How I became an Author | Kuber Mahajan (Associate, Saikrishna & Associates) | The One Take Show

One Take Show is honoured to host Mr Kuber Mahajan. Kuber is the Associate at Saikrishna and Associates. He is the author of the Book "Traditional and Modern forms of Talaq under Muslim Law" published in January, 2019. It was the first-ever book that provides and explains provisions regarding; “The Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Bill, 2017”, amendment provisions regarding “The Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Bill, 2017”, “The Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Ordinance, 2018” and “The Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Bill, 2018” along with the detailed study of the recent Triple Talaq judgment by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India (Shayara Bano v. Union of India). The book is available at various National Libraries. He is also the author of the book titled "Election Laws in India" published by Whitesmann.
