Lately, the world has felt like a lot—political chaos, DEI rollbacks, and just the overall heaviness of everything happening around us. In this episode, I sit down for a raw and unfiltered vent session about how overstimulating it’s been, the weight of having Trump back in office, and how all of this is affecting my mental health. I also reflect on my own struggles with keeping my word to myself, stepping outside my comfort zone, and finding peace in the midst of it all.
This episode was recorded before the recent plane crash tragedies, and my heart goes out to everyone affected. If you're struggling to find peace right now—whether because of global events or personal battles—just know you're not alone. I encourage you to go within, focus on what you can control, and take care of yourself. Disconnect when you need to. Meditate, rest, and give yourself grace.
Let’s talk about it. 💙
