It’s finally here! Welcome to the first episode of The M.I.L.F. Bod Podcast. I thought it’d only be appropriate to launch the show by introducing myself to the audience, and giving you all a little backstory on my wellness journey, my modeling career, my fitness training experience, my pregnancy, my birth story, and motherhood so far. This is a very condensed version of my story, and there will be many more solo episodes to come where I’ll go more in depth on specific topics, but here’s just a little bit about me, and why I wanted to start this podcast in the first place.
