In this episode Dawn shares how in April 2023, she embarked on a transformative journey as she paused her full-time corporate career to embrace an 'Adult Gap Year,' which she now calls 'Adult Gap Year Plus,'. Dawn explains how her writing led to speaking on a stage to share her story of resilience and being comfortable in her own skin.  She encourages listeners to give themselves permission to be curious about making changes in their lives.
