Currently coaching at EXOS, Mikayla works with professional athletes and high-performing executives, helping them maximize performance both in-person and virtually.

With a foundation in competitive dance and a degree in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University, Mikayla brings a deep understanding of biomechanics, athletic performance, and the female body. She leads global mentorships on performance methodology and specializes in training female athletes with a focus on hormonal health, cycle-informed coaching, and longevity.

Her mission is to empower women to train smarter, recover better, and challenge the myths that have kept them from reaching their full potential.
