Speaker 1 (00:00):
Today, I heard a
staggering statistic that only
8% of people end up achievingtheir goals.
For the new year.
I want you to have the mostincredible 2025.
The energy is so supportive ofmassive changes this year,
especially for those willing andable to step into the version
(00:25):
of themselves that has beencalling them for quite a while.
Speaker 2 (00:53):
We're going to get
into this and more in the first
episode of 2025.
Let's get going.
Hey of an entrepreneur, levelup.
Step it up because I believe, find your purpose.
Time to be a magnetic leader.
Speaker 1 (01:13):
Welcome to the
Magnetic Leader Podcast.
If you missed our last episode,we have recently changed the
name from the Confident, connected Leader to the Magnetic
Leader.
I am your host, lisa Jeffs, andtoday we're going to go beyond
the conventional, beyond theexpected and way, way beyond
(01:36):
SMART goals.
If you're ready to prep for thenew year or get in at the least
motivated but we're actuallygonna do some prepping during
this podcast so, if you canyou're not driving, you're
(01:58):
listening to this at home get apaper and a pen, get your
journal if needed or, ifpossible, have your notepad on
your phone ready.
We're going to talk about inthis episode why SMART goals
just don't cut it for themajority majority of
(02:21):
entrepreneurs and highperformers and really anyone
who's looking for substantial,long-lasting change, there is a
time and place for SMART goals.
So, if you're not familiar withSMART goals, what it stands for
(02:42):
is and there's variations ofthis, but in general, what it
stands for is specific, measurable, achievable, relevant
or realistic and time-bound.
Now, there is a time and placefor SMART goals, but when you
(03:05):
are truly looking to transformyour life, particularly when you
are doing prep for the new year, smart goals are too focused on
what you think or what you wantto get done, as opposed to who
(03:30):
you want to become, and becauseof that, they can be very
limiting.
So Benjamin Hardy, who is athought leader in
transformational psychology.
I love Benjamin Hardy.
He's written the books 10X over2X, who, not how.
He is a brilliant writer and hepoints out that SMART goals
(03:57):
often anchor us to incrementalprogress, not exponential growth
.
Incremental progress, notexponential growth.
So in my magnetic leadershipaccelerator that is currently in
its beta it will most likely bein its beta for the next six
months to a year we don't justseem to grow right.
(04:30):
It is not the Accelerator isn'tjust about achieving goals,
it's about transforming, andtoday we're going to go into how
to think bigger, align withyour future self and prep for
2025 with clarity and confidenceand in a way that I'm hoping
you enjoy a lot more than justsimply writing out your SMART
(04:50):
goals.
I'm not a fan of SMART goals.
I'm really not, for the mostpart, if we're only looking at
creating SMART goals.
I am so vision focused.
I am a high performer, a highachiever, whatever that means to
you.
For me, it simply means that Ireflect on my life and my values
(05:15):
, what's important to me and Ifocus on that and I like to cut
out the rest.
That is a lot of filler and alot of I don't like to use the
word wasted time and effort, butit's definitely not the most
beneficial time and effort whenthose aspects of our life don't
(05:41):
align to our core values, what'simportant to us, what we are
desiring to create.
So smart goals are, in myopinion, not exciting whatsoever
, not motivating and verylimiting, because I know from my
own experience transformingthat you can make a radical
(06:08):
shift overnight.
There have been moments in mylife where I have gotten to
places where I've been so sickand tired of what I was
experiencing.
So one of them was when I wasgoing through an addiction.
I was going through anaddiction for about four years
to drugs.
(06:28):
What I was really doing wasnumbing, a lot of grief from my
father's passing and a lot ofemotional pain and, through the
grace of God, spirit, myconnection to something else
(06:50):
beyond me, I was able to make aradical shift within the matter
of a few weeks.
It was literally a moment whereI had a very distinct feeling,
knowing, not even a feeling.
Well, it was a feeling and itwas a knowing that that part of
(07:11):
my life was over.
It was time to move forward.
I didn't know what the heck wasgoing to come after that, but I
knew.
I had that distinct feeling.
This is it.
We've run this course for fouryears this is what it felt like
in that moment, longer than whatwas planned, let's say by my
(07:32):
soul, by my spirit, it's likeokay, four years is enough.
It's time You're here forsomething else.
We need to make some radicalchanges.
And within two weeks of thatepiphany, I found out I was
pregnant, and that was a hugecatalyst.
It's now or never.
This is either going to happennow or it's going to go down a
(08:03):
very dark, even more of a darkpath.
And I made radical changesinstantly.
Obviously, I had to, but Ichanged my entire self-identity
within that moment.
What I believed was possible,who I believed I was, what I was
deciding to put my focus into.
(08:23):
And within I don't even thinkit was a month, I was working at
a new job within the Sick KidsHospital, at the coffee shop.
Prior to this, if you know mystory, I was in the adult
entertainment world, so it was astark difference from that and
(08:43):
I just had such a differentoutlook on life and was in such
wonderfully different place thanI was, and this isn't the only
time that I've made radicalshifts and changes in my life.
I'm just talking about one verydistinct one when we look at
SMART goals.
(09:04):
Life, I'm just talking aboutone very distinct one.
When we look at SMART goals, Ido believe that it limits a lot
of people and if you are a highperformer, high achiever, it
doesn't take into account whatreally drives us.
So we're going to go from smartgoals to a magnetic vision and
(09:30):
transformation.
Instead of setting goals basedon where we are today, we're
setting them based on who wewant to become.
This is where Benjamin Hardy'sframework intersects with my
magnetic leadership approach.
It's about creatingidentity-driven, emotionally
(09:56):
compelling and stretch goalsthat align with our purpose, our
values and our vision.
Part of the SMART goal framework, which I don't like, especially
when people use the realisticfor the R in the acronym.
(10:20):
Because what is realistic?
You know, if we look atrealistic, nobody who's done
anything worthwhile has goneinto it with a quote, unquote
realistic lens.
And if we're only basing thingson what we think are realistic,
(10:46):
what are we even basing this on?
Whose belief system are webasing it on Now.
Okay, within reason, there arecertain things that, okay, let's
take into account.
If it's, you know, if your goalis to be the president of the
United States, you know, by nextmonth, and you've never dabbled
(11:10):
in politics, you know nothingabout politics or anything.
Okay, we might want to bringdown that goal a little bit.
Okay, obviously that's anextreme example, but for the
most part I'll give you anexample.
There is a gentleman that hepopped up on my YouTube about a
month ago and, great, he has afantastic idea, fantastic niche.
(11:38):
This gentleman is 80 years old.
I'm pretty sure it didn't takehim over six weeks to get
monetized and to grow hisfollowing.
I think it was over 5,000subscribers I haven't done the
exact research but above what'stypical or common for new
(12:00):
YouTube channels, new YouTubechannels, he's gone far above
what the typical personal brand, unknown brand, typically does
on YouTube.
So if he was to set his goals, looking at that as realistic, he
(12:22):
might've gone in and said, okay, 100 followers the first month,
100 subscribers, 200 the nextmonth, maybe in a year I'll be
monetized.
And the problem with that isthen we downgrade the actions
and the strategy to align withthat, whereas he came on and he
(12:49):
blew through that within aboutsix weeks.
He totally went above andbeyond.
We don't want to take the smartgoal from where we are looking
ahead and thinking, well, whatis realistic in the next month
or two months?
Because what we're doing iswe're just basing it on what we
(13:12):
believe has already been done bythe majority, as opposed to
really stretching yourself.
So I like to go, especially atthe beginning of the year, into
the next year.
So I want you to take a deepbreath.
If you're not driving release, let go any tensions.
(13:39):
I want you to close your eyesfor a second and I want you to
imagine that it's December 31st2025.
Who are you in this moment?
How do you feel in your body?
What have you achieved that youare so, so excited about and
(14:10):
that's making you so, so proudand satisfied and excited?
Picture this version of you.
Picture this version of you.
(14:30):
This version of you shouldinspire you and should excite
you.
Think about all the thingsyou've done.
Doesn't have to be a wholebunch of stuff, but think about
what is going to make youextremely proud, excited and
satisfied.
(15:00):
No-transcript, what needs to getdone from that North Star,
because we are envisioning ourfuture self, and then we are
setting identity-based goals.
(15:23):
We are setting identity-basedgoals.
We will always live up to theidentity we hold for ourself.
So I don't want you to askyourself what is realistic for
me to achieve this year.
(15:45):
I want you to get really, really excited and set your big,
hairy, audacious vision andthen ask yourself, if this is my
vision, ask yourself, if thisis my vision, then realistically
(16:08):
you can use that word in thiswho do I need to become first
before that vision becomes areality?
Because then you're going tolook within, to what is actually
(16:29):
important here, and it's whoyou are within, what you believe
about yourself, about the world, what you believe is possible,
who you are, your charactertraits.
If you're sending a vision or agoal that's radically different
than what you have achieved thelast year, you need to become a
(16:54):
different person.
You are not achieving somethingradically different by being
the same person.
This is where the SMART goalsdo not take into account any of
that and why it's painfullylimiting in a lot of cases.
(17:16):
So I saw this person today onYouTube and his video was great.
It was really well done.
The only thing that was anissue was when he was talking
about his goals.
He was talking a lot about whathe wants to do.
Right, this is what I want todo.
These are all the things I wantto do.
(17:37):
And it was more like a to-dolist than it was a
transformation list.
And the problem with that kindof prepping is there's no
emotional connection to that.
A bunch of to-dos great, wehave enough of that.
(17:59):
The day-to-day of it all canbecome more of a task list.
That's a whole nother subject.
We won't get too much into that.
But we want to look at who doyou need to become?
Because, as a byproduct, whenyou focus on who you need to
become, the byproduct of that isyour vision creating, it's the
(18:28):
co-creation of your vision.
So 2x is doing the same, justsimply a lot more of it, right?
So let's say that you have asales goal and you want to
double or triple your sales goal.
Whatever sales industry you'rein, a 2x could be well, okay, if
(18:55):
I'm doing this amount of salescalls, I need to triple the
amount of calls I'm doing.
So I'm going to schedule, triple the amount of calls,
whereas the 10X goal forces youto reimagine your strategies.
(19:15):
So how would this look if Iaimed for the 10X growth instead
of incremental improvement.
So let's say that you want to10x your sales goals.
Well, you're not going to putin 10 times the amount of sales
(19:38):
calls.
What you would have to startthinking of is well, how can I
hire more people on my team tooutsource some of these sales
calls?
How can I reimagine my entirebusiness?
If I do that, who do I need tobecome to be that leader of
(20:05):
these new people that I need tohire on?
So is this making sense?
I hope this is getting youexcited about a new way or, if
you're already doing this, potentially refining it to
really amplify what you get toexperience in 2025.
(20:27):
That it doesn't need to be thesame as you experienced in 2024.
It certainly doesn't need to beworse.
And if you have fears around itbeing worse than it was,
whatever that means for you, wealso want to look at your fears
that are coming up.
(20:47):
We want to look at what'scoming from the collective
consciousness and how can westart to challenge these fears
and break them down as not true, because there's so much
potential in 2025 to radicallyshift your life, shift your
business, to change and align tosomething so much greater for
(21:11):
you.
And the next step we want tolook at.
We're going to layer this inwith my magnetic leadership
framework the align, amplify andaccelerate framework.
We have to look at anythingthat we are setting for
(21:32):
ourselves, any kind of vision orgoals or milestones that we are
setting, creating, thinkingabout.
We need to make sure that theseare aligned with your core
values.
This is a non-negotiable.
(21:53):
This is why a lot of peopledriven leaders, exceptional CEOs
, ceos, entrepreneurs, et ceterawhen their vision is not
aligned to their values.
This is where we can find a lotof people sabotaging Misaligned
(22:22):
goals.
They're going to drain you,right?
So anything that is misalignedour goals, our vision they're
not going to energize you, it'sgoing to drain you.
And if they are competing withother values that are important
to you, if they're not takinginto account.
So if you're setting goals, let's say, or if you have your
(22:43):
vision and you're reverseengineering the goals or the
steps you need to take, andlet's say you've set something
that's a 10X, a 10X vision, andyou're getting clear who you
need to become, but you're nottaking into account, does this
(23:03):
align with all my core values?
Taking into account?
Does this align with all mycore values?
And you have, let's say, a corevalue of a family.
What you've set for yourself isa strategy that is going to
greatly limit your time withyour family.
This is not going to work.
(23:25):
This is in misalignment, andthis is where people will often
start sabotaging and they thinkit's a personal issue.
They think there's somethingwrong with them.
There's nothing wrong with them.
What they're doing is they havethese two competing values that
are almost fighting each otherbecause we haven't taken into
(23:48):
account.
Is this big, hairy, audaciousvision congruent with everything
that we say is important to us?
And if it's not, then we justneed to make the adjustments
necessary, right?
We don't need to throw it allin the trash.
We need to make the correctadjustments, refinements, that's
(24:11):
it right.
So we have to get clear on whateven are your core values, and
this is what we focus on firstin the magnetic leadership
accelerator, because most peoplehave no freaking clue what
their values are.
Because most people have nofreaking clue what their values
(24:52):
are.
They know what their aspiringvalues are, but you have a value
of health and fitness, but youhaven't prioritized your health
and fitness in two years becauseyou've been grinding it out,
trying to build something, thenoperating from lack and
limitation, you're operatingfrom a fear program, you're not
operating from your actual value, and these are important parts
(25:12):
that we need to understand anddo work around, or else you will
never be able to achieve whatyou want to achieve.
This is why we focus in on thisin the Magnetic Leadership
Accelerator.
It's so critical, if you wantto have a life, of having it all
and I believe you can have itall at the same time right,
(25:36):
there's a belief system that youcan have it all but not at the
same time.
That's, to me, just anotherlimitation.
Having it all is understandingwhat your values are, and it's
(25:58):
building a life around yourvalues, not operating from fear,
lack and limitation and thentrying to fit your values in
somewhere along the way.
The next part of the frameworkis amplify.
This is amplifying your innerand outer confidence.
Confidence is critical.
Without confidence, we struggle.
(26:18):
We struggle in a lot of areaswithout confidence.
Confidence isn't just a feeling.
It's a state of alignmentbetween our self-belief and our
actions.
So, when we focus inwardly onbuilding trust within ourselves,
whether that's throughconsistent practices, it's
(26:43):
through self-compassionpractices, it's through
self-compassion, self-love.
It is so, so important thatthese pieces are in place
because we operate so muchdifferently when we have
compassion for ourselves andwhen we truly operate from a
place of.
(27:05):
I may not be perfect.
This may be a hot mess rightnow from my perspective, but you
know what I love and acceptmyself through this.
That is a completely differentexperience than when we beat
ourself up, when we judgeourself, when we're
self-critical, like many highachievers are, and we just sit
(27:29):
in guilt and blame and regretOkay, so it's absolutely
critical, and also that we'reacknowledging our past successes
.
So I don't care what happenedin the last year, I don't know.
You know whether it was abrilliant, the best year of your
(27:51):
life or it was absolute trainwreck in your opinion.
I mean, I shouldn't say I don'tcare.
Of course I care, but I don'tcare if it was a train wreck.
There were definitely thingsthat you can celebrate.
There were definitely things, whether it's you sitting down
and really looking at what arethings I can celebrate about
(28:15):
myself.
If you're still going through, you still have dreams of
something different, then that'ssomething to celebrate because
that's a huge, huge deal.
So then we're going to reflectoutwardly by stepping into
spaces and relationships andtruly thinking about how can we
(28:41):
step into these places with moreintention, authenticity and
confidence.
The more deeply you trust andvalue yourself, the more
magnetic you become Really.
The more you trust and valueyourself and value yourself and
(29:05):
the more you can releaseattachment from the outcome, the
more magnetic you become.
When I used to go to jobinterviews before I worked for
myself, there were quite a fewjob interviews where I would go
(29:33):
in not having any experience orvery little experience and
because I trusted myself, Ibelieved in myself, I knew I
could do the job and I totallyreleased my attachment on the
outcome.
I didn't care whether I got itor not and I just had fun.
(29:55):
I wasn't a ball of stress.
Of course there were nerves, but I wasn't tense or taking it
too seriously serious enoughthat I was professional, but not
so serious that I was just ahot mess.
Express these interviews Iwould get called.
(30:20):
I wouldn't even be home yet andI would be getting called and
offered the job.
Getting called and offered thejob I can't stress this enough
when you truly I'm staying onthis confidence piece a little
bit longer because when youtruly do the work to be
(30:40):
confident in yourself, believingin yourself, believing in your
capabilities, putting yourselfout there, detaching from
outcomes, not worried about howit's going to be, knowing that
if it is a mess, that's fine.
(31:00):
You learn from it, you move on.
It makes you so appealing to bearound.
People want to be around that.
They desire to be around thatbecause they want.
They see what they want withinyou.
It's not even about you, they're just seeing what they
are desiring in you yourfrequency.
(31:24):
They want that you become somagnetic to opportunities, to
people, to relationships.
So this is the amplify piecewithin the magnetic leadership
accelerator Working on thatinner confidence and external
(31:47):
confidence showing upintentionally, and then it is
the accelerate piece.
Finally, this is where, when welook at our 10x vision, we
reverse engineer.
This is where we can use if youwant to use SMART goals or you
(32:12):
want to use some kind of goalframework where you decide on.
If I'm 10Xing myself this year, that is an acceleration.
I'm going to need to take somebold new actions, bold inspired
(32:36):
action.
It's not about hustling.
It's certainly not about doinga whole bunch of more stuff we
are moving away from.
We are not doing that away from.
We are not doing that.
This is about intentional focus, steps that directly align with
(32:57):
your vision.
Remember, your vision isaligned to your values.
It is aligned to your beliefsystem.
And if it's not, we work on thebelief system first, to align
the belief system with yourvision.
And these are 10x action stepsthat we get clear on.
(33:19):
Ask yourself what's a bold moveyou can take today to start
building momentum.
If you were thinking what's the10x bold move I don't mean the
2x, the 10x bold move what wouldthat be?
(33:39):
And feel into that?
Because the biggest problemthat a lot of and yes, even high
performers, high achieversfaces run into is the
accountability to make thishappen.
So that is a part of themagnetic leadership accelerator
(34:04):
is the accountability to takingthe action steps needed to make
these changes.
You can do this on your own bysetting up some kind of
accountability system.
Now, I don't recommend tellingeveryone.
It really depends on your ownself right how you process other
(34:34):
people's perspective, emotions, thoughts on your vision,
because, depending on yourfamily, your friend circle, what
kind of support circles youhave do you have a support
circle, that where you're allgoing 10x, where you're all
dreaming big, or are you kind ofthe lone wolf within a group
(34:59):
that doesn't?
Maybe they don't even set goalsat all.
Maybe they're not even settingSMART goals and if you share
with them, you may get a lot offeedback that's not supportive.
So it really depends on yourown personality how you take it.
I personally don't recommendtelling many people at all.
(35:22):
From my experience and theexperience I have with my
clients, it's better focused onyour small circle that you truly
trust and you're already awarethat they're supportive of you
Getting that accountability, whether it's an accountability
(35:43):
buddy.
This is where coaching, investing in mentorship, is,
hands down, one of the mosteffective ways to do this,
because, as much as we love ourfriends and even our
accountability buddies, I havenever seen it in other programs
(36:07):
that I've been in.
It just doesn't last.
The accountability doesn'teither last or it's not even
there to begin with, even thoughpeople have great intentions.
It's not that people don't havethe intentions.
Intentions can be wonderful, but when money investment, when
(36:28):
people have skin in the game, they show up differently.
That's it, plain and simple, myself included.
This is why I've invested inone of my coaches.
I have multiple coachesmasterminds, mentors that I work
with, masterminds, mentors thatI work with, but one that's
been where I've been workingwith for, I believe three years.
(36:55):
Maybe it's been a long time.
The only thing she does is keepme accountable, week by week.
So we're going to get a coupleof questions down to help you.
I want you to ask yourself whodo you want to be in 2025?
I want you to write downDecember 31st 2025, who am I?
(37:22):
Make this visceral.
Get clear who this version ofyou is.
Write down descriptive termsthat get you excited.
Write down terms that get youwildly excited when you think
(37:48):
about this.
And then I want you to askyourself why does this matter to
you?
What is the emotionalconnection to this?
This needs to be emotionally.
It needs to emotionally pull usforward right.
(38:10):
This is why I always reverseengineer, because there needs to
be an emotional pull.
When I was training for my firstmarathon so a short form of
this story I started a runninggoal I hadn't run in years.
I started a running goal Ihadn't run in years and I ran
(38:30):
down the street.
It was about a few minutes downthe street and I was absolutely
dying.
I couldn't believe how out ofshape I was and I am very driven
and I'm like you know what Ineed to set a milestone for
myself.
So, instead of going for 5K or10K, which might've been a
(38:53):
little bit more realistic, Idecided to do a half marathon
and I had very little time totrain for this half marathon.
But one of the things thatpulled me forward, that got me
really excited when you know, Iwas training I had to train in
(39:14):
the snow.
I mean, I remember training onetime there was almost I don't
even know two feet, one foot.
I was training with my trainingbuddy and we were literally
stomping through the snow.
It was actually kind ofridiculous.
I'm not sure why we didn't findan indoor track.
Probably would have been abetter idea.
(39:34):
Anyways, what pulled me forward, what kept me going, was
listening to the same song everyday with my earphones and just
getting so excited with thethought of crossing the finish
line and feeling that feeling ofbeing doing it, completing it.
Having them put that award overmy neck when I was done.
(40:00):
It was so emotionallycompelling.
It pulled me forward.
That's what I want you to getclear on forward.
That's what I want you to getclear on.
Why does this matter to you?
What is the emotionalconnection that you can use as
your fuel, that bold action thatyou can take today, I want you
(40:20):
to start practicing thinking 10xwith Benjamin Hardy's framework
, 10x with Benjamin Hardy'sframework, 10xing what you think
is possible, reimagining thestrategies needed here.
And then, as a bonus question, what you can ask yourself is
(40:51):
what outdated belief or habit doyou need to let go of to become
your future self?
Write it down, challenge it ifyou need it and release it as
you step into this new vision.
You can have a wildly moreexpansive life by the end of
December 2025.
(41:12):
If you simply make the decisiontoday to get clear who you are
by the end of the year, what isthis identity?
And then reverse engineer, ifyou have that specific vision,
reverse engineer the strategy toget there and really be
(41:36):
thinking the 10x version of this.
If you're ready for realsupport, accountability on what
matters, not the fluffy stuff, not the feel-good stuff that
doesn't actually change anything, but on what is going to make
(42:00):
the exact changes you need tomake this year your best.
Yet I invite you to apply to bea part of the beta round of the
Magnetic Leadership Accelerator.
So this isn't just anothercoaching program.
(42:21):
Together, we're going to align, amplify and accelerate your
vision and you are going to beguided to taking the necessary
bold actions, and bold can meananything.
Bold is typically the actionsthat you've been avoiding taking
(42:41):
that align with this amplifiedvision.
You're going to be heldaccountable in the most loving
but firm way possible, becausewithout that real drive, what
(43:06):
happens is we often get to theend of the year and not much has
changed, or we've madeincremental changes, which is
fine, right.
There's nothing wrong with that.
I don't want you to judgeyourself, especially if that's
what happened last year.
(43:26):
But if you're ready forsomething more, something more
expansive and you know it'swithin you, but there's these
little sticky parts that youjust need a little bit of
support on.
If you know that you've beentrying to do it on your own and
(43:51):
you're aware enough to know thatif you don't get the support,
nothing is going to change, thenI'm inviting you to apply, and
the application is simplyfilling out a form, and then
we'll get on a call to make surethat it is the right fit for
you.
One, because I wanna make surethat it is what you need.
(44:16):
Sometimes people need adifferent direction, whether
that is one-on-one coaching orit could be a totally different
avenue that I refer you to, andalso, too, I want you to know
that I don't take just anyone inthis program.
Part of this program is for youto be in a community of people
(44:41):
who are going to support you,who are on similar missions, who
have similar values and beliefs, so you feel safe to truly
express yourself within thegroup.
That is why there is anapplication, a process, two off.
(45:03):
I want you to remember that totruly change your life, to
experience something that's muchdifferent than what you are
experiencing now, which chancesare if you're still listening to
this, you're likely that person, regardless if you even listen
(45:24):
to podcasts.
That it's not about just settinggoals.
It's also not just aboutcreating a vision.
It's certainly not about justdoing more stuff.
It's about you stepping intothe identity of the person who
(45:45):
has already achieved them, person who has already achieved
them.
That's how you create not justsuccess, but alignment and
purpose and your values beingmet, fulfillment, satisfaction
(46:11):
all the stuff that we aredesiring as people who want far
more than a mediocre, womp, womplife, womp, womp life.
(46:39):
It truly is about transforming, not just about achieving.
If you found this episodevaluable, I would love it if you
would share it with someonethat you know needs it or could
benefit from this perspective, and I would love for you to
subscribe and, if you have morequestions, send me a text
(46:59):
message because I'd love to takeany questions that you have.
And, the ones that areapplicable, answer them
throughout the year.
The ones that are applicable, answer them throughout the year.
And here's to a magnetic 2025.
Here is to a year where you arereleasing the burdens, the
heaviness, the shame and regretand the old patterns and the old
(47:25):
stuff that is no longer andhasn't been serving you, your
expression that wants to comeout more, your vision.
For so long we are letting itgo and we are stepping into a
whole new way.
Thanks for joining me.
(47:46):
I love you, I appreciate you, Iappreciate your time here and
let's stay connected.
