he was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. Rather than accept
his prognosis, doctor Pete became his own case study, applying
his protocols to himself with fierce determination and faith. Just
four months later, in what doctors have called a medical miracle,

(00:42):
he was declared in full remission. Now in recovery, doctor
Pete is on a mission to share his story and
empower others to take control of their health. Through his
Be Resilient program and Redeem Essential's supplement line, he offers hope,
science and radically different approaches to chronic illness and cancer.

Speaker 3 (01:07):
The body becomes nutrient deficient or mineral deficient, it doesn't
allow the body to detoxify itself the way it's supposed to,
so a lot of people are chasing after different detoxes
and clans, and I have all those with redeem essentials.
We just came out with the brand new Parasite Clans.
It's an all natural Parasite Clans comes with the Zone manual.
It's pretty fantastic. But if the body's nutrient deficient, it's

(01:30):
not going to do that effectively anyway. And so we
have a whole line of products that will support the mitochondria.
We have adaptogenic herbs that will bring the body back
to homeostasis implum, the body position that it can actually
heal effectively. We have women's hormones and women's multivitamins and
men's and so forth. But I think when it comes
to there's a lot of confusion around the mitochondria of metabolism.

(01:54):
In fact, most people think that metabolism is I have
a good metabolism or a fat metabolism because I'm skinny,
or I have a slow metabolism or a bad metabolism
and I'm overweight. But metabolism really has nothing to do
with how skinny you are, overweight you are. Metabolism is
actually the body's ability to take vitamins, minerals, proteins, fats,

(02:14):
and carbs through the mitochondria of the cell. So every
time you eat, that's fuel, and that food goes to
the mitochondria of your cell, which is the powerhouse of
your cell and produces atp energy metabolised for life. That
whole process is referred to as metabolism. Well, the more
efficient that process is converting food into energy the least,

(02:39):
the lesser amount of free radicals, and the cleaner the fuel. So,
for instance, let's say we don't pay attention to what
we put in our car into our body. That's like
going to the gas station and putting the nastiest fuel
ever into our car engine. It will still give me
from say Tennessee to Minnesota back and forth many times,

(03:00):
but it's the expense of tons and tons of corrosion.
And so if we don't pay attention to what we
put in our body, if we live to eat rather
than eat to live or eat for resilience, and we
don't pay attention, it's at the expense of tons and
tons of corrosion, and our body will just break down
with free radicals and inflammation and affecting the mitochondria. But

(03:21):
if I go to the gas station now and I
put the cleanest fuel in my engine and then it says,
would you like to add this additive. Well, the additive
is there to clean out the previous corrosion from the
car engine. Well, that's like antioxidants. So what antioxygenants do
is they go and clean out previous corrosion and free radicals.
They're like a sponge for free radicals. Hydrogen water for instance,

(03:44):
especially if you get a certain kind, it's more powerful
than eighteen hundred blueberries in the antioxis and eighteen hundred
blueberries and so we can actually so food is medicine,
and research has now proven that. And food dictates how
the mitochondria work. And if we don't pay attention to
what we put in our body, it creates mitochondrial dysfunction

(04:06):
and affects metabolic health, which is metabolism. And really that's
what leads the cancers up today, in the chrondic illnesses
of today. And so cancer is a mitochondrial disease and
you can actually fix that through diet, detoxification, oxygenation, and
just stirring over the temple of God.

Speaker 4 (04:27):
I love that we can choose so many different ways
to heal our bodies and our minds.

Speaker 1 (04:41):
When you really look at all of these different modalities
out there, where do you see the most significant gaps?

Speaker 2 (04:53):
And what would you change about cancer treatment right now?

Speaker 3 (04:59):
You know, that's very interesting question, you know, I have
On Thanksgiving, my wife allowed me to invite people into
our journey on social media and Instagram specifically and now
on Facebook, and I just began to say okay, And
it was vulnerable for my wife because it was like, well,
who knows what's going to happen, but she, you know,

(05:19):
allowed me to invite people in. It's been amazing to
see people kind of join me on this journey. And
I really my focus is to inspire people and really
implement the things that I'm personally doing and share with
the world. And we created what's called a Resilience Protocol,
which is now an eighty seven page document that we
give out for free. Simply going to my social media

(05:41):
Instagram or Facebook and typing protocol and any one of
the comments will actually let you download that for free.
Just check your messages. But in there, I share the
philosophy about how I personally approached cancer. The people that
were inspirational to me, like a doctor Thomas Seafree, doctor
Otto Warburg, doctor McClellan and Max Gerson and others. I've

(06:04):
also talked about, Okay, what used cancer in the physiology
of cancer itself, I talk about the five pillars that
I really approach this with a personalized diet, personalized supplementation, detoxification.
Some of the things that I personally do for detoxification
are things like coffee enemas. I used to make fun
of my wife for doing those three times a month.

(06:25):
Now I do sometimes two to three times a day,
a great way to detoxify the liver and the kidneys.
I also do things like casture oil for detoxification, adding
this efficiency back for detoxification, hydrating myself for detoxification. When
it comes to oxygenation, there's great tools like hyperbaric oxygen therapy,

(06:45):
things like ozone saunas. High dose vitamin C will actually
turn into a hydrogen peroxide in the body, like a
natural hydrogen proxide in the body. Just incredible research. Now
things like PEM for pulse electromagnetic frequency, which is just
it will actually supercharge the healthy cells and make the

(07:06):
unhealthy cells more vulnerable. And so there's a lot of
things right now that if we really implement these five pillars.
It will put the body in position to really fight
and fight effectively, making sure that detoxication pathways open and
making sure that we can put a body and give
it the best chance of survival and to thrive afterwards.

Speaker 1 (07:29):
That is so it's so inspiring just to know that
there are so many different ways that we can look
at our health and wellness and really come about things
and say, you know, I was told that I had

(07:51):
this horrible diagnosis, and I'm going to take it a
different direction and do something different. If you were going
to give someone, as we end right now, just one
last piece of advice about optimizing their health, optimizing their mindset,

(08:14):
what would it be.

Speaker 3 (08:16):
I think one just letting you know this listening that
your life is a great, great work value and significance,
and your life is worth fighting for and just simply
for the people that you know and the people that
love you tremendously and be willing to really fight and
do whatever it takes. It's those that go all in,

(08:40):
and there's a lot of people that go all in
and unfortunately they don't make it. But I think for
those that do go all in, there's just so much
more opportunity and I think for me, regardless of whether
you take a conventional approach or a traditional approach, or
will you take an allistic approach, food is medicine. Regardless
of what you say. If there's one lie I would

(09:00):
encourage you not to listen to, it's that food doesn't matter.
Eat whatever you want. I have so many people that
I work with that while they're having chemo, the foods
that they're eating are cookies, milkshakes, diet cokes, and a pizza.
And it's just unfortunately, give your body a chance, you know,

(09:22):
find people that are willing to fight for you and
be an advocate for you. But food is medicine, and
if you basically incorporate just simple practical solutions, it goes
a long long way to helping you overcome what you're
dealing with.

Speaker 2 (09:37):
Friends, you can find protocols that will allow you to
