There is a growing movement in America leading people to seek out therapeutic experiential treatments for their persistent PTSD, addiction, or whatever other personal reason; in the form of psychedelics. My friend, and todays guest Jamie has such an experience, and shares it with us during this extremely important conversation.
We do our very best to describe something that there are no words for. Much like many other experiences in life such as war, or parenting: it is commonly said that one will not truly understand it until they have gone through it for themselves. These molecules provide such an experience. It is not hard to come to the conclusion that we must reconsider our relationship with these sacred medicines in these modern times after considering the evidence honestly for yourself.
