In this episode, I go into depth as to why college is mostly a scam. Sure, you need a college degree to be an astrophysicist, brain surgeon or nurse practitioner. However, most jobs out there don't even require a college degree! I emphasize experience over education. Sure, education is great and very valuable. However, you can educate yourself by reading a book from a library, listen to a podcast, reading a blog or watching an educational video.
Receiving a college degree is pushed so much in today's world. Once you get to college, after you pay outrageous prices for books, lab fees, admin fees, cafeteria fees and others, you may eventually realize that you have been scammed and could have already been making up to six figures as a manager at Chipotle.
