Working as a Behavioural Technician by day and Security Guard by night, it's amazing Gerhome finds time to train dogs also. Gerhome's calling is to Strengthen Mental Health through Dogs and Fitness within his community and worldwide.
From couch surfing and being semi-homeless he dug himself out of PTSD and depression to solidify a positive journey to self-love and improved self-esteem, now as a home owner he's proud of where he is and also navigates an online presence which gives words and reason to others who can relate.
We also spoke about being vulnerable with our partners, imposter syndrome, fitness and how it relates to dog training, building confidence, preparing for marriage and briefly touched on his love for history along with much more.
