The Drink: The Piña Colada
- 1/2 medium lime
- 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks (about 2 1/2 ounces)
- 3 ounces well-stirred coconut cream (not cream of coconut)
- 2 ounces white rum
- 2 ounces simple syrup
But it all in a blender and enjoy!
