I Wanna Know What Success Is: The Enneagram Type Three

This week on The Marvelous Middle Age Podcast I’m joined by Riley Mullane, an Enneagram Type Three. 

Riley is a husband to my wife Melissa and  proud father to twins. Riley has been in the wedding and event industry for roughly 17 years. He's driven, passionate and has a genuine desire to always be growing in a positive direction with all that he does.

In today’s episode, we talk about the Core Motivations for an Enneagram Three.  Enneagram Threes are the Successful Achievers, so they want to be seen as admired, successful and valuable. Enneagram Threes can also serve as an incredible cheerleader and advocate for others and their success.  

We also discuss the stress and growth paths of an Enneagram Three.  In growth Threes move towards the healthy type Six and in stress Threes move towards an unhealthy type Nine. Riley shares how both of these paths show up for him.
