Episode 177 with Garth Brooks & Gary LeVox

We have a pair of country superstars on the show this week. Garth Brooks joins us in Las Vegas ahead of his new residency and former Rascal Flatts frontman Gary LeVox talks to us on his tour bus before a headlining show in Los Angeles.

Last week, Brooks kicked off his Garth Brooks/Plus One two year Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. The show runs through December with 18 dates currently set for 2024 after selling out all 2023 shows last year.

The residency is different from his One Man Wynn show that spanned more than 200 shows between 2009-2013. Ahead of opening night, we chatted with Brooks who talks about how the show evolved into the band performing most of the show.

After attending the first two Garth shows during opening weekend (read our review), we darted off to Los Angeles where we chatted with LeVox about his new solo endeavors. Following a short interview, we caught his first-ever headlining show at The Troubadour in West Hollywood as part of his Get Down Like That Tour (read our review).
