Rish spent the first 22 years of his life growing up in India, from humble beginnings working for his Father in Retail he adopted an incredible will to do better for himself.
We discussed how he got into his own fitness journey, competing in Natural Bodybuilding, recognising where ego is and isn't required, PT and Coaching others, approaching life with more gratitude, managing time as a father, goal setting and believing in yourself to the nth degree.
