Aloha, It’s Shelon "Hutch" Hutchinson here! If you’re enjoying 'The Multifamily Real Estate Experiment' podcast, please like, comment, and share our episodes to help us reach and inspire more people. Thank you for your support!

In this high-energy episode, Hutch sits down with George Salas to talk about living with intention, leading with vision, and building a business and life that actually supports your health, family, and freedom. From spontaneous asset-management weekends in short-term rentals to structuring $15M+ portfolios, George opens up about the mindset and momentum behind his success.

They dive into personal growth, biohacking, the real cost of poor communication, and why overcommunicating with clarity and energy is a power move most people overlook. And of course, they drop golden nuggets on fund structuring, the role of community like RaiseMasters, and how big rooms can shift your thinking—fast.

🎯 Oh—and yes, they talk about AI, living to 123, and Hutch’s Own More of America Summit (you’ll want to catch that part too).
