I’m so excited to be here today with my beautiful guest and friend, Kara cook. Kara is a mother to two beautiful boys, Chaplin, and Ozzie, whom she just gave birth to two months ago, a wife to Luke Cook, who is a fellow podcast host himself of a show called The Zaddy Zone. Kara is also a very accomplished stylist, and a creative consultant. This episode is packed with so many little nuggets of wisdom, and Kara’s New Zealand/Aussie accent is just absolutely delish. We discuss riding the wave of success, the importance of sleep, sunshine, and social connection, taking risks, her serendipitous love story, her beautiful relationship with her mother, and her two very different birth experiences with her sons.
