The first episode of 2023 is here with none other than the sweetest soul, Carson Meyer! Carson is a former actress, doula, nutrition consultant for pre and post natal, and a brand new mamma to a beautiful baby girl. I was lucky enough to have Carson as one of my doula’s throughout my pregnancy, and has since become a dear friend of mine. On this episode we discuss Carson’s life journey on finding parallels in her life, that has led her to this work of becoming a doula, her acting experience, her top three tips to feel your best during pregnancy, how she started her skincare business, practicing the art of slowing down, and the importance of listening to your intuition, and following your heart.
