In today's solo episode, Mary takes listeners on an exploratory journey to understand the female's energetic evolution - a sacred shift from our creative, reproductive sacral centre to the visionary third eye. Menopause is a powerful invitation to step deeper into "a woman's intuition" and find more meaning and purpose.
The episode begins with an understanding of the bodies energy centres - which can be further explored in Cyndi Dale's The Subtle Body - weaving together ancient wisdom with modern science such as the work at the HeartMath Institute.
Listerners will learn how menopausal women are not "losing it" but rather raising our energetic frequency and stepping unapologetically into our wisdom as visionaries. Thereafter, listeners are guided through a basic but effective 10-minute charkra alignment meditation to move energy housed in our second major energy centre to the sixth major and very potent energy centre linked directly to the pineal gland. Moving energy up gets right to the heart of the matter - the heart chakra, a bridge between the the lower three major energy centres to the chakras of spirit, the upper three major energy centres.
This practice can be enjoyed daily morning and evening to address issues such as insomnia, restlessness, nightmares, self-doubt, uncertainty, and anxiety, to name a few.
