Hey, everyone, welcome back.
This is Dr Norma Reyes, andtoday's episode is all about
(01:07):
energy, not just your physicalenergy, but also your spiritual
energy, your emotional energy,your vitality, the energy that
fuels your manifestations, yourintuition, your alignment.
We're talking about what itmeans to truly reset your energy
, why that feeling of fatigue orheaviness might not mean
(01:29):
something is wrong, but thatsomething new is on its way, and
then how to move through itwith clarity and power.
So if you've been feeling tired, low, scattered or just off,
this episode is for you.
So we'll start off with themost important thing here, and
(01:49):
that is that your vibration.
Your vibration manifests yourdesires and you cannot manifest
if you are not a vibrationalmatch for your desires when they
are at a higher vibration.
And, essentially, you cannotshow up fully in your power if
your energy is constantly beingdepleted, if you have energy

leaks for various differentreasons, through overgiving
people, pleasing, avoiding rest,ignoring boundaries or trying
to push through everything likeit's a to-do list, and this is
also if you are feeling anger,jealousy, like it's a to-do list
, and this is also if you arefeeling anger, jealousy,
resentment.
All of those emotions, thoselower vibrations are so much
more heavier than love, joy,calm, peace, and because they

are so heavy, they deplete usmore.
And when your energy gets heavylike this, when you feel off or
stuck or like you're draggingyourself through the day, your
soul may be trying to getthrough you and let you know
like, hey, we need a littleenergy reset.
You know there's a part of youthat's saying you need to do
something different.
You can't show up in thisconstant repeat wake up, go to
(02:58):
work, deplete myself, go tosleep.
You could be in the middle of aburnout, you could be about to
go into a transition, and I wantto talk about how it could be a
transition more than burnout.
Because when you are about toup a level to the next best
version of yourself, to thatversion of you that has what you
are desiring, that next level,you're in a liminal space

between who you were and who youare becoming.
And here's what I want you toremember Sometimes exhaustion
doesn't mean failure.
Sometimes it means growth.
Think about it like strengthtraining, when you're lifting
heavier weights and if you don'tlift weights, just pretend with
me your muscles get sore, youfeel depleted.

You question did I push toohard?
But the soreness isn't a signthat you should stop.
It's your body buildingcapacity.
This is the same way when youare growing in regards to
growing your capacity tomanifest, to bring in more
abundance, to bring more joy.
But here's the thing If yourest too long when you're
working out, when you're trying,and you lose momentum, but if

you keep showing up withintention, not force, you break
through plateaus, you getstronger.
And that is the same thing withyour energy.
Energy works the same way.
When you're on the edge of abreakthrough spiritually,
emotionally or energetically youmight feel more tired than
usual, more emotional, moresensitive, and that's not
(04:33):
weakness, that's integration.
Your soul is literally sheddingold patterns, old beliefs, old
habits that don't align with thenext version of you.
So, instead of judging yourselfor wondering if you're doing
something wrong, begin to askyourself what is my energy
trying to tell me?
And most likely it's trying totell you to slow down, have an
(04:59):
energy cleanse, reflect whereyou are and where you want to go
.
So let's talk about that.
Let's talk about cleansing andresetting.
You don't need a full moon orretreat or to go even to go to a
spa to reset your energy, eventhough those things are nice.
Sometimes you just need a pause, a moment to unplug.

You could do things like takinga salt bath, light a candle,
breathe, taking a moment to stoptrying to fix and start feeling
, to cut cords with the energythat's no longer yours, that's
no longer serving you.
And before I dive into somepractices that you can do to be
able to reset your energy Ireally want to touch on if you
(05:43):
don't do energy resets regularlyand I'm not saying you have to
do this whole practice to resetyour energy Sometimes it can be
as simple as taking time foryourself doing some self-care.
But other times it can beintentional time of doing a cord
cutting meditation, intentionaltime where you just sit in
stillness to feel your feelingsabout things.

But when we don't do that, wethen put whatever we're feeling
the stress, anxiety, anger,resentment into our emotional
buttocks that we carryconstantly and it becomes heavy
and you wake up and you thinklike, oh, I don't want to get up
, I don't want to start my day,and those can be your

identifiers of like, oh man, youknow, today I've already woken
up thinking I don't want to doanything, I don't want to have
to deal with X, y, z.
Those are reminders for youthat, hey, maybe I need to do an
energetic cleanse.
And again, this doesn't meananything's wrong with you I have
to do energy cleanses.
I am talking about energyresets because I'm needing my
(06:48):
own energy resets.
I've been working on that and Iknow that part of it is I need
to take more time to slow down.
Month of May for me in generalhas always been a heavy month
and I always make it intentionalwhere I am going to make more
time to rest.
The funny thing is that thisyear was probably the most

intentional I've been in,working on having rest and I
feel like even more came in,even more things that I needed
to do, and that's just liferight, especially when you are
wanting to up-level to the nextlevel of abundance.
People who are making millionshave to have that energy to
(07:30):
handle the capacity of millions.
If you are wanting to up-levelyour abundance and maybe you're
thinking like, well, I don'teven think being a millionaire
is on my radar, but you arewanting to level up, maybe
making 10K more than youcurrently are, maybe 50K,
whatever it is, you're stillgoing to have to grow that
capacity and it's important foryou to recognize where you are

and where you want to be andwhat you need to release to be
able to get there.
Now let's go ahead and do asimple energy reset right now,
not if you're driving.
If you're driving, just listento this and then you can always
come back and do the energyreset.
So if you're not driving andyou're able to close your eyes,
you can do this sitting orstanding.

Go ahead and take a deep breathin and release and gently close
your eyes if they're still open.
Now visualize a white lightabove your head, slowly pouring
down over your body.
(08:36):
This white light is energizingevery single cell in your body,
making it whole and complete.
Now I want you to say toyourself I release all energy

that is not mine.
I release all energy that isnot mine.
I call back my power to me now.
I call back my power to me now.

I choose peace, I choosealignment.
I choose trust.
I choose peace, I choosealignment, I choose trust.
Stay here for a moment and feelthe shift.

This isn't about perfection,it's about presence.
It's about returning toyourself.
