Ep. 140 - How Resilience & Determination Changed Everything with Denise Mazzola

In this episode, I talk to Denise Mazzola who is an experienced dog trainer and behavior specialist who runs her own business, Everything Dog, in New Hampshire. In 2020 she began to leverage digital technology, including Zoom calls and Facebook groups, to increase her reach. 

By joining Brandon Lucero's messaging course and working with Laura Neisner, Denise was able to successfully launch a webinar in October 2018, which had four registrations. Her latest webinar, held in October 2020, saw 2006 registrations and a 6% conversion rate, with 25 people purchasing the product. 

Denise's key takeaways for success include investing in herself, maintaining an open mindset, increasing the frequency of webinars, sending follow-up emails, and using visual elements to make her offer easier to understand.
