Richard Whitten started as the Chief Financial Officer, then moved to the role of Chief Operating Officer and is now the Chief Executive Officer of Reconstruction Experts. As CFO, he implemented accounting procedures and a performance reporting framework, and as COO he created standardized systems and processes to consistently generate high-quality outcomes. The years of working in multiple business environments have allowed him to create scalable systems to help the company grow.  I frequently speak about how transparency creates transformation.
